In the equivalent circuit, electric components (equivalent circuit parameters) are connected to real and imaginary parts of complex physical coefficients of piezoelectric materials. Based on definitions of dissipation factors, three of them (dielectric, elastic and piezoelectric dissipation factors) are represented by equivalent circuit parameters. Since the equivalent circuit parameters are detectable, the dissipation factors can be easily obtained. In the experiments, the temperature and the stress responses of the three dissipation factors are measured.展开更多

Some new analysis tools were developed which can be used to deal with complexity "analysis of the algorithms which use analogous strategy in [5] to design the search directions for the Newton system. In this paper, a new kernel function with simple algebraic expression is proposed. Based on this kernel function, a primal-dual interior-point methods (IPMs) for semidefinite optimization (SDO) is designed. And the iteration complexity of the algorithm as O(n^3/4 log n/ε) with large-updates is established. The resulting bound is better than the classical kernel function, with its iteration complexity O(n log n/ε) in large-updates case.展开更多

Testing results show that this kind inverter has lots of properties as high reliability, high efficiency, good EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) and easy operating. A new five-dimensional fractional-order laser chaotic system(FOLCS)is constructed by incorporating complex variables and fractional calculus into a Lorentz-Haken-type laser system.Dynamical behavior of the system,circ...A new five-dimensional fractional-order laser chaotic system(FOLCS)is constructed by incorporating complex variables and fractional calculus into a Lorentz-Haken-type laser system.Dynamical behavior of the system,circuit realization and application in pseudorandom number generators are studied.Many types of multi-stable states are discovered in the system.Interestingly,there are two types of state transition phenomena in the system,one is the chaotic state degenerates to a periodical state,and the other is the intermittent chaotic oscillation.In addition,the complexity of the system when two parameters change simultaneously is measured by the spectral entropy algorithm.Moreover,a digital circuit is design and the chaotic oscillation behaviors of the system are verified on this circuit.Finally,a pseudo-random sequence generator is designed using the FOLCS,and the statistical characteristics of the generated pseudo-random sequence are tested with the NIST-800-22.This study enriches the research on the dynamics and applications of FOLCS.展开更多

In this paper an algorithm for modular multiplicative inverse is introduced and its computational space complexity is analyzed. A tight upper bound for bit storage required for execution of the algorithm is provided. It is demonstrated that for range of numbers used in public-key encryption systems, the size of bit storage does not exceed a 2K-bit threshold in the worst-case. This feature of the Enhanced-Euclid algorithm allows designing special-purpose hardware for its implementation as a subroutine in communication-secure wireless devices.展开更多
