The purpose of this paper is to explore the effectiveness of the Qinglan Project in promoting the professional growth of young secondary vocational teachers.Through the empirical analysis of the implementation process and effect,this paper finds that the Qinglan Project has a positive impact on the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,with a view to providing a guideline for the development of secondary vocational education.

A Study on the Professional Development Strategies of English Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. In addition, a set of positive support policies should be adopted for different types of enterprises in land use, financing, taxation, technology, talent recruitment and other aspects.

The Way of the Novice English Teachers＇ Professional Development in Secondary School

In the modern times, the professional development of teachers is a hot topic among the educational world. Facilitating the professional development of teachers is one of a most important way to improve the teachers＇ personalities. This paper wiU research in how to promote and facilitate the professional development of the novice English teachers in secondary school from the parts of country, school and teachers. Specificly speaking, from the perspective of country, it contains the way of some short trains for novice teachers from superior educational department and some educational action research; From the perspective of the secondary school, it includes school-based in-service training, the exploitation of school-based curriculum and learning team; From the perspective of teacher themselves, it includes teaching reflection, observing other teachers＇ class and using micro-teaching to promote teachers＇ teaching skills.

Primary and secondary school mental health teachers in professional identity of intervention programs

To explore the impact of teacher training on the professional identity of primary and secondary school mental health teachers, this study conducted a half-month professional development training program to 54 primary and secondary school mental health teachers, and performed measurement on the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group and the control group with “Teachers’ Professional Identity Questionnaire”. The result shows that after the training there is a significant improvement in the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group, and the teachers’ scores on the four dimensions of profession identity: the sense of role, the professional behavioral tendency, the occupational values, and the sense of belonging, all increased significantly. This indicates that the curriculum intervention for the primary and secondary school mental health teachers could effectively improve the teachers’ professional identity.

教育强国建设与高质量教育体系建设对我国中小学教师专业能力提升提出了更高要求。调查研究发现,当前我国中小学教师专业能力提升意愿整体比较强烈,其中重点关注提升引导学生心理健康、促进学生全面发展的能力。同时,教师对专业发展保障的需求整体比较强烈,其中对保障集体教研和备课、健全考核评价制度、完善职称评审制度和薪酬待遇等保障制度的需求更为强烈。建议建立健全高质量的教师专业发展支持体系,完善教师考核评价、职称评审等激励保障制度,抓紧研制出台配套的待遇保障政策,引导全社会进一步理解尊重和支持教师。

"一平台、三路径"中职制冷专业建设与实践——以天津市第一商业学校为例

“一平台”是对接国际行业标准,搭建制冷维修行业良好操作培训平台。“三路径”是构建“国际视野,一专多能”师资成长路径;构建“标准对接,资源共享”教材建设路径;构建“育训并举,课证融通”人才培养路径。本文旨在为相关院校的制冷专业在专业教育教学改革、提高教育教学质量、实现培养目标等方面提供借鉴。

中小学教师职称与工资收入的性别差异分析

通过对全国15044名中小学教师的调查发现,不同年龄、不同地区、不同学段及城乡间的中小学女性教师在职称及工资收入上均明显低于男性教师,女教师不仅获得初级及以下职称、较低收入的占比均要明显高于男教师,且获得中高级职称、中高收入的占比要明显低于男教师。女性青年教师在职称晋升上难度更大,还有较大比例的教师职称未定级。东部地区女教师、农村及乡镇女教师的职称晋升相对较难,较难晋升到中高级职称;而县城及农村女教师、小学女教师和中部地区女教师则深陷中低收入陷阱,较难进入到较高及高收入段,她们在职称晋升及工资收入上与男性教师差距明显。因此,应对真正在农村地区工作的教师给予更多补助,要关注并提高县城及中部地区教师的工资待遇,在职称晋升与评审中应增设一些体现性别平等结果的指标要求,以阻止性别差距进一步扩大。

中小学教师对其孩子接受职业教育意愿的差异分析

国家有关政策及法律要求社会各界要积极营造职业教育良好发展氛围,在普职分流及民众对职业教育接受度不高的情况下,中小学教师对职业教育的接受度值得关注。通过对全国15625名中小学教师的调查发现:中小学教师让其孩子接受职业教育的意愿比较低,仅为27.9%,在各人口学变量间存在显著差异,学段越高的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,经济越发达的东部地区及地级市、省会地区的教师越不愿意让其孩子上职业院校,除了年收入在10万元以上的高收入水平及职称未定级的教师外,年收入水平越高及职称越高的教师越愿意让其孩子上职业院校。为此,建议:为形成正确的劳动观与职业观,很有必要要求中小学教师在平时的课程与活动中逐步渗透有关的职业启蒙教育知识,应要求初中及普通高中教师越来越多地正面向学生宣讲职业教育,让学生明白职业教育同样是适合的成长成才途径,在正面宣讲职业教育中应更多地要求男性教师及年收入水平在10万元以下中的收入越高的教师及职称越高的教师,因他们更能接受职业教育,其有利身份与地位也更容易取得学生及家长的信任与接纳。

县域中小学思政课教师是我国基层学校思想政治理论课的教学骨干。通过实地调研湖北省四县中小学思政课教师,综合分析了当前县域中小学思政课教队伍的配置结构、教学教研和专业素质情况。为了配齐建强县域学校思政课教师队伍,建议统筹推进思政课一体化建设,为思政课教师专业发展提供支持保障;通过育种子抓骨干带全员,分段分类分层培训思政课教师;立足课堂真教、实学,充分发挥思政课教师的主动性,落实立德树人根本任务。

为提升体育教师的专业水平,做好相关培训服务,通过问卷调查和实地走访获取韶关市381名教师的调研资料,发现体育教师有工作量饱满、科研水平低、信息技术应用能力弱、开展健康知识教学能力不足,缺乏教学创新和学生教育能力等工作特征,呈现“高级职称者少、科研团队未形成、自我规划行动力低”的状态,而工作量大、职称晋升困难、培训机会少、校领导对体育的重视不足等是影响其职业倦怠和专业发展的主要因素。教师们参加培训的意愿强烈,期待骨干教师、学科带头人担任授课教师,开展以教学示范和交流学习等形式为主,注重教学实践与科研融合的培训。

吉林省中职学校“双师型”师资队伍建设现状及对策研究

“双师型”教师是职业教育培养高技能型人才的关键因素之一,从吉林省中等职业学校“双师型”教师的学历、年龄、来源、职称等方面进行研究,发现存在“双师型”认定标准不清晰、“双师型”教师实践经验不足、评价机制不健全、校企合作不深入等问题。基于此,本文从政府、社会、学校、教师个人四个层面对提升中职学校“双师型”师资队伍整体素质提出对策。

美国中小学教师资格制度的演变及其特征

中小学教师资格制度是提升教师质量的重要标准。研究发现:美国中小学教师资格制度经历了萌芽、确立、发展、改革和完善五个阶段,形成了实施PraxisⅠ-Ⅲ标准考试、设置资格认定的高学历标准、构建多样化的证书分类体系、实行教师试用期和更新制度以及建立多元化的社会认证机构的制度特征。从现实角度来看,美国中小学教师资格的考试制度、认定制度、管理制度、配套制度和保障机制对我国中小学教师资格制度改革具有重要意义。

我国中小学教师成为实践型教师教育者的价值、困境与路径

教师教育者的质量是保障教师质量、教育质量的根基。作为教师候选人专业发展的关键贡献者,中小学教师作为实践型教师教育者参与教师教育的意义与价值主要体现在三个方面:凸显教师教育的实践取向,追求高质量的实践;坚持教师教育的专业导向,建构有力的教师教育;遵循教师教育的跨界原则,致力协同合作育人。然而,作为跨界者,中小学教师成为实践型教师教育者遭遇“夹缝生存”的身份认同困境、“合法性危机”的素养胜任困境、“缺梁少柱”的支持体系困境和“形式大于内容”的U-S合作困境。因此,应以重塑身份认同为前提,以跨界协同的U-S教师教育共同体为载体,以建立持续发展的专业发展体系为关键,建构中小学教师成为实践型教师教育者的实践路径。

兼职教师在医学专业群建设中的作用及对策探析——以滁州城市职业学院医学院专业群为例

兼职教师作为高职院校教师队伍重要的组成部分,在高水平专业群建设和人才培养方面发挥着重要作用。该文以某职业学院医学院兼职教师聘用情况为例,从兼职教师特点出发,分析他们在医学专业群建设中的意义,并采用问卷调查、访谈等方式,分析目前兼职教师现状,探析产教融合大背景下兼职教师队伍建设的作用及存在问题,提出高职院校兼职教师提质培优建设的对策建议。

基于调研证据的中职班主任对心理健康教育的认知与评价

为全面了解中职学校班主任对心理健康教育的认知与评价,对全国20个省市82所中职学校的1019名班主任进行了网络问卷调查。运用描述统计和χ2分析发现:总体上,中职学校班主任对学校目前心理健康教育工作感到满意,认为中职学校心理健康课程体现了职业教育特点,并且学校的政策有利于职业发展。但具体到个人分析,中职学校班主任在心理健康教育管理、参与度、育人层面,以及个人发展层面的认知与评价均存在显著差别。未来在管理层面应提高站位,进一步落实中职心理健康教育课程设置与教材选用制度,加大专项经费投入与专管专用,推动心理健康教育可持续发展;在育人层面,积极营造富有中职特色的心理健康教育氛围,确保中职班主任积极参与家校共育工作,提高班主任心理健康教育的参与度,发挥好“守门护生”作用;个人发展层面,进一步加强班主任针对心理健康教育的专业培训,提升处理心理健康问题的能力与魄力,进一步完善班主任工作的激励机制,促进对心理健康教育工作的自我接纳与认同。
