This article proposes a framework, called BP-M* which includes: 1) a methodology to analyze, engineer, restructure and implement business processes, and 2) a process model that extends the process diagram with the specification of resources that execute the process activities, allocation policies, schedules, times of activities, management of queues in input to the activities and workloads so that the same model can be simulated by a discrete event simulator. The BP-M* framework has been applied to a real case study, a public Contact Center which provides different typologies of answers to users’ requests. The simulation allows to study different system operating scenarios (“What-If” analysis) providing useful information for analysts to evaluate restructuring actions. 展开更多

This study investigated the groundwater quality and health risks associated with informal e-waste processing in the Alaba International Market in Lagos, Nigeria. Twenty-two groundwater samples were collected from hand-dug wells in the market area and analyzed for physicochemical properties and heavy metal concentrations. The results showed that the groundwater quality was poor, with high levels of heavy metals, including cadmium, lead, and chromium. The health index (HI) for children and adults was above the tolerable threshold levels, indicating a potential health risk to the population. Principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were used to identify the sources of metals in groundwater, and the results showed that informal e-waste processing was a significant source of contamination. The study highlights the need for effective management strategies to mitigate the potential health risks associated with informal e-waste processing and ensure public health and environmental safety. 展开更多

The adoption by health professionals to the practice of patient isolation is a decision that reduces patients’ risks of occupational exposure to potentially contaminated biological material and prevents nosocomial infections. Verify the compliance of health professionals to the practices of contact precautions in patients colonized by microorganisms in a teaching hospital. This was a prospective observational cohort study in a special-sized hospital located in southeastern Brazil. The observation of health professionals in delivery of health care to patients with contact precaution was performed regarding hand hygiene, use of overcoat, glove, and mask. We carried out 1502 observations involving the following professional categories: nursing technicians and/or nursing assistants (n = 1028;68.4%), nurses (n = 200;13.3%), physical therapists (n = 185;12.3%), and physicians (n = 89;5.9%), totaling 971.8 hours. Regarding the level of compliance of professionals to contact precaution practices with hand hygiene after the procedures, the use of overcoats, gloves, and masks, all were statistically significant (p Klebsiella pneumoniae was the most positive pathogen identified in laboratory tests. This study provided the mapping of the compliance of health professionals to the practices of contact precautions in order to support a safer management of patient care reducing the risks of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAI). This paper analyses the five years’ monitored strains collected from a long-term health monitoring system installed on a bridge with wavelet transform.In the analysis,the monitored strains are pre-processed,features of the monitored data are summarized briefly.The influences of the base functions on the results of wavelet analysis are studied simultaneously.The results show that the db wavelet is a good mother wavelet function in the analysis,and the order N should be larger than 20,but less than 46 in decomposing the monitored strains of the bridge.According to the strain variation features of concrete bridge,the proper decomposition level is 4 in the wavelet multi-resolution analysis.With the present method,the strains caused by random loads and daily sunlight can be accurately extracted from the monitored strains.The decomposed components of the monitored strains show that the amplitudes of the strains caused by random loads,daily sunlight,and annual temperature effect,are about 5 με,25 με,and 50 με respectively.The structural response under random load is smaller than the other parts. 展开更多

目的 分析基于个人健康记录(PHR)的全程管理模式干预对老年糖尿病患者认知水平、心理痛苦、自我管理行为、生活质量及血糖、血脂的影响。方法 将100例老年糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分成常规组和干预组,各50例。常规组患者采用常规管... 目的 分析基于个人健康记录(PHR)的全程管理模式干预对老年糖尿病患者认知水平、心理痛苦、自我管理行为、生活质量及血糖、血脂的影响。方法 将100例老年糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分成常规组和干预组,各50例。常规组患者采用常规管理措施进行干预,干预组患者采用基于PHR的糖尿病全程管理模式进行干预。两组患者均干预6个月,各失访1例,最后分别纳入49例患者。干预前后采用自制糖尿病认知问卷、糖尿病痛苦量表(DDS)、糖尿病患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)、生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评定两组患者认知水平、心理痛苦、自我管理行为、生存质量,比较干预前后两组患者血糖、血脂水平。结果 干预后,两组患者糖尿病认知水平均优于干预前,且干预组优于常规组(P<0.01)。干预后,两组患者DDS、DSQL各维度评分均低于干预前,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.05或0.01);两组患者SDSCA各维度评分均高于干预前,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后,两组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油水平均低于干预前,且干预组低于常规组(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白水平高于干预前,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.01)。结论 基于PHR的糖尿病全程管理模式不仅有助于提升老年糖尿病患者的认知水平,缓解其心理痛苦,增强患者自我管理行为,提升患者生存质量,还能够改善老年糖尿病患者的糖脂控制情况。 展开更多

This paper proposes a health evaluation method for degrading systems subject to competing risks of dependent soft and hard failures. To characterize the time-varying degradation rate, the degradation process is determined by a non-stationary Gamma process and the soft failure is encountered when it exceeds a predefined critical level. For the hard failure, a Cox’s proportional hazard model is applied to describe the hazard rate of the time to system failure. The dependent relationship is modeled by incorporating the degradation process as a time-varying covariate into the Cox’s proportional hazard model. To facilitate the health characteristics evaluation, a discretization technique is applied both to the degradation process and the monitoring time.All health characteristics can be obtained in the explicit form using the transition probability matrix, which is computationally attractive for practical applications. Finally, a numerical analysis is carried out to show the effectiveness and the performance of the proposed health evaluation method. 展开更多

By establishing an AHP-based assessment index system and assessment model,and applying detection technology that is convenient and harmless for ancient and famous trees,this paper is significant for investigating and assessing the health state of ancient and famous trees,and protecting the limited resources. Fourteen indexes such as growth vigor,disease and pest were selected from the perspectives of overall situation,canopy,trunk and root,and AHP(applied analytic hierarchy process) was applied to define weights of these indexes. According to the results,top 3 indexes in terms of weight are tree vigor,treetop death,internal decay and hole,while the indexes with lower weight are parasitism,root damage,ventilation and permeability. On the basis of assessment model and method as well as field investigation,health grade of ancient and famous trees(A) can be obtained. By grading the health of ancient and famous trees into 3 levels,each level indicates a certain health state,so managers can take corresponding maintenance measures to develop the best ecological and social value of these trees. 展开更多

Monitoring of structures is an important challenge faced by researchers worldwide. This study developed a new structural health monitoring system which utilized the use of microprocessors, wireless communication, transducer, and cellular transmission that allows remote monitoring. The developed system will facilitate the monitoring process at any time and in any location with less human interference. The system is equipped with data processing subsystem which works on detection of structural behavior irregularity, defects, and potential failures. The system was tested using strain gages to measure the developed strains in different applications and structural models. The results developed using the new system showed that the generated readings from the system followed correctly the expected trend according to structural concepts. The developed system accomplished the desired features of lower cost, less power, reduced size, flexibility and easier implementation, remote accessing, early detection of problems, and simplified representation of the results. 展开更多

目的探讨应用健康行为过程取向(health action process approach,HAPA)理论的干预方案对减少老年心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)患者久坐行为的护理效果。方法2023年8-10月,便利抽样法选取江苏省某三级甲等医院心血管内科住院的老年HF患者... 目的探讨应用健康行为过程取向(health action process approach,HAPA)理论的干预方案对减少老年心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)患者久坐行为的护理效果。方法2023年8-10月,便利抽样法选取江苏省某三级甲等医院心血管内科住院的老年HF患者为研究对象,根据病区,将心内科1病区设为对照组,5病区设为干预组,每组各36例;对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组在常规健康教育基础上实施基于HAPA理论的护理方案;分别于4个节点:干预前、出院后2周、1个月、3个月,比较两组久坐行为每日总时间和单次最长时间、每日总步数、步行速度以及自我效能的变化。结果干预组出院后1个月、3个月每日总时间和单次最长时间低于对照组,而每日总步数和自我效能评分均高于对照组,出院后3个月步行速度评分也高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于HAPA理论的护理干预方案能减少老年HF患者久坐行为,同时提升患者活动自我效能。 展开更多

为研究装配式部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构的动力特性,基于世博文化公园双子山项目,采用全过程健康监测手段对装配式PEC结构体系施工全过程的应力、加速度进行监测,研究其阻尼比和自振频率在施工过程中的变化情况,将实测结果与有限元计算... 为研究装配式部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构的动力特性,基于世博文化公园双子山项目,采用全过程健康监测手段对装配式PEC结构体系施工全过程的应力、加速度进行监测,研究其阻尼比和自振频率在施工过程中的变化情况,将实测结果与有限元计算结果进行对比。结果表明:结构应力计算值、自振频率计算值等均与实测值吻合较好,验证了结构施工全过程仿真模拟计算的合理性。施工过程中PEC框架梁柱及节点后浇区的型钢及混凝土应力实际监测结果均满足强度要求。节点后浇区混凝土浇筑前后,结构自振周期和阻尼比差别较小;结构顶部覆土恒载施加完成后,结构的自振周期和阻尼比均较之前有所增大。结构设计时阻尼比取0.04,小于施工完成后的阻尼比实测值最小值0.046,阻尼比取值偏于安全,设计阻尼比取值合理。 展开更多

目的探讨基于健康行动过程取向(HAPA)理论的阶段性干预在中青年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后康复患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的102例中青年冠心病PCI术后患者纳入研究,按随机数... 目的探讨基于健康行动过程取向(HAPA)理论的阶段性干预在中青年冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后康复患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的102例中青年冠心病PCI术后患者纳入研究,按随机数表法分为常规干预组和HAPA干预组各51例。两组患者均接受PCI手术治疗,常规干预组患者PCI术后采取常规干预,HAPA干预组患者在常规干预基础上实施基于HAPA理论的阶段性干预。干预前、干预3个月和6个月后比较两组患者的自我管理能力(CSMS)、健康行为,术后24 h内、干预3个月和6个月后比较两组患者的心功能[左室收缩末径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)]、运动耐力[无氧阈耗氧量(VO_(2)AT)、峰值耗氧量(VO_(2)peak)、6 min步行试验(6 MWT)]、日常生活能力(ADL),并比较两组患者的主要不良心血管事件(MACE)。结果干预3个月和6个月后,HAPA干预组患者的CSMS评分、健康行为评分分别为(83.16±10.48)分、(87.04±4.96)分和(54.98±7.98)分、(60.75±6.45)分,明显高于常规干预组的(73.72±11.25)分、(75.10±6.74)分和(50.80±6.79)分、(56.79±7.38)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月和6个月后,HAPA干预组患者的LVEF水平明显高于常规干预组,LVEDD、LVESD水平明显低于常规干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月和6个月后,HAPA干预组患者的VO2AT、VO2peak、6MWT明显高(长)于常规干预组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月和6个月后,HAPA干预组患者的ADL评分分别为(30.48±3.75)分、(23.84±3.37)分,明显低于常规干预组的(35.64±4.03)分、(29.87±3.46)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAPA干预组患者的MACE发生率为5.88%,略低于常规干预组的15.69%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于HAPA理论的阶段性干预能提高中青年PCI术后患者自我管理能力,促使患者形成健康行为,改善心功能,提高运动耐力,有助于促进患者术后心脏康复。 展开更多

数字化治疗依从性技术在肺结核患者服药管理中的应用效果评价 被引量:1

目的:评价数字化治疗依从性技术(digital treatment adherence technologies, DAT)的实施效果,以进一步提高新疆维吾尔自治区(以下简称“新疆”)昌吉州结核病患者治疗及服务管理质量。方法:采取回顾性研究方法,从中国疾病预防控制中心... 目的:评价数字化治疗依从性技术(digital treatment adherence technologies, DAT)的实施效果,以进一步提高新疆维吾尔自治区(以下简称“新疆”)昌吉州结核病患者治疗及服务管理质量。方法:采取回顾性研究方法,从中国疾病预防控制中心“结核病管理信息系统”和“易督导”网站中导出2021年1月1日至2023年3月31日登记现住址为“新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉州5县2市”且完成治疗疗程的活动性肺结核患者相关临床资料。根据患者管理方式,将2021年1月1日至12月31日登记为肺结核但未使用“易督导”管理系统的403例患者纳入传统方式管理组(传统组),将2022年1月1日至2023年3月31日登记为肺结核且使用“易督导”管理系统的313例患者纳入DAT管理组(DAT组),DAT使用率为89.68%(313/349),再根据使用电子工具的不同将DAT组分为电子药盒管理组[药盒组;81例(25.88%)]和微信公众号管理组[微信组;232例(74.12%)]。分析传统组和DAT组患者人口学特征、服药依从性及治疗效果,以及DAT组使用DAT的情况及不同地区的管理情况。结果:微信组在≥60岁年龄组[30.60%(71/232)]和农牧民[40.95%(95/232)]的占比均明显低于药盒组[77.78%(63/81)和76.54%(62/81)],差异均有统计学意义(χ2=54.780,P=0.000;χ2=32.666,P=0.000)。传统组总体服药率[97.78%(99 053/101 299)]和规则服药率[96.03%(387/403)]均优于DAT组[分别为93.23%(62 601/67 146)和85.62%(268/313)],药盒组总体服药率[95.89%(15 808/16 486)]优于微信组[92.37%(46 793/50 660)],差异均有统计学意义(χ2=2162.210、24.481、244.306,P值均=0.000),但微信组规则服药率[84.48%(196/232)]与药盒组[88.89%(72/81)]差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.947,P=0.331)。DAT组的治疗成功率[95.85%(300/313)]、第2/3个月末查痰率[99.36%(311/313)]和痰菌阴转率[98.76%(159/161)]与传统组[分别为94.29%(380/403)、98.26%(396/403)和97.83%(271/277)]的差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.891,P=0.345;χ2=0.941,P=0.332;χ2=0.106,P=0.744),但微信组治疗成功率[98.28%(228/232)]高于药盒组[88.89%(72/81)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.036,P=0.001)。DAT组不同地区规则服药率介于61.22%(30/49)~97.30%(36/37),差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.320,P=0.000)。结论:新疆昌吉州各县(市)接受使用DAT管理的肺结核患者比例较高,且以接受微信公众号管理为主,可更准确地反映患者服药情况,管理效果也与传统管理方式一致。应针对不同县市、不同管理方式、不同年龄、不同职业人群制定不同的DAT管理措施,以提高规则服药率,并逐步在新疆地区推广应用。 展开更多

隐喻故事书写疗法促进大学生心理健康的成效检验——基于准实验与现象学分析的混合研究

为促进大学生心理健康发展,对叙事治疗进行本土化改良,开发了隐喻故事书写疗法。采用单组前后测准实验设计对29名大学生进行隐喻故事书写干预,以《焦虑自评量表》《抑郁自评量表》对成效进行评估,并对其中5名大学生在不同心理状况下的... 为促进大学生心理健康发展,对叙事治疗进行本土化改良,开发了隐喻故事书写疗法。采用单组前后测准实验设计对29名大学生进行隐喻故事书写干预,以《焦虑自评量表》《抑郁自评量表》对成效进行评估,并对其中5名大学生在不同心理状况下的书写文本进行现象学分析,以深入了解改变历程。结果显示,经干预后大学生的焦虑和抑郁得分显著降低。临床显著性检验表明,有焦虑或抑郁症状大学生的恢复率分别达到40.0%和66.7%。改变历程可分为希望增强、全面理解事件、原谅自己或他人、获得新意义4个阶段。隐喻故事书写疗法能够有效促进大学生心理健康,并为叙事治疗的本土化提供新视角,对于丰富大学生心理健康教育的技巧和方法也具有重要的实践意义。 展开更多
