The organic phase was characterized by FT-IR and photon correlation spectroscopy. The composition of extracted species as well as the content of H_2O in organic phase were determined. The dependence of both the rate of extraction and stripping on the formation of reverse micelle in primary amine (N1923)system has been confirmed. It is shown that the extraction of Fe(III) by primary amine sulphate may be related to the adduct formation or cation exchange reaction under different concentrations of H_2SO_4 in aqueous solution.展开更多

Sulfonic resin serves as the heterogeneous catalyst for C N bond formation and protects the neighboring hydroxyl group until the required hydrolysis starts in the alkaline solution. Aset of 39 underivatized chiral primary amines was screened for enantiomeric separation. Seven recentlyintroduced commercial chiral columns were tested. They included six polysaccharide based chiral stationaryphases (CSP) with bonded derivatives, ChiralPak? IA, IB, IC, ID, IE and IF columns and a cyclofructanderivatized CSP, Larihc? CF6-P column. Both the normal phase (NP) mode with heptane/alcohol mobile phasesand the polar organic (PO) mode with acetonitrile/alcohol were evaluated. It was found that the cyclofructanbased CSP demonstrated the highest success rate in separating primary amines in the PO mode with only onechiral amine not resolved. It is shown that, when screening the columns, there is no standard optimal condition;an excellent mobile phase composition for one column may be poorly suited to another one. Althoughbutylamine was a good mobile phase additive for the polysaccharide columns in both PO and NP modes, it wasdetrimental to the enantio-recognition capability of the cyclofructan column. Triethylamine was the appropriatesilanol screening agent for this latter column.展开更多

文摘Specific bioconjugation for native primary amines is highly valuable for both chemistry and biomedical research.Despite all the efforts,scientists lack a proper strategy to achieve high selectivity for primary amines,not to mention the requirement of fast response in real applications.Herein,we report a chromone-based aggregation-induced emission(AIE)fluorogen called CMVMN as a self-reporting bioconjugation reagent for selective primary amine identification,and its applications for monitoring bioprocesses of amination and protein labeling.CMVMN is AIE-active and capable of solid-state sensing.Thus,its electrospun films are manufactured for visualization of amine diffusion and leakage process.CMVMN also shows good biocompatibility and potential mitochondria-staining ability,which provides new insight for organelle-staining probe design.Combined with its facile synthesis and good reversibility,CMVMN would not only show wide potential applications in biology,but also offer new possibilities for molecular engineering.

文摘Sterically congestedα-tertiary primary amines are ubiquitous substructures in pharmaceutical and agrochemical agents yet are challenging to access.Herein,straightforward photoredox-catalyzed access to structurally diverseα,α,α-trisubstituted primary amines from denitrogenative alkylarylation or dialkylation of vinyl azides with N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI)esters and cyanoarenes or aryl aldehydes has been developed.The use of vinyl azide as a precursor to a primary aminewas enabled by the dual role of the Hantzsch ester to form an electron donor-acceptor complex and serve as a sacrificial reductant.This strategy provides a modular synthesis ofα-tertiary primary amines,including unprotected 1,2-amino alcohols,from simple materials with excellent functional group tolerance.The synthetic applicability of this method was demonstrated by streamlined access to 2,2-disubstituted tetrahydroquinolines.Preliminary investigations support two parallel reductive photocatalytic cycles allowing for the denitrogenative alkylarylation or dialkylation of vinyl azides via decarboxylative radical addition followed by heteroradical cross-coupling betweenα-amino radicals and aryl anion radicals or ketyl anion radicals.
文摘Rule of law education in primary and secondary schools is an educational process to popularize legal knowledge,establish legal awareness,and cultivate the ability to respect,abide by,and use the law for the special group of primary and secondary school students.The research found that rule of law education in primary and secondary schools in Chaoshan has yielded positive outcomes.However,there exist problems such as uneven synergy,incomplete inclusion of teachers and students,shortage of adequately trained professional teachers,and the need for enhanced organizational support.The relevance and effectiveness of rule of law education in primary and secondary schools will be enhanced by clarifying the target tasks,enhancing the effectiveness of the classroom,creating an atmosphere of the rule of law,and strengthening organizational support.
文摘With the advent of the artificial intelligence(AI)era,there is a need to create a more flexible and humanistic educational ecosystem to adapt to the changes.Education needs to move from a unidirectional focus on skills to the cultivation of creative“whole people.”Due to the non-standardized evaluation system of the art discipline,its education has a unique advantage for the cultivation of students’creativity.At the same time,the interdisciplinary integration of fine arts points to the educational goals in the era of AI and the educational requirements for cultivating students’core qualities in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis and developmental evolution of interdisciplinary integration,studies the significance of interdisciplinary integration in art education from the three levels of students,teaching,and disciplines,and explores four effective paths to realize interdisciplinary integration in art education in the era of AI.In this way,students can realize the contextualized analysis of knowledge,in-depth understanding of the content of the discipline,and accurate expression of the spiritual values embedded in art interdisciplinary learning.The ultimate goal is to cultivate students’ability to solve complex problems,promote the development of students’free personalities,and respond to the national education requirements.

文摘With the vigorous development of social economy in China,various advanced technologies and equipment have emerged,among which artificial intelligence(AI)has rapidly developed and achieved remarkable results when applied to many fields.Therefore,leaders and teachers in primary and secondary schools should pay more attention to AI education and explore effective measures to optimize the effectiveness of this education.Among them,carrying out artificial intelligence education and teaching from the perspective of thinking quality,with an aim to improve students’technical ability and effectively cultivate their thinking skills,may improve students’learning efficiency and teachers’teaching efficiency.How to carry out AI education from the perspective of thinking quality is an important issue that teachers need to address urgently.Through in-depth research,we focus on this issue,in hope to benefit primary and secondary school teachers.
