Two New Iron Coordination Polymers Based on Fe-pyta Chains Incorporating Pyridine-2,4,6-tricarboxylate

Reaction of FeCIz'6H20, pyridine-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid(H3pyta) and NaOH in the hydrothermal system at 185 ℃ resulted in the formation of 1D coordination polymer[Fe(Hpyta)(H2O)2](1) based on Fe-Hpyta chain... Reaction of FeCIz'6H20, pyridine-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid(H3pyta) and NaOH in the hydrothermal system at 185 ℃ resulted in the formation of 1D coordination polymer[Fe(Hpyta)(H2O)2](1) based on Fe-Hpyta chains. When the abpt[abpt=-4-amino-3,5-bis(4-pyridyl)-l,2,4-triazole] ligand was employed in the reaction system, a 3D supramolecular porous network (H2bpt)[Fe(pyta)(H2O)2]·4H2O(2) was obtained. The framework was constructed with negative (Fe-pyta) chains and the positive H3bpt^+ in situ, formed from the abpt reagent, to form 1D channels filled with guest water molecules via hydrogen-bonds. X-Ray diffraction crystal structure analysis shows that complex 1 crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, a=1.1490(5) nm, b=0.9008(4) nm, c=1.0058(5) nm, B=107.254(9)°, V=0.9942(8) nm3, Z=4; and complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.90392(11) nm, b=0.96027(11 ) nm, c=1.55540(18) nm, a=73.558(2)°,B= 86.126(2)°,r= 68.745(2)°, V=1.2059(2) nm^3 and Z=2. 展开更多

A 2D plane coordination compound [Ag_2(Dpya)_2.(NO_3)_2]n was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR,elemental analysis and TG analysis.The red crystal was obtained via solvent diffusion method at room temperature and is slightly soluble in organic solvents.Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P1 with a = 10.7995(13),b = 7.4748(8),c = 18.364(2) A,β = 98.916(4)o,V = 1464.5(3) A^3,Z = 2,C_(26)H_(28)Ag_2N_(10)O_6,M_r = 792.32,Dc = 1.302 Mg/m^3,F(000) = 792,μ(Mo Ka) = 1.356 mm^-1,R = 0.0575 and w R = 0.0826.The compound [Ag_2(Dpya)_2.(NO_3)_2]_n is a two-dimensional structure and there are two kinds of coordination configurations about the Ag atoms in the compound.The Ag(1) center is tetrahedrally coordinated with two O atoms of NO_3^-and two N atoms from the ligand Dpya.Meanwhile,the Ag(2) is five-coordinated by five O atoms from three NO_3^-anions.The Ag centers(Ag(1) and Ag(2)) connect to themselves as well as with each other by the bridging NO_3^-anions.And the coordination compound shows photoluminescence with an emission peak at 530 nm(λex = 450 nm) as the ligand Dpya. 展开更多

The reaction mechanism of 2-methoxybenzaldehyde, 4-bromo-indanone, malononitrile and ammonium acetate one-pot to form 6-(2-methoxyphenyl)-2-amino-6-bromo-5 Hindeno[1,2-b]pyridine-3-carbonitrile was studied by density functional theory. The geometries of the reactants, transition states, intermediates and products were optimized at the PW91/DNP level. Vibration analysis was carried out to confirm the transition state structure. Reaction pathways were investigated in this study. The result indicates that the reaction Re→ TSB1→IMB1→ TSB2→ IMB2→TSB3→IMB3→TSB4→IMB4→TSB5→IMB5→TSB6→IMB6→TSB7→IMB7→ TSB8→IMB8→TSB9→IMB9→P2 is the main pathway, the activation energy of which is the lowest. The dominant product predicted theoretically is in agreement with the experiment results. 展开更多

ABSTRACT Four novel 1D lanthanide coordination polymers with formula [Ln(3,4-pybz)3(HzO)2. H2O]n (Ln = 1 Sm; 2 Eu; 3 Tb; 4 Dy, 3,4-Hpybz = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide oxide and 3-(pyridine-4-yl) benzoic acid. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the four compounds are isostructural. They all crystallize in a monoelinic system, space group P1^-. They have a doubly carboxylate-bridged infinite-chain structure with alternating Ln-(carboxylate)2-Ln linkages and one chelating carboxylate group on each metal center. The Ln ion also combines to two water molecules to form an eight-coordinate square antiprismatic geometry. The pyridine nitrogen atoms of the ligand do not coordinate to the metal centers but direct the formation of a 3D network through hydrogen bonding with coordinated water molecules. The photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 have been also studied. 展开更多
