The tea culture of royal court has a special significance as it represents the culture of the nation.The tea culture of Korean royal court has been described in various historical documents including the Memorabilia of Three Kingdoms,the History of Goryeo,and the Chronology of Joseon Dynasty.These historical documents indicate an increasing sophistication of royal court tea culture as the use of tea became expanded through the periods of Three Kingdoms,Goryeo Kingdom and Joseon Dynasty.The tea was offered during ancestral and religious rituals;served as ceremonial drinks;and offered to guests in ceremonial manners.The procedures of these tea ceremonies were ritualized and codified to properly reflect decorum and propriety of the royal court.This paper examines historical references of royal court tea culture of Korea over the periods of Three Kingdoms,Goryeo Kingdom and Joseon Dynasty.Findings from this paper can promote further research on the development of royal court tea culture in Asian countries. 展开更多

A novel form of hydroponic culture was employed to explore the physiological function of roots of a tea plant (Camellia sinensis). The pH of the nutrient solution with an actively growing tea plant decreased during cultivation. Furthermore, no oxalic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid or citric acid, all possible factors in acidification, was detected in the nutrient solution of a growing plant. A proton pump inhibitor suppressed the acidification of the solution. Soil acidification might have been accelerated with a proton released from ammoniacal nitrogen preferentially for the growth, suggesting the specific mechanism of tea plant as a functional food. 展开更多

The integration of agricultural heritage and tourism industry contributes significantly to regional heritage protection,rural revitalization,and cultural inheritance.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,a quantitative research was conducted to study the integration of agricultural heritage in terms of the jasmine and tea culture system in Fuzhou with the local tourism industry.The results showed that both the development of Fuzhou's jasmine and tourism industries have advanced significantly and are currently leading in the country.However,they are not developing at the same pace.The results also showed that the coordination degree between Fuzhou5s jasmine and tourism industries have increased in recent years,with deepened mutual effects and improved coordination.Moreover,the coupling coordination degree has been rising over the past 13 years,with the coupling coordination level transforming from''extreme disorder''to"quality coordination,demonstrating a slow integration progress of Fuzhou's jasmine with the tourism industry at the early stage,but a sound development momentum at the later stage. 展开更多

Against the background of COVID-19 pandemic,tourists have had increasing demands on rural tourism,and characteristic homestay has won great popularity.Huanglongxian tea culture homestay in Jiangning District,Nanjing City has been in the development stage.Literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and experience method were used to analyze the development status and tourist needs of Huanglongxian tea homestay.The research showed that Huanglongxian tea homestay was confined by inconvenient traffic,serious homogeneity,singular experience projects,and unremarkable tea culture theme;The main tourists were the locals,particularly middle-aged and young groups of enterprises and public institutions with higher educational backgrounds,most of whom visited the village during holidays for relaxation and recreation,and the revisit rate was low.In view of this,it was proposed that the integration of tea culture and homestay should be enhanced,more characteristic homestay products of tea culture developed,tea homestay market expanded,tea homestay brands built,so as to promote the development of tea homestay tourism. 展开更多

为了比较宜宾不同品种早茶叶可培养内生细菌群落结构,以种植面积较广的4个早茶品种为材料,采用传统培养方法,分别从其老叶和嫩叶中分离内生细菌,并经16S rDNA序列分析对其进行鉴定.结果表明,从4个品种早茶叶中共分离到内生细菌336株,归... 为了比较宜宾不同品种早茶叶可培养内生细菌群落结构,以种植面积较广的4个早茶品种为材料,采用传统培养方法,分别从其老叶和嫩叶中分离内生细菌,并经16S rDNA序列分析对其进行鉴定.结果表明,从4个品种早茶叶中共分离到内生细菌336株,归类于18个属23个种.从内生细菌数量和多样性来看,黄芽早>福鼎大白>中茶302>中茶108,且均为嫩叶>老叶.微杆菌属Microbacterium和黄单胞菌属Xanthomonas在4个品种早茶叶中均有分布,且都集中或仅存在于嫩叶,其中Microbacterium为绝对优势菌群.各种早茶老叶和嫩叶还有各自的优势菌属短小杆菌属Curtobacterium等或特异性菌种短小芽胞杆菌B. pumilus、磷酸镰孢菌F. phosphorivorans等.说明不同品种早茶叶内生细菌种类组成有明显的相似性,也存在一定的品种或组织专一性.这些内生细菌及其分布规律可能在较大程度上促成了宜宾早茶的高产优质以及各品种早茶的不同品质特征. 展开更多
