Pyoderma gangraenosum-like fungal disease caused by Fusarium solani

A case of pyoderma gangraenosum-like fungal disease caused by Fusarium solani is described. The left upper eyelid ofthe patient was injured by a splashing iron sliver before fungal infection. No detectable immunodeficiency was found. The patientwas cured with topical therapy of amphotericin B(0.5% solution) and intravenous flucytosine.

多发性骨髓瘤伴坏疽性脓皮病一例

患者,女,71岁。双下肢反复溃疡伴疼痛20个月余。皮损组织病理检查符合坏疽性脓皮病。免疫球蛋白固定电泳示IgGκ链免疫电泳单克隆区带。骨髓穿刺结果示骨髓增生活跃,见异常浆细胞,幼稚浆细胞占29.5%。诊断:多发性骨髓瘤伴坏疽性脓皮病。

溃疡性结肠炎合并坏疽性脓皮病1例

46岁男性患者,黏液血便症状和四肢皮肤溃疡同时出现,结肠镜和病理学诊断为溃疡性结肠炎,皮肤溃疡病理考虑为慢性炎症,抗生素治疗无效,经过脓肿切开引流,口服5氨基水杨酸、糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂治疗后黏液血便消失,皮肤溃疡愈合。

坏疽性脓皮病护理

文章报告了6例坏疽性脓皮病的护理,通过控制环境感染加强皮肤护理,密切观察病情变化,及时准确用药,饮食护理,使患者极早好转出院。
