Multi-radar signal separation is a critical process in modern reconnaissance systems. However, the complicated battlefield is typically confronted with increasing electronic equipment and complex radar waveforms. The intercepted signal is difficult to separate with conventional parameters because of severe overlapping in both time and frequency domains. On the contrary, time-frequency analysis maps the 1D signal into a 2D time-frequency plane, which provides a better insight into the signal than traditional methods. Particularly, the parameterized time-frequency analysis (PTFA) shows great potential in processing such non stationary signals. Five procedures for the PTFA are proposed to separate the overlapped multi-radar signal, including initiation, instantaneous frequency estimation with PTFA, signal demodulation, signal separation with adaptive filter and signal recovery. The proposed method is verified with both simulated and real signals, which shows good performance in the application on multi-radar signal separation. 展开更多

The Gabor and S transforms are frequently used in time-frequency decomposition methods. Constrained by the uncertainty principle, both transforms produce low-resolution time-frequency decomposition results in the time and frequency domains. To improve the resolution of the time-frequency decomposition results, we use the instantaneous frequency distribution function(IFDF) to express the seismic signal. When the instantaneous frequencies of the nonstationary signal satisfy the requirements of the uncertainty principle, the support of IFDF is just the support of the amplitude ridges in the signal obtained using the short-time Fourier transform. Based on this feature, we propose a new iteration algorithm to achieve the sparse time-frequency decomposition of the signal. The iteration algorithm uses the support of the amplitude ridges of the residual signal obtained with the short-time Fourier transform to update the time-frequency components of the signal. The summation of the updated time-frequency components in each iteration is the result of the sparse timefrequency decomposition. Numerical examples show that the proposed method improves the resolution of the time-frequency decomposition results and the accuracy of the analysis of the nonstationary signal. We also use the proposed method to attenuate the ground roll of field seismic data with good results. 展开更多

A localized parametric time-sheared Gabor atom is derived by convolving a linear frequency modulated factor, modulating in frequency and translating in time to a dilated Gaussian function, which is the generalization of Gabor atom and is more delicate for matching most of the signals encountered in practice, especially for those having frequency dispersion characteristics. The time-frequency distribution of this atom concentrates in its time center and frequency center along energy curve, with the curve being oblique to a certain extent along the time axis. A novel parametric adaptive time-frequency distribution based on a set of the derived atoms is then proposed using a adaptive signal subspace decomposition method in frequency domain, which is non-negative time-frequency energy distribution and free of cross-term interference for multicomponent signals. The results of numerical simulation manifest the effectiveness of the approach in time-frequency representation and signal de-noising processing. 展开更多

为了解决多传感器数据间存在信息交叉、特征重复,导致模型训练精度低的问题,对滚动轴承在声辐射信号下的故障诊断进行了研究,提出了一种时间特征与空间特征融合的轻量网络故障诊断(SF-TFNet)方法。首先,利用卷积神经网络提取了原始轴承... 为了解决多传感器数据间存在信息交叉、特征重复,导致模型训练精度低的问题,对滚动轴承在声辐射信号下的故障诊断进行了研究,提出了一种时间特征与空间特征融合的轻量网络故障诊断(SF-TFNet)方法。首先,利用卷积神经网络提取了原始轴承声阵列信号的空间特征(SFs),使用长短时记忆网络(LSTM)提取了声阵列信号中的时域特征(TFs),并对提取的SFs和TFs进行了特征融合,生成了新的特征矩阵;然后,为了消除融合特征带来的重叠特征和信息冗余问题,引入了基于核的主成分分析(KPCA)方法对新生成的特征矩阵进行了非线性降维,去除了特征中的冗余成分,构建了滚动轴承新的时空特征数据集;最后,采用AdaBoost算法对新生成的数据集进行了故障分类,并得到了滚动轴承的最终故障诊断结果。研究结果表明:在半消声室滚动轴承故障实验台测试中,SF-TFNet方法的故障分类精度可以达到99.75%,其分类精度较高、聚类效果明显。在强背景噪声环境下与ResNet、ICNN和AlexNet三种方法进行比较,SF-TFNet方法不仅收敛速度快,而且故障识别精度高,诊断精度最高可达99.25%。为基于多通道的滚动轴承声辐射信号故障诊断提供了理论依据。 展开更多

电磁辐射、震动监测技术广泛应用于地下工程动力灾害的监测预警,对地下工程的安全高效开发具重要意义。深入研究电磁-震动信号有助于推动岩体监测预警技术的发展,然而当前电磁辐射和震动信号(电磁-震动)分析主要集中于信号的相关性和时... 电磁辐射、震动监测技术广泛应用于地下工程动力灾害的监测预警,对地下工程的安全高效开发具重要意义。深入研究电磁-震动信号有助于推动岩体监测预警技术的发展,然而当前电磁辐射和震动信号(电磁-震动)分析主要集中于信号的相关性和时频特征,对于花岗岩破裂电磁-震动信号的非线性动力特征研究较少,相关特征尚未明确。基于此,利用经验模态信号(EMD)重构和分形理论相结合的方法,分析了花岗岩劈裂破坏电磁-震动信号的混沌特征,揭示了电磁-震动信号非线性动力特征。研究结果表明:花岗岩劈裂破坏产生的电磁辐射与震动信号在时间上具有较好的一致性,劈裂破坏产生的电磁-震动信号频谱集中在中低频段;花岗岩破坏有效电磁辐射信号的盒维数D_(E)=1.600 6,有效震动信号的盒维数D_(A)=1.594 8,两者频率结构特征高度相似;利用EMD分解重构方法可以获得花岗岩破裂有效电磁辐射与震动信号,使用EMD分解重构去除了高频存在的干扰对花岗岩破裂电磁-震动信号中的混沌特征描述更为精准。有效电磁辐射与震动信号包含的低频、大能量信号比原始信号更多,更能表征微小裂纹扩展;重构后电磁-震动信号的不均匀度相较于初始信号整体有明显的上升,不同能量信号出现的频率关系整体出现下降,重构后的有效电磁-震动信号以低频、大能量信号为主,但震动信号的不均匀程度大于电磁辐射。 展开更多

Enhanced Fourier Transform Using Wavelet Packet Decomposition

Many domains, including communication, signal processing, and image processing, use the Fourier Transform as a mathematical tool for signal analysis. Although it can analyze signals with steady and transitory properties, it has limits. The Wavelet Packet Decomposition (WPD) is a novel technique that we suggest in this study as a way to improve the Fourier Transform and get beyond these drawbacks. In this experiment, we specifically considered the utilization of Daubechies level 4 for the wavelet transformation. The choice of Daubechies level 4 was motivated by several reasons. Daubechies wavelets are known for their compact support, orthogonality, and good time-frequency localization. By choosing Daubechies level 4, we aimed to strike a balance between preserving important transient information and avoiding excessive noise or oversmoothing in the transformed signal. Then we compared the outcomes of our suggested approach to the conventional Fourier Transform using a non-stationary signal. The findings demonstrated that the suggested method offered a more accurate representation of non-stationary and transient signals in the frequency domain. Our method precisely showed a 12% reduction in MSE and a 3% rise in PSNR for the standard Fourier transform, as well as a 35% decrease in MSE and an 8% increase in PSNR for voice signals when compared to the traditional wavelet packet decomposition method. 展开更多

目的采用GC/Q-TOF MS对裂叶独活精油进行成分定性分析并研究其对X射线照射的HaCaT细胞的损伤保护作用。方法应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取裂叶独活精油,采用GC/Q-TOF MS对其成分进行解析;采用CCK-8法检测细胞增殖活性探索裂叶独活精油的照射剂... 目的采用GC/Q-TOF MS对裂叶独活精油进行成分定性分析并研究其对X射线照射的HaCaT细胞的损伤保护作用。方法应用水蒸气蒸馏法提取裂叶独活精油,采用GC/Q-TOF MS对其成分进行解析;采用CCK-8法检测细胞增殖活性探索裂叶独活精油的照射剂量、作用浓度和时间;细胞划痕实验检测细胞迁移;Real-time PCR法检测Notch1受体和Jagged1配体mRNA表达。结果共得到裂叶独活精油118个化学成分,其中含量较高的有3-苯基丙基环丁烷羧酸酯(9.06%)、十六烷酸(8.62%)、匙羹藤醇(7.76%)、氧化石竹烯(4.05%)、反式-橙花叔醇(3.99%)、2-(4-甲基苯基)2-丙醇(3.92%),主要为单萜、倍半萜、脂肪族和芳香族类化合物;裂叶独活精油能有效促进HaCaT细胞增殖、迁移,并上调Notch1受体和Jagged1配体mRNA表达。结论裂叶独活精油成分对辐射损伤的HaCaT细胞有防护作用,可能是通过激活Notch信号通路,上调HaCaT细胞相关受体与配体的表达,发挥其促增殖和迁移作用。 展开更多

Wind turbine planetary gearboxes usually work under time-varying conditions,leading to nonstationary vibration signals.These signals often consist of multiple time-varying components with close instantaneous frequencies.Therefore,high-quality time-frequency analysis(TFA)is needed to extract the time-frequency feature from such nonstationary signals for fault diagnosis.However,it is difficult to obtain high-quality timefrequency representations(TFRs)through conventional TFA methods due to low resolution and time-frequency blurs.To address this issue,we propose a new TFA method termed the proportion-extracting synchrosqueezing chirplet transform(PESCT).Firstly,the proportion-extracting chirplet transform is employed to generate highresolution underlying TFRs.Then,the energy concentration of the underlying TFRs is enhanced via the synchrosqueezing transform.Finally,wind turbine planetary gearbox fault can be diagnosed by analysis of the dominant time-varying components revealed by the concentrated TFRs with high resolution.The proposed PESCT is suitable for achieving high-quality TFRs for complicated nonstationary signals.Numerical and experimental analyses validate the effectiveness of the PESCT in characterizing the nonstationary signals from wind turbine planetary gearboxes. 展开更多

论述了结构振动与声辐射之间的传递特性,以堆垛机结构为对象进行了试验研究。通过模态参数测试和声辐射信号分析验证了理论分析的正确性。提出了一种基于模态频率的声信号频域特征信息提取方法,并将该方法用于堆垛机结构的冲击载荷分类... 论述了结构振动与声辐射之间的传递特性,以堆垛机结构为对象进行了试验研究。通过模态参数测试和声辐射信号分析验证了理论分析的正确性。提出了一种基于模态频率的声信号频域特征信息提取方法,并将该方法用于堆垛机结构的冲击载荷分类识别研究。结果表明,声谱峰值频率与结构模态频率具有相当好的一致性,声谱幅值分布反映冲击载荷的特性;采用所提出的方法提取的声信号特征信噪比高,用于振动结构冲击载荷分类识别是合理的和有效的。由于设备发生故障必然导致载荷的变化而使所辐射的声信号发生变化,加之声信号获取成本低且有近场非接触测量的优点,所以提出的声信号特征提取方法在机械设备运行状态监测和故障诊断方面具有重要的应用价值。 展开更多

为保证热辐射法测量热喷涂粒子参数的精度,分析了主要光学参数对信号强度和特征的影响,并通过用等离子喷涂纯Mo粉末进行了实测验证.结果发现:信号强度主要由孔径光阑直径和瞄准距离决定,而信号特征则随粒子空间分布、孔径光阑直径及调... 为保证热辐射法测量热喷涂粒子参数的精度,分析了主要光学参数对信号强度和特征的影响,并通过用等离子喷涂纯Mo粉末进行了实测验证.结果发现:信号强度主要由孔径光阑直径和瞄准距离决定,而信号特征则随粒子空间分布、孔径光阑直径及调制窗口尺寸的变化而改变;试验证实实测信号的相对强度和信号特征与预测规律基本吻合.大直径孔径光阑在提高信号强度和信噪比的同时导致信号特征恶化,小直径孔径光阑有利于获得特征良好的信号,但也会导致信号强度、信噪比和测量结果集中程度的降低.因此,在系统设计过程中,应在采用直径尽可能小的孔径光阑保证粒子信号特征的前提下,引入雪崩光电二极管等高灵敏度器件来提高系统的光电灵敏度,确保信号强度和信噪比,进一步提高测量精度. 展开更多
