In order to validate the accuracy of nonlinear fire simulation programs,comparison analysis is carried out between simulation and experiment induced from small-scale specimens,and then fire resistance of large-scale prestressed concrete slabs is further investigated through parameter expansion.The influences on fire resistance ratings controlled by deflection are explored and discussed,including effective span,concrete cover thickness,load level,prestress degree,effective prestress,composite reinforcement index and other factors.The calculated results indicate that fire resistance ratings of large-scale bonded prestressed concrete simply supported slabs are bigger than those of small-scale ones.Finally,the calculation formulas of fire resistance ratings controlled by deflection are established,which rationally consider the influence of effective span,concrete cover thickness,load level,composite reinforcement index and so on key factors. 展开更多

The flexural behaviors of continuous fully and partially prestressed steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete beams are studied by experiment and nonlinear finite element analysis. Three levels of partial prestress ratio (PPR) are considered, and three pairs of two-span continuous beams with box sections varying in size are designed. The major parameters involved in the study include the PPR and the fiber location. It is concluded that the prestressed high strength concrete beam exhibits satisfactory ductility; the influences of steel fiber on the crack behaviors for partially prestressed beams are not as obvious as those for fully prestressed ones; steel fibers can improve the structural stiffness after cracking for fully prestressed high strength concrete beams; the moment redistribution from mid-span to intermediate support in the first stage should be mainly considered in practical design. 展开更多

The seismic analysis of a rigid-framed prestressed concrete bridge in Tianjin Light Railway is performed. A 3-D dynamic finite element model of the bridge is established considering the weakening effect caused by the soft soil foundation. After the dynamic characteristics are calculated in terms of natural frequencies and modes, the seismic analysis is carried out using the modal response spectrum method and the time-history method, respectively. Based on the calculated results, the reasonable design values are finally suggested as the basis of the seismic design of the bridge, and meanwhile the problems encountered were also analyzed. Finally, some conclusions are drawn as: 1) Despite the superiority of rigid-framed prestressed concrete bridge, the upper and lower ends of the piers of the bridge are proved to be the crucial parts of the bridge, which are easily destroyed under designed earthquake excitations and should be carefully analyzed and designed; 2) The soft soil foundation can possibly result in rather weakening of the lateral rigidity of the rigid-framed bridge, and should be paid considerable attention; 3) The modal response spectrum method, combined with time-history method, is suggested for the seismic analysis in engineering design of the rigid-framed prestressed concrete bridge. 展开更多

Tests were carried out on 8 self-compacting reinforced concrete(SCC) beams and 4 normal reinforced concrete beams. The effects of mode of consolidation,load level,reinforcing ratio and structural type on long term behavior of SCC were investigated. Under the same environmental conditions,the shrinkage-time curve of self-compacting concrete beam is very similar to that of normal concrete beam. For both self-compacting reinforced concrete beams and normal reinforced concrete beams,the rate of shrinkage at early stages is higher,the shrinkage strain at 2 months is about 60% of the maximum value at one year. The shrinkage strain of self-compacting reinforced concrete beam after one year is about 450×10-6. Creep deflection of self-compacting reinforced concrete beam decreases as the tensile reinforcing ratio increases. The deflection creep coefficient of self-compacting reinforced concrete beam after one and a half year is about 1.6,which is very close to that of normal reinforced concrete beams cast with vibration. Extra cautions considering shrinkage and creep behavior are not needed for the use of SCC in engineering practices. 展开更多

In consideration that behavior of curvature ductility of interior support directly influences the degree of moment modification of unbonded prestressed concrete (UPC) continuous structures, constitutive relationships of concrete, non-prestressed reinforcement and prestressed reinforcement used for nonlinear analysis are given. Through simulation analysis on simple beams subjected to single loading at the middle of the span, the law of factors influencing curvature ductility, such as global reinforcing index, prestressing degree, effective prestress, strength of concrete and grade of non-prestressed reinforcement are explored. Based on these researches, calculating formula of curvature ductility coefficient of UPC beams is established, which provides basic data for further research on plastic design of UPC indeterminate structures. 展开更多

In order to investigate and research the fatigue cracking of prestressed concrete fatigue properties and loading and stiffness degeneration process,cyclic loading tests were carried out on six prestressed concrete beams and the stiffness degradation under fatigue was investigated. A simulation model of stiffness degradation is proposed based on the stiffness analysis of the fatigue-damaged section. The elastic modulus of damaged concrete and the effective residual area of steel were introduced as well as an adjusted three-stage concrete fatigue damage evolution model. The strip method was used to analyze concrete damage due to changing stress along the depth of the beam section. The simulation and test results were compared and a method of predicting fatigue deflection was presented based on the simulation model. The predicted results were compared with that of the neural network method. It is in good agreement for the simulation results with the test results. It is only less than5% error for the simulation model which can reveal the two-stage degradation of prestressed concrete beams under cyclic loading. It is more precise for the simulation prediction method under proper conditions. 展开更多

Fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) have unique advantages like high strength to weight ratio,excellent corrosion resistance,improving deformability and cost effectiveness.These advantages have gained wide acceptance in civil engineering applications.FRP tendons for prestressing applications are emerging as one of the most promising technologies in the civil engineering industry.However,the behavior of such members under the influence of elevated temperatures is still unknown.The knowledge and application of this could lead to a cost effective and practical considerations in fire safety design.Therefore,this study examines the deflection behavior of the carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) prestressed concrete beam at elevated temperatures.In this article,an analytical model is developed which integrates the temperature dependent changes of effective modulus of FRP in predicting the deflection behavior of CFRP prestressed concrete beams within the range of practical temperatures.This model is compared with a finite element mode (FEM) of a simply supported concrete beam prestressed with CFRP subjected to practical elevated temperatures.In addition,comparison is also made with an indirect reference to the real behavior of the material.The results of the model correlated reasonably with the finite element model and the real behavior.Finally,a practical application is provided. 展开更多

This paper presents an experimental investigation on the flexural behavior of cross-connected brick masonry infill wall panels supported on reinforced concrete beam grids above and below the walls.The experimental program was comprised of six wall systems.The effect of change in lower beam stiffness relative to the wall and the geometry of the main walls were investigated.From the results of the experimental tests,the increase in the depth of the lower beam grid reduces the deflection,resulting in an increase in the load carrying capacity of the wall.Further,the stiffness of the main walls affects the deflection and the failure load of the cross walls. 展开更多

In this manuscript,we study fracture of prestressed cylindrical concrete pipes.Such concrete pipes play a major role in tunneling and underground engineering.The structure is modelled fully in 3D using three-dimensional continuum elements for the concrete structure which beam elements are employed to model the reinforcement.This allows the method to capture important phenomena compared to a pure shell model of concrete.A continuous approach to fracture is chosen when concrete is subjected to compressive loading while a combined continuous-discrete fracture method is employed in tension.The model is validated through comparisons with experimental data. 展开更多

为修复钢筋混凝土梁在使用阶段中由于材料老化、裂缝开展等原因造成的损伤,提出一种基于Arduino智能平台和形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,SMA,具有形状记忆效应和超弹性特性)的智能修复控制系统,根据挠度及裂缝控制原理,设计智能修... 为修复钢筋混凝土梁在使用阶段中由于材料老化、裂缝开展等原因造成的损伤,提出一种基于Arduino智能平台和形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,SMA,具有形状记忆效应和超弹性特性)的智能修复控制系统,根据挠度及裂缝控制原理,设计智能修复控制装置。该装置由输入模块、处理模块和输出模块组成,当检测到钢筋应变超过限值时,输出模块升高SMA丝材温度对梁体进行修复。为验证该智能修复装置的修复性能,设计对比梁A(无修复装置)与试验梁B(加装智能修复控制装置),在加载过程中对试验梁B进行3次修复,对2根梁的跨中挠度、钢筋应变及裂缝宽度等进行对比分析。结果表明:破坏时试验梁B的跨中挠度、裂缝宽度均小于对比梁A,并且在3次修复中试验梁B的跨中挠度、裂缝宽度和钢筋应变最大回复率分别为31.0%、47.0%和71.5%。说明该智能修复控制装置可以监测试验梁受损情况并激发SMA材料对试验梁实施修复,实现钢筋混凝土梁的智能修复。 展开更多

重载铁路桥梁体外预应力筋加固性能研究

运营提载会导致重载铁路桥梁损伤累积和刚度退化加剧,对重载铁路预应力混凝土桥梁进行加固可以改善桥梁的受力状况,提高桥梁承载能力。为了研究重载铁路桥梁体外预应力筋加固的性能,分别制作重载铁路24 m超低高度预应力混凝土梁的未加... 运营提载会导致重载铁路桥梁损伤累积和刚度退化加剧,对重载铁路预应力混凝土桥梁进行加固可以改善桥梁的受力状况,提高桥梁承载能力。为了研究重载铁路桥梁体外预应力筋加固的性能,分别制作重载铁路24 m超低高度预应力混凝土梁的未加固足尺试验模型与体外预应力筋加固足尺试验模型,并开展200万次疲劳试验与疲劳后静力试验。建立未加固预应力混凝土梁与体外预应力筋加固预应力混凝土梁的精细化有限元模型,通过试验与有限元分析,研究加固前后重载铁路预应力混凝土梁的静力与疲劳性能,揭示加固前后梁体挠度和应力变化规律,并分析不同轴重列车作用下加固预应力混凝土梁的力学性能。研究结果表明:重载铁路桥梁外加预应力筋的加固效果良好,疲劳试验中加固梁刚度退化幅度、跨中挠度、梁内预应力筋应力、梁底及下翼缘混凝土应力显著比未加固梁的小;在33 t轴重列车与1.2倍中等荷载(ZH)轴重作用下,外加预应力筋加固的24 m超低高度预应力混凝土梁的适应性良好,预应力混凝土梁挠度与应力响应均符合规范要求。研究结果可为重载铁路桥梁的设计、养护、维护与加固提供基础与参考。 展开更多

预应力混凝土框架结构具有较好的抗裂性能和较高的承载能力,但在实际工程中,裂缝控制要求较为严格,容易出现预应力混凝土框架梁端配筋过多,进而导致梁端承载力过剩,难以实现“强柱弱梁”的抗震设计原则。针对这一问题,提出3种不同连接... 预应力混凝土框架结构具有较好的抗裂性能和较高的承载能力,但在实际工程中,裂缝控制要求较为严格,容易出现预应力混凝土框架梁端配筋过多,进而导致梁端承载力过剩,难以实现“强柱弱梁”的抗震设计原则。针对这一问题,提出3种不同连接形式的预应力混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱节点,通过6个预应力混凝土梁-型钢混凝土柱框架节点试件的低周反复加载试验,研究抗裂等级(影响梁预应力筋数量)、梁柱节点形式对节点破坏形态、滞回曲线、延性、刚度退化等影响规律。研究结果表明:3种不同连接形式的6个试件均发生了“梁端弯剪破坏”,而节点和柱破坏轻微,预应力混凝土框架节点通过使用型钢混凝土柱实现了“强柱弱梁”的抗震设计目标,试件延性和耗能能力较好;二级抗裂的节点试件强度退化、割线刚度退化较三级抗裂更快,抗震性能稍差;三种形式的节点中,形式2节点的强度退化、刚度退化较慢,抗震性能较好,且施工方便。 展开更多

为简化现场施工工序,创新将预应力技术与装配式技术集成应用于型钢混凝土结构中,提出部分预制预应力型钢混凝土(PPPSRC)梁。通过5个梁试件的受弯性能试验及5个梁试件的受剪性能试验,研究了预应力施加顺序、预应力度、预应力筋高度及预... 为简化现场施工工序,创新将预应力技术与装配式技术集成应用于型钢混凝土结构中,提出部分预制预应力型钢混凝土(PPPSRC)梁。通过5个梁试件的受弯性能试验及5个梁试件的受剪性能试验,研究了预应力施加顺序、预应力度、预应力筋高度及预制混凝土种类对PPPSRC梁的破坏形态和截面应力发展的影响,并结合试验结果对各试件的裂缝发展规律、承载及变形能力进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:预应力施加于梁预制部分或施加于整个梁对PPPSRC梁受力性能影响较小,不同预应力施加顺序的试件开裂荷载与峰值荷载差值均在5%以内;预应力度和预制部分混凝土种类对PPPSRC梁的抗裂性能影响显著,其中PPPSRC梁的开裂荷载相较于普通型钢混凝土梁最高可提高166%,而预制部分采用超高性能混凝土相比预制部分采用普通混凝土的试件开裂荷载可提高33%。基于试验结果建立了适用于PPPSRC梁的受弯、受剪承载力以及开裂荷载的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。 展开更多

局部受热锈蚀预应力混凝土梁力学性能试验研究

随着我国基础建设的发展,大量混凝土桥梁在恶劣环境影响下发生腐蚀和老化,腐蚀桥梁结构的灾害破坏机理研究对桥梁结构的运营安全具有重要意义。为研究已经锈蚀受损的桥梁在局部受热状态下的高温力学性能,设计10根预应力混凝土梁试件。... 随着我国基础建设的发展,大量混凝土桥梁在恶劣环境影响下发生腐蚀和老化,腐蚀桥梁结构的灾害破坏机理研究对桥梁结构的运营安全具有重要意义。为研究已经锈蚀受损的桥梁在局部受热状态下的高温力学性能,设计10根预应力混凝土梁试件。其中对照组的2根试件在常温下加载,试验变量为预应力筋初始应力,试验组的8根试件在高温下加载,试验变量分别为钢筋锈蚀、预应力筋初始应力、初始荷载。首先,基于电化学原理对4根预应力混凝土梁进行钢筋加速锈蚀处理,然后利用复合高温试验炉对8根预应力混凝土梁(4根锈蚀、4根未锈蚀)在跨中进行三面受火试验。最后,采用数值方法对局部受热预应力混凝土梁进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明:局部受热条件下,预应力混凝土梁的承载能力会发生明显降低,下降幅度约为11.3%~14.9%;钢筋锈蚀导致的混凝土开裂会对预应力混凝土梁的抗火性能产生不利影响,主要表现为2个方面,1)相同试验条件下,锈蚀后的试件预应力增量更大;2)锈蚀试件在局部受热条件下承载能力下降幅度更大,约为19.4%~21.9%;增大预应力筋的初始应力可以减小预应力混凝土梁在局部受热时的高温蠕变变形;局部高温作用下预应力混凝土梁对初始荷载较为敏感,当试件初始荷载值提升20%时,三分点位移量约增大60%。研究成果可以为实际锈蚀桥梁的防火设计和灾后应急提供理论依据。 展开更多

为研究低预应力CFRP加固RC梁的力学性能,设计进行了CFRP加固方法的对比模型梁试验。通过对直接粘贴、机械张拉粘贴锚固成为低应力CFRP板及粘贴加热伸长后回缩成为低预应力CFRP板这3种方法,将同规格的CFRP板粘贴在混凝土试验梁表面,通过... 为研究低预应力CFRP加固RC梁的力学性能,设计进行了CFRP加固方法的对比模型梁试验。通过对直接粘贴、机械张拉粘贴锚固成为低应力CFRP板及粘贴加热伸长后回缩成为低预应力CFRP板这3种方法,将同规格的CFRP板粘贴在混凝土试验梁表面,通过分级加载试验,获得不同施工方法的CFRP板加固后开裂荷载、极限荷载、裂缝发展及荷载-挠度曲线等。试验结果表明:3种施工方法下进行机械张拉低预应力CFRP板加固对原梁抗剪承载力性能提高较大。在正常使用阶段,机械张拉低预应力CFRP板加固梁和加热张拉低预应力CFRP板加固梁出现斜裂缝的荷载等级高于直接粘贴CFRP加固梁出现斜裂缝的荷载等级。机械张拉低预应力CFRP板加固梁和加热张拉低预应力CFRP板加固梁产生的裂缝宽度小于直接粘贴CFRP板加固梁产生的裂缝宽度。相对最明显的是机械张拉低预应力CFRP板,裂缝一直维持在较低水平。粘贴锚固的低预应力CFRP加固方式操作相对简单,可应用于桥梁维修或拆除前临时加固工程等。 展开更多

随着服役时间的增长和车辆荷载的增加,老旧的钢筋混凝土桥梁面临承载力不足、变形超限等问题,采用体外预应力CFRP筋对其加固是一种有效的解决方法。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对某跨度24 m的铁路桥梁进行数值模拟与参数分析,其中,根据不... 随着服役时间的增长和车辆荷载的增加,老旧的钢筋混凝土桥梁面临承载力不足、变形超限等问题,采用体外预应力CFRP筋对其加固是一种有效的解决方法。采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对某跨度24 m的铁路桥梁进行数值模拟与参数分析,其中,根据不同的CFRP预应力筋的直径(31 mm、43 mm、61 mm)和预应力大小(250 MPa、500 MPa、750 MPa、1000 MPa、1250 MPa),获得模型梁的开裂弯矩、梁底钢筋屈服弯矩以及梁开裂时的跨中变形。将《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)等现行规范的理论计算结果与数值模拟结果进行对比,发现两者吻合良好,误差在15%以内,从而验证了规范中钢筋混凝土梁开裂弯矩计算公式、正截面承载力计算公式以及跨中挠度计算公式对于体外预应力CFRP筋加固钢筋混凝土梁的适用性与准确性,为实际工程加固设计提供参考。 展开更多
