Rural Development Transformation and Social Governance from the Perspective of Specialization:A Case Study of Ruiling Village in Guangzhou City,China 被引量:2

The reorganization of the global production network and the increased mobility of urban-rural elements have accelerated the differentiation of rural spaces,resulting in a trend towards specialization in rural areas.This paper focuses on the concept of specialization,and takes a renowned bonsai specialized village in Guangzhou City,China as a typical case to explore its transformation and development process,action logic and coupling mechanism with the social governance.The results show that:1)the development of rural specialization in Ruiling Village is shaped by several key actors,such as local governments,grassroots organizations,villagers,social organizations,policies,markets and infrastructure.The transfer of these key actors and the reconstruction of actor-networks in different stages have an important influence on the transformation and realization of rural development goals.2)Through subjects-driven,organization management and resource connection,social governance supports the specialization of rural industrial organization,operation,technology and mode.The governance structure shifts from decentralization to networking,refinement and integration.A coupling community of social governance and specialization is created by the social governance system of‘local government-grassroots organizationseconomic cooperatives-villagers’,which links industries,industrial chains and cooperatives.3)Social governance integrates into the value chain extension process of rural specialized development with a central,multi-level organizational structure.It promotes the construction of the whole value chain through organizational planning,resource integration and image shaping,thus realizing the value,branding and organization of the industry,as well as the integration of rural sustainable development and governance mechanism.Social governance has a profound impact on the development of rural specialization in terms of subject,structure and mode,and participates in the construction of the whole value chain of rural areas.This paper provides a new perspective for understanding the coupling effect of social governance in the rural development transformation,and promotes the rural sustainable development and governance. 展开更多

After discovery of the superluminal particle and consideration on development of contemporary physical theory research, also on the existing errors and omissions, the principle of constant light speed is found not a necessary condition in derivation of Lorentz Transformation;instead, this thesis proposes the velocity of graviton may feature superluminal, constant velocity in different directions, and independence of inertial reference frame speeds. This is an optional thought of correction. According serial hypothesis, an equation of graviton’s motion trace, i.e., the central curve of nebula density, is established for spiral galaxy. Thus we gain the method to measure velocity of graviton. If to totally avoid problem of limit speed, we have to search for independent of inertia frames, and relevant to space-time properties. Regarding current difficulties of singular points in the Theory of Limited Universe, this thesis points out that the document [1] is the best solution to these difficulties. 展开更多

Methane is the main constituent of natural gas, coal-bed gas, landfill gas and methane hydrate resources. These resources may be used more efficiently as clean fuels or as chemical feedstocks if methane can be effectively transformed into liquid fuels or chemicals. However, methane only possesses C-H bonds and is a very stable organic molecule hard to functionalize. The C-H activation, particularly the selective functionalization of C-H bonds in saturated hydrocarbons, remains a difficult challenge in chemistry. The present technology for chemical utilization of methane involves the steam reforming of methane to synthesis gas and the subsequent transformation of synthesis gas to methanol or hydrocarbon fuels via methanol synthesis or Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. However, the steam reforming of methane is a high-cost process. The development of more efficient and economical processes for methane transformation is a dream of all chemists and chemical engineers. I think that this is also one of the most important themes of the Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry. 展开更多

The explicit expressions for the potentials, energy eigenvalues, and eigenfunctions of the systems are given. The eigenfunctions can be expressed in terms of the Jacobi, Hermite, and generalized Laguerre polynomials. All potentials for these solvable systems have an extra term Vm, which is produced from the dependence of mass on the position, compared with those for the systems of constant mass. In this paper, the differential protection algorithm for Multi-tap special transformer was derived. The regulating methods for the rectiformer were studied first, and then the rectiformer model of one electrolytic aluminium plant was built by PSCAD/EMTDC, characteristics of the rectiformer bank were also analyzed. The algorithm was derived on the basis of the per-unit system, and the processing methods of the regulating transformer’s tap position information were proposed. Finally, a contrast of differential protection algorithm between the multi-tap special transformer and the conventional transformer was made. 展开更多

In this paper we have given a direct deduction of the auxiliary Lorentz transforms from the consideration of Maxwell. In the Maxwell’s theory, if c is considered to be the speed of light in ether space, his equations should be affected on the surface of the moving earth. But curiously, all electromagnetic phenomena as measured on the surface of the moving earth are independent of the movement of this planet. To dissolve this problem, Einstein (1905) assumes that Maxwell’s equations are invariant to all measurers in steady motion which acts as the foundation of Special Relativity. This assumption of Einstein is possible when all four auxiliary Lorentz transforms are real. There is not a single proof that could properly justify Einstein’s assumption. On the contrary it is now known that classical electrodynamics could easily explain all relativistic phenomena rationally. 展开更多

The algorithm is proposed from a new point of view based on exploring the characteristics of USGP problem. Firstly by some stable transformations, a particular subproblem is derived which is very easy to solve.Secondly, a special path is formed conveniently. And then the step of the algorithm consists in finding a "good" point to the current iterate by choosing it along the special path and within a trust region. The principles of special relativity and Einstein’s simple derivation of the Lorentz transformation are reviewed. A new simple derivation of the Lorentz transformation is developed in this paper, by a new approach of light-pulse observation or time-dilation observation. Therefore, under the two principles of special relativity, there exist two equivalent simple derivations of or two equivalent approaches to the Lorentz transformation. Einstein’s approach emphasizes or highlights relativity of space while our approach emphasizes or highlights relativity of time. This research reveals, in a particular way, the equivalence of relativity of space and relativity of time in special relativity. Combination of Einstein’s approach and the approach developed in this paper makes the methodology of simple derivation of the Lorentz transformation complete and perfect. 展开更多

In this work, we show that it is possible to establish coordinate transformations between inertial reference frames in the theory of special relativity with a minimum universal speed of physical transmissions. The established coordinate transformations, referred to as modified Lorentz transformations because they have almost identical form to the Lorentz transformations, also comply with the requirement of invariance of the Minkowski line element. Particularly, the minimum universal speed can be associated with the phase speed of de Broglie matter wave. As application, we also discuss the possibility to formulate relativistic classical and quantum mechanics for the special relativity associated with the modified Lorentz transformations, which describes physical processes that represent an expansion or a collapsing of massive quantum particles. 展开更多

狭义相对论的时空观之所以抽象且难以理解,一方面是因为狭义相对论所涉及的时空效应,如同时性的相对性、长度收缩和时间延缓等,在实际中都很难被观测到;另一方面是因为我们很难将这些时空效应同时直观形象地描述出来,并且给出不同参考... 狭义相对论的时空观之所以抽象且难以理解,一方面是因为狭义相对论所涉及的时空效应,如同时性的相对性、长度收缩和时间延缓等,在实际中都很难被观测到;另一方面是因为我们很难将这些时空效应同时直观形象地描述出来,并且给出不同参考系各自观测到的时空效应之间的对应关系。本文针对这一问题,利用图示法将两个参考系在不同时刻观测到的时空图像表示出来,并结合具体数值对他们间的对应关系进行讨论。在图示法中同时考虑了同时性的相对性、长度收缩和时间延缓这三个狭义相对论重要的时空效应,这样可直观形象地看到在一个参考系中得到的观测结果会被另一个参考系所认同,正是这些彼此认同的观测结果构成了狭义相对论的时空观。通过对不同参考系中观察到的时空图像及其相互联系的讨论,可以加深学生对狭义相对论时空效应及洛伦兹变换的物理意义的理解。 展开更多

数字基础设施建设对企业劳动雇佣的影响与机制——以“宽带中国”战略为准自然实验

在产业结构转型升级与经济下行压力加大叠加影响下,就业问题日益凸显。随着数字经济与实体经济深入融合,加强数字基础设施建设成为推动经济高质量发展、破解就业难题的重要途径。基于2007—2022年我国A股上市公司数据,以“宽带中国”战... 在产业结构转型升级与经济下行压力加大叠加影响下,就业问题日益凸显。随着数字经济与实体经济深入融合,加强数字基础设施建设成为推动经济高质量发展、破解就业难题的重要途径。基于2007—2022年我国A股上市公司数据,以“宽带中国”战略作为数字基础设施建设的准自然实验,利用多期双重差分模型,实证分析数字基础设施建设对企业劳动雇佣的影响。研究发现,数字基础设施建设能够显著促进企业劳动雇佣的增加。数字基础设施建设对企业劳动雇佣的促进作用因企业所处生命周期阶段、行业、地区不同而存在差异:相比于衰退期企业,其对成长期和成熟期企业劳动雇佣的促进作用更强;相比于服务业企业,其对制造业企业劳动雇佣的促进作用更强;相比于东部、西部、东北地区企业,其对中部地区企业劳动雇佣的促进作用更强。数字基础设施建设通过扩大企业生产规模、提高企业专业化分工水平、加快企业数字化转型三个机制增加企业劳动雇佣。数字基础设施建设能为不同受教育水平和就业岗位的劳动力创造广阔就业空间,但相比于低学历劳动力,其对高学历劳动力的就业创造效应更显著;相比于财务岗位、销售岗位、其他岗位特别是生产岗位,其对与数字技术密切相关的技术岗位的就业创造效应更显著。因此,要加强数字基础设施建设,增强就业创造效应。加大人才培养力度,提升劳动力技能水平。因地制宜制定发展政策,推动地区就业规模稳定增加。 展开更多

针对圆锯片图像特征,将图像的预处理、轮廓提取、轮廓优化、锯片圆心的检测及内外圆直径、圆度误差的测量、齿尖及齿尖两段直线的检测、齿尖角的测量、径向前角及径向后角的测量算法集成。根据所研究的圆锯片图像齿尖特征,改进了直线的H... 针对圆锯片图像特征,将图像的预处理、轮廓提取、轮廓优化、锯片圆心的检测及内外圆直径、圆度误差的测量、齿尖及齿尖两段直线的检测、齿尖角的测量、径向前角及径向后角的测量算法集成。根据所研究的圆锯片图像齿尖特征,改进了直线的Hough变换,即首先将各个齿尖位置跟齿尖周围共线的像素点检测到,然后再用Hough变换逐次检测齿尖周围的两段直线。针对圆的常规Hough变换检测时间长的问题,改进了圆的Hough变换,即首先将圆上边缘像素点总数三等分,然后从每一部分边缘点各取一个像素点,利用不共线的三个像素点确定圆心。这样在保证精度的前提下,大大缩短了检测时间,为零件的在线检测奠定了基础。 展开更多
