ASME-Ⅲ-5高温1级部件分析设计方法的改进方向探讨

ASME规范第Ⅲ卷第5册(简称ASME-Ⅲ-5)提供了核1级部件在高温下使用的设计分析方法和评定准则。本文对高温的定义进行简介,对ASME规范核1级部件在高温下考虑的设计载荷、失效机制、设计分析方法以及评定准则的特点进行总体介绍。通过对A... ASME规范第Ⅲ卷第5册(简称ASME-Ⅲ-5)提供了核1级部件在高温下使用的设计分析方法和评定准则。本文对高温的定义进行简介,对ASME规范核1级部件在高温下考虑的设计载荷、失效机制、设计分析方法以及评定准则的特点进行总体介绍。通过对ASME规范与其他高温规范R5、RCC-MRx、MONJU在基于损伤模式下的载荷控制应力限制和变形控制限制的分析方法及准则进行对比,探究ASME规范在分析方法准则中的优势与局限性,得出ASME规范传统采用的基于应力分类的弹性分析法表现优异,但由于本身固有特性并不能完美解决规范所含括的各个失效机制的结论,提出若干项改进ASME-Ⅲ-5高温1级部件设计规范的方法。本文指出的ASME-Ⅲ-5可改进方向可进一步提高规范发展使用的先进性、经济性和安全性,同时对开发构建我国自主化的核承压高温使用1级部件设计规范具有指导作用。 展开更多

Based on the principle that the thermal expansion coefficient of the support structure should match that of the mirror, three schemes of primary mirror assembly were designed. Of them, the first is fused silica mirror plus 4J32 flexible support plus ZTC4 support back plate, the second K9 mirror plus 4J45 flexible support plus ZTC4 support back plate, and the third SiC mirror plus SiC rigid support back plate. A coupled thermo-mechanical analysis of the three primary mirror assemblies was made with finite element method. The results show that the SiC assembly is the best of all schemes in terms of their combination properties due to its elimination of the thermal expansion mismatch between the materials. The analytical results on the cryogenic property of the SiC primary mirror assembly show a higher surface finish of the SiC mirror even under the cryogenic condition. 展开更多

For English education primary school,English vocabulary teaching should be attach importance to because in the traditional class of English vocabulary teaching,teachers just fill young minds with knowledge points of each word in a 35-minute class yet fail to lay emphasis of learners’meaningful learning and autonomic learning as well as their very limited attention spans.To support traditional English vocabulary teaching classes,the research proposes the theme-based English vocabulary micro-lectures designed on the basis of experiential learning theory and constructivist learning theory as well as the analyses of target users of high-level students in the primary school.After application of the micro-lectures into practice,the research assesses the effect of the micro-lectures on the learners and then makes suggestions for design principles of theme-based vocabulary micro-lectures about selection of contents and vocabulary themes,supplementary teaching activities and teacher interaction in the micro-lectures for high-level students in the primary school.Also,the designers should make multi-level English vocabulary micro-lectures according to learners’English proficiency and increase repetition rates of vocabularies in the micro-lectures. 展开更多

In this paper an encryption-decryption algorithm based on two moduli is described: one in the real field of integers and another in the field of complex integers. Also the proper selection of cryptographic system parameters is described. Several numeric illustrations explain step-by-step how to precondition a plaintext, how to select secret control parameters, how to ensure feasibility of all private keys and how to avoid ambiguity in the process of information recovery. The proposed cryptographic system is faster than most of known public key cryptosystems, since it requires a small number of multiplications and additions, and does not require exponentiations for its implementation. 展开更多

The study aimed at assessment of level of task performance of Primary Health Care Worker (PHCWs) according to their professional designations in selected Local Government Areas (LGA) in Enugu State. Descriptive su... The study aimed at assessment of level of task performance of Primary Health Care Worker (PHCWs) according to their professional designations in selected Local Government Areas (LGA) in Enugu State. Descriptive survey research was used. 291 PHCWs were randomly selected from 9 LGA using a multistage method. Questionnaire was used to collect data and the instrument was validated using test-retest method with correlation coefficient of 0.79. The findings show that Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs) performed higher than Environmental Health Officer (EVO) and Community Health Officers (CHOs) in the area of health education concerning prevailing health problems and method of control. They scored 66.09% as against 52.8% and 60.61% for EVO and CHEW respectively. The result showed that the professional designation has no significant effect (P 〈 0.05) on the level of task performed by PHCW and their levels of task performance were low. It was recommended that public Health physicians and Nurses should be involved in the PHC in Enugu State to provide the fight supervision to the PHCW. 展开更多

目的:分析计算机辅助设计与制造(Computer aided design/Computer aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM)树脂暂时冠修复乳前牙大面积缺损的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月-2023年6月于笔者医院进行治疗的108例乳前牙大面积缺损患儿为研究对象,依据... 目的:分析计算机辅助设计与制造(Computer aided design/Computer aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM)树脂暂时冠修复乳前牙大面积缺损的疗效。方法:选取2018年2月-2023年6月于笔者医院进行治疗的108例乳前牙大面积缺损患儿为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序将其分为两组。对照组给予光固化复合树脂充填(n=54),观察组给予CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠修复(n=54),观察两组患儿的修复效果。结果:修复后3个月,两组缺损乳前牙修复体表面情况、色泽协调性、边缘密合度、继发龋比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),修复后6个月,观察组缺损乳前牙修复体表面、色泽协调性、边缘密合度、继发龋有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后3个月和6个月,两组缺损乳前牙牙龈炎症比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠在乳前牙大面积缺损修复中的效果较好,较光固化复合树脂充填更能够改善患儿远期预后。 展开更多

“双减”背景下,低年级无纸化测评已在全国各地小学开展,然而如何综合、科学地测评低年级学生的核心素养一直是基础教育测评实践中的热点和难点。根据中国学生发展核心素养,遴选小学低年级学生可评估的7个基本要点,在此基础上,依据证据... “双减”背景下,低年级无纸化测评已在全国各地小学开展,然而如何综合、科学地测评低年级学生的核心素养一直是基础教育测评实践中的热点和难点。根据中国学生发展核心素养,遴选小学低年级学生可评估的7个基本要点,在此基础上,依据证据中心设计(ECD)模型,从学生模型、任务模型、证据模型、组合模型、呈现模型和交付系统模型角度架构出小学低年级学生核心素养评价框架,并付诸实施。实施效果显示,基于ECD模型的小学低年级核心素养评价提供了多角度的综合评价方式,既提高了测评的科学性,也提高了教师的教育评价素养。为了更科学地应用ECD模型评价小学低年级学生的核心素养,今后应依托专业培训,进一步提升教师理解测评模型的深度与广度;注重证据收集的全面性,平衡学生发展核心素养与学科核心素养的关系;借助信息技术,真实、全面地刻画学生核心素养画像。 展开更多

Polymer reaction engineering studies the design,operation,and optimization of reactors for industrial scale polymerization,based on the theory of polymerization kinetics and transfer processes(e.g.,flow,heat and mass transfer).Although the foundation and development of this discipline are less than80 years,the global production of polymers has exceeded 400 million tons per annum.It demonstrates that polymer reaction engineering is of vital importance to the polymer industry.Along with the matu rity of production processes and market saturation for bulk polymers,emerging industries such as information technology,modern transportation,biomedicine,and new energy have continued to develop.As a result,the research objective for polymer reaction engineering has gradually shifted from maximizing the efficiency of the polymerization process to the precise regulation of high-end product-oriented macro molecules and their aggregation structures,i.e.,from polymer process engineering to polymer product engineering.In this review,the frontiers of polymer reaction engineering are introduced,including the precise regulation of polymer chain structure,the control of primary aggregation structure,and the rational design of polymer products.We narrow down the topic to the polymerization reaction engineering of vinyl monomers.Moreover,the future prospects are provided for the field of polymer reaction engineering. 展开更多
