Authenticity Protection of Agricultural Landscapes in Rural Tourism Development

With the rapid development of the economy, people’s living standards have been improved constantly. As people’s material life has been gradually improved, people pay more attention to the pursuit of high-quality spiritual life, and the flourishing development of rural tourism just meets people’s pursuit about returning to nature that is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and about experiencing funny and quiet life in the countryside. The development of rural tourism relies on agricultural landscape resources, and the correct understanding and protection of the original value of agricultural landscape resources can effectively ensure the sustainable use of agricultural landscape resources. If land for agricultural landscape resource is occupied for developing blindly without reasonable planning and construction, it will lead to the distortion of the authentic value of agricultural landscape, which in turn affects the sustainable development of rural tourism.

Protection and Development of Rural Intangible Cultural Heritages in Shaanxi Province,China

The significance of protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritages was elaborated from the perspectives of rural harmonious culture,rural cultural innovation and rural cultural industry.Based on these analyses,the present protection and development of rural intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi was illustrated.In the end,all-dimensional countermeasures covering government,inheritors,NGO and the public were proposed for the effective protection and rational development of rural intangible cultural heritages in Shaanxi Province.

The Development of Mountainous Rural Landscapes in Southern Shaanxi from the Perspective of Ecotourism

This study introduced the connotation of rural ecotourism,and analyzed the advantages of tourism resources development of mountainous rural landscapes in southern Shaanxi.On this basis,it expounded the existing problems of mountainous rural landscape development in southern Shaanxi,and concluded that its rural landscape resource tourism development was not enough,ecological awareness needed to be strengthened,and the characteristics of rural landscapes were not fully explored.Furthermore,the suggestions and measures for the protection and sustainable development of the ecological environment pattern and the inheritance and excavation of the characteristic culture of the rural landscape were proposed,with a view to providing a reference for the development and construction of rural landscape tourism in China.

Study on the Sustainable Development of Rural Landscape in the UK:Take the Cotswolds as an Example

With the acceleration of globalization and urbanization,rural areas in China,particularly traditional villages have been faced with various problems and the development bottleneck.On the contrary,rural areas in the UK are well-known for picturesque scenery and outstanding characteristics,and able to maintain the sustainable vitality and charm in economy and culture,rural areas in the UK make successful examples for the global rural construction and development.This paper took Cotswolds in the UK for example,analyzed the maintenance and continuation of traditional rural landscapes in the UK from the perspectives of natural scenery,overall layout,folk dwellings,yard plants and so on.On the other hand,the paper explored the all-around sustainable development of rural landscapes in the UK from the perspectives of internal drives such as intangible cultural confidence,production mode,economic foundation and environmental protection.The study tried to provide references for the sustainable development of rural landscapes in China.

Low-Impact Development(LID) of the Water Ecological Environment in Rural Areas: A Case Study of the Wei River Wetland in Fengxi New City of Xixian New Area

The problem of rural water ecological environment is becoming growingly prominent, and its ecological management is of great significance. From sponge cities to sponge villages, it is an effective way to use the low-impact development (LID) technology to solve rural water ecological environment problems. Through the investigation and analysis of the hydrology, soil, runoff, vegetation and other factors in the Wei River wetland of Fengxi New City of Xixian New Area, this study attempts to construct a LID route suitable for managing the rural water ecological environment in the northwest, so as to provide a reference for the construction of green infrastructure and sponge cities of rural areas in the northwest.

Protection and Development of Famous Historic and Cultural Cities Guided by Tourism Culture Geography:A Case Study of Ancient Pingyao City

By introducing cultural landscape theories and attaching importance to practical application of theories, this paper analyzed protection and development of ancient Pingyao City under the guidance of relevant theories. Taking Pingyao for example, application of theories in practices will be better understood, and the role of human geography in urban planning reflected. Referring to the protection and development cases of famous historic and cultural cities, this paper analyzed historical and cultural context, and spatial environment of Ancient Pingyao City from the perspectives of culture and geography, and proposed suggestions for the protection and development of ancient city under the guidance of human geography theories.

Cultural Landscape Evolution of Traditional Agricultural Villages in North China——Case of Qianzhai Village in Shandong Province

Agricultural village is an important rural type in China. The evolution process and mechanism of its cultural landscape are different from those of the industrialized village. The paper focuses this theme by a case study of Qianzhai Village of Qufu City, Shangdong Province. In the case of Qianzhai Village, the evolution of its settlement has experienced three stages: mechanical expansion, sprawling expansion and hollowing, and recentralization. The land- scape evolution of residents' houses has undergone three phases: traditional quadrangle house, one-storied house and multistoried house. The evolution of its land use has experienced three stages: circled stratification, fragment and intensive use, and concentration and extensive use. We can see that the main driving factors of cultural landscape evolu- tion of agricultural village are the changes of rural population, society, economy and culture, which are influenced by the change of urban-rural relation, the national modernization process and economic development, the reform of family planning and land system, and the changes in governmental policies. In the future, the modernization, ecological trend, and individualization for residents' houses of agricultural villages in China will develop step by step. The recentralization of settlement and the scaled, sustainable, intensive land use are likely to be the trends of agricultural villages in China.

Construction of“Beautiful Village”Landscapes from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization: A Case Study of Zizhulin Village in Yanshan County

Based on the interpretation of the connotation of ecological civilization and rural landscape, and takes Zizhulin village in Yanshan County as study object, tiiis paper discusses tiie landscape pattern of Zizhulin Village relying on the national 4A level scenic spot, and demonstrates the feasibility of its construction of natural ecological landscape and local cultural kndscapej so as to provide reference for the construction of the ＂beautiful village＂ landscape with good ecological environment in other parts of China.

Problems and Countermeasures for the Protection of Agricultural Heritage in China

With the rapid development of modern agriculture,China has increasingly attached importance to the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage,but it has encountered severe challenges in reality.By analyzing the connotation and current situation of agricultural cultural heritage,to address the issues faced by China,such as imbalanced theoretical and practical development,difficulty in grasping the boundaries of protection and development,inadequate research and management mechanisms,large funding gaps,lack of talent,and insufficient international influence,targeted solutions are proposed based on relevant information and literature.This aims to strengthen the protection,activation,and inheritance of agricultural cultural heritage.

The landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks in Handan show the landscape characteristics of Handan in the specific cultural and historical period.To explore the landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks in Handan is of great practical significance to maintain the characteristics of historical and cultural blocks,improve city quality,continue city culture and retain cultural characteristics.According to the advantaged natural geography,human geography factors and the current situation of landscape style and features in Handan City,this study discussed the landscape style and features of historical and cultural blocks through practical investigation and scientific research,found out the main problems and put forward corresponding protection and promotion strategies,in order to create a landscape pattern of historical and cultural blocks with cultural connotation,harmony and order,and distinctive characteristics.

Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Model: Case Study Based on Dongying Section of the Yellow River Basin

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the improvement of urban and rural living environment and build livable and workable villages and beautiful villages. The development and challenges of rural domestic sewage treatment coexist. Based on the field investigation of 15 administrative villages in 3 districts and counties of Dongying City, there is a big gap between the development status of rural domestic sewage treatment and expectations. Investigate rural domestic sewage treatment cases in-depth, and condense four modes of primitive, developmental, mature and advanced in a variety of different rural domestic sewage treatment models for discussion, among which, the village sewage treatment work under the mature mode has achieved remarkable results, and is at the forefront of the current rural domestic sewage treatment. Through the multi-case analysis method, the practical dilemma of sewage treatment in different models of villages is summarized, and the feasible improvement path is explored, which contributes to the ecological protection and high-quality development of Dongying and the Yellow River Basin.

Institutional,Technical and Financial Arrangements in China’s Rural Pollution Abatement

This study tracks rural waste management systems in China since 2017.Our findings are threefold:(i)Rural waste management in China is underpinned by an institutional framework of environmentally-minded laws and regulations;(ii)substantial progress has been made in livestock pollution treatment,“toilet revolution”and domestic waste management as a result of extensive public communication and state-led enforcement;(iii)environmental responsibilities are shared among the government,polluters and households.In particular,government spending has focused on areas of market failure such as waste reduction,antitoxic treatment and recycling.Moreover,our research uncovers that current waste management systems are unsustainable and must be remedied by:(i)setting aside sufficient funds for infrastructure maintenance;and(ii)increasing villagers’participation in project design and investment.Also,existing public utilities such as sewage treatment facilities should be remodeled to increase coverage for rural households who live at scattered settlements.

景观功能视角下的西南山区农业景观格局演变研究——以重庆市石柱县为例

鉴于中国西南山区农业生态环境的脆弱性与敏感性,解析该地区农业景观时空演变特征对合理利用农业景观资源和保护生态环境具有重要的理论意义.以重庆市石柱县为例,采用景观利用图谱、地形位分布指数、景观转移矩阵等方法,从景观功能视角开展西南山区农业景观格局演变特征分析.研究表明:①农业景观呈现出“三增一减”的变化趋势,即生活型和拓展型农业景观面积呈增长态势,生态型农业景观面积呈波动变化趋势;生产型农业景观面积持续下降.农业景观变化主要表现为生产型向生态型、生活型、拓展型农业景观转化;生态型向生活型、生产型、拓展型农业景观转化.②石柱县生态型农业景观主要分布在高等级地形位,生产型农业景观逐渐向高程和坡度较高的地形位移动,生活型农业景观主要分布在低、中低等级地形位上,拓展型农业景观逐渐向较高地形位转移.③坡度、高程等是导致研究区农业景观格局演变的主要环境因素;而农业人口、农民人均纯收入、第一产业占比等是农业景观格局演变重要的人文驱动因素.

乡村水塘景观生态恢复设计——以武汉市新洲区仓埠镇丰乐村福乐庄园为例

针对乡村水塘因长期缺乏重视与保护,导致大量水塘被填平或废弃,失去原有的蓄洪调蓄功能,反而成为乡村建设中的负担的问题,论文基于低影响开发的雨水利用理念,构建了水塘景观生态网络,并优化了调控途径;采用新型水体生态治理技术,有效治理污染水体,提高水塘的整体净化效果。同时,引植符合当地生境及具备艺术性的适生植被,共同营造集生态效益、经济效益、乡土特色、景观美感等多层次人工湿地生态景观。进而以武汉市新洲区仓埠镇丰乐村福乐庄园为例,详细阐述低影响开发的雨水利用理念的应用,得出针对乡村水塘的生境与植物群落景观营造需要协调内在关系的结论。这一研究不仅对区域水塘景观规划和生态保护具有重要意义,而且为我国乡村水塘治理提供了新的思路和方向。

陕西遗址遗存与乡村聚落的文化景观互文性及应用研究

乡村聚落文化景观与其周边的历史遗址遗存文化景观构成了互文关系。互文性理论的研究,目前已呈现多元化、跨学科的发展趋势。基于此,对互文性的基本理论进行剖析,并开展对陕西遗址遗存与乡村聚落文化景观的嵌合发展研究,通过实证考察与资料收集,对成果进行分类对比,形成多个两两对应案例的互文性关系。选择淳化县甘泉宫与凉武帝村、礼泉县昭陵与袁家村、留坝县张良庙及紫柏山与庙台子村3个互文案例进行深入研究,剖析遗址遗存与乡村聚落的文化景观历史层级脉络,反映出社会变迁的客观规律,并在各自的历史发展进程中形成互文关系。而这种互文关系,可以促进历史遗址遗存的保护、利用与开发,以及乡村聚落的振兴与发展,进而形成乡村聚落文化景观与其周边历史遗址遗存文化景观互文嵌合发展的新范式。

农村集体产权制度改革综合评价及障碍因子分析

基于改革政策目标,从产权能力完善、集体经济发展和农民权益保障三个方面,运用熵权TOPSIS法和障碍度模型,对中国30个省(区、市)2014—2021年的农村集体产权制度改革进行综合评价和障碍因子分析。研究发现:中国农村集体产权制度改革水平总体呈平稳上升趋势,区域间呈现“东高西低”的特征,各地区改革水平的差距呈逐步缩小态势;各省(区、市)农村集体产权制度改革的主要障碍因子是农业机械化水平、家庭农场发展水平、农村市场化程度、集体经营收入水平、集体经济组织管理能力和农村居民财产性收入占比,基本属于集体经济发展维度,表明农村集体经济发展水平与改革规划目标仍有差距,还需进一步提升集体产权改革的经济效能。

基于区块链技术的乡村旅游地景观文化原真性开发与治理体系研究

区块链作为一种新的大数据处理技术,具有去中心化、防篡改、开放性的特征,为乡村旅游地景观文化的开发与治理提供了一种新的方法。阐释了区块链在乡村旅游地景观文化开发的优势,分析了我国乡村旅游地景观文化原真性开发与治理所存在问题的基础上,最后从结构层、数据层、合约层、应用层等维度构建了基于区块链技术的乡村旅游地景观文化原真性开发与治理体系模型,并提出了具体的运营保障措施,该模型可以实现乡村旅游地景观文化进行原真性的开发与治理,助推乡村振兴。

京广高铁沿线武汉乌龙泉镇生境质量演变特征研究

【目的】高铁作为中国重要的交通基础设施,其建设和运营不可避免对沿线环境造成不同程度的影响,如土地利用变化、生境质量变化、生物多样性干扰等,但其影响程度、范围等科学问题亟待深入研究。【方法】以京广高铁武汉江夏区生态本底良好的乌龙泉镇为研究区域,运用InVEST 3.2模型,分析2000—2010年、2010—2020年、2000—2020年研究区域生境质量的时空演变,探讨京广高铁建设对两侧生境质量的影响特征。【结果】1)研究区域用地类型转化有时段差异:2000—2010年主要是林地、湿地和水体转化为耕地,2010—2020年则是耕地向其他类转化。2)镇域生境质量先差后优:建设用地扩张使生境质量较差区域的面积持续增加,生境质量优良的林地和水体面积为先减后增。3)核心区域的生境质量变化特征与镇域表现一致。2000—2020年,高铁建设对沿线核心区生境质量的影响明显,生境质量整体变差,部分水域湿地生境质量提高。【结论】京广高铁沿线土地利用方式的改变很大程度影响了沿线的生境质量。高铁两侧用地类型及结构不同,对两侧生境质量的影响程度各不同:高铁沿线西侧随远离高铁距离的增加,生境质量呈现“先降后升”特点,而东侧则相反。分析高铁不同时间对沿线乡镇生境质量影响特征,可为沿线生物多样性保护和受损生境修复以及美丽乡村建设等提供参考依据。

传统村落文化景观基因感知信息链构建及发展研究——基于游客感知视角

传统村落承载着丰富的历史文化景观资源,是传统文化展示和文旅融合发展的重要载体,研究其文化景观基因感知信息链的构建及发展有助于从村落整体视角出发实现对传统村落文化景观的保护和发展。以中国传统村落漆桥村为例,借助景观基因理论构建漆桥村文化景观基因识别指标体系以识别和提取其文化景观基因进行游客感知,在此基础上进行问卷调查和SPSS模型分析梳理游客感知结果,最终构建漆桥村文化景观基因保护传承和激活发展两类感知信息廊道并完善其相应发展路径,为传统村落文化景观的保护和发展提供更明确的行动方向。

数字经济、生态保护与城乡融合发展的耦合协调效应——来自省域面板数据的实证检验

数字经济-生态保护-城乡融合发展的耦合协调效应是检视经济与社会高质量发展的重要维度。基于2011-2021年中国省域面板数据,采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、探索性空间数据分析法以及灰色关联度模型,探究三者耦合协调发展的时空分异特征和驱动因素。研究结果表明:三个子系统的评价指数存在一定差异,城乡融合发展最高,生态保护居中,数字经济最低;从时间上看,研究期内三大系统的耦合协调度在低水平段位呈上升状态;从空间上看,三大系统耦合协调度表现为“东部>中部>西部”,且存在显著的正向空间自相关特征,局部空间自相关类型以“高-高”和“低-低”集聚为主;作为制约三大系统耦合协调发展的重要因素,产业结构、人口素质、经济驱动、政府调控、科技支撑的驱动效果依次递减。因此,要制定差异化区域协调发展战略,建构跨区域协作机制,实现数字经济、生态保护与城乡融合发展的互构式发展。
