A pulsed Nd:YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) laser-based technique was employed to clad low silicon steel with preplaced Si and Fe mixed powders for high Si content. The surface morphology, microstructural evolution, phase composition, and Si distribution, within the obtained cladding coatings, were characterized by optical microscopy (OM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), with associated energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microhardness was also measured along the depth direction of the specimens, A crack- and pore-free cladding coating through excellent metallurgical bonding with the substrate was successfully prepared on low silicon steel by means of optimized single-track and multi-track laser cladding. The phases of the coating are a-Fe, T-Fe, and FeSi. The high microhardness of the lasercladding zone is considered as an increase in Si content and as the refined microstructure produced by the laser treatment. The Si contents of the cladding coatings were about 5.8wt% in the single-track cladding and 6.5wt% in the multi-track cladding, respectively. 展开更多

By XRD, it is shown that a film with good crystallization is deposited under oxygen and the optimal pressure is 20 Pa. The surface morphology of Nd:LuVO4 films was observed by AFM, and it is found that oxygen pressure influences the surface morphology of Nd :LuVO4 films. The ratio of content of Nd:LuVO4 films was estimated according to the yields of Lu and V by using RBS spectra, this ratio is in good agreement with the target composition. The effective index refractive of every mode is 2.0044, 1.7098, measured by prism coupler method. 展开更多

The focal length of offset lens is particularly studied to compensate for the thermal lens effect and depolarization. For input pulse energy of 141 μJ with pulse duration of 754ps, the pulse laser system delivers 526mJ pulse energy and 728ps pulse width output at lO Hz with pulse profile shape preservation. The influences of process parameters (laser pulse energy, duration time, and travel speed) on the depth and hardness of laser treated area were investigated. Image analysis of SEM microstructure of AISI 420 showed that plate-like carbide have almost fully and (30-40)% of globular carbide particles dissolved into the matrix after laser transformation hardening by pulsed laser and the microstructure was refined to obtain controlled tempered martensite microstructure with 450 VHN hardness. 展开更多

AIM: To study the efficacy and the safety of laser lithotripsy without direct visual control by using a balloon catheter in patients with bile duct stones that could not be extracted by standard technique. METHODS: The seventeen patients (7 male and 10 female; mean age 67.8 years) with difficult common bile duct (CBD) stones were not amenable for conventional endoscopic maneuvers such as sphincterotomy and mechanical lithotripsy were included in this study. Laser wavelengths of 532 nm and 1064 nm as a double pulse were applied with pulse energy of 120 mJ. The laser fiber was advanced under fluoroscopic control through the ERCP balloon catheter. Laser lithotripsy was continued until the fragment size seemed to be less than 10 mm. Endoscopic extraction of the stones and fragments was performed with the use of the Dormia basket and balloon catheter. RESULTS: Bile duct clearance was achieved in 15 of 17 patients (88%). The mean number of treatment sessions was 1.7 ± 0.6. Endoscopic stone removal could not be achieved in 2 patients (7%). Adverse effects were noted in three patients (hemobilia, pancreatitis, and cholangitis). CONCLUSION: The Frequency Doubled Double Pulse Nd:YAG (FREDDY) laser may be an effective and safe technique in treatment of difficult bile duct stones. 展开更多

We demonstrate a novel picosecond optical parametric preamplification to generate high-stability, high-energy and high-contrast seed pulses. The 5ps seed pulse is amplified from 60pJ to 300μJ with an 8.6ps/ 3mJ pump laser in a signal stage of short pulse non-collinear optical parametric chirped pulse amplification. The total gain is more than 106 and the rms energy stability is under 1.35%. The contrast ratio is higher than 10s within a scale of 20ps before the main pulse. Consequently, the improvement factor of the signal contrast is approximately equal to the gain 106 outside the pump window. 展开更多

激光二极管(Laser Diode,LD)环状侧面均匀泵浦的激光振荡器具有结构简单、光束质量高、单脉冲能量大等特点,常常在高能脉冲固体激光器中作为主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构的振荡器,一直是国内外科研人员研究的重要方向之一。本论文通过Zema... 激光二极管(Laser Diode,LD)环状侧面均匀泵浦的激光振荡器具有结构简单、光束质量高、单脉冲能量大等特点,常常在高能脉冲固体激光器中作为主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构的振荡器,一直是国内外科研人员研究的重要方向之一。本论文通过Zemax软件对不同激光二极管排列方式以及不同工作物质吸收系数对吸收光场的影响的进行了仿真。基于仿真结果,设计了一种20个bar条串联的环状侧面泵浦结构,以提高晶体吸收的均匀性。通过该环状侧泵结构,结合超高斯非稳腔设计,搭建了一种双棒串接激光振荡器进行实验研究。该振荡器实现了在100 Hz重复频率下,单脉冲能量为496 mJ、脉冲宽度为12.4 ns的1064 nm激光输出,光束质量优于9 mm·mrad,光-光转换效率为18.5%。并且该振荡器可以维持光轴稳定不变的同时,实现20 ns脉宽以内变档可调。实验结果证明了该环状侧面均匀泵浦结构可靠有效,为MOPA结构振荡器选取提供了一种有效的方案。 展开更多

We report the first application of a single-shot cross-correlator for pulse duration and pulse contrast diagnostics in Nd:glass petawatt laser.The information of pulse duration,measured in the single-shot,guides the fine adjustment of the pulse compressor in real time.By integrating several shots of measurements at different time delays together,the petawatt pulse profile is obtained within an overall temporal window of~100 ps,indicating a contrast of~10^(4).The measurements suggest that the additional contrast improvement is necessary for the Nd:glass petawatt laser system,which should be different from conventional Ti:sapphire lasers and is also discussed. 展开更多

A high-average-power diode-pumped narrowband regenerative chirped pulse amplifier is developed using the thin-rod Nd:YAG laser architecture for optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification(OPCPA).The effect of the etalons on the amplified pulse in the regenerative cavity is studied experimentally and theoretically.By inserting glass etalons of thickness 1 mm and 5 mm into the regenerative cavity,the pre-stretching pulse from anÖffner stretcher is further broadened to above 200 ps,which matches the amplification windows of the signal pulses in OPCPA and is suitable for use as a pump source in the OPCPA system.The bandwidth of the amplified pulse is 1.5 nm,and an output energy of 2 mJ is achieved at a repetition rate of 10 Hz. 展开更多

The influence of pumping laser pulse on the property of quasi-continuous-wave(QCW)diode-side-pumped Nd:YAG laser is investigated theoretically and experimentally.Under remaining a fixed duty cycle,the average output power increases,and the corresponding thermal focal length shorten with the increase of the pump pulse duration,which attributes to the decrease of the ratio of pulse buildup time to the pulse duration.At a pump power of 146 W,the laser output power changes from 65.1 W to 81.2 W when the pulse duration is adjusted from 150μs to 1000μs,confirming a significant enhancement of 24.7%.A laser rate equation model incorporating the amplified spontaneous emission is also utilized and numerically solved,and the simulated results agree well with the experimental data. 展开更多

Transparent thin layer indium tin oxide was coated on polyethylene tetraphetalate (PET) substrate by means of spin coating process and its opto-electronic properties have been investigated. The surface treated by pulse Nd-YAG laser. Pulse frequency, duration and energy were, 1000 Hz, 0.2 to 20 ms and 25 to 40 J respectively. The effect of treatment on crystallization, optical properties and bonding processes of the thin layer was investigated. The results show that ITO coated on flexible PET substrates is conductive and transparent. The sheet transparency for a 350 nm thickness in the visible range is more than 83.6%. Using Nd-YAG laser increased conductivity by a factor of 100 times and causes higher bonding performances. 展开更多

目的:观察420 nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月-2023年7月笔者医院收治的玫瑰痤疮患者150例。随机分为A组、B组及C组,各50例,A组行420 nm强脉冲光治疗,B组用长脉冲1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光... 目的:观察420 nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月-2023年7月笔者医院收治的玫瑰痤疮患者150例。随机分为A组、B组及C组,各50例,A组行420 nm强脉冲光治疗,B组用长脉冲1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗,C组为420 nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗。比较三组患者临床疗效、皮损症状积分、皮肤屏障功能、不良反应、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表。结果:C组临床有效率比较96.00%vs.80.00%vs.82.67%,C组高于A组及B组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组皮损症状评分均有所下降,且C组各项积分低于A组及B组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组红斑面积、经皮水分流失量(TEWL)水平均有所下降,且C组低于A组及B组,皮肤角质层含水量均有所升高,且C组高于A组及B组(P<0.05);C不良反应发生率8.00%与B组6.00%及A组10.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,三组DLQI评分均有所降低,且C组低于A组及B组(P<0.05)。结论:420 nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064 nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效确切,有助于改善皮损及皮肤屏障功能,提高患者生活质量,且具有安全性。 展开更多

目的探讨长脉宽Nd:YAG激光1 064nm治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效及安全性。方法用长脉宽1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗33例甲真菌病患者共计48个病甲,1次/周,4次为1个疗程,共治疗2~3个疗程。治疗参数:能量密度35~40J/cm2,脉宽30ms,光斑5mm,频率1H... 目的探讨长脉宽Nd:YAG激光1 064nm治疗甲真菌病的临床疗效及安全性。方法用长脉宽1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗33例甲真菌病患者共计48个病甲,1次/周,4次为1个疗程,共治疗2~3个疗程。治疗参数:能量密度35~40J/cm2,脉宽30ms,光斑5mm,频率1Hz。随访6~9个月,根据患者的临床表现及甲屑真菌镜检及培养结果判定疗效,并记录不良反应。结果 48个病甲中,临床疗效标准:治疗结束后6个月时有效率为70.83%,9个月时有效率为81.25%;按真菌学标准:治愈率分别为75.00%和87.50%。患者均有轻微疼痛,无严重不良反应。4例出现轻微的甲下出血,数周后自愈。结论长脉宽Nd:YAG激光1 064nm治疗甲真菌病安全而高效,值得临床选用。 展开更多

以实现高功率、高光束质量的脉冲激光输出为目的,对非对称平-凹谐振腔的结构进行了理论分析。设计出了高功率、高光束质量非对称放置的平-凹谐振腔、双氙灯泵浦的脉冲Nd:YAG激光器。当占空比为9%时,实现输出激光平均功率近480 W,光束参... 以实现高功率、高光束质量的脉冲激光输出为目的,对非对称平-凹谐振腔的结构进行了理论分析。设计出了高功率、高光束质量非对称放置的平-凹谐振腔、双氙灯泵浦的脉冲Nd:YAG激光器。当占空比为9%时,实现输出激光平均功率近480 W,光束参数积优于12.7 mm.mrad,电光转化效率近4%,与理论分析吻合,可用芯径300μm的光纤传输,不稳定性优于±1%。加工实验证明有较好的质量:切割材料为不锈钢,厚度为3 mm时、切割速度为0.6 m/min和厚度为1.5 mm、切割速度为1.2 m/min时,两种情况下所得切缝宽度均为250μm,且切割上下沿光滑。 展开更多

目的通过比较可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光和积雪草苷对增生性瘢痕的疗效,探讨可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕的优越性。方法将164例增生性瘢痕患者随机分成A、B两组。A组患者为118例,采用可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光进行治疗,并根据瘢痕... 目的通过比较可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光和积雪草苷对增生性瘢痕的疗效,探讨可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光治疗增生性瘢痕的优越性。方法将164例增生性瘢痕患者随机分成A、B两组。A组患者为118例,采用可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光进行治疗,并根据瘢痕的厚度和颜色及患者正常皮肤颜色和个体差异,选择脉宽10~40ms和能量密度12~32J/cm2进行治疗,治疗1~3次,每次间隔1~3个月;B组患者为46例,采用积雪草苷霜进行治疗,将积雪草苷霜外涂于瘢痕处,每日2次,并局部按摩,一个疗程为3个月,共2~3个疗程。结果治疗后随访患者3~8个月。A组:显效者75例,有效者35例,无效者8例;B组:显效者5例,有效者28例,无效者13例。结论可调脉宽倍频Nd:YAG激光对增生性瘢痕具有较好的疗效,与积雪草苷比较有起效快、疗效好、效果稳定等优越性。 展开更多
