医学院校公共体育“2+2”课程模式对学生体质健康水平的影响

本文旨在探讨医学院校公共体育“2+2”课程模式对学生体质健康水平的影响。本研究在桂林医学院2019级新生中抽取300人作为实验对象,分为对照组和实验租,每组150人。对照组采用传统的体育教学方式,实验组采用2年课内体育教学+2年课外体育自主锻炼为基本形式的公共体育“2+2”课程模式,教学中以《国家学生体质健康标准》测试作为硬性要求,以体育学习评价作为弹性驱动。本实验采用文献研究法、数据分析法评估实验前后医学生体质健康水平的变化,结果显示,实验组的肺活量、速度和耐力等体质健康测试成绩均高于对照组,说明公共体育“2+2”课程模式对提高医学生的体质健康水平具有积极作用。据此建议,医学院校公共体育教学应按照“学、练、赛、评”的原则,持续优化公共体育“2+2”课程教学模式,以便更加高效提高学生的体质健康水平。

公共艺术教育是实现高校立德树人根本任务的重要途径。通过研究国内16所高校的多门公共艺术课程的教学设计、教学大纲、课件、教学视频,以扎根理论为研究路径,尝试对高校公共艺术教学中“立德树人”的建构逻辑进行研究。经过多次编码,从原始资料中逐步抽象出22个初始概念,5个范畴,4个主范畴,构建了公共艺术教学中“立德树人”的建构模型。结构模型为学生在“鉴赏美—热爱美—创造美—升华美”的审美行为机制中形成“立知—立情—立行—立德”的“立德”模型。
