A low-sidelobe circularly-polarized(CP) microstrip patch array for 2.4 GHz radio frequency identification(RFID) readers is presented.The antenna array with a Chebyshev current distribution is composed of 6 microstrip ...A low-sidelobe circularly-polarized(CP) microstrip patch array for 2.4 GHz radio frequency identification(RFID) readers is presented.The antenna array with a Chebyshev current distribution is composed of 6 microstrip elements.The CP operation is obtained by the quasi-square patch with difference in lengths of the two sides.The antenna has been investigated numerically and experimentally.Measured results show that the array has a Chebyshev pattern with the sidelobe level of-23 dB, the half-power beamwidth of 16° and an impedance bandwidth(S11≤-10 dB) of 130 MHz, which is suitable for RFID reader applications.展开更多
本文提出了一款使用于超高频(ultrahigh frequency,UHF)频段的射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)读写器圆极化层叠结构微带天线,采用廉价的FR4板材为基板、空气为介质层、辐射贴片采用对角线切角的结构。为了使天线有足够...本文提出了一款使用于超高频(ultrahigh frequency,UHF)频段的射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)读写器圆极化层叠结构微带天线,采用廉价的FR4板材为基板、空气为介质层、辐射贴片采用对角线切角的结构。为了使天线有足够的阻抗带宽和较为对称的辐射方向性图,本设计采用半波微带匹配和扇形微带匹配相结合的技术。通过高频结构仿真器(high frequency structure simulator,HFSS)三维电磁仿真软件对天线模型进行了仿真分析,仿真与测试结果吻合良好。结果表明:回波损耗S11均小于-15d B的阻抗带宽为129MHz(838MHz—967MHz),轴比(Axial Ration,AR)小于3d B的带宽为30MHz(868MHz至898MHz),有效频带内增益均大于7.86d B,辐射效率高于97.4%。所设计的天线能很好的满足UHF RFID读写器的应用要求,并具有良好的应用前景。展开更多
针对超高频射频识别(ultra high frequency radio frequency identification,UHF RFID)技术的发展需求,设计了一款覆盖UHF RFID全频段(840—960 MHz)的圆极化读写器天线。天线采用简单的平面缝隙贴片结构,利用π型线耦合馈电,获得了良...针对超高频射频识别(ultra high frequency radio frequency identification,UHF RFID)技术的发展需求,设计了一款覆盖UHF RFID全频段(840—960 MHz)的圆极化读写器天线。天线采用简单的平面缝隙贴片结构,利用π型线耦合馈电,获得了良好的宽带圆极化性能。重点分析了天线的宽带圆极化辐射机理和双向圆极化波的形成过程。天线的仿真和测试结果表明,S11≤-13 d B的阻抗带宽为200 MHz,3 d B轴比(axial-ratio,AR)带宽达到175MHz,频段内增益均大于3.4 d Bi,且顶点的右旋圆极化(right-handed circular polarization,RHCP)电平和左旋圆极化(left-handed circular polarization,LHCP)电平差值均大于17 d B,具有较好的宽带性和抗干扰能力。仿真结果和实验测试结果的一致性良好,满足了UHF RFID读写器天线宽频带、高增益的应用要求。展开更多
