The property rights of a criminal suspect are an important component of human rights,but,unfortunately,may be restrained by factors in the investigation process like judicial stereotypes,legal regulations,and a lack of initiative on the part of the rights holder,which,from time to time,may result in infringements of such rights.Thus it is necessary for us to probe into the reasons why such infringements occur and sort out the contents about enhancing property rights protection of criminal suspects in the amendment to Criminal Procedure Law.To counter the existing disregard for property rights protection of criminal suspects and its legislative deficiency,judicial reform must be carried out as to three aspects:procedural improvement,institutional establishment,and judicial transformation property rights ideas in criminal proceedings. 展开更多

According to the theory of phononic crystals, the hydraulic pipeline is designed to be a periodic structure composed of steel pipes and hoses to suppress the vibration of the hydraulic system with band gaps. We present theoretical and experimental investigations into the flexural vibration transfer properties of a high-pressure periodic pipe with the force on the inner pipe wall by oii pressure taken into consideration. The results show that the vibration attenuation of periodic pipe decreases along with the elevation of working pressure for the hydraulic system, and the band gaps in low frequency ranges move towards high frequency ranges. The periodic pipe has good vibration attenuation performance in the frequency range below 1000 Hz and the vibration of the hydraulic system is effectively suppressed. A11 the results are validated by experiment. The experimental results show a good agreement with the numerical calculations, thus the flexural vibration transfer properties of the high- pressure periodic pipe can be precisely calculated by taking the fluid structure interaction between the pipe and oil into consideration. This study provides an effective way for the vibration control of the hydraulic system. 展开更多

The principal goal ... In this paper, the techniques to manage and control the flow over airfoils by using the external unsteady excitations are investigated. The mechanisms of these excitation effects are also explored. The principal goal of this study is to gain a better understanding and to find the possible ways for enhancing the aerodynamic efficients. The experimental investigations are carried out in two low-speed wind tunnels. The test models are two dimensional airfoils with different section geometries. Four means of excitations have been used in these experiments. (1) The pitch oscillation of the airfoil high-angle-of-attack situation. (2) The moving surface effects of the airfoil with a leading edge rotating cylinder. (3) Oscillating leading edge flaperon. (4) Small oscillating spoiler located near the leading edge of the airfoil. The lift, drag and pitch moment coefficients are measured in these experiments. But, we will put the emphasis only on the 'dynamic amplifying effects' on aerodynamic lift in this paper. Results obtained indicate that the beneficial aerodynamic effects of section lift increase can be obtained at the high angle of attack near stall regime, as long as the frequency and amplitute of the excitation are appropriately selected. 展开更多

Effect of mechanical stress on magnetic properties of an exchange-biased ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayer deposited on a flexible substrate is investigated. The hysteresis loops with different magnitudes and orientations of the stress can be classified into three types. The corresponding physical conditions for each type of the loop are deduced based on the principle of minimal energy. The equation of the critical stress is derived, which can judge whether the loops show hysteresis or not. Numerical calculations suggest that except for the magnitude of the mechanical stress, the relative orientation of the stress is also an important factor to tune the exchange bias effect. 展开更多

The electronic structures of PF and PF+ are calculated with the high-level configuration interaction method. To improve the precision of calculations, the spin-orbit coupling effect, the scalar relativistic effect, and the Davidson correction(q-Q) are also considered. The spectroscopic parameters of bound states are derived by the electronic structures of PF and PF+, which are in good accordance with the measurements. The transition dipole moments of spin-allowed transitions are evaluated, and the radiative lifetimes of several A S states of PF and PF+ are obtained. 展开更多

The dynamic photoelastic technique is employed to visualize and quantify the propagation properties of backward Lamb waves in a plate. Higher energy leakage of second-order symmetric backward wave mode S2b in contrast to third-order anti-symmetric backward mode A3b is shown by the dispersion curve of a plate immersed in water, and then verified by experiments. To avoid the considerable high leakage, the plate is placed in air, both group and phase velocities of modes S2b and A3b in the glass plate are experimentally measured. In comparison with the theoretical values, less than 5% errors are found in experiments. 展开更多

Ultrasonic velocities have been measured in single phase Bi_1.7 Pb_0.3Sr2CaCu2O8+x and Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2O10+x polycrystalline samples. Ultrasonic velocities have been measured in single phase Bi_1.7 Pb_0.3Sr2CaCu2O8+x and Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2O10+x polycrystalline samples. Anomalous changes of both longitudinal and transverse velocities were observed near 200K, which indicates that some structural phase transitio might occur. The elastic constants of these samples have been determined from the measured ultrasonic velocity data, which are much smaller than those of YBa2 Cu3 O7-y and BaTiO3, manifesting that the interlayer coupling will dramatically decrease when the c - axes of the unit cells of these perovstite-like multilayer ceramics increase. The values of Poisson ratio, however, of those ceramics are very close, implying similar interatomic bonding forces. Corrected to void-free state, the Debye temperature of these materials is estirnated as 270 ±20k. The temperature dependence of Debye temperatures for these materials is also calculated by using the same method and reported for the first time. 展开更多

Four novel mononuclear ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru-(dmb) 2L] 2+ [dmb=4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine, L=imid-azo-[4,5-f]phenanthroline (IP), 2-phenylimidazo-phenanthroline (PIP), 2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)imidazo-phenanthroline (HOP), 2-(4′-dimethylami- nophenyl)imidazo-phenanthroline (DMNP)] were synthesized and characterized by ES-MS, 1H NMR, UV-vis and electrochemistry. The nonlinear optical properties of the ruthenium(II) complexes were investigated by Z-scan techniques with 12 ns laser pulse at 540 nm, and all of them exhibit both nonlinear optical (NLO) absorption and self-defocusing effect.
