The importance of risk thinking is emphasized in the ISO quality management system.In order to do a good job in quality management,we should use risk thinking to do a good job in risk management,improve the level of quality management,and enhance customer satisfaction,so that enterprises can meet the international quality certification standards in the process of development,and have greater development space in the market.Therefore,this paper studies the risk thinking in the ISO quality management system,summarizes the concept of risk thinking in the ISO quality management system,analyzes the problems existing in the application of risk thinking in the ISO quality management system of Chinese enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement one by one.It is hoped that the analysis can promote Chinese enterprises to fully integrate risk-based thinking into quality management,calmly cope with risks and opportunities,and make customers more satisfied with their services and products. 展开更多

In recent years, the method of TQM (Total Quality Management) is widely recognized. However, contents of target entities for assessment are various, and it is very difficult to define the whole scope of TQM. On the other hand, it is very important to define the whole target entities of quality management about the TQM because lack of important target entities may cause significant risk of loss in future. Furthermore, target entities of TQM should correspond to needs and priority of an objective requirement and that should be based on the consideration of basic principle of quality management. In the previous study, we have proposed the “framework of new TQM” of assessment for a total quality management of organizations based on the original concept of “TQM matrix”. On the other hand, we have proposed the view point of “Three-Dimensional Unification Value Models” for an evaluation of system product. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the target entities of whole assessment of quality management of organization totally based on the consideration of “New TQM framework” and the view point of “Three-Dimensional Unification Value Models”. Also, this paper proposes the result of verification based on the result of comparison between proposed target entities of assessment and American Malcolm Baldrige Prize for Performance Excellence. 展开更多

Risk management for sulfur dioxide abatement under multiple uncertainties

In this study, interval-parameter programming, two-stage stochastic progranaming (TSP), and conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) were incorporated into a general optimization framework, leading to an interval-parameter CVaR-based two-stage programming (ICTP) method. The ICTP method had several advantages: (i) its objective function simultaneously took expected cost and risk cost into consideration, and also used discrete random variables and discrete intervals to reflect uncertain properties; (ii) it quantitatively evaluated the right tail of distributions of random variables which could better calculate the risk of violated environmental standards; (iii) it was useful for helping decision makers to analyze the trade-offs between cost and risk; and (iv) it was effective to penalize the second-stage costs, as well as to capture the notion of risk in stochastic programming. The developed model was applied to sulfur dioxide abatement in an air quality management system. The results indicated that the ICTP method could be used for generating a series of air quality management schemes under different risk-aversion levels, for identifying desired air quality management strategies for decision makers, and for considering a proper balance between system economy and environmental quality. 展开更多

The quality system of any modern pharmaceutical company is the pharmaceutical quality system(PQS),which extends the GMP standards to all stages of the medicinal productslife cycle,from pharmaceutical development to its withdrawal from production.The principal difference between PQS and GxP rules from other quality systems is that the medicinal product,its safety and efficacy is put at the forefront.At the same time,PQS implies a process approach to all components that should be aimed at achieving the main goal—ensuring and guaranteeing the quality of the medicinal product for the end user(patient)—and should be based on the quality risk management system.An integral part of PQS,as well as the GxP rules adopted in the European Union and PIC/S,is a process for self-inspections and/or quality audits,which regularly appraises the effectiveness and applicability of the PQS.This publication is dedicated to the definition of self-inspections(internal audits)as one of the PQS’s processes.The article defines the main standard stages and develops a model of a risk-based approach to the self-inspections’planning in relation to processes of the pharmaceutical quality system. 展开更多

Also, in the previous study, we suggested the target domains and entities of product and process based on the TQM Matrix and view point of Three Dimensional Unification Value Models for managing quality of organization systems. Furthermore, in the previous study, we suggest the Common Management Process of organizations. Based on the above suggestion, in this paper, we would like to propose the Common Management Process Model of Total Quality Management based on the consideration of situation analysis and more precise definition of TQM Matrix and Three Dimensional Unification Value Model of “Product and Process”. Migration and risks of potentially toxic elements from sewage sludge applied to acid forest soil

`The application of sewage sludge(SS)to forested lands may lead to the downward migration of potentially toxic elements(PTEs)through rainfall and thus pose risk to the subsoil and groundwater.Batch column experiments ... `The application of sewage sludge(SS)to forested lands may lead to the downward migration of potentially toxic elements(PTEs)through rainfall and thus pose risk to the subsoil and groundwater.Batch column experiments were conducted using leaching water equivalent to the rainfall amount in the study area over 3 years to investigate changes in concentrations of PTEs,including copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),and nickel(Ni)in the leachate from the acidic forest soil.Water quality index of leachate,potential ecological risk and human health risk in soil at different leaching stages were compared.Sewage sludge was applied at SS/soil mass ratios of 0:100(controls),15:85(T1),30:70(T2),45:55(T3),60:40(T4),and 75:25(T5).All treatments resulted in increased PTEs concentration in the upper 20 cm soil,T3-T5 increased potential ecological risk from"low"(control)to"moderate"or"considerable".During first year leaching,PTEs concentration increased with increasing SS/soil ratios,but the water quality index of T1-T3 was"excellent"or"good".Pb,Cu,Cd,and Ni in the 20-40 cm soil depth,and Zn in the 60-80 cm soil depth were also enriched,but potential ecological risk was"low".In subsequent leaching,PTEs concentration of leachate gradually returned to the background value and water quality index was"excellent".There were no significant changes in PTEs and ecological risk observed.During the monitoring process,the health risk caused by the migration of PTEs to the human body was always within the acceptable range.Overall,this study provides a reference for the management of risks from the application of SS on forestlands,i.e.,SS/soil ratios<45:55 is recommended on forestlands,and special attention should be given to early leaching risk.In addition,it also provides an important assessment method for the risk of PTEs leaching and migration in forested land application. 展开更多

目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在提升手术室软式内镜清洗流程风险管理中的应用效果。方法选择上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院2021年1月1日至12月1日自动内镜清洗消毒机(AER)清洗消毒后的内镜共827镜次设为FMEA实施前组,2022年1月1... 目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在提升手术室软式内镜清洗流程风险管理中的应用效果。方法选择上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院2021年1月1日至12月1日自动内镜清洗消毒机(AER)清洗消毒后的内镜共827镜次设为FMEA实施前组,2022年1月1日至12月1日AER清洗消毒后的内镜共844镜次设为FMEA实施后组。运用FMEA对手术室软式内镜清洗操作程序中的各个环节进行分析,通过计算风险优先指数(RPN)查找每个环节中的高危因素,针对RPN>125的关键环节制订改进方案并予以实施。比较FMEA实施前后的失效模式RPN值、内镜消毒合格率、内镜故障维修率、手术患者等待时间、手术室护士AER操作熟练度以及医生满意度。结果FMEA实施后,经过筛选并整改的5个项目的RPN值均下降至<125分;总体的RPN值由1247.24分下降至475.05分,RPN值下降率为61.91%;FMEA实施前后内镜消毒合格率及内镜故障维修率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);FMEA实施后手术患者等待时间短于实施前[(10.35±1.57)min vs(12.38±1.91)min],手术室护士AER操作得分及医生满意度高于实施前[(92.50±3.92)分vs(80.49±5.64)分,(93.87±2.16)分vs(83.07±3.10)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过应用FMEA针对性优化相关操作流程,使手术室护士对软式内镜的清洗操作更加熟练,有助于提高清洗效率与质量、减少手术患者的等待时间、提升医生满意度。 展开更多

From the literature, it is evident that there are various kinds of process models that are used by the software industries for the development of small, medium and long-term software projects, but many of them do not cover risk management. It is quite obvious that the improper selection of the software development process model leads to failure of the software products as it is time bound activity. In the present work, a new software development process model is proposed which covers the risks at any stage of the development of the software product. The model is named a Hemant-Vipin (HV) process model and may be helpful for the software industries for development of the efficient software products and timely delivery at the end of the client. The efficiency of the HV process model is observed by considering various kinds of factors like requirement clarity, user feedback, change agility, predictability, risk identification, practical implementation, customer satisfaction, incremental development, use of ready-made components, quick design, resource organization and many more and found through a case study that the presented approach covers many of parameters in comparison of the existing process models. . 展开更多

“事业家庭相得益彰”——女性劳动参与对家庭经济脆弱性影响研究

老龄化社会加剧叠加男性劳动供给缺乏弹性,女性劳动参与的边际效应增强,微观上有助于改善家庭收入结构,宏观上有助于推动经济社会可持续发展。基于中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)微观数据,研究了女性劳动参与对家庭经济脆弱性的影响。研究发现... 老龄化社会加剧叠加男性劳动供给缺乏弹性,女性劳动参与的边际效应增强,微观上有助于改善家庭收入结构,宏观上有助于推动经济社会可持续发展。基于中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)微观数据,研究了女性劳动参与对家庭经济脆弱性的影响。研究发现:女性劳动参与会在1%水平上显著降低家庭经济脆弱性,这种影响经过内生性检验及多种稳健性检验后仍然稳健。这是由于女性劳动参与可以增加家庭社会资本、金融资本、应急储蓄以及商业医疗保险投入,从而增强家庭风险管理能力;这种影响在工资水平较高的地区以及健康状况较差的群体中更明显;此外,高质量就业对降低家庭经济脆弱性具有更显著效果,有利于女性就业的产业结构从外部助推了这种影响。研究有助于完善家庭经济脆弱性的性别结构分析,政府应进一步保证就业市场的性别平等,这可增强家庭经济韧性,推动社会经济可持续发展。 展开更多

目的:探讨对重症肝炎患者实施护理风险管理的应用效果,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月厦门大学附属第一医院感染性疾病科收治的150例重症肝炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为常规组和管理组,每组各75例。... 目的:探讨对重症肝炎患者实施护理风险管理的应用效果,为临床护理提供依据。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月厦门大学附属第一医院感染性疾病科收治的150例重症肝炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为常规组和管理组,每组各75例。常规组采用常规护理干预,管理组在常规护理的基础上给予护理风险管理干预。比较两组患者护理质量评分、不良事件发生率及护理满意度情况。结果:管理组患者护理质量调查表中各维度评分及总体评分均明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(t=38.721、30.384、42.381、45.177,P<0.05)。管理组患者不良事件发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.670,P<0.05)。管理组患者护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P<0.05)。结论:对重症肝炎患者实施护理风险管理干预,能够提高护理质量,降低护理不良事件发生率,提升患者的护理满意度。 展开更多

目的探讨基于潜在风险的管理模式在小儿外科门诊中的应用效果及对医生专业技能的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2022年8月潍坊市人民医院小儿外科门诊医生29名为对照组;2022年9月—2023年8月同一批小儿外科门诊医生29名为观察组。对照组采... 目的探讨基于潜在风险的管理模式在小儿外科门诊中的应用效果及对医生专业技能的影响。方法选取2021年9月—2022年8月潍坊市人民医院小儿外科门诊医生29名为对照组;2022年9月—2023年8月同一批小儿外科门诊医生29名为观察组。对照组采用常规管理,观察组联合基于潜在风险的管理模式,比较两组专业技能、迷你临床评估(Mini Clinical Evaluation,mini-CEX)及满意度。结果观察组药品清点、健康体检、病历记录、医患沟通、治疗方案决定及消毒隔离得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组mini-CEX得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理方法、技能提升、绩效考核、定期培训及考核方法满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于潜在风险的管理模式用于小儿外科门诊中效果显著,能提高医生专业技能及综合素质水平,可获得较高的管理满意度。 展开更多
