This paper comprehensively analyzes the attitude pursuit guidance law whichis one of the simple guidance methods for strapdown homing guidance system. Via the analyticalsolution of attitude pursuit, limitations on the velocities of missile and target are presented. Theinfluence of damping, lagging and transfer parameter from rudder deviation to angle of attack onthe attitude pursuit guidance law is discussed by using Automatic Control Theory. It is concludedthat the velocities of missile and target should not be too large, and the stable loop of missilebody should have some damping when the missile guidance system has inherent lagging, and thetransfer parameter mentioned above should not be too large when the attitude pursuit guidance law isused. 展开更多

Attitude pursuit guidance law is suitable for low cost missiles.A strap-down seeker is used to achieve this guidance law.The additional angles of attack or sideslip caused by wind and by control system are considered as two disturbing factors which make attitude pursuit law impossible.Therefore,general attitude pursuit guidance law did not account for this two disturbing factors,because with those disturbing factors,it is difficult to apply.To solve the problem,the principle of strap-down seeker detecting target is investigated,the mathematical control model is established,then a modified attitude pursuit guidance law which employs the angular correction for those two disturbing factors is presented.It is proved that the modified attitude pursuit guidance law is appropriated to both in the presence of the additional angle of attack or sideslip via the simulations with the mathematical control model and Monte-Carlo method. 展开更多

Study on Overall Concept Planning of Terminal Correction Mortar Projectiles 被引量:1

The system composition, the operational principle of terminal correction mortar projectiles (TCMP) and the concept planning design of TCMP are researched in this paper. An overall design and aerodynamic configuration layout for TCMP are made in this paper, and its aerodynamic coefficients are calculated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. Test results of TCMP simulated ballistic projectiles indicate the designed TCMP can satisfy the interior ballistic demand and has a fine flight stability. The drag coefficients identified from the radar velocity-time data are in accord with the CFD computed results. According to the exposure frequency of the ground laser designator, a four-quadrant impulse correction scheme and a high exposure frequency impulse correction scheme are brought. The latter can calculate the target azimuth angle by counting the times of the facula passing through one quadrant. Simulation results also show that the guidance precision of the velocity pursuit is higher than that of the body pursuit, and the detector axis is less circuitous. Researches on the typical trajectory indicate that the terminal impulse correction can improve the hit precision of TCMP remarkably. 展开更多
