Case Records as Medical Stories: A Song-dynasty Doctor’s Narration of His Own Medicine-Xu Shuwei (1080-1154)

The key point in studying or teaching the history of Chinese medicine is on the doctrines underlying it and on its perception of the body,physiology,pathology,and its treatment.Namely,there is often a tendency to focus on reading and analysing the classical canons and therapy-related texts including formularies and materia medica collections.However,focusing on these sources provides us with a one-sided presentation of Chinese medicine.These primary sources lack the clinical down-to-earth know-how that encompasses medical treatment,which are represented,for instance,in the clinical rounds of modern medical schools.Our traditional focus on the medical canons and formularies provides almost no clinical knowledge,leaving us with a one-sided narrative that ignores how medicine and healing are actually practiced in the field.This paper focuses on the latter aspect of medicine from a historical perspective.Using written and visual sources dating to the Song dynasty,clinical encounters between doctors and patients including their families are depicted based on case records recorded by a physician,members of the patient’s family,and bystanders.This array of case records or case stories will enable us to narrate the interaction between physicians and patients both from the clinical perspective and from the social interaction.This paper will also discuss visual depictions of the medical encounter to provide another perspective for narrating medicine during the Song dynasty.Medical case records and paintings depicting medical encounters are exemplary of the potential of Chinese primary sources for narrative medicine.

Experiment of Adopting the Learner Blog in CALL-based Practical English Writing Course

The learner blog is adopted in the instruction of CALL-based Practical English Writing course for A-level non-Eng lish major sophomores in our school in the spring this year.After examining how the program is implemented in detail,sugges tions are provided for future instructors in this related program.To ensure the program a good start,it is advisable for instructors to set aside a certain time to help each student to create a blog account in the beginning.Besides,it is requisite to provide stu dents with blogs titles with elaborate design and with the evaluation and further comment of the blog in the course of face-toface communication.Using of blogs in CALL-based Practical English Course is helpful in improving students'writing quality,in gearing up self-introspection for participants,in creating cooperative learning community,in fostering autonomous learning and cooperative learning,in building up communicative channels between students and instructors and among students themselves.

The Cornerstone of Improving College Students'English Writing Ability

In light of language acquisition,writing matters in the advancement of language ability.If second language learners want to achieve fluency and accuracy,only a large amount of input is not enough,But they also need to have understandable output prac⁃tices.Naturally,writing is an important part of comprehensible output practice.Rested on the theory and practice of writing,this pa⁃per aims to provide practical guidance for college students to study English writing independently.

指向“学-练-评”一体化的高中英语应用文写作探究——以人教版(2019)高中英语教材B1 U1 Reading for Writing为例

本文借鉴高中英语“三段七步”读思写整合教学模式,结合具体教学课例,探究高中英语应用文写作课堂“学-练-评”一体化的有效路径。课例以建议信写作为目标,通过“读”“思”“写”三个阶段的活动对建议信的文体特征进行学、练、评,从而达成知识的学习理解、应用实践和迁移创新。基于本课教学实践,本文提出以下应用文写作教学建议:精“学”范文,聚焦文本特征,确定读写目标,促进学的高效输入;“练”“评”结合,应用文体特征,落实课堂目标,实现以评促学、以评促练,从而提升学生的应用文写作能力。

高密度磁盘性能优化技术研究综述

在当今数字化时代,海量数据的生成和积累呈现出爆炸式增长的趋势,因此对存储容量的需求急速上升.传统磁记录磁盘CMR因其高容量和低成本而被视为解决海量数据存储的首选.然而,由于超顺磁效应的制约,CMR(Conventional Magnetic Recording)磁盘面密度的提升已触及极限.为了突破这一限制,叠瓦式磁记录技术SMR(Shingled Magnetic Recording)应运而生.基于传统硬盘架构,该技术以重叠磁道的方式,显著提升了磁盘面密度.但SMR磁盘在处理随机写时,会产生不可预测的写放大效应,从而严重影响I/O性能.为解决这一问题,业界随即提出了交错式磁记录技术IMR(Interlaced Magnetic Recording),利用优化的磁道布局和热辅助磁记录技术,有效实现了存储容量与性能的平衡.本文首先详细介绍了SMR和IMR的技术原理和磁盘类型,并量化分析了影响设备I/O性能的关键问题.然后,重点介绍了设备级优化方案,分析并总结了不同策略的优缺点与优化目标.接着,概述了面向设备的系统级和应用级设计方案,如文件系统、独立磁盘阵列技术和数据库等.最后讨论了在未来优化SMR磁盘和IMR磁盘性能可能的研究方向.

失效模式和效应分析在急诊抢救记录书写中的应用

目的:探索失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)在急诊抢救记录书写中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2022年1月—6月的300份急诊抢救记录作为对照组,2022年7月—12月的300份急诊抢救记录作为观察组。对照组采用常规质量控制管理,观察组采用FMEA管理,分析抢救记录书写过程中的失效模式及原因,计算优先风险数值,找出前5位的失效模式,分析原因,制订改进措施。比较两组急诊抢救记录书写缺陷情况;比较两组护士护理文书书写相关法律知识及理论知识的掌握情况。结果:观察组共发现缺陷71份,对照组共发现缺陷220份,观察组客观性缺陷、真实性缺陷、准确性缺陷、及时性缺陷、完整性缺陷、规范性缺陷的发生率分别为5.00%、2.67%、2.33%、3.67%、6.67%、3.33%,低于对照组的10.67%、8.33%、7.33%、15.67%、18.67%、12.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士护理文书书写相关法律知识成绩(92.54±3.39)分、理论知识成绩(93.08±2.71)分,均高于对照组(75.78±7.14)分、(83.28±4.89)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FMEA模式在急诊抢救记录书写中的应用效果良好,能提高护理文书书写质量及护士的书写能力。

通过对非英语专业研究生在科技论文写作中存在的问题和困难进行分析,以研究生科技英文与论文写作课程为依托,该文从课程的课程教学内容、教学评价、教学实践、教学意义及作用探讨,以及将思政元素融入教学五个方面进行改革和探索,提高学生的科技论文写作能力,端正学生的学生道德情操,为国家研究生培养高素质人才奠定基础。
