With the acceleration of urbanization process,there are many practical diffi culties in the renewalplanning,protection and development of some historical relics and blocks with cultural heritage in theprocess of rebuilding and rejuvenating of old blocks in many cities.Laobeimen Historical Block in LepingCity,Jiangxi Province is taken as the research object,and the method of progressive protection and renewalof historical and cultural block is explored.

Micro Renewal of Historical and Cultural Blocks under the Sustainable Goal: A Case Study of Anzhen Xili Community

Under the background of urban stock development, the residential environment of historical and cultural blocks is facing many challenges. By exploring the theories of "sustainable development" and "micro renewal", Anzhen Xili Community is taken as research object, and the problems of space construction are sorted out from the aspects of historical inheritance and block texture. Based on unique resources in the area, optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of traffic structure optimization, building structure repair, small and micro space activation, community boundary opening and institutionalization of maintenance means, and a small-scale, short-cycle, and sustainable community renewal scheme easy to implement is formed. The research aims to provide new methods and ideas for improving the spatial quality of historical and cultural blocks.

Protection and Renewal of Historic Blocks Based on the Theory of SelfOrganization: A Case Study of Si Street and Xinanying in Nantong City

In recent years, due to the neglect of the social authenticity of historic blocks, a large number of residential historic blocks are protected and reformed by means of commercial development, which is controversial. Other unreconstructed residential neighborhoods are faced with the urgent need to improve their living conditions. Based on the current analysis of the status of protection of residential historic blocks in China, a protection and renewal mode of self-organization was proposed in this paper for the Si Street and Xinanying in Nantong City in response to the problems facing them. Combined with the cases of protection and renewal of historic blocks on both sides of Taiwan Strait, opinions and suggestions were put forward for Si Street and Xinanying in order to better guide the implementation of the protection of these historic blocks, effectively improve the living conditions of the residents and make the neighborhoods protected in a true, complete and long-term manner.

Protective Renovation of the Historical Environment of Traffic Cultural Heritage:Necessity and Feasibility

Starting from the reality of protective renovation of the historical environment of traffic cultural heritage,this paper discusses its necessity from the role and value of protective renovation of historical environment on overall protection of traffic cultural heritage and contemporary value exploration.By analyzing the current research status of traffic history,protection theories and methods of historical environment,cultural routes,linear cultural landscape and heritage corridors and other theoretical methods,as well as the effectiveness of digital protection and other technical approaches,this paper demonstrates the theoretical basis and feasible technical approaches for protective renovation of the historical environment of traffic cultural heritage.Moreover,it is suggested to construct the historical environment evaluation system of traffic cultural heritage and form a systematic design process of protective renovation.

Research on the Public Perception of Yangzhou Historical and Cultural Districts Based on Network Review Text Analysis

The historical and cultural districts of a city serve as important cultural heritage and tourism resources.This paper focused on four such districts in Yangzhou and performed semantic analysis on online public comments using ROST CM6 software.According to the high frequency words,attention preference of district site elements,activities and feelings in Yangzhou historical and cultural districts were analyzed.Through the analysis of semantic network and public emotional tendency,the relationship between the protection and utilization of Yangzhou historical and cultural districts and the perception and demand of users were discussed,and some suggestions for the protection,utilization and renewal of historical and cultural districts were put forward.

Research on Protective Renovation of Historic Blocks Based on Organic Renewal:A Case Study of South Section of Chuancheng Street,Handan City

Protection and renewal of historic blocks is not only protection of physical spaces,continuation of intangible cultures,but also management measures of the internal social affairs in the blocks.Taking Chuancheng Street Historic Block in Handan City for example,this paper investigated current situation of the block,applied the organic renewal theory in the block renovation,and put forward relevant space,population and management strategies,so as to provide references for the protective renovation of historic blocks.

Characteristics and Protection of Historic Blocks in the Downtown of Quanzhou City:A Case Study of the Blocks along Zhongshan Road

Historic block records the historic development and changes of a city,contains rich cultural resources,and is an important product in the process of urban development.Historic block of Zhongshan Road has a long history,so there are many historical buildings with local characteristics and traditional style of commercial market,and it is an important window of refl ecting characteristics and regional culture of Quanzhou ancient city.However in long-period development process,historic buildings and blocks in the block along Zhongshan Road of Quanzhou City were destroyed.We initially study how to rationally develop and protect these precious historic and cultural relics,and the methods,principles and countermeasures of protection are put forward.

Protection and Development of Dongguan Historical and Cultural Block in Yangzhou

Dongguan Street in Yangzhou is a block composed of ancient buildings left over from theMing and Qing Dynasties.Three major gardens in Yangzhou,Ge Garden,Ho Family Garden and XieGarden,are located in the block.Due to the proximity to Dongguan ancient ferry,a large number ofgardens gathered forming the famous Dongguan Street in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The protectionand restoration of Dongguan Street should focus on not only the preservation and restoration of historicalrelics,but also the maintenance and renewal of traditional cultural environment,to make the new functionsand vitality adapt to its characteristics.Moreover,historical towns and blocks will maintain harmonious andunifi ed development,and adapt to the sustainable development of Yangzhou City.

Renewal Strategy of Old Campuses of Colleges and Universities Based on Heritage Protection: A case study of Qingshanhu Campus of Jiangxi Normal University

The Qingshanhu Campus of Jiangxi Normal University was taken as an example to study the existing problems of old campuses at present,and how to excavate the memory and remains of the campus on the basis of the preserved historic buildings was studied.The theory of urban renewal and cultural heritage protection was used to update and protect the campus.

Historical and cultural blocks in Zhengding are important parts of China’s famous historical and cultural city.Combined with the natural geography,human geography factors and the current situation of landscape style and features of the historical and cultural blocks and through practical investigation and scientific research,the protection and development law of the historical and cultural blocks in Zhengding was discussed,the main problems existing were found out,and suggestions for the protection and improvement of the historical and cultural blocks in Zhengding was put forward based on the results of questionnaire survey and psychological evaluation,in order to create a harmonious and orderly,profound culture and distinctive historical and cultural landscape style and features.

Exploration of the “Living” Protection of Historic Blocks in South of the Yangtze River——A Case Study of Ancient Shajiabang Town, Changshu City

Historic blocks that focus only on protection of tangible constructed environment have shown various disadvantages and gradually lost their originality, according to the investigation. Protection of historic blocks should attach more importance to maintaining original lifestyles and community customs, protecting intangible contents and cultural diversity. The authors proposed that protection of historic blocks should follow the principle of "putting protection and repair on the top priority, using reasonably" and stress the "living" protection. There are three patterns of "living" protection, specifically, joint participation of local residents, construction of education base, moderate tourism development. Vitality of local economy can be enhanced and social humanistic environment protected effectively by improving the locals' living environment, so as to show true care for the people living in the historic block, and bring historic blocks to the real life.

文章基于城市类型学角度,以大连市连锁街为研究对象,在三维模型复原的基础上,从土地权属划分、街巷体系、街区肌理、公共空间、尺度等形态要素层面,以“类型”为工具解析各要素之间的联系,探讨在“微更新”的视角下,近代历史街区保护与改造新的思路与参考。

多元文化古城的历史文脉保护与发展——以昔阳古城为例

多种空间形态、多元建设风格的叠加对古城的历史文化遗产保护存在着巨大的限制。文章以昔阳古城为例,对古城历史文脉传承与延续这一命题进行了系统研究。昔阳古城位于山西晋中市,有着独特的多元文化脉络和丰富的建筑文化遗产,具有较高的历史、文化和艺术价值。通过对昔阳古城的文化、空间和环境三个方面进行梳理,总结出了古城文化多元性、空间复杂性和环境叠加性的特点,并以此提出古城历史文脉传承与延续的保护策略。文章为昔阳古城的保护与规划提供编制参考,为全国其他多元文化古城的保护与更新提供借鉴。

城市更新背景下对历史文化风貌区保护规划的再思考——以大连化物所历史文化风貌区保护规划为例

历史文化风貌区是大连重要的文化载体和城市记忆承载地,保护规划作为历史文化风貌区保护与更新的法定文件目前在大连已启动。文章聚焦国家城市更新背景,从历史文化风貌区保护规划中遇到的困惑出发,分析传统保护与更新整治规划的不足,进行再思考。结合笔者亲身参与编制的《大连化物所历史文化风貌区保护规划》,从关注风貌区总体格局保护、风貌区展示利用两个维度出发,对保护体系的构建、相关内容的补充、与城市更新相关政策的结合、实施机制体制的配套完善等多方面进行探讨,力求探索一个更加优化、完善的历史文化风貌区保护规划方案的实施策略。

美国城市历史公园保护更新中的公众参与研究——以纽约展望公园为例

城市历史公园具有历史价值和当代价值共存的突出特点。美国城市历史公园的保护更新实践表明,公众参与有助于充分发挥其历史文化价值与公共服务职能、促进公园的特色传承与可持续发展。但国内目前仍缺乏公众参与城市历史公园保护更新的经验。梳理美国各层级公园体系中的公众参与模式与特征,以纽约展望公园为例,阐述城市/郡一级公园全面、系统的公众参与历程与措施,围绕管理组织、参与方式、资金筹措、教育科普4个方面进行经验总结。针对国内在城市历史公园管理中面临的制度渠道不完善、多方利益难协调、公众参与意识淡薄、资金人手短缺等问题,提出构建多元化运营模式、健全制度保障与反馈机制、强化文化服务价值三项措施激励广泛、有效的公众参与,旨在为中国城市历史公园的保护更新实践提供参考借鉴。

和合共生,与人为善——徐渭故里街区更新中的思考

随着城市化进程,历史街区更新也迫在眉睫,人们开始重视历史街区的保护与更新,越来越多学者对历史街区更新提出建议与策略。文章以徐渭故里历史街区为研究对象,基于平衡建筑“人本为先”理论提出“和合共生”思想,考虑徐渭故里中主要人群——老年人的行为心理特征,尝试提出徐渭故里的街区更新策略。

城市更新背景下历史文化街区的保护与更新——基于国内外研究进展的对比分析

历史文化街区作为城市历史文化的核心载体,在其保护与更新的过程中面临着如何在历史文化遗产保护与适应存量时代发展之间取得平衡的挑战。运用文献计量方法与可视化分析软件CiteSpace对比分析了近30年来国内外历史文化街区的研究进展、研究内容和发展演变趋势,对未来城市更新背景下的历史文化街区研究发展提出如下建议:(1)未来以人本视角为研究主体,基于环境行为学理论探索“空间—感知需求—行为模式”的历史文化街区空间营造方法应极具潜力;(2)以多源数据为基础的支持历史文化街区保护与更新决策的方法和工具研究具有重要价值;(3)公众参与机制对于提高历史文化街区保护与更新的协同决策水平和平衡利益关系具有重要意义。

文化基因视角下邯郸历史城区保护与更新

随着城镇化进程的快速发展,历史城区存在着人民日常生活方式的改变与传统城区结构的打破和文脉断裂的现实情况。文章以文化基因为视点,以邯郸市的历史城区为主要个案展开考察,重点探讨历史城区中文化基因与城区保护更新之间的内在联系,梳理邯郸历史城区的显性文化基因与隐性文化基因保护思路,以期为历史城区的保护更新工作提供一些参考。

多元参与视角下的历史地段更新模式研究——以扬州市为例

从多元主体参与的视角出发,讨论历史地段差异化的更新模式以及政府、居民和社会三方主体之间的角色关系。研究在对扬州市3个历史地段的更新案例展开调研的基础上,分析不同时期的更新模式及其从一元包办向二元合作,再到多元主体共同参与的演变特征,认为多元主体之间角色关系的调整是实施差异化更新模式的内在动因,且主体的利益诉求和参与程度影响着更新最终的实施成果,提出在历史地段更新中,应积极构建多元参与的合作机制并重视各方主体的诉求,尤其不可忽略社会主体的参与。
