Ideological and political education psychological counseling is facing problems.Therefore,it is necessary to help the party workers to learn and master the knowledge a—bout psychological service,improve the ability of party workers to participate in psychological counseling,strengthen the cultivation of the good political attitude of netizens and enhance the psychological service mechanism for the ideological and political works in order to further improve the efficiency of the psychological counseling of China's current ideological and political education.

Psychological Issues for Patients Undergoing Stem Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine

Stem cell therapy is a relatively new treatment modality in the field of regenerative medicine. The therapy is gaining increased awareness and acceptance by the public. There are multiple factors that contribute to a stem cell procedure for regenerative medicine in order for it to be successful. One of these factors is a patient’s mental health and psychological state. The role and significance of a counsellor/psychologist will be examined as a crucial part of the regenerative medicine team. Pre-existing issues of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, low self-esteem and high levels of stress could adversely affect outcomes. For example, fears and phobias are counter-productive for planned regenerative therapy. The counsellor must also assess and determine that the patient is mentally and psychologically healthy. In addition, advice is necessary for the patient to have realistic expectations in order for them to be eligible for treatment. Some patients are not suitable for stem cells and other regenerative procedures until psychological treatment is successful, particularly in body image dysmorphia. A comprehensive psychological assessment is needed and answers must be provided for patients by the counsellor during all phases of the treatment.

Role of Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology in Working with Individuals with Work-related Chronic Pain Injuries: An Interdisciplinary Approach-Chronic Pain and Work Injuries in the United States

This paper addresses the topic of an interdisciplinary approach of chronic pain management from a biopsychosocial perspective. The first section provides an introduction to the definitions and theories of chronic pain and the various contributing factors (psychological, interpersonal/environmental and social support, and vocational). The second section presents the role of various health care professions (medical doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists and rehabilitation counselors) and the evidence of their treatment effectiveness. The third section discusses the concept of an interdisciplinary pain rehabilitation program (IPRP) and its evidence to support its effectiveness. Finally, the clinical implications of rehabilitation counseling and psychology as part of the inter-disciplinary program in treating individuals with chronic pain will be highlighted.

Social and psychological assessment of women undergoing elective oocyte cryopreservation: A 7-year analysis

Our study focused on a retrospective analysis from 2004-2011 of patients considering elective oocyte cryopreservation (OC). We investigated the psychological and social aspects related to women who electively cryopreserve oocytes. Over seven years, consulted patients (n = 315) considering non-medical OC were interviewed by the staff therapists. Social, demographic, motivational impetus, psychological factors and local to national economy were analyzed in association with trends in elective OC. Patient disclosure, fertility assessment and receptivity to potential single motherhood were other aspects examined. Statistical analysis was performed with Student’s t-test, Pearson’s correlation and Chi-square analysis. Advanced technology, decreased age (<35), anual per capita income, levels of follicular stimulant hormone (FSH) and basal antral follicular count (BAFC) were demonstrated to be the most influential factors of elective OC. The mean age of elective OC patients was 38.6 ± 1.83 with nearly 80% of these patients disclosing their decisions either with family and/or friends. Clinical perception has increasingly improved the availability and efficacy of elective oocyte cryopreservation, albeit minimal publications have studied the social and epidemiological aspects of such patients. We identified these patients are often motivated by a key life event such as a birthday, are educated and professional, and often disclose their treatment to close friends and family. Understanding the psychological aspects of egg freezing patients will engender clinicians the ability to meet patients’ needs and appropriately counsel them.

The researcher argues that KH Muhammad Ali Shodiqin or Gus Ali Gondrong,a chairperson of Roudotun Ni’mah Islamic boarding school in Semarang,can be used as an inspiration source to give counseling to Muslim clients with sholawat as sufistic counseling.His Islamic boarding school becomes famous not due to sholawat mafia,but because he is preaching in a way appropriate for youth.The figure of Gus Ali is loved by young people and most of them are street children,“naughty”children,and hoodlums.Gus Ali’s pupils or Santri is also not ordinary children born to ordinary families,but they are“extraordinary”kids,since they can get out of the dark society covering them.Most santris are hoodlums,thugs,ex-gambler,ex-drunkards,and even ex-prostitutes.Everyone receives guidance from Allah SWT so that they can be educated at Roudlotun Ni’mah Islamic boarding school.This may sound quite weird for common people,since the word“Mafia”stands for unifying mind and heart into Sholawat.It is expected that the followers will love to do sholawat,and do sholawat continuously and full of self-consciousness.Members of this community come from various life backgrounds;among them are the youth and ex-thugs.It is hoped that this youngster style sholawat group can attract many people,especially the youth.Thus,young people have a good habit by joining shalawat.

Support and Companionship in Virtual Communities: Establishing a COVID-19 Counseling Network for Soldiers and the Collective Healing Phenomenon

Counseling people,particularly those in the military engaged in group living,who are in quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge.Therefore,supporting the people in quarantine who are experiencing psy-chological and interpersonal problems has become a new challenge in military mental health.This study’s primary concern was how to overcome the problems caused by physical quarantine.The study subject was a virtual coun-seling network and its operating experience during the quarantine period in Taiwan amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic.For soldiers who mainly live in groups,this study discussed how the virtual counseling network combined with the existing military support group to determine what influence the network had on peo-ple in quarantine.This study found that this group exhibited four types of experiences:togetherness,empathy,confidence,and belonging and cohesion.Such experiences are beneficial for group healing through mutual sup-port and companionship.Collective cohesion and psychological healing can be achieved through a virtual com-munity.This is worthy of attention,particularly in the pandemic or post-pandemic era.Physical isolation has become a fact of life,and such isolation is not just isolation from disease but also between regional boundaries.Counseling and support systems in virtual space or the operation of virtual teams must be considered for the future.

曼陀罗绘画在大学生团体心理咨询课程教学中的实践研究

心理咨询保密豁免规则的立法构建

《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》首次对心理咨询人员的保密义务做出原则性规定,与《中华人民共和国民法典》等法律规范形成了框架,但实践要求下保密豁免情形尚未形成系统性规则。基于隐私权保护和专业信任关系,探讨心理咨询保密义务的来源,提出遵循来访者对隐私的自我决定和“权益位阶理论”下保密豁免的正当性。明确心理咨询人员在涉及公共安全等利益时负有配合调查义务,面临自然人生命健康可能遭受非法侵害时的预警和保护义务以及针对未成年人和成年心智障碍者的强制报告义务,以期促进保障隐私权益和周全更优位利益的平衡。

健康宣教联合心理疏导在冠状动脉CT血管成像检查病人中的应用

目的:探讨健康宣教联合心理疏导在行冠状动脉CT血管成像检查病人中的应用。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年3月于我院行冠状动脉CT血管成像的91例病人,采用信封法将其分为常规组45例与综合组46例,常规组给予常规健康宣教,综合组在常规健康宣教基础上联合心理疏导。比较两组应激反应、抑郁及焦虑程度、检查配合度及影像质量。结果:干预后,综合组收缩压、平均动脉压、心率、抑郁评分、焦虑评分低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组总配合率、影像质量合格率、护理满意度总分及各维度得分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康宣教联合心理疏导可减轻行冠状动脉CT血管成像病人的应激反应,减轻抑郁及焦虑程度,提高检查配合度和检查的影像质量。

当代临床心理学中的隐喻研究

基于文献分析的方法,系统梳理当代临床心理学中隐喻研究的存在形态及基本内容。在测量诊断中,特殊疾病患者的隐喻能力及特征异于健康人群,而非存在隐喻障碍,一方面其隐喻理解和创造受到隐喻的熟悉度、多义性和背景信息等因素影响;一方面受制于自身非言语理解能力低、执行功能及相关脑区功能受损。在心理咨询与治疗中,隐喻作为一种语言现象,其统合性有助于阐释情绪情感、建构具有适应性功能的认知结构,其在不同咨询阶段表现出的特点也为咨询评估提供了现象学证据。

多重关系视角下心理咨询的伦理风险治理

多重关系是心理咨询的一项重要伦理议题,也是影响心理咨询服务质量的主要因素。以多重关系为视角,系统性梳理心理咨询的伦理风险、评析国内服务环境现状,解读域外伦理和法律规范的治理逻辑。对于心理咨询服务缺乏有效治理的问题,建议以伦理规范为基础,在伦理规范中建立相应的预判机制、督导机制和约束机制,在立法中确定心理咨询师对多重关系的预防义务、风险应对义务,建立心理咨询督导制度。最终形成和完善由政府部门、行业协会等利益相关方参与的共同治理法治框架。

萨提亚模式干预对抑郁伴自杀意念或自杀行为青少年的短程康复作用

目的:研究萨提亚模式心理咨询对抑郁伴自杀意念或自杀行为青少年的干预效果。方法:采用方便取样的方法,对咨询的抑郁伴自杀意念或自杀行为且SCL-90总分大于206分的青少年案例纳入研究对象,其中应用萨提亚模式连续系统咨询者为研究组35例,未进行萨提亚模式咨询者为对照组16例。研究组以抑郁症状减轻或消失、自杀意念和行为消失、SCL-90总分低于160分,或者来访者自身原因终止咨询为观察终点。对照组没有给予萨提亚模式心理咨询的抑郁伴自杀意念或自杀行为的青少年,以两次SCL-90量表评估(间隔至少2周以上)为观察的起点和终点。比较两组案例抑郁症状和自杀意念或自杀行为的减轻或消失情况,并统计SCL-90总分低于206分为咨询有效改善的案例数及百分率,比较两组SCL-90总分在160~206分和低于160分的案例数及百分率,比较两组自杀意念和自杀行为消失的人数,比较两组SCL-90量表的总分和各因子分,统计研究组SCL-90总分降低到160以下案例的平均咨询次数和自杀意念和自杀行为消失案例的平均咨询次数。结果:研究组有31例抑郁症状消失或改善,自杀意念和自杀行为消失,SCL-90总分低于206分,有效率为88.57%;其中25例(71.43%)SCL-90总分低于160分,达到健康水平;其余4例症状有改善,SCL-90总分大于206分,没有达到有效改善的标准;对照组有2例(12.50%)抑郁症状改善,SCL-90总分160~206分,作为有效改善统计,其余14例(87.50%)青少年抑郁自杀症状没有明显改善,两组青少年抑郁自杀状况的统计结果提示差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=29.583,P<0.001)。研究组自杀意念消失27例(77.14%),对照组自杀意念消失2例(12.50%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.706,P<0.001)。两组干预后SCL-90量表总分和各因子分差异均有统计学意义(t=-9.491~-3.242,P<0.001~0.01)。干预前后研究组SCL-90量表总分和各因子分差异均有统计学意义(t=4.399~11.011,P<0.001)。研究组干预后抑郁伴自杀意念和自杀行为消失,SCL-90总分降低到160分以下共计25人(71.43%),平均咨询次数4.24±2.80次。研究组咨询后,自杀意念和自杀行为消失,没有“想结束自己生命的想法”的人数共计27人(77.14%),平均咨询次数3.52±1.89次。结论:1萨提亚模式心理咨询对抑郁伴自杀意念或自杀行为青少年有很好的干预效果;2萨提亚模式咨询能短程快速消除抑郁青少年的自杀意念和自杀行为,提升其心理健康状况。

从肝胃论治肉芽肿性乳腺炎伴抑郁焦虑状态

肉芽肿性乳腺炎(GLM)是临床常见乳腺疾病之一,GLM患者常合并抑郁焦虑状态,身心同病。从中医角度分析,GLM伴抑郁焦虑状态与肝、胃关系密切,且以肝气郁结、胃热壅盛为基本病机。在治疗上,当以泄肝清胃、抑木扶土为基本治法,辅以心理疏导、饮食疗法。系统论述从肝胃论治GLM伴抑郁焦虑状态,并附医案一则,以供临证参考。

维持性控制干预联合心理疏导对ESRD血液透析患者的影响

目的探讨维持性控制干预联合心理疏导对终末期肾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)血液透析患者的影响。方法选取福建医科大学附属第二医院2022年1月—2023年1月入院进行血液透析治疗的206例ESRD患者。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组103例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以维持性控制干预联合心理疏导。比较2组护理后患者尿素降低率(urea reduction ratio,URR)、平均尿素清除指数(average urea clearance index,Kt/V)以及平均血细胞压积(packed cell volume,PCV);比较2组护理前后自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(selfrating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果护理后,观察组URR、Kt/V、PCV值分别为(66.13±4.28)%、(1.47±0.29)、(31.06±3.24)%,高于对照组的(61.39±5.01)%、(1.29±0.35)、(27.63±3.98)%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组GSES各维度得分高于对照组,SAS和SDS得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论维持性控制干预联合心理疏导通过制定规范的护理措施、及时与患者进行交流和沟通等护理措施,能提升患者自我效能感及改善患者负性情绪,进而提高患者血液透析治疗效果。
