Smart grid puts forward higher requirements for power quality.Power quality evaluation can provide a decision-making basis for quality improvement.Based on power quality monitoring data,a grey target method is propose...Smart grid puts forward higher requirements for power quality.Power quality evaluation can provide a decision-making basis for quality improvement.Based on power quality monitoring data,a grey target method is proposed for power quality evaluation.The grey target is composed of power quality evaluation standard and power quality monitoring data to be evaluated.Combining with the characteristics of each power quality evaluation index,the target center of the whole grey target system is found.Then,the power quality monitoring data to be evaluated and the power quality standard mode are compared and analyzed to construct the power quality grey correlation difference information space.Finally,the target center coefficient and target degree of power quality are calculated to realize the comprehensive evaluation of power quality,and the evaluation grade of power quality monitoring data to be evaluated is obtained.Compared with the evaluation results of the existing literature,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified,which shows that grey target theory is reasonable in the comprehensive evaluation of power quality.展开更多

For this purpose, the refractive...The densification and the fractal dimensions of carbon-nickel films annealed at different temperatures 300, 500, 800, and 1000℃ with emphasis on porosity evaluation are investigated. For this purpose, the refractive index of films is determined from transmittance spectra. Three different regimes are identified, T 〈 500℃, 500℃ 〈 T 〈 800℃ and T 〉 800℃. The Rutherford baekscattering spectra show that with increasing the annealing temperature, the concentration of nickel atoms into films decreases. It is shown that the effect of annealing temperatures for increasing films densification at T 〈 500℃ and T 〉 800℃ is greater than the effect of nickel concentrations. It is observed that the effect of decreasing nickel atoms into films at 500℃ 〈 T 〈 800℃ strongly causes improving porosity and decreasing densification. The fractal dimensions of carbon-nickel films annealed from 300 to 500℃ are increased, while from 500 to 1000℃ these characteristics are decreased. It can be seen that at 800℃, films have maximum values of porosity and roughness.展开更多
[Purpose/Significance]Changes in network technology and the network environment have caused profound changes in the publication,dissemination,and influence of network discourses.The main body of a network discourse de...[Purpose/Significance]Changes in network technology and the network environment have caused profound changes in the publication,dissemination,and influence of network discourses.The main body of a network discourse demonstrates the characteristics of civilians,which can impact the discourse power status of national discourse institutions.Research on the evaluation of network discourse power is conducive to clarifying the determinants of network discourse power and of considerable importance to the enhancement of the network discourse power of national public opinion institutions and improvement of the network environment.[Method/Process]First,this study explores the connotation of network discourse power and analyzes its generation process.Second,this study establishes a network discourse power evaluation indicator system and evaluation model based on information metrology and evaluation theory.Finally,this study conducts empirical research using the Twitter accounts of Chinese diplomats as the research object.[Result/Conclusion]Results show that the evaluation of network discourse power is a comprehensive evaluation of the network leading power,network communication power,and network influence of the main body of a network discourse.Moreover,the findings reveal that Chinese diplomats have a certain amount of network discourse power in society and demonstrate a trend of continuous improvement.展开更多

This study discloses the diode’s influences on the piezoelectric energy harvesting performance.The piezoelectric-based energy harvesting system plays an important role in scavenging environment vibration energy into ...This study discloses the diode’s influences on the piezoelectric energy harvesting performance.The piezoelectric-based energy harvesting system plays an important role in scavenging environment vibration energy into electrical energy,which can be utilized by low-power electronic devices.With respect to the interface circuit,a full-wave bridge circuit is usually needed to rectify the alternating current(AC)signal into a direct current(DC)signal.The full-wave bridge is composed of four diodes,whose characteristics may influence the harvested power significantly.Therefore,in this paper,the diodes’properties and influences on the energy harvesting performance are analyzed and presented via simulation and experimental studies.It is found the harvested energy has close relationship with the diode characteristics.For the high source impedance case,diode with low reverse leakage current is favorable.For the low source impedance case,diode with low forward voltage drop is favorable.The corresponding experimental study is carried out via a piezoelectric beam,which shows that the measured harvested power differences can almost be up to 800%for the same test structure.展开更多
