Method of calculating none over-loadedprobability of motor by integration by successive reductions is put forward and then relationbetween power spare coefficient and none over-loaded reliability of electric motor is established.Influences of all factors on pump shaft power being considered completely; power spare coefficientsof motor are calculated in three kinds of heads (changing and unchanging), two kinds of dirty-outconditions. Electrical motor power spare coefficients should be chosen as 1.20 approx 1.44, 1.11approx 1.19, 1.09 approx.14 respectively when pump heads are 4, 7, 9.5 m. This paper reports the converter topologies which are employed for better Power Factor Correction at the input side. The Power Factor Correction is an important factor when considering the Power Quality. Based on the converter topologies, the Bridgeless converters are preferred in order to reduce the number of switching devices, losses associated with it and improve the Power Quality further more. This paper investigates about the Power Factor performances and conduction losses of the Bridgeless Power Factor Corrector Converters which see through the benefits and limitations by analyzing the Bridgeless Buck-Boost Converter, Bridgeless SEPIC converter and Bridgeless CUK converter. The resultant voltage is fed to the BLDC motor which is rapidly replacing the Induction motor for its better operating characteristics. These strategies are being analyzed using the MATLAB/Simulink software and the results are verified through the experimental analysis. The converter choice is preferred through the performance characteristics and Power Factor Correction at the supply. The Power Factor obtained should be within the acceptable limits under IEC 61000-3-2 standards. 展开更多

A new 300 MVA/1350 MJ motor generator (MG) will be built to feed all of the poloidal field power supplies (PFPS) and auxiliary heating power supplies of the HL-2M tokamak. The MG has a vertical-shaft salient pole 6-phase synchronous generator and a coaxial 8500 kW induction motor. The Ohmic heating power supply (OHPS) consisting of 4-quadrant DC pulsed convertor is the one with the highest parameters among the PFPS. Therefore, the match between the generator and the OHPS is very important. The matching study with Matlab/Simulink is described in this paper. The simulation results show that the subtransient reactance of the generator is closely related to the inversion operation of the OHPS. By setting various subtransient reactance in the simulation generator model and considering the cost reduction, the optimized parameters are obtained as xd" = 0.405 p.u. at 100 Hz for the generator. The models built in the simulation can be used as an important tool for studying the dynamic characteristics and the control strategy of other HL-2M PFPSes. 展开更多

We proposed a modified ratchet model including power-stroke and elastic coupling to study the efficiency of collective non-processive motors such as myosin Ⅱ in muscle. Our theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Our study not only reveals that the maximum efficiency depends on elasticity and is independent of transition rates but also indicates that the parameters fitted to fast muscle are different from those fitted to a slow one. The latter may imply that the structure of the fast muscle is different from that of the slow one. The main reason that our model succeeds is that velocity in this model is an independent variable. 展开更多

Dynamic equivalence can not only largely reduce the system size and the computation time but also stress the dominant features of the system [1]-[3]. This paper firstly recommends the basic concept of dynamic equivalent and the status of both domestic and abroad development in this area. The most existing equivalent methods usually only deal with static load models and neglect the dynamic characteristics of loads such as induction motors. In addition, the existing polymerization method which is based on the frequency domain algorithm of induction electric machines parameters takes a long time to equivalent for the large system, then the new method based on the weighted is proposed. Then, the basic steps for dynamic equivalence with the weighted method are introduced as follows. At first, the clustering criterion of motor loads based on time domain simulation is given. The motors with similar dynamic characteristics are classified into one group. Then, the simplication of the buses of motors in same group and network is carried out. Finally, parameters of the equivalent motor are calculated and the equivalent system is thus obtained based on the weighted. This aggregation method is applied to the simple distribution system of 4 generators. Simulation results show that the method can quickly obtain polymerization parameters of generator groups and the aggregation model retains the dynamic performance of the original model with good accuracy, the active and reactive power fitting error is smaller as well. 展开更多

针对航空电推进电机的散热问题,提出一种基于多层波浪形散热拓扑的航空电推进电机高效散热设计方法。航空电推进电机采用多层波浪形散热拓扑,建立电机等效热网络模型,确定等效热阻、对流换热系数等重要参数,完成电机温度精确计算,并通过... 针对航空电推进电机的散热问题,提出一种基于多层波浪形散热拓扑的航空电推进电机高效散热设计方法。航空电推进电机采用多层波浪形散热拓扑,建立电机等效热网络模型,确定等效热阻、对流换热系数等重要参数,完成电机温度精确计算,并通过CFD仿真验证所建立电机等效热网络模型的准确性和有效性。以此为基础,对比分析传统散热翅和多层波浪形散热拓扑对电机功率密度的影响。基于多层波浪形散热拓扑的等效热网络模型,采用遗传学习粒子群优化(GL-PSO)算法,完成航空电推进电机高效散热优化设计。优化结果表明:相比于原始方案,优化方案的机壳质量减轻15.1%,整个电机的功率密度提升0.06 kW/kg。 展开更多

针对双轮毂电机驱动汽车的高效低耗能问题,提出一种考虑双轮毂电机驱动力矩在线实时反馈的优化方法。首先,建立轮毂电机能耗模型、动力学模型以及转矩分配控制模型;其次,以轮毂电机驱动效率为目标,以轮毂电机转矩、转速和能耗为不等式约... 针对双轮毂电机驱动汽车的高效低耗能问题,提出一种考虑双轮毂电机驱动力矩在线实时反馈的优化方法。首先,建立轮毂电机能耗模型、动力学模型以及转矩分配控制模型;其次,以轮毂电机驱动效率为目标,以轮毂电机转矩、转速和能耗为不等式约束,建立基于加入异变序列的QPSO-LSTM算法的优化模型;最后,搭建Lab-VIEW软件实验平台,使轮毂电机在716 N·m转矩峰值和1000 r/min转速峰值的约束条件下稳定输出。结果表明,软件平台可实时监测并调整驱动车辆系统数据,在FTP-75工况下,加入异变序列的QPSO-LSTM算法比量子遗传算法和粒子群算法的单循环能耗分别降低了2.98%和4.64%;在CLTC-P工况下,单循环能耗分别降低了3.06%和4.81%。 展开更多

针对电网电压不平衡下电流平衡及功率恒定问题,提出改进型光储虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制策略,该策略通过引入虚拟阻抗技术和双二阶广义积分器(double second order generalized integrator,DSOGI)实现正... 针对电网电压不平衡下电流平衡及功率恒定问题,提出改进型光储虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制策略,该策略通过引入虚拟阻抗技术和双二阶广义积分器(double second order generalized integrator,DSOGI)实现正负序分量的有效分离,并基于瞬时功率理论优化电流和功率的协调控制,显著提高了系统在不平衡电网条件下的电流平衡性和功率稳定性。首先,构建基于电机瞬态模型的光伏储能VSG系统的数学模型,以深入理解和模拟VSG在实际电网中的动态行为。通过应用双二阶广义积分器技术,实现了正序与负序分量的有效分离,并基于瞬时功率理论和负序虚拟复阻抗技术,进一步实现电流和功率的协调控制,确保电流平衡及功率恒定。最后,利用MATLA/Simulink软件构建仿真模型,模拟光伏储能系统在不平衡电网状态下的运行情况,仿真结果表明所提控制策略显著提高了控制策略的精度和响应速度,可确保动态电网环境中的操作效率和可靠性。 展开更多

And speed control of these motors is very easy due to power electronic AC-DC converters. These power electronic converters are with prominent low power factor and higher Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). These converters operate only for short time resulting non-sinusoidal waveform. This problem of harmonic distortion can be mitigated by reshaping the non-sinusoidal waveform to pure sine wave. Different wave shaping techniques have been developed by using different filters among which one is tuned passive filter. This paper proposed power factor improvement and harmonic mitigation of AC-DC converters based on separately excited DC motor using tuned passive filter. 为了提高电动助力转向系统的安全性以及可靠性,基于乘用车提出一种双电机冗余电动助力转向技术,采用转向执行双助力电机,可以从硬件上实现冗余,避免任意单电机发生故障时导致转向系统的失效,不仅可以满足转向系统对于轻便型、助力跟随... 为了提高电动助力转向系统的安全性以及可靠性,基于乘用车提出一种双电机冗余电动助力转向技术,采用转向执行双助力电机,可以从硬件上实现冗余,避免任意单电机发生故障时导致转向系统的失效,不仅可以满足转向系统对于轻便型、助力跟随性的要求,还可以减轻单个助力电机的负载提高电机的使用寿命。针对提出的问题,介绍了对双电机阻力转向系统整体结构及工作原理,并对其关键零部件进行分析论述。搭建双电机冗余系统仿真模型,双电机电流分配采用“一主一辅”的控制方式,并进行方向盘多种工况仿真验证。针对助力转向出现抖动问题,结合“扫频试验”,设计输出转矩超前滞后补偿方式进行相位校正补偿。通过实车试验验证了该算法的准确性和有效性。实验结果表明双冗余电动助力转向系统极大提高了转向力矩的稳定性,抑制其扰动性,有较好的助力效果,极大提高系统的可靠性和安全性。 展开更多

为提升电动汽车续航里程,研究加入铁损电阻参数辨识的节能降耗控制策略。基于异步电机工作机理,分析异步电机不同性质下的损耗,对损耗电阻进行在线辨识,建立考虑铁损的电路模型,推导出基于在线辨识和计及铁损的异步电机损耗最小控制电流... 为提升电动汽车续航里程,研究加入铁损电阻参数辨识的节能降耗控制策略。基于异步电机工作机理,分析异步电机不同性质下的损耗,对损耗电阻进行在线辨识,建立考虑铁损的电路模型,推导出基于在线辨识和计及铁损的异步电机损耗最小控制电流,实现了节能控制,并搭建系统仿真模型和测试实验平台,开展车用异步电机多工况下的仿真实验和性能测试实验。实验结果表明,所研究的策略能较好地辨识铁损电阻,能有效提升异步电机的效率,提高一次充电续航能力,该策略在工程应用上具有一定的实用价值。 展开更多

针对电动汽车遇到碰撞等紧急情况时,高压驱动系统母线电容电压需迅速降到安全电压(60 V),而传统基于PI控制的母线电容主动放电方法存在鲁棒性差、放电时间长和安全性低的问题,提出一种计及总损耗功率的电动汽车母线电容快速放电方法。首... 针对电动汽车遇到碰撞等紧急情况时,高压驱动系统母线电容电压需迅速降到安全电压(60 V),而传统基于PI控制的母线电容主动放电方法存在鲁棒性差、放电时间长和安全性低的问题,提出一种计及总损耗功率的电动汽车母线电容快速放电方法。首先,建立以永磁同步电机绕组作为泄放电阻的母线电容能量流动模型,将逆变器损耗、电机绕组铜耗、电机电感储能等损耗作为总损耗,利用扩展滑模观测器(ESMO)对总损耗功率进行估算,并通过Lyapunov稳定性理论对ESMO的稳定性进行了证明。然后,将观测的总损耗功进行前馈补偿,从而使母线电压快速降低并稳定在安全电压。仿真和实验结果表明,与现有主动放电方法相比,所提放电方法不仅显著减小了放电时间,而且提高了快速放电的鲁棒性和安全性。 展开更多
