Construction of Eco-agricultural Tourist Product Mode from the Perspective of Circular Economy

Concepts and connotations of circular economy and eco-agricultural tourism were introduced,and feasibility of applying circular economy in eco-agricultural tourism was further studied.It was stressed that development of eco-agricultural tourism complies with the theme of resource recycling,moreover,both eco-agricultural tourist products and circular economy value environment protection,and target at the win-win of ecological and economic benefits.From the perspective of circular economy,the construction of eco-agricultural tourist product mode was studied,construction of eco-agricultural tourist areas,catering and accommodation areas and traffic construction of eco-agricultural scenic areas were discussed.The study stressed that connotations of circular economy can be used to restrain eco-agricultural tourism,and realize recycling and sustainable development of resources.

Impact of Small-scale Production Mode on Citrus Industry of Hunan Province,China——Based on the Investigation on Citrus Industry in Shimen County

Small-scale farmer is defined by the domestic and foreign experts and scholars.They point out that since the fragmentation of production and the diseconomy of scale in small-scale farmer is inconsistent with the characteristics of scale and technology of modern agricultural production,it is necessary to eliminate the adverse effects of existing mode in order to provide theoretical references for the relevant researches.Citrus industry in Shimen County,Hunan Province,China is introduced from the aspects of natural geographical condition and socio-economic benefit.Impact of small-scale production mode on citrus production in Shimen County is discussed.Firstly,blindness of small-scale production is the main reason leading to overproduction of citrus.Secondly,small-scale production mode has limitation on the acceptance of new technologies,restricts the operation of geographical trademark,and constraints the enthusiasm of enterprises in entering the agricultural field.Finally,suggestions are put forward,such as encouraging the circulation of rural land,improving the organization degree of farmers,changing the work function of grass-roots government and perfecting the agricultural financial credit system.

Problems in the Innovation of Tobacco Production Organization Mode in Sichuan Province and Recommendations

We summarize the main forms of tobacco production organization in Sichuan Province,including traditional peasant households,large scale growers,family farms,tobacco farmers' associations,and specialized tobacco cooperatives.In the process of innovation of production organization mode,some problems are pointed out,such as lack of management talents and long-term incentive mechanism,lack of standardization in operation,bottleneck in land and financing,low economic benefits of cooperatives,and difficulty in protecting farmers' interests and rights.We put forth the following recommendations for advancing the innovation of tobacco production organization mode in Sichuan Province:forming the longterm mechanism for supporting the innovation of production organization forms;standardizing the operation of the specialized cooperative organizations;strengthening personnel training,and establishing tobacco farmers' principal position;expanding cooperative economic production organizations,and achieving moderate concentration of land size;strengthening information services,to boost the development of cooperative production organizations.

Assembly Unit Resource Balancing Strategy based on Discrete Production Mode

Aiming at the characteristics of obvious block division and strong discreteness in the assembly production mode of electronic products,this paper proposes a composite U-shaped flexible assembly line model,and establishes a multi-objective optimization mathematical model on this basis.According to the characteristics of the model,the improved ranked positional weight(RPW)method is used to adjust the generation process of the initial solution of the genetic algorithm,so that the genetic algorithm can be applied to the block task model.At the same time,the adaptive cross mutation factor is used on the premise that tasks between different blocks are not crossed during cross mutation,which effectively improves the probability of excellent individuals retaining.After that,the algorithm is used to iterate to obtain the optimal solution task assignment.Finally,the algorithm results are compared with actual production data,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the assembly line model for discrete production mode proposed in this paper.

Applications of Mass Customization Production Mode in Chinese Steel Industry

In this paper, the conflict between individual needs of market and the efficient mass production requirement of manufacture under the background of market globalization is discussed, a trend that the main production mode for domestic steel industry should be the mass customization is pointed out, and the problems to be solved for domestic enterprise are analyzed. Summarizing the practice of Baosteel Co. LTD on the new production mode, the achievements and experiences are presented.

Applying Network Technology to Improve TV News Production Mode

With the development of database and computer network technology, traditional TV news production mode (TVNPM) faces great challenge. Up to now, evolution of TVNPM has experienced two stages: In the beginning, TV news is produced completely by hand, named as pipelining TVNPM in this paper. This production mode is limited to space and time, so its production cycle is very time-consuming, and it requires a lot of harmony in different departments; Subsequently, thanks to applications of database technology, a new TVNPM appears, which is named as pooled information resource TVNPM. Compared with pipelining TVNPM, this mode promotes information sharing. However, with the development of network technology, especially the Intranet and the Internet, the pooled information resource TVNPM receives strong impact, and it is referred to contrive a new TVNPM. This new TVNPM must support information sharing, remote collaboration, and interaction in communications so as to improve group work efficiency. In this paper, we present such a new TVNPM, namely, Network TVNPM, give a suit of system solution to support the new TVNPM, introduce the new workflow, and in the end analyze the advantages of Network TVNPM.

低空经济的内涵、特征和运行模式

低空经济作为低空飞行活动与产业融合的新型综合性经济形态,具有空间立体性、区域依赖性、数字生态性、产业融合性以及辐射带动性等特征。党和政府高度重视发展低空经济,将其确定为国家战略性新兴产业,各地加紧布局,发展势头良好。但具体实践中仍存在发展低空经济的体制机制不畅、技术创新支持不足、新型基础设施不全、产业领域需不断拓展等问题。针对上述问题,文本依据螺旋理论,提出“政产学研金服用”的低空经济开放式创新生态模式。

Geographical Indication and Unique Production Technology of Zhengcheng Honeysuckle

The specific production area,unique production environment,rich humanistic history and unique production quality of Zhengcheng honeysuckle,a featured product of Pingyi County,Shandong Province and a national geographic indication agricultural product are described in this article.The unique production method for Zhengcheng honeysuckle is summarized from the aspects of production area selection,variety selection,production management,harvesting,processing and packaging,and corresponding development measures for the industry are proposed,aiming to maintain the Zhengcheng honeysuckle brand to the greatest extent and further increase the popularity of Zhengcheng honeysuckle.

不同粗蛋白质水平对白王种鸽繁殖性能和乳鸽生长性能的影响

试验旨在探究“2+2”生产模式下不同粗蛋白质水平对白王种鸽繁殖性能和乳鸽生长性能的影响。试验选取产蛋性能相近的300日龄健康种鸽168对,随机分为4组,每组7个重复,每个重复6对种鸽,每对种鸽哺育2只乳鸽。试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组分别饲喂粗蛋白质水平为13.43%、15.04%、16.64%和18.25%的饲粮。试验期46 d,其中孵化期18 d (1~18 d),哺乳期28 d (19~46 d)。结果显示,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组产蛋间隔显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组种蛋受精率显著高于试验Ⅰ组、Ⅳ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组入孵蛋孵化率极显著高于试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅲ组乳鸽28日龄体重显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),乳鸽屠宰率极显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),乳鸽胸肌率显著高于试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组窝料重比1极显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。研究表明,不同粗蛋白质水平影响了种鸽的繁殖性能、乳鸽的生长性能以及窝料重比,在“2+2”生产模式下,建议白王种鸽饲粮适宜粗蛋白质水平为16.64%。

不同生产方式对鸽产蛋间隔的影响

为探究不同生产方式(捡蛋、孵化、孵化+哺乳)对产蛋间隔的影响,试验以正常繁殖、公母配对、同一天产蛋的白卡奴鸽110对,随机分成3组:Ⅰ组30对,不承担孵化哺育任务,只捡蛋,共统计三次产蛋间隔;Ⅱ组40对,只承担孵化任务,统计两次产蛋间隔,第二个孵化期20对孵化2个模型蛋,20对孵化3个模型蛋。Ⅲ组40对既承担孵化任务还要哺育乳鸽至28日龄,统计两次产蛋间隔,第二个孵化哺育期,20对孵化3个模型蛋,20对孵化2个模型蛋,哺育3只雏鸽。同时统计亲鸽体重变化、Ⅲ组后代28日龄体重等指标。结果显示:采用不同生产方式鸽产蛋间隔差异极显著(P<0.01),Ⅰ组平均产蛋间隔11.29 d,Ⅱ组产蛋间隔26.78 d,Ⅲ组产蛋间隔40.52 d,相同生产方式下产蛋间隔变异系数都在10%以内;试验结束时,Ⅰ组公鸽体重增加29 g,Ⅱ组公鸽体重增加40 g,Ⅲ组公鸽体重减少14 g,Ⅲ组和Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组间差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组第二个产蛋期中孵化2个模型蛋和孵化3个模型蛋产蛋间隔没有显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ组亲鸽第一个产蛋期和第二个产蛋期产蛋间隔差异不显著(P>0.05),Ⅲ组第一个产蛋期和第二个产蛋期产蛋间隔极显著差异(P<0.01),乳鸽28日龄体重差异显著(P<0.05)。研究提示,白卡奴鸽产蛋间隔整齐度高,采用不同生产方式鸽产蛋间隔差异较大,公鸽在哺育后代过程中消耗更大,孵化模型蛋数对亲鸽产蛋间隔和后代哺育效果没有影响。

高校智库服务决策的模式构建与高质量发展——基于知识生产模式转型的视角

高校智库服务决策本质上是一种知识生产活动。知识生产模式转型背景下,高校智库服务决策的内涵更加丰富,目标情境、参与主体、研究范式、评价方式等不断变化,展现出诸多新特征。本研究通过对高校智库服务决策特征变化的分析,构建了高校智库服务决策的三种模式:学科中心学术情境下“学—政”互动的专家模式、跨学科应用情境下“智—政”互动的平台模式和超学科适应情境下多边互动的开放模式。在这三种模式演进和共生发展情境下,提出高校智库服务决策实现高质量发展的四条进路:树立符合国家需求与公共利益的服务决策理念,创新多边互动的服务决策组织形式,构建多层次的服务决策研究范式,建立开放多元的服务决策评价体系。

Risk Evaluation in Blood Donation Using Failure Mode and Effective Analysis

The recognition and management of risk in donation process and blood product is critical to ensure donor and patient safety. To achieve this goal, the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a convenient method;moreover it was used to prevent the occurrence of adverse events and look at what could go strong at each step. This study aimed to utilize FMEA in central blood bank in Khartoum to evaluate the potential risk and adverse event that may occur during the donation process. According to the severity, occurrence and the detection of each failure mode, the risk priority number (RPN) was calculated to determine which of the failures should take priority to find a solution and applying corrective action to reduce the failure risk. The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 11 was used as descriptive and analytical statistics tool. The FMEA technique provides a systematic method for finding vulnerabilities in a process before they result in an error, and in this study a satisfactory outcome was reached.

China＇s Agricultural Modernization and Economies of Scale： Barriers and Solutions

This paper identifies three stages in China's agricultural development with reference to macroeconomic development and international experience.While the first two stages focused on ensuring food security and raising farmer's income,the current stage must give priority to modernizing agricultural production.The lack of progress in this area is due to the following reasons:diminishing return to capital as a result of small and scattered farming operation which has compromised agricultural competitiveness;agriculture is overdependent on subsidy and protection under the conventional wisdom of the uniqueness of agriculture.This paper attempts to reveal the barriers to China s agricultural modernization and proposes recommendations on reforming the land and household registration systems to increase the economies of scale and productivity.

数字经济背景下我国绿色农产品流通模式的优化策略

当前,数字经济的高速发展对我国绿色农产品流通模式产生前所未有的冲击与挑战,正推动农产品生产方式与消费方式深刻变革,成为优化我国传统绿色农产品流通模式的重要驱动力。相较于传统经济,数字经济具有数字化、网络化与智能化等显著特征,对我国绿色农产品流通模式影响深远。在该背景下,对我国绿色农产品流通模式进行优化并找出存在的问题,最后从夯实绿色农产品流通数字化基础设施建设、推动绿色农产品流通数字化技术创新进程、加大绿色农产品流通数字化教育投入力度和提升绿色农产品流通数字化资源整合水平4个方面提出我国绿色农产品流通模式优化策略,以期能够拓宽绿色农产品流通渠道,推动绿色农产品流通业现代化发展,从而有利于提高我国绿色农产品流通效率,促进我国农业经济高质量发展。

知识生产模式转型视角下交叉学科建设的问题表征及应对策略

交叉学科是学科,学科建设遵循知识逻辑,而知识生产模式转型意味着大学知识生产的逻辑取向发生变化进而影响交叉学科建设。从知识生产模式转型的视角分析我国交叉学科建设中存在的学术逻辑与社会需求逻辑的失衡、箱格化与交叉性学科知识的割裂、排他性与融合性学科文化的对立、国家外部干预与知识被动的无序、传统评价方式与交叉学科的错位等问题,在一定程度上是由于知识生产从个人兴趣转向问题解决、学科边界从单一学科转向跨学科、组织形式从等级森严转向灵活多元、问责制度从学术自治转向社会问责、质量控制从同行评议转向多维控制导致的。为有效应对上述问题,可以从树立“问题解决”导向的行动原则、构建“协同共生”的知识生产团队、形成“开放共享”的学科组织文化、执行“权力分化”的学科管理制度、秉持“和而不同”的学科评价标准等方面着手制定相应策略。
