Challenges and Teaching Reform Strategies in Vocational College Engineering Training Courses

With the rapid development of vocational education,engineering training has become a crucial course for cultivating highly skilled technical professionals,highlighting its importance.However,vocational college engineering training courses still face numerous challenges during the actual teaching process,which affect the effectiveness of course teaching and the enhancement of students’engineering competence.This article thoroughly analyzes the main problems existing in current engineering training course teaching,focusing on four aspects:students’cognitive differences,inadequate course development,poor course adaptability,and limited teaching resources.Based on this analysis and previous research findings,targeted strategies are proposed,including enhancing students’course cognition,clarifying course positioning,improving course adaptability,and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.Furthermore,this article preliminarily verifies the effectiveness of some reform strategies through a small-scale teaching experiment.This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for enhancing the teaching quality of vocational college engineering training courses. 展开更多

人工智能辅助CTA阅片在颅内动脉瘤诊断教学中的应用

目的探讨人工智能辅助计算机断层扫描血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)阅片在神经外科颅内动脉瘤诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月―2023年6月在武汉大学人民医院神经外科参加住院医师规范化培训的64名学员,按照... 目的探讨人工智能辅助计算机断层扫描血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)阅片在神经外科颅内动脉瘤诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月―2023年6月在武汉大学人民医院神经外科参加住院医师规范化培训的64名学员,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各32名。对照组采用传统的多媒体教学和影像学阅片,试验组在传统教学方式的基础上组织学员运用人工智能CTA诊断系统进行教学。教学结束后,对2组学员进行理论考试和无记名问卷调查,以评价“人工智能辅助CTA阅片”在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的教学效果。结果试验组住培学员的理论考试总成绩为(81.78±7.53)分,高于对照组住培学员的理论考试总成绩[(70.66±8.89)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在基本知识和影像判读2种题型中,试验组住培学员的成绩均高于对照组[(33.69±5.18)分vs.(29.88±4.28)分,(48.09±6.21)分vs.(40.78±6.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,问卷调查结果显示,在教学反馈评价调查比较中,试验组住培学员在教学满意度、学习兴趣提升度、教学启发性和教学效果的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中,应用人工智能辅助CTA阅片进行颅内动脉瘤的诊断教学,能提高教学效果和学员的教学满意度。 展开更多

[目的]探索基于OBE教学理念的《牛生产与综合实训》课程改革与实践的路径,培养贵州山地养牛业高素质技术技能人才。[方法]分析国内外OBE理念实践研究现状,以铜仁职业技术学院省级优质课程《牛生产与综合实训》为例,从课程思政、课程结构、技能需求、分层教学、作业设计、评价体系、诊断改进等方面进行实践探索,回答“让学生获得什么”“为什么要取得”“如何帮助学生取得”“如何评判学生获得”等问题。[结果]OBE理念在课程教学中的应用,使学生综合实践能力和教师教学能力得到稳步提升,学生月平均成绩提升12.3%,课堂参与度提升28.2%,技能考核1次过关率达92.7%。[结论]应用OBE教学理念的《牛生产与综合实训》课程虽然取得了一定的成果,为今后进一步探索增值性评价、分层教学奠定了基础,但如何进一步有效应用OBE理念设计职业教育教学内容、有力提升职业教育教学质量,如何运用OBE教育理念改革职业教育教学方法永远在路上。 展开更多

目的探索并构建一种针对非骨科专业住院医师胜任力培养的新模式,以提升在骨科轮转期间的学习成效及临床胜任力。方法对比2022年采用传统教学方法的住院医师(对照组)与2023年实施目标教学法培养模式的住院医师(观察组),在轮转结束后进行... 目的探索并构建一种针对非骨科专业住院医师胜任力培养的新模式,以提升在骨科轮转期间的学习成效及临床胜任力。方法对比2022年采用传统教学方法的住院医师(对照组)与2023年实施目标教学法培养模式的住院医师(观察组),在轮转结束后进行基本操作技能及出科理论考试;同时,采用问卷调查的形式,对教学效果及住院医师的自我鉴定进行评估。结果共纳入97名住院医师,对照组50名,观察组47名。观察组在理论知识考试以及清创缝合、石膏固定、骨牵引术等操作技能考核中成绩均优于对照组,在对指导医师的教学内容与方法、教学效果、总体印象评分以及各评价项目总分方面和在学习兴趣、自学能力、临床思维能力、表达能力和沟通能力等自我评估方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论本研究构建的新型胜任力培养模式通过实施目标教学法,有效提升了非骨科专业住院医师在骨科轮转期间的学习成效和临床胜任力,为骨科专业基地的教学改革提供了有益的借鉴和参考。 展开更多
