Improving Strategies Based on Problem Space Analysis in Line with Critical Thinking:Re-flections on the Planning Theory Study in Contemporary China

In the age of algorithms,planning theory study has gradually deviated from its original purpose under the influence of information technology,resulting in the problems of dogmatic thinking and passive cognition.Based on the concept of problem space,this paper tries to sort out the main procedure of theoretical planning studies and trace the roots of the above problems through the suspicion and introspection of criticism.In line with the philosophical speculations on the primacy of cognition and the primacy of ethics from the perspectives of epistemology and ideology,it discusses the cores and the values of planning theory study and concludes that humanistic philosophy,utilitarianism,arithmetic operation,and professional context would reorient planning theory study back to its original track.

NONEMPTY INTERSECTION THEOREMS AND SYSTEM OF GENERALIZED VECTOR EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS IN PRODUCT G-CONVEX SPACES

By using an existence theorems of maximal elements for a family of set-valued mappings in G-convex spaces due to the author, some new nonempty intersection theorems for a family of set-valued mappings were established in noncompact product G-convex spaces. As applications, some equilibrium existence theorems for a system of generalized vector equilibrium problems were proved in noncompact product G-convex spaces. These theorems unify, improve and generalize some important known results in literature.

STRONGLY CONVERGENT ITERATIVE METHODS FOR SPLIT EQUALITY VARIATIONAL INCLUSION PROBLEMS IN BANACH SPACES

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study the split equality variational inclusion problems in the setting of Banach spaces. For solving this kind of problems, some new iterative algorithms are proposed. Under suitable conditions, some strong convergence theorems for the sequences generated by the proposed algorithm are proved. As applications, we shall utilize the results presented in the paper to study the split equality feasibility prob- lems in Banach spaces and the split equality equilibrium problem in Banach spaces. The results presented in the paper are new.

SYSTEM OF GENERALIZED VECTOR QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS ON PRODUCT FC-SPACES

By applying a maximal element theorem on product FC-space due to author, some new equilibrium existence theorems for generalized games with fuzzy constraint correspondences are proved in FC-spaces. By using these equilibrium existence theorems, some new existence theorems of solutions for the system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are established in noncompact product FC-spaces. These results improve and generalize some recent results in literature to product FC-spaces without any convexity structure.

Algorithms for Common Solutions to Generalized Mixed Equilibrium Problems and Fixed Point Problems under Nonlinear Transformations in Banach Spaces

The purpose of this paper is to present a new iterative scheme for finding a common solution of the generalized mixed equilibrium problems with an infinite family of inverse strongly monotone mappings and the fixed point problems of demimetric mappings under nonlinear transformations in Banach spaces. Applications are also included. The results in this paper are the extension and improvement of the recent results in the literature.

Analysis of problems in urban green space system planning in China

This paper discusses the major problems in urban green space system （UGSS） planning at both general and special planning levels in China. At general planning level, the problems of the UGSS are mainly from the ignorance in the characteristics of urban nature spaces and the limitation factors of the urban planning system. Great importance is attached to the green spaces in the built area of city, but the green spaces in surrounding areas of the city is unnoticed. Furthermore, because the area of UGSS planning is strictly limited by the administrative zoning, the green space system loses its integrity and rationality in spatial patterns. The schedules of urban development planning mismatched the paces and progresses of the ecological restoration cycles. At special plan level, the problem of the UGSS in China is that the green spaces quantity was over emphasized but the rationality of their layouts is neglected.. Meanwhile, the requirement of the spatial structures and the green spaces layouts to balance between the urban development and the natural ecological environments is often ignored. With regard to the layouts in the UGSS planning practices, the existing problems are the compromising to the existing land-uses, the ＇filling in＇ approach to plan green spaces and an over-emphasis on the layout patterns.

EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS WITH LOWER AND UPPER BOUNDS IN TOPOLOGICAL SPACES

By employing a fixed point theorem due to Ding, Park and Jung, some existence theorems of solutions for equilibrium problems with lower and upper bounds are proved in noncompact topological spaces. These results further answer the open problem raised by Isac, Sehgal and Singh under much weaker assumptions.

GENERAL SPLIT FEASIBILITY PROBLEMS FOR TWO FAMILIES OF NONEXPANSIVE MAPPINGS IN HILBERT SPACES

The purpose of this article is to introduce a general split feasibility problems for two families of nonexpansive mappings in Hilbert spaces. We prove that the sequence generated by the proposed new algorithm converges strongly to a solution of the general split feasibility problem. Our results extend and improve some recent known results.

PERIODIC BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEMS FOR NONLINEAR IMPULSIVEINTEGRODIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS OF MIXED TYPE IN BANACH SPACES

In this paper, the author obtains an existence theorem of minimal and maximal solutions for the periodic boundary value problems of nonlinear impulsive integrodifferential equations of mixed type in Banach space by means of the monotone iterative technique and cone theory based on a comparison result.

Existence and algorithm of solutions for a system of generalized mixed implicit equilibrium problems in Banach spaces

A new system of generalized mixed implicit equilibrium problems is introduced and studied in Banach spaces. First, the notion of the Yosida proximal mapping for generalized mixed implicit equilibrium problems is introduced. By using the notion, a system of generalized equation problems is considered, and its equivalence with the system of generalized mixed implicit equilibrium problems is also proved. Next, by applying the system of generalized equation problems, we suggest and analyze an iterative algorithm to compute the approximate solutions of the system of generalized mixed implicit equilibrium problems. The strong convergence of the iterative sequences generated by the algorithm is proved under quite mild conditions. The results are new and unify and generalize some recent results in this field.

On Solving a System of Generalized Mixed Equilibrium-like Problems in Hilbert Spaces

A system of generalized mixed equilibrium-like problems is introduced and the existence of its solutions is shown by using the auxiliary principle technique in Hilbert spaces.

Systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusions and systems of generalized vector quasi-optimization problems in locally FC-uniform spaces

In this paper, we introduce some new systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems and system of generalized vector ideal （resp., proper, Pareto, weak） quasi-optimization problems in locally FC-uniform spaces without convexity structure. By using the KKM type theorem and Himmelberg type fixed point theorem proposed by the author, some new existence theorems of solutions for the systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems are proved. As to its applications, we obtain some existence results of solutions for systems of generalized vector quasi-optimization problems.

Auxiliary principle and approximation solvability for system of new generalized mixed equilibrium problems in reflexive Banach spaces

A new system of generalized mixed equilibrium problems （SGMEPs） involving generalized mixed variational-like inequality problems is introduced and studied in reflexive Banach spaces. A system of auxiliary generalized mixed equilibrium problems （SAGMEPs） for solving the SGMEPs is first introduced. Existence and uniqueness of the solutions to the SAGMEPs is proved under quite mild assumptions without any coercive conditions in reflexive Banach spaces. Using the auxiliary principle technique, a new iterative algorithm for solving the SGMEPs is proposed and analyzed. Strong convergence of the iterative sequences generated by the algorithm is also proved under quite mild assumptions without any coercive conditions. These results improve, unify, and generalize some recent results in this field.

THERMOELASTIC PROBLEMS IN THE HALF SPACE—AN APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL SOLUTION IN ELASTICITY

In this paper, some thermoelastic problems in the half space are studied by using the general solutions of the elastic equations. The method presented here is extremely effective for the axisymmetric problems of the half space as well as the half plane problems.

基于遗传算法的划分序乘积空间问题求解层选择

划分序乘积空间作为一种新的粒计算模型,可以从多个视角和多个层次对问题进行描述和求解.其解空间是由多个问题求解层组成的格结构,其中每个问题求解层由多个单层次视角构成.如何在划分序乘积空间中选择问题求解层是一个NP难问题.为此,提出一种两阶段自适应遗传算法TSAGA(two stage adaptive genetic algorithm)来寻找问题求解层.首先,采用实数编码对问题求解层进行编码,然后根据问题求解层的分类精度和粒度定义适应度函数.算法第1阶段基于经典遗传算法,预选出一些优秀问题求解层作为第2阶段初始种群的一部分,从而优化解空间.算法第2阶段,提出随当前种群进化迭代次数动态变化的自适应选择算子、自适应交叉算子以及自适应大变异算子,从而在优化的解空间中进一步选择问题求解层.实验结果证明了所提方法的有效性.
