Early diagnosis of pregnancy plays an important role to minimize reproductive losses in farm animals.There are several methods for pregnancy diagnosis like profiling of reproductive hormones(such as progesterone and estrone sulfate),but sometimes they provide false-positive results.Embryo specific pregnancy markers,which delineate the presence and viability of the embryo,are considered as perfect for pregnancy determination.Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins are distinguished as the best indicator for the determination of early pregnancy,fetal number,and birth weight of kids.Pregnancy-associated glycoproteins are structurally correlated to aspartic proteinase and are communicated in the external epithelial cell layer of the placenta.They have been found to share about half amino acid sequence identity with pepsinogen,pepsin,cathepsin D and E.Dislike different individuals from aspartic proteinase family,numerous pregnancy-associated glycoproteins appear to be latent compound as a result of amino acid substitutions in and around the catalytic site.This review is to discuss the scope and prospects of pregnancy-associated glycoproteins as a pregnancy marker in farm animals,more specifically in goats. 展开更多

Sialylated N-glycan isomers withα2-3 orα2-6 linkage(s)have distinctive roles in glycoproteins,but are difficult to distinguish.Wild-type(WT)and glycoengineered(mutant)therapeutic glycoproteins,cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4-immunoglobulin(CTLA4-Ig),were produced in Chinese hamster ovary cell lines;however,their linkage isomers have not been reported.In this study,N-glycans of CTLA4-Igs were released,labeled with procainamide,and analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS)to identify and quantify sialylated N-glycan linkage isomers.The linkage isomers were distinguished by comparison of 1)intensity of the N-acetylglucosamine ion to the sialic acid ion(Ln/Nn)using different fragmentation stability in MS/MS spectra and 2)retention time-shift for a selective m/z value in the extracted ion chromatogram.Each isomer was distinctively identified,and each quantity(>0.1%)was obtained relative to the total N-glycans(100%)for all observed ionization states.Twenty sialylated N-glycan isomers with onlyα2-3 linkage(s)in WT were identified,and each isomer's sum of quantities was 50.4%.Furthermore,39 sialylated N-glycan isomers(58.8%)in mono-(3 N-glycans;0.9%),bi-(18;48.3%),tri-(14;8.9%),and tetra-(4;0.7%)antennary structures of mutant were obtained,which comprised mono-(15 N-glycans;25.4%),di-(15;28.4%),tri-(8;4.8%),and tetra-(1;0.2%)sialylation,respectively,with onlyα2-3(10 N-glycans;4.8%),bothα2-3 andα2-6(14;18.4%),and onlyα2-6(15;35.6%)linkage(s).These results are consistent with those forα2-3 neuraminidase-treated N-glycans.This study generated a novel plot of Ln/Nn versus retention time to distinguish sialylated N-glycan linkage isomers in glycoprotein. 展开更多

During mammalian fertilisation, the zona pellucida (ZP) matrix surrounding the oocyte is responsible for the binding of the spermatozoa to the oocyte and induction of the acrosome reaction (AR) in the ZP-bound spermatozoon. The AR is crucial for the penetration of the ZP matrix by spermatozoa. The ZP matrix in mice is composed of three glycoproteins designated ZP1, ZP2 and ZP3, whereas in humans, it is composed of four (ZP1, ZP2, ZP3 and ZP4). ZP3 acts as the putative primary sperm receptor and is responsible for AR induction in mice, whereas in humans (in addition to ZP3), ZP1 and ZP4 also induce the AR. The ability of ZP3 to induce the AR resides in its C-terminal fragment. O-linked glycans are critical for the murine ZP3-mediated AR. However, N-linked glycans of human ZP1, ZP3 and ZP4 have important roles in the induction of the AR. Studies with pharmacological inhibitors showed that the ZP3-induced AR involves the activation of the Gi-coupled receptor pathway, whereas ZP1- and ZP4-mediated ARs are independent of this pathway. The ZP3-induced AR involves the activation of T-type voltage-operated calcium channels (VOCCs), whereas ZP1- and ZP4-induced ARs involve both T- and L-type VOCCs. To conclude, in mice, ZP3 is primarily responsible for the binding of capacitated spermatozoa to the ZP matrix and induction of the AR, whereas in humans (in addition to ZP3), ZP1 and ZP4 also participate in these stages of fertilisation. 展开更多

Recent advance in glycoproteomics, glycomics and other chemical biology techniques have been employed to better understand the complex mechanism of glycosylation events and how they orchestrate molecular activities in genomics, proteomics and metabolomics implicated in pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Objective: To observe the effect of Xiaoyu Zhixue tablet (消瘀止血片,XYZXT) on the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy, and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The total of 148 patients with hemorrhagic thrombopathy were randomly divided into two groups, the traditional Chinese medicicne (TCM) group (n=98) treated with XYZXT and the Western medicine (WM) group (n=50) treated with adrenosin, vitamins C, K and P, both for 6 months. The therapeutic effect and the recovery rate of platelet aggregation in the two groups were observed. And platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP) Ⅰb/Ⅸ, GPⅡb/Ⅲa complexes, GPⅠb, GPⅡb, GP Ⅲa and P-selectin were analyzed by flow cytometry in both groups before and after treatment and also in 34 normal healthy subjects. Results: The total effective rate of hemostasis was 89. 8% in TCM group and 54. 0% in the WM group (x2=45.83, P<0.01), and the recovery rate of platelet aggregation was 72.4% and 4.0% respectively (x2=62.06, P<0.01). The fluorescence intensity of GP Ⅰ b/Ⅸ, GPⅡb/Ⅲa complexes, GPⅠb, GPⅢa and P-selectin were lower in both groups before treatment than those in the healthy subjects. Expression of above-mentioned marks was elevated in TCM group after 6 months' therapy, which was insignificantly different as compared with the healthy subjects (P>0.05) and higher than those in the WM group (P<0.05). Conclusion: One of the mechanisms in treating hemorrhagic thrombopathy with XYZXT is that it could regulate the expression of GP Ⅰb/Ⅸ, GPⅡ b/Ⅲa complexes, GPⅠb, GPⅢa and P-selectin at the level of receptor protein. 展开更多

This study aimed to isolate and characterize the structures of glycoproteins from peas and determine their hypoglycemic activity.The crude pea glycoproteins(PGP)were extracted by hot water and purified by diethylaminoethyl(DEAE)-Sepharose chromatography and Sephadex G-100 size-exclusion chromatography in sequence.Then three main fractions were obtained,namely PGP1,PGP2 and PGP3,with molecular weights of 897615,846740 and 1194692 Da,respectively.The physical and chemical properties of the three fractions were evaluated and compared by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and other analytical techniques.The fraction PGP2 with the highest hypoglycemic activity,was screened using the Caco-2 monolayer cell model.It can inhibit the uptake of glucose in the small intestine,as well as the activities of maltase and sucrase.After simulated gastrointestinal digestion,PGP2 signifi cantly enhanced the inhibitory effect of α-glucosidase,and slightly reduced the inhibitory ability ofα-amylase.In summary,PGP2 possessed strong hypoglycemic activity after digestion.These results indicated that PGP2 has the potential to be developed into a functional food or natural medicine for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. 展开更多

Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Novel serum biomarkers are required to increase the sensitivity and specificity of serum screening for early HCC diagnosis. This study employed a quantitative proteomic strategy to analyze the differential expression of serum glycoproteins between HCC and normal control serum samples.Methods: Lectin affinity chromatography(LAC) was used to enrich glycoproteins from the serum samples. Quantitative mass spectrometric analysis combined with stable isotope dimethyl labeling and 2D liquid chromatography(LC) separations were performed to examine the differential levels of the detected proteins between HCC and control serum samples. Western blot was used to analyze the differential expression levels of the three serum proteins.Results: A total of 2,280 protein groups were identified in the serum samples from HCC patients by using the 2D LC-MS/MS method. Up to 36 proteins were up-regulated in the HCC serum, whereas 19 proteins were down-regulated. Three differential glycoproteins, namely, fibrinogen gamma chain(FGG), FOS-like antigen 2(FOSL2), and α-1, 6-mannosylglycoprotein 6-β-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase B(MGAT5B) were validated by Western blot. All these three proteins were up-regulated in the HCC serum samples.Conclusion: A quantitative glycoproteomic method was established and proven useful to determine potential novel biomarkers for HCC. 展开更多

In order to select an optimum extraction method for the target glycoprotein (TGP) from jellyfish (Rhopilema esculentum) oralarms, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)–assay for the determination of the TGP was developed. Purified target glycoprotein was taken as a standard glycoprotein. The results showed that the calibration curves for peak area plotted against concentration for TGP were linear (r = 0.9984, y = 4.5895x+47.601) over concentrations ranging from 50 to 400 mgL-1. The mean extraction recovery was 97.84% (CV2.60%). The fractions containing TGP were isolated from jellyfish (R. esculentum) oral-arms by four extraction methods: 1) water extraction (WE), 2) phosphate buffer solution (PBS) extraction (PE), 3) ultrasound-assisted water extraction (UA-WE), 4) ultrasound-assisted PBS extraction (UA-PE). The lyophilized extract was dissolved in Milli-Q water and analyzed directly on a short TSK-GEL G4000PWXL (7.8 mm×300 mm) column. Our results indicated that the UA-PE method was the optimum extraction method selected by HPLC. 展开更多

Among highly variable regions,viral genes encoding surface proteins(hepatitis B surface antigen,E1/E2 HCV glycoproteins)play key roles in the stimulation of the host-related immune response and viral entry into hepatocytes.Specific segments of HBV envelope proteins(preS1,"a"determinant)are crucial in the entry process into permissive cells.HCV entry is a complex multistep process involving multiple cell cofactors (glycosaminoglycans,low density lipoprotein receptor, SR-B1,CD81,claudin-1,occludin,EGFR,EphA2)in the interaction with HCV E1/E2 envelope glycoproteins.In vitro both viruses can be controlled by antibody-me-diated neutralization targeting viral envelope,also essential in preventing HBV infection in vivo as observed through successful vaccination using HBs antigen.But preventive vaccination and/or therapeutic pressure can influence HBV and HCV variability.For HBV,the patterns of antiviral drug resistance in chronic hepatitis are complex and the original pol/S gene overlap has to be taken into account.Treatment-induced HBV mutations in pol could indeed generate S mutants with subsequent modified antigenicity or increased cancer induction.Variability of HBV and HCV envelope proteins combining high exposure to selective pressures and crucial functional roles require investigation in the context of diagnostic,vaccination and treatment tools.In this editorial a synthesis is performed of HBV and HCV envelope properties at the entry step and as antigenic proteins,and the subsequent clinical impact. 展开更多

The present study recruited 193 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease from Inpatient and Outpatient Departments at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College, China from August 2008 to May 2010, as well as 120 healthy volunteers from the Medical Examination Center at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College, China, who served as controls for this study. Patients and control subjects were from the Han population in northern China. Enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay analysis revealed increased levels of serum pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) in ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients compared with healthy controls. In addition, the patients exhibited greater frequency of genotype CC and C alleles in a missense A/C (Tyr/Ser) polymorphism (dbSNP: rs7020782) of exon 14 in the PAPP-A gene. Multiple-factor logistic regression analysis on correction of age, gender, history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesteremia, and ischemic stroke family history showed that the risk for ischemic cerebrovascular disease in the population without the A allele at the A/C genetic locus in exon 14 of the PAPP-A was 2-folds greater than the population expressing the A allele. These experimental findings suggested that ischemic cerebrovascular disease correlated with the C allele in exon 14 of PAPP-A. In addition, the A allele is likely a protective gene; individuals carrying the A allele were less prone to ischemic cerebrovascular disease compared with individuals without the A allele. 展开更多

The glycosylation of proteins is responsible for their structural and functional roles in many cellular activities.This work describes a strategy that combines an efficient release, labeling and liquid chromatography–mass spectral analysis with the use of a comprehensive database to analyze N-glycans. The analytical method described relies on a recently commercialized kit in which quick deglycosylation is followed by rapid labeling and cleanup of labeled glycans. This greatly improves the separation, mass spectrometry(MS) analysis and fluorescence detection of N-glycans. A hypothetical database, constructed using Glyc Resoft, provides all compositional possibilities of N-glycans based on the common sugar residues found in N-glycans. In the initial version this database contains &gt; 8,700 N-glycans, and is compatible with MS instrument software and expandable. N-glycans from four different well-studied glycoproteins were analyzed by this strategy. The results provided much more accurate and comprehensive data than that had been previously reported. This strategy was then used to analyze the N-glycans present on the membrane glycoproteins of gastric carcinoma cells with different degrees of differentiation. Accurate and comprehensive N-glycan data from those cells was obtained efficiently and their differences were compared corresponding to their differentiation states. Thus, the novel strategy developed greatly improves accuracy, efficiency and comprehensiveness of N-glycan analysis. 展开更多

The authors carried out a steady and unsteady mass transfer studies to simulate both the release of proteins in physiologic environments and proteins transport through a tissue or organ from polymeric capsules by using a substance, the rhodamine B isothiocyanate dextran (RBID) that mimics the behaviour of glycoproteins such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEFG). These studies highlighted the importance of electrostatic interactions between alginate and proteins in the release processes. Thereby, this fact has opened new perspectives in order to use these kind of capsules in protein recognition processes. The electrostatic interactions between alginate and RBID allow pH-dependent controlled release systems that simulate the behaviour of glycoproteins. 展开更多

BACKGROUND It has been suggested that serum leucine-richα-2 glycoprotein(LRG)could be a novel monitoring biomarker for the assessment of disease activity in inflammatory bowel disease.In particular,the relationship between LRG levels and the endoscopically assessed activity of ulcerative colitis(UC)has become a matter of interest.AIM To clarify appropriate LRG cut-off values for the prediction of endoscopic and histologic remission in Japanese patients with UC.METHODS This was a cross-sectional,single-center,observational study of Japanese patients with UC.Among 213 patients with UC,in whom LRG was measured from September 2020 to February 2022,we recruited 30 patients for whom a total colonoscopy and measurements of LRG and C-reactive protein(CRP)were performed on the same day.We retrospectively analyzed correlations between the LRG and CRP levels and endoscopic indices,including the Mayo endoscopic subscore and UC endoscopic index of severity.RESULTS Correlations between the LRG values and the Mayo endoscopic subscore or UC endoscopic index of severity were significant(r=0.754,P<0.0001;r=0.778,P<0.0001,respectively).There were also significant correlations between CRP levels and Mayo endoscopic subscore or UC endoscopic index of severity(r=0.599,P=0.0005;r=0.563,P=0.0012,respectively),although the correlation coefficients were higher for LRG.The LRG cutoff value for predicting endoscopic remission was 13.4μg/mL for a Mayo endoscopic subscore of 0[area under the curve(AUC):0.871;95%confidence interval(CI):0.744-0.998],and 13.4μg/mL for an UC endoscopic index of severity of 0 or 1(AUC:0.904;95%CI:0.792-1.000).CONCLUSION LRG may be a surrogate marker for endoscopic activity in UC,with a cut-off value of around 13.4μg/mL for endoscopically inactive disease. 展开更多

Effect of Cyclooxygenase Inhibition on P-Glycoprotein Expression and Phenytoin Level in Brain Tissue of Pilocarpine Induced Epilepsy in Rats

Background: Increased brain P-glycoprotein (P-gp) expression may play important role in resistance to antiseizure drugs. The present work aimed to overcome the drug resistance that develop due to overexpression of P-gp with subsequent increase in brain phenytoin level in epileptic rats, using either non-selective (indomethacin) or selective (celecoxib) cyclooxygenase inhibitors. Methods: Fifty-six adult male albino rats were randomly divided into seven groups. Epilepsy was induced using the lithium pilocarpine model. Rats received indomethacin (2.5 mg/kg) or celecoxib (20 mg/kg), either alone or combined with phenytoin (50 mg/kg). Seizures were evaluated using Racine score. Motor coordination was assessed using open field and rotarod tests. Phenytoin brain level was measured using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), glutamate expression was measured using Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), ATP Binding Cassette Subfamily B Member 1 (ABCB1) gene expression was assessed using Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), and immunohistochemical analysis was done for P-gp expression. Results: Phenytoin combination with either indomethacin or celecoxib had improved the Racine score, motor coordination on rotarod apparatus, and open field test results. Also, phenytoin combination with either indomethacin or celecoxib decreased brain glutamate level, ABCB1 gene and P-gp expression, and increased brain phenytoin level compared to treatment with phenytoin alone. This indicated that both P-gp inhibitors indomethacin and celecoxib, increased the level of phenytoin that reached the brain of rats. However, brain uptake of phenytoin was significantly enhanced using celecoxib rather than indomethacin (CI 95%, 17.092: 32.808, P-value Conclusion: Cyclooxygenase inhibition using either celecoxib or indomethacin resulted in downregulation of P-gp expression, with subsequent increase in brain phenytoin level in epileptic rats. 展开更多

Objective:To analyze the application effect of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its effect on the level of alpha-1 acid glycoprotein(alpha-1 AGP).Methods:200 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with manipulation+fire needling+cupping.The alpha-1-AGP levels before and after treatment,as well as the lumbar spine function and pain scores before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions occurred during treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in alpha-1 AGP levels,lumbar function,and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function scores of the two groups were significantly increased,with the treatment group having higher scores than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.00%,which was much lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate application of Zhuang medicine aponeurotic system triple therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation can promote the improvement of alpha-1 AGP index level,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their lumbar spine function.At the same time,Zhuang medicine also has significant advantages in terms of safety,while ensuring the efficacy and safety of the treatment. 展开更多

目的探讨重度子痫前期(severe preeclampsia,SPE)患者胎盘中细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白分子(cell surface transmembrane glycoprotein molecules,CD)44 mRNA,细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白分子24(CD24)mRNA及蛋白表达水平表达的临床价值研究。方法选取2... 目的探讨重度子痫前期(severe preeclampsia,SPE)患者胎盘中细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白分子(cell surface transmembrane glycoprotein molecules,CD)44 mRNA,细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白分子24(CD24)mRNA及蛋白表达水平表达的临床价值研究。方法选取2019年6月~2022年6月在聊城市第二人民医院接受剖宫产分娩的SPE患者,根据发病孕龄的不同,进一步将其分为早发型SPE组(孕龄≤34周,n=45)和晚发型SPE组(孕龄>34周,n=55)。选取同期产检正常者100例为对照组。采用荧光定量PCR和免疫组织化学检测SPE患者胎盘中CD44和CD24表达,Pearson法分析其表达水平差异以及与SPE疾病临床特征的相关性,多因素Logistic回归分析发生SPE的影响因素。结果相较于对照组,SPE胎盘组织中CD44 mRNA(0.55±0.12 vs 1.02±0.33),CD24 mRNA的表达水平(0.68±0.19vs 1.05±0.11)均降低,差异具有统计学意义(t=13.385,16.853,P<0.05)。免疫组织化学染色结果显示,CD44,CD24在SPE组胎盘组织中多呈阴性表达或弱阳性表达,而在对照组中多呈阳性表达,且SPE胎盘组织中CD44,CD24阳性率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.696,14.346,P<0.05)。相较于早发型SPE组,晚发型SPE胎盘组织中CD44(0.65±0.17 vs 0.42±0.11),CD24(0.77±0.23 vs 0.58±0.13)mRNA的表达水平均较高,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.830,4.932,P<0.05)。相较于对照组,SPE组BMI,收缩压、舒张压、尿蛋白、Cr,LDH和BUN均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.360~30.241,均P<0.05);SPE组分娩孕周较早、MPV,ALB较低、新生儿出生身长较短和体质量较轻均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.232~11.109,均P<0.05)。且SPE胎盘组织中CD44与CD24表达呈正相关(r=0.698,P<0.05),SPE胎盘组织中CD44的表达分别与CD24,分娩孕周、MPV和新生儿出生身长呈正相关(r=0.611,0.639,0.612,0.465,均P<0.05);与收缩压、尿蛋白和LDH呈负相关(r=-0.604,-0.569,-0.593,均P<0.05)。CD24的表达分别与分娩孕周、MPV和新生儿出生身长呈正相关(r=0.605,0.584,0.640,均P<0.05);与收缩压、尿蛋白和LDH呈负相关(r=-0.637,-0.593,-0.561,均P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析结果显示,MPV(95%CI:1.429~4.350),尿蛋白(95%CI:1.529~2.709),LDH(95%CI:1.425~3.932)均是发生SPE的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。高水平CD44(95%CI:0.561~0.940),CD24(95%CI:0.495~0.814)是发生SPE的独立保护因素(均P<0.05)。结论SPE患者胎盘中CD44,CD24表达水平较低,高水平CD44,CD24均是SPE发生的独立保护因素,可为后续SPE的治疗提供方向。 展开更多

香菇糖蛋白对大鼠铅中毒的改善作用

目的:通过优化提取工艺获得具有促排铅功能的香菇糖蛋白,探讨其对醋酸铅诱导铅中毒大鼠的防治效果。方法:利用热水浸提去除蛋白以及层析技术获得香菇糖蛋白纯品,利用红外光谱分析、单糖组成、N端氨基酸及内部氨基酸序列分析技术鉴定了... 目的:通过优化提取工艺获得具有促排铅功能的香菇糖蛋白,探讨其对醋酸铅诱导铅中毒大鼠的防治效果。方法:利用热水浸提去除蛋白以及层析技术获得香菇糖蛋白纯品,利用红外光谱分析、单糖组成、N端氨基酸及内部氨基酸序列分析技术鉴定了香菇糖蛋白的分子特性。将63只雄性SD大鼠随机分为9组,即空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、香菇糖蛋白处理组(4、8、160 mg/kg)和香菇子实体处理组(4、12、36 g/kg),通过腹腔注射醋酸铅制备大鼠铅中毒模型,连续给药30 d,观察大鼠的外观表现,检测体重变化、血液和脏器中的铅含量以及生化指标。结果:提纯的香菇糖蛋白(LEPP)经过单糖组成分析发现其是由葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖醛酸、木糖、岩藻糖、核糖、半乳糖醛酸、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖组成,氨基酸序列分析发现其N端序列为MPEQVVVADA,说明香菇糖蛋白具有多糖和蛋白的成分。动物实验表明,香菇糖蛋白能够促进铅中毒大鼠的体重增长,显著降低血液和肝脏中铅的含量(P<0.05),具有排除铅在肝脏中的沉积作用,显著提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)的活性(P<0.05),降低丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量(P<0.05),提高机体的抗氧化能力,同时香菇糖蛋白还可以降低血液中谷草转氨酶(Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase,AST)和谷丙转氨酶(Glutamic-Pyruvic Transaminase,ALT)的水平,具有保护肝脏的作用。结论:香菇糖蛋白可以排除体内的重金属铅,有效地改善大鼠的铅中毒症状。 展开更多
