To promote the development of timber-concrete composite(TCC)structures,it is necessary to propose the assembly-type connections with high assembly efficiency and shear performances.This article presented the experimen...To promote the development of timber-concrete composite(TCC)structures,it is necessary to propose the assembly-type connections with high assembly efficiency and shear performances.This article presented the experimental results of the innovative steel-plate connections for TCC beams using prefabricated concrete slabs.The steel-plate connections consisted of the screws and the steel-plates.The steel-plates were partly embedded in the concrete slabs.The concrete slabs and the timber beams were connected by screws through the steel-plates.The parameters researched in this article included screw number,angle steel as the reinforcement for anchoring,and shallow notches on the timber surface to restrict the slip of the steel-plates.Experimental results were discussed in terms of failure modes,ultimate bearing capacities,and slip moduli.It was found that increasing the number of screws could lead to the obvious improvement on the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli at the ultimate state;and the angle steel as the reinforcement showed the slight influence on the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli.The application of the shallow notch can greatly improve the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli.The calculation models for the ultimate bearing capacities and the slip moduli of the steel-plate connections with and without shallow notches were proposed,which showed good accuracy compared with the experimental results.展开更多

With the vigorous development of new industrial technologies, ...In the context of global emission reduction, the low-carbon sustainable development of the construction industry has become an important research content. With the vigorous development of new industrial technologies, the application of prefabrication technology to buildings had become a mainstream. However, the research on the role of prefabricated technology in reducing building carbon emissions was not yet comprehensive, and the research on the relationship between prefabricated structure types and carbon emissions in the construction stage was not yet thorough. Guided by life cycle assessment (LCA), this paper used the scenario analysis method to set different working conditions for five different structural systems, and used SimaPro software to evaluate the carbon emissions of prefabricated buildings in order to clarify the carbon emissions of prefabricated buildings under different structural systems, and explore their impact mechanisms in depth. Finally, take the existing buildings in China as an empirical study, the results showed that: 1) The carbon emissions produced by the four common prefabricated structural systems were almost the same. Different structures had different requirements for the combination of components. The carbon emissions of individual buildings would be superimposed according to the carbon emission characteristics of various individual components to form the final total carbon emissions. 2) When the building structure system requires more combinations of components, the greater the amount of transportation invested in the transportation process, the more carbon emissions would be caused. In the calculation of all individual building construction stages, the carbon emissions generated by tower cranes almost exceed the sum of the carbon emissions of all mobile machinery. 3) Prefabricated shear wall structures and prefabricated frame-shear wall structures require a large amount of hoisting of prefabricated shear walls, so the carbon emissions of their mechanical equipment were also the highest.展开更多

This paper investigates the thermal performance of prefabricated exterior walls using the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to reduce energy consumption.The thermal performance of the prefabricated exterior wall was...This paper investigates the thermal performance of prefabricated exterior walls using the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to reduce energy consumption.The thermal performance of the prefabricated exterior wall was numerically simulated using the software ANSYS Fluent.The composite wall containing the cavity is taken as the research object in this paper after analysis.The simulation suggests that when the cavity thickness is 20 mm and 30 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the air-sandwich wall is 1.3 and 1.29,respectively.Therefore,the optimal width of the cavity is 20 mm,and the most suitable material is the aerated concrete block.In addition,a comparative analysis is conducted on the cavity temperature in the wall under different conditions.It is proven that an intelligent environment control system can significantly improve thermal efficiency and provide a solid theoretical basis for further research in the external insulation of prefabricated buildings.展开更多

The scope of this study is to investigate flanking noise transmission through joints between prefabricated concrete elements in Hellenic school buildings;such joints apparently are non-existent in the wholesome struct...The scope of this study is to investigate flanking noise transmission through joints between prefabricated concrete elements in Hellenic school buildings;such joints apparently are non-existent in the wholesome structure of ordinary concrete buildings.Sound insulation measurements were carried out in two prefabricated concrete buildings of the cell type;the latter involves demountable/reusable concrete elements(the cells);in this case,apparently,flanking noise transmission at joints,may be even more pronounced.A sample of seventeen fa?ade and interior partitions of classrooms was tested.Sound insulation was also predicted based on classical theory.Analysis of the measured data confirms,by and large,the satisfactory sound insulation performance of the test partitions,with the exception of composite partitions which involve door and window openings.The latter were identified to be a major source of sound insulation deterioration.The importance of meticulous sealing of joints is demonstrated.展开更多
The measurement and calculation of the carbon emission from the production of prefabricated building components were studied.Based on the carbon emission factor method,a carbon emission calculation model of the compon...The measurement and calculation of the carbon emission from the production of prefabricated building components were studied.Based on the carbon emission factor method,a carbon emission calculation model of the components in the production phase was established.Besides,the actual measurement method and calculated at rated power method were proposed for the measurement and calculation of carbon emission,and several measurements were carried out in a component factory located in a coastal area of south China and a component factory located in Beijing,respectively.The results of the study show that the carbon emission factors of laminates and wallboards produced by factories located in coastal areas of southern China under natural curing conditions were 7.61 kg CO2/m3 and 5.84 kg CO2/m3 respectively.The carbon emissions conversion coefficients of concrete mixer,reinforcing bar production line and travelling crane between actual operation and with per the rated power were approximately 0.44,0.34 and 0.34 respectively.When the actual measurement cannot be performed,the conversion coefficient can be used to correct the data of the calculated at rated power to make it closer to the true value.The carbon emission factor of the laminated panels produced by the component factory in Beijing under steam curing concrete conditions was 132.15 kg CO2/m3,and the factory is used as a prototype,a complementary steam generation system model of solar energy and boiler was established,and it was calculated that the system can reduce CO2 emissions by about 300 tons throughout the year.展开更多

This paper studies the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings, including the design phase, construction and assembly phase, operation and maintenance phase, and application analysis of related software, so as to improve the high efficiency, high quality and high precision development of prefabricated projects, and promote domestic green environmental protection. The development of the construction industry provides reference value for the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.
文摘Old-age building was designed in Ziwu Town,from the aspects of energy saving,environmental protection,full use of solar energy and characteristics of the local climate.In order to meet the requirements of energy conservation,environmental protection and climate adaptability of residential buildings,this paper integrates the construction and design in the prefabricated building design,at the same time,with the consideration of the possibility of expansion and removal of the nursing home,the concept of "modular unit" is put forward.Considering the climatic adaptability of the base position,the utilization of solar energy and the organization of natural ventilation should be paid attention to,also,the rammed soil construction method is added in this design,which can improve the thermal insulation performance of the building enclosure and create a comfortable indoor thermal environment both in winter and summer.In order to realize the object of industrial building construction and design,the prefabricated construction method is used,which produces impact on the surrounding environment more environmentally friendly.The building will be easily built,less restricted,and low-cost.What's more,local material and the advantages of all dry work increase the operability of the project.

文摘This paper investigates the thermal performance of prefabricated exterior walls using the Computational Fluid Dynamics method to reduce energy consumption.The thermal performance of the prefabricated exterior wall was numerically simulated using the software ANSYS Fluent.The composite wall containing the cavity is taken as the research object in this paper after analysis.The simulation suggests that when the cavity thickness is 20 mm and 30 mm,the heat transfer coefficient of the air-sandwich wall is 1.3 and 1.29,respectively.Therefore,the optimal width of the cavity is 20 mm,and the most suitable material is the aerated concrete block.In addition,a comparative analysis is conducted on the cavity temperature in the wall under different conditions.It is proven that an intelligent environment control system can significantly improve thermal efficiency and provide a solid theoretical basis for further research in the external insulation of prefabricated buildings.

文摘The accurate assessment of the quality can materially affect the safety and life of the prefabricated construction.In this paper,we studied the overall module of concealed water supply pipeline,and a new complex sequence quality evaluation model was established.By analyzing the small evaluation index elements of the model,the weight of the larger evaluation index could be deduced.The total quality evaluation score of the overall module could be obtained by calculating the weight value of the evaluation index,and then the quality standard of the overall module could be obtained.
文摘The scope of this study is to investigate flanking noise transmission through joints between prefabricated concrete elements in Hellenic school buildings;such joints apparently are non-existent in the wholesome structure of ordinary concrete buildings.Sound insulation measurements were carried out in two prefabricated concrete buildings of the cell type;the latter involves demountable/reusable concrete elements(the cells);in this case,apparently,flanking noise transmission at joints,may be even more pronounced.A sample of seventeen fa?ade and interior partitions of classrooms was tested.Sound insulation was also predicted based on classical theory.Analysis of the measured data confirms,by and large,the satisfactory sound insulation performance of the test partitions,with the exception of composite partitions which involve door and window openings.The latter were identified to be a major source of sound insulation deterioration.The importance of meticulous sealing of joints is demonstrated.

文摘The measurement and calculation of the carbon emission from the production of prefabricated building components were studied.Based on the carbon emission factor method,a carbon emission calculation model of the components in the production phase was established.Besides,the actual measurement method and calculated at rated power method were proposed for the measurement and calculation of carbon emission,and several measurements were carried out in a component factory located in a coastal area of south China and a component factory located in Beijing,respectively.The results of the study show that the carbon emission factors of laminates and wallboards produced by factories located in coastal areas of southern China under natural curing conditions were 7.61 kg CO2/m3 and 5.84 kg CO2/m3 respectively.The carbon emissions conversion coefficients of concrete mixer,reinforcing bar production line and travelling crane between actual operation and with per the rated power were approximately 0.44,0.34 and 0.34 respectively.When the actual measurement cannot be performed,the conversion coefficient can be used to correct the data of the calculated at rated power to make it closer to the true value.The carbon emission factor of the laminated panels produced by the component factory in Beijing under steam curing concrete conditions was 132.15 kg CO2/m3,and the factory is used as a prototype,a complementary steam generation system model of solar energy and boiler was established,and it was calculated that the system can reduce CO2 emissions by about 300 tons throughout the year.
文摘With the continuous development and progress of China's social economy,the construction speed of our construction industry is also accelerating.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete and masonry building,it has been unable to meet the requirements of the construction industry and the development of the times.Because the prefabricated building has the advantages of fast speed,water saving,land saving,noise reduction,material saving and energy saving in installation.Compared with traditional buildings,the prefabricated building is more energy efficient and practical.Therefore,the new type of precast assembly architecture is constantly highlighted and has become the mainstream of the development of the future construction industry.However,the technology started late in China,and the immature technology and imperfect supporting standards led to slow progress and even stagnation in China's construction industry.Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of the waterproof and sealing of the prefabricated building exterior walls,the suggestions for the healthy development of the construction industry in China are put forward in time.
