The competition for power sales is mainly reflected in the power supply service. So what is the current status of power supply enterprise services? To this point, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction status of power supply services of some power users, and conducts statistics and analysis on its data, and establishes a customer satisfaction model for power supply enterprise services, and then uses weighted arithmetic average method to measure 152 online customers. The results of the satisfaction questionnaire are analyzed, and it is expected to provide reference for the power marketing system.展开更多

The ...In recent years, the prices of primary energy especially coal continue to increase rapidly. This results in a substantial decline of profits and more operating difficulties in the downstream electric enterprises. The listed companies in both coal supply and power industries have quality assets and are the representatives of these industries. Through the analysis of the financial and operational status of the listed coal supply and power companies since 2007, the reasons for the business development difficulties in the electric power industry were discussed. Recommendations were provided including improving the coal pricing system, increasing the degree of business integration of the coal and electric power industries, and adjusting energy structure.展开更多

According to the analysis, it is found that the profit from supply chain cooperation between coal and power enterprises is more than that of non- cooperation. The cooperation is validated to be beneficial for both units; however, the profit is mainly taken by the power enterprise. Thus, it is necessary to set up the incentive mechanism to distribute cooperation value between coal and power enterprises to promote their continual cooperation.展开更多

When voltage flicker or...Loads in large scale industrial enterprises are always various and complex, causing insecure power quality. Meanwhile, some sensitive loads or precise instruments demand for high power quality. When voltage flicker or harmonics occurs, dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) can be used to stabilize the load-side voltage, which is a good manner of improving power quality. The paper explains the load demand in large scale industrial enterprises, analyzes several common voltage compensation scheme of DVR, and comes up with another voltage compensation scheme of DVR applied for double power supply with double load. A Simulink model according to the new scheme is also built in MATLAB/Simulink to test its performance. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can guarantee the load-side voltage stability, which is an effective scheme for managing power quality.展开更多

By combining with the chaotic searching, the learning abilit...To evaluate the credit risk of customers in power market precisely, the new chaotic searching and fuzzy neural network (FNN) hybrid algorithm were proposed. By combining with the chaotic searching, the learning ability of the FNN was markedly enhanced. Customers’ actual credit flaw data of power supply enterprises were collected to carry on the real evaluation, which can be treated as example for the model. The result shows that the proposed method surpasses the traditional statistical models in regard to the precision of forecasting and has a practical value. Compared with the results of ordinary FNN and ANN, the precision of the proposed algorithm can be enhanced by 2.2% and 4.5%, respectively.展开更多
