Increasing Internet of Things(IoT)device connectivity makes botnet attacks more dangerous,carrying catastrophic hazards.As IoT botnets evolve,their dynamic and multifaceted nature hampers conventional detection methods.This paper proposes a risk assessment framework based on fuzzy logic and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)to address the risks associated with IoT botnets.Fuzzy logic addresses IoT threat uncertainties and ambiguities methodically.Fuzzy component settings are optimized using PSO to improve accuracy.The methodology allows for more complex thinking by transitioning from binary to continuous assessment.Instead of expert inputs,PSO data-driven tunes rules and membership functions.This study presents a complete IoT botnet risk assessment system.The methodology helps security teams allocate resources by categorizing threats as high,medium,or low severity.This study shows how CICIoT2023 can assess cyber risks.Our research has implications beyond detection,as it provides a proactive approach to risk management and promotes the development of more secure IoT environments. 展开更多

Two-dimensional van der Waals(2D vdW)material-based heterostructure devices have been widely studied for high-end electronic applications owing to their heterojunction properties.In this study,we demonstrate graphene(Gr)-bridge heterostructure devices consisting of laterally series-connected ambipolar semiconductor/Gr-bridge/n-type molybdenum disulfide as a channel material for field-effect transistors(FET).Unlike conventional FET operation,our Gr-bridge devices exhibit nonclassical transfer characteristics(humped transfer curve),thus possessing a negative differential transconductance.These phenomena are interpreted as the operating behavior in two series-connected FETs,and they result from the gate-tunable contact capacity of the Gr-bridge layer.Multi-value logic inverters and frequency tripler circuits are successfully demonstrated using ambipolar semiconductors with narrow-and wide-bandgap materials as more advanced circuit applications based on non-classical transfer characteristics.Thus,we believe that our innovative and straightforward device structure engineering will be a promising technique for future multi-functional circuit applications of 2D nanoelectronics. 展开更多

Aptamers are molecular recognition elements with high specificity that are selected from deoxyribonucleic acid/ribonucleic acid (DNA/RNA) library. Compared with the traditional protein recognition elements,aptamers have excellent properties such as cost-effective,stable,easy for synthesis and modification. In recent years,electrochemistry plays an important role in biosensor field because of its high sensitivity,high stability, fast response and easy miniaturization. Through the combination of these two technologies and our rational design,we constructed a series of biosensors and biochips that are simple,fast,cheap and miniaturized. Firstly,we designed an adenosine triphosphate (ATP) electrochemical biosensor based on the strand displacement strategy. We can detect as low as 10 nmol/L of ATP both in pure solution and complicated cell lysates. Secondly,we creatively split the aptamers into two fragments and constructed the sandwich assay platform only based on single aptamer sequence. We successfully transferred this design on biochips with multiple micro electrodes (6×6) and accomplished multiplex detection. In the fields of biochips and biocomputers,we designed several DNA logic gates with electric (electrochemical) signal as output which paves a new way for the development of DNA computer. 展开更多

Supercapacitor diode is a novel ion device that performs both supercapacitor energy storage and ion diode rectification functions.However,previously reported devices are limited by their large size and complex processes.In this work,we demonstrate a screen-printed micro supercapacitor diode(MCAPode)that based on the insertion of a finger mode with spinel ZnCo_(2)O_(4) as cathode and activated carbon as anode for the first time,and featuring an excellent area specific capacitance(1.21 mF cm^(-2)at 10 mV s^(-1))and high rectification characteristics(rectification ratioⅠof 11.99 at 40 mV s^(-1)).Taking advantage of the ionic gel electrolyte,which provides excellent stability during repeated flexing and at high temperatures.In addition,MCAPode exhibits excellent electrochemical performance and rectification capability in"AND"and"OR"logic gates.These findings provide practical solutions for future expansion of micro supercapacitor diode applications. 展开更多

在当前特种测试系统国产化替代趋势下,针对传统冲击波超压测试系统存在的安全性低、进口依赖性强和自主可控性差等技术问题,提出了一款以国产复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)和ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)... 在当前特种测试系统国产化替代趋势下,针对传统冲击波超压测试系统存在的安全性低、进口依赖性强和自主可控性差等技术问题,提出了一款以国产复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)和ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)处理器为核心架构的冲击波超压测试系统。其中,ARM单元负责响应系统工作循环指令,CPLD则控制A/D转换模块实现采样频率高达1 MHz的数据采集和对内外触发逻辑的精确判断,数据转换结果经由外部存储器控制器(External Memory Controller,EXMC)传输并存储至eMMC存储器中,最终通过以太网传输至上位机显示。经现场试验表明,测试系统具有良好的可靠性,能够在复杂测试环境下实现对冲击波超压信号高保真采集与记录存储,为动态数据采集提供了一种切实可行的解决方案,推动了关键测试设备国产化替换进程。 展开更多

We present a scheme to realize the basic two-qubit logic gates such as the quantum phase gate and SWAP gate using a detuned microwave cavity interacting with three-level superconducting-quantum-interference-device (SQUID) qubit(s), by placing SQUID(s) in a two-mode microwave cavity and using adiabatic passage methods. In this scheme, the two logical states of the qubit are represented by the two lowest levels of the SQUID, and the cavity fields are treated as quantized. Compared with the previous method, the complex procedures of adjusting tile level spacing of the SQUID and applying the resonant microwave pulse to the SQUID to create transformation are not required. Based on superconducting device with relatively long decoherence time and simplified operation procedure, the gates operate at a high speed, which is important in view of decoherence. 展开更多

全球进入以数字经济为主导的信息社会,数据成为关键生产要素,当今越来越多的数据被收集、处理和存储,分布式存储系统作为一种高效的存储架构在各数据领域得到广泛应用。然而,随着数据存储规模的不断扩大,分布式存储面临着信息泄露、数... 全球进入以数字经济为主导的信息社会,数据成为关键生产要素,当今越来越多的数据被收集、处理和存储,分布式存储系统作为一种高效的存储架构在各数据领域得到广泛应用。然而,随着数据存储规模的不断扩大,分布式存储面临着信息泄露、数据破坏等更深层次的安全风险挑战。这些挑战将推动大数据分布式存储安全技术的创新变革,促进了国产密码技术和计算存储技术的融合。针对分布式存储节点数据信息泄露等安全问题,考虑到分布式存储加密性能与灵活性等需求,提出一种动态可重构加密存储解决方案。该方案设计了基于bio映射框架的高性能可重构密码模块,在此基础上构建多个配用不同密码算法的存储池,实现高性能硬盘数据加解密操作和存储池密码算法动态切换,并开发了具有密码算法和密钥远程在线加载功能的密码协议,满足各存储节点可重构密码模块统一管理与便捷安全更新需求,实现基于密码重构技术的数据细粒度加密保护和逻辑安全隔离功能。实验结果表明,该方案对存储数据进行加密保护与安全隔离的性能损耗约10%,可为分布式存储系统达到GB/T 39786-2021《信息安全技术信息系统密码应用基本要求》第三级及以上在设备和计算安全、应用和数据安全等方面提出的密码应用技术要求提供技术途径。 展开更多

Development of lead-free halide perovskites that are innocuous and stable has become an attractive trend in resistive random access memory(RRAM)fields.However,their inferior memory properties compared with the lead-based analogs hinder their commercialization.Herein,the lead-free Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)perovskite quantum dot(PQD)-based RRAMs are reported with outstanding memory performance,where Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)quantum dots(QDs)are synthesized via a modified ligand-assisted recrystallization process.This is the first report of applying Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)QDs as the switching layer for RRAM device.The Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)QD device demonstrates nonvolatile resistive switching(RS)effect with large ON/OFF ratio of 105,low set voltage of-0.45 V,as well as good reliability,reproducibility,and flexibility.Concurrently,the device exhibits the notable tolerance toward moisture,heat and light illumination,and long-term stability of 200 days.More impressively,the device shows the reliable light-modulated RS behavior,and therefrom the logic gate operations including"AND"and"OR"are implemented,foreboding its prospect in logic circuits integrated with storage and computation.Such multifunctionality of device could be derived from the unique 2D layered crystal structure,small particle size,quantum confinement effect,and photoresponse of Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9)QDs.This work provides the strategy toward the high-performance RRAMs based on stable and eco-friendly perovskites for future applications. 展开更多

With the continual increase in switching speed and rating of power semiconductors, the switching voltage spike becomes a serious problem. This paper describes a new technique of driving pulse edge modulation for insulated gate bipolar transistors(IGBTs). By modulating the density and width of the pulse trains, without regulating the hardware circuit, the slope of the gate driving voltage is controlled to change the switching speed. This technique is used in the driving circuit based on complex programmable logic devices(CPLDs), and the switching voltage spike of IGBTs can be restrained through software, which is easier and more flexible to adjust. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method. 展开更多

Nucleic acids are natural macromolecules with the ability to store and transmit information based on the strict base-pairing principle.Beyond the natural nucleic acid double helixes,various DNA/RNA nanostructures with customized geometries and functionalities have been fabricated.Featured with programmability and sequence-dependent responsiveness,DNA/RNA nanostructures have been employed for the rational design and construction of logic devices.When stimulated by internal molecular triggers and/or external stimuli,these logic gate devices can operate at nanoscale level in complex biological environments,performing logic operations and producing corresponding outputs.In this minireview,we summarize the recent advances of nucleic acid logic devices,which are responsive to various stimuli,including DNA/RNA strands,metal ions,small molecules,peptides,proteins,photo-irradiation,pH changes,and so forth.The applications of these devices in biosensing and biofunction regulation are also included.In the last part of the present study,we discuss the remaining challenges and perspectives of nucleic acid logic devices. 展开更多
