Analysis and management strategies for the low voltage problems of rural power grid based on the distribution network flow calculation method

For a long time, because of the lack of investment capital and enough attentions, the overall constructions of rural power grid were far behind than the urban power grid in Chongqing Jiangbei Power Company. The low voltage problems were highlighted in the rural power grid due to the characteristics of rural power grid. Using the distribution network flow calculation method, we evaluated the low voltage problems of the rural power grid which belongs to Chongqing Jiangbei Power Company. In addition, we collected the data of distribution transformers in electricity consumption peak period. Some practical management strategies were proposed by the analysis and evaluation of potential and appeared low voltage problems.

Common Nursing Safety Problems and Nursing Management Strategies of Tumor Inpatients

Objective:This study aims to analyze the relatively common problems of nursing safety of tumor inpatients and to study the effect of implementing nursing safety management.Methods:The data of reference group are selected from patients admitted to hospital before the nursing safety management were fully implemented in the hospital from March 2015 to September 2015.The experimental group data are selected from patients admitted to hospital after the nursing safety management were fully implemented in the hospital from October 2015 to March 2016.The total number of nursing adverse events,the total rate of nursing disputes and the total satisfaction rate of nursing management of two group of tumor inpatients were calculated.Results:The total nursing adverse events of tumor inpatients in the experimental group were significantly different with the calculated values of the tumor inpatients in the reference group(p<0.05 data comparative statistics).Similarly,the satisfactory total rate of nursing management for tumor inpatients in experimental group were also significantly different with the calculated value of the tumor inpatients in the reference group(p<0.05 data comparative statistics).Conclusion:The findings suggest that nursing safety management to tumor inpatients should be highlighted as such program maybe useful to address the nursing safety problems in the hospitalized patients with tumor.

On the E-Valuation of Certain E-Business Strategies on Firm Performance by Adaptive Algorithmic Modeling： An Alternative Strategic Managerial Approach

This paper describes an innovative adaptive algorithmic modeling approach, for solving a wide class of e-business and strategic management problems under uncertainty conditions. The proposed methodology is based on basic ideas and concepts of four key-field interrelated sciences, i.e., computing science, applied mathematics, management sciences and economic sciences. Furthermore, the fundamental scientific concepts of adaptability and uncertainty are shown to play a critical role of major importance for a （near） optimum solution of a class of complex e-business/services and strategic management problems. Two characteristic case studies, namely measuring e-business performance under certain environmental pressures and organizational constraints and describing the relationships between technology, innovation and firm performance, are considered as effective applications of the proposed adaptive algorithmic modeling approach. A theoretical time-dependent model for the evaluation of firm e-business performances is also proposed.

Study of Quality Management in Construction Projects

The research applies semi-structured interview approach with twelve project management practitioners. 医用耗材SPD模式管理难点与应对策略

目的探讨在医用耗材SPD项目建设和运营过程中普遍存在的难点问题,并提出相应的策略,以期为医院耗材管理者提供借鉴思路。方法基于问卷调查法对23家医院进行难点严重程度调研,按照不同阶段,结合描述性统计方法计算各难点得分情况,并分析其形成原因。结果调研整体得分为50~77分,各阶段得分最高的分别是是系统接口对接(77分)、系统稳定性(73分)、库存盘库结转(61分)、SPD服务商自身专业能力(66分)。结论在建设和运营SPD项目过程中,应当根据医院自身特点,选择契合的SPD建设模式和服务商,制定好SPD服务商考核、人员培训机制,建立健全系统审核、测试体系,保障系统稳定性,并做好SPD人员的工作分配与绩效考评。

基于SWOT分析的科研项目管理策略应用成效分析

面向资源约束的电动公交车充电调度策略

为减少公交运营成本、合理制定插入式充电模式下公交总站的电动公交车充电调度方案,本文基于帝国竞争算法提出了一种面向资源约束的公交车充电调度策略(RCO-CSS)。基于电动公交车运营的时空特点和充放电特性,应用多技能资源约束多项目调度问题(MSRC-MPSP)运筹规划思想对电动公交车充电问题进行抽象建模,以车队规模与充电桩数量为主要资源参数,以最小化充电成本和日均设备购置成本为目标,构建资源约束充电调度模型,进而设计一种二阶段演化帝国竞争算法(TSE-ICA)对模型进行求解,输出最佳的充电调度方案及匹配的行车运营计划。采用4个分别包含5、10、20和36条线路的公交运行实例对RCO-CSS进行了性能评估与有效性验证。在实例探讨中,首先运用Taguich法对资源参数进行了敏感性分析,发现资源越宽裕,模型输出的日充电费用越小,但车辆与充放电设备平摊至每日的购置成本越大;其次,将TSE-ICA与其他4种先进的元启发式算法进行实验数值对比,验证了所提算法的寻优性能;最后,通过与无序充电调度策略和常规有序充电调度策略进行比较,证明了RCO-CSS能够更好地降低用电成本、设备购置成本和电池充放电次数。基于MSRC-MPSP和TSE-ICA的RCO-CSS为公交运营商制定充电调度方案和行车运营计划提供了一种可行且敏捷高效的新思路。
