Enhancing Enterprise Efficiency through Cross-Domain Supply Chain Linkage Management

In recent years,with the complexity and variability of international finance,debt,and geopolitical risks,the growth rate of domestic economic operations has slowed down.More enterprise groups are facing the transformation and upgrading from domestic leadership to internationalization,achieving revenue growth of nearly 10 billion yuan per year against the trend.The severe and complex internal and external environment has brought many challenges to the supply chain for enterprises.This article focuses on the goal of an“enterprise supply chain system focusing on value creation,strengthening system linkage,and improving overall chain efficiency,”aiming to find solutions to problems such as strong demand variability,frequent emergency needs,coexistence of project shortages and inventory surplus,long material turnover cycles,and high organizational complexity.By searching for key activities in the entire business chain of demand,design,production,service,and finance,implementing source planning,process control,system linkage,analysis and summary,and team collaboration,we have achieved more scientific demand forecasting,more accurate planning,more effective procurement cost reduction,more stable production performance supply,more convenient inventory sharing services,and more efficient integration of business and financial policies.

Research on the Modem Material Purchasing and Management Mode under the Background of Informatization

In this paper, we conduct research on the modem material purchasing and the management mode under the background of informatization. Material is to maintain the normal operation of all kinds of resources integrated, the procurement is a significant means to ensure the enterprise supply as material purchasing is the purpose of the enterprise to obtain the value in the process of material in the production and business operation. Material purchasing constitutes the main part of enterprise cost, the success of the procurement is purchasing goods and materials to maximize value-added and it is directly related to the cost management of enterprises and the material purchasing, in order to further improve the enterprise＇ s buyer need to constantly enhance their own professional level that actively explore a variety of procurement mode, different procurement methods to complete the procurement, to seek for more high-quality supplies for the enterprise, at the same time, improve the production and operation of the further enterprises benefits.

A Quantitative Description of Complex Adaptive System:The Self-Adaptive Mechanism of the Material Purchasing Management System Towards the Changing Environment

This paper demonstrates a new interpretation of the material purchasing management system(MPMS) from the perspective of complex adaptive systems(CAS).Within the framework of CAS,the authors design the self-adaptive mechanism of the MPMS responding to the changing environment,such as the change of the price,by using risk measurement theory,modern portfolio theory(MPT) and the information of the material's modifying priority.As a bottom-up systems view,CAS focuses on the individual level and studies system's overall complexity by analyzing the mutual competition and adaptation among the individuals.This paper demonstrates a quantitative description of CAS by discussing the MPMS which can be viewed as a kind of CAS,and makes numerical simulations of Daqing oilfield MPMS.Compared to the benchmarks,the authors set the simulations show that the self-adaptive mechanism adapts well to the change of the material's market price.Hence,this paper accomplishes a numerical simulation of CAS's quantitative self-adaptive mechanism responding to the environment's change.
