Then the samples were annealed at different temperatures in air ambience and ammonia ambience respectively. The structure and composition of the ZnO films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Effects of the Ts on the microstructure and optical properties of the films are investigated by using X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and spectrophotometry. The single-phased Ag20 films deposited at values of Ts below 200℃ are (111) preferentially oriented, which may be due to the smallest free energy of the (111) crystalline face. The film crystallization becomes poor as the value of Ts increases from 100℃ to 225℃. In particular, the Ag20 film deposited at Ts=225℃ loses the (111) preferential orientation. Correspondingly, the film surface morphology obviously evolves from a uniform and compact surface structure to a loose and gullied surface structure. With the increase of Ts value, the transmissivity and the reflectivity of the films in the transparent region are gradually reduced, while the absorptivity gradually increases, which may be attributed to an evolution of the crystalline structure and the surface morphology of the films.展开更多

The x-ray diffraction patterns indicate that Eu substitutes for Zn in the lattice. Ferromagnetic loops were obtained by using superconducting quantum interference device at 10 K and room temperature. No discontinuous change was found in both of the zero-field-cooled and field-cooled curves. The observed ferromagnetism in Eu-doped ZnO can be attributed to a single magnetic phase. The saturation magnetisation decreased remarkably for the Eu-doped ZnO prepared by introducing 5% of oxygen in the sputtering gas or by the post annealing in O2, suggesting that the defects play key roles in the development of ferromagnetism in Eu-doped ZnO films.展开更多

In this paper, focusing on aroused emotion from film and television(TV) scene images, a method of selecting emotional adjectives and establishing the emotion space based on subjective perception experiment is proposed. Firstly, a special data set about film and TV scene images was established and a set of initial emotional adjectives was collected. Then the subjective perception experiment was designed to let subjects to evaluate the affection of all the initial adjectives during watching these scene images. Then the method of principal basis analysis was used for variable selection. Finally, the factor analysis was applied to accomplish the second dimension reduction to form a 5-dimensional(5 D) orthogonal emotion space. The optimized emotion space can explain more than 94% of original emotional adjectives, which greatly reduces the dimension of emotional adjectives and lays a foundation for the further research on image content and emotion recognition.展开更多

All-solid-state thin-film batteries (TFBs) were fabrieated with these films as the cathode and their eleetroctemical performances were evaluated. The disconnect between actual production practices and how they are describedis notably affected by advances in technology. Furthermore, practitioners insider language usage, and a lack of understanding between process verses exhibition contributes to the divide within theory and practice of these models. By inspecting how traditional entertainment content is physically produced, making comparisons with the most common production models, the realms of production practices and terminology bring clarity and consistency. The language distinction illuminates any production process and is certainly critical for the producer responsible for putting together an experienced crew to shoot the project and vice versa concerning anyone looking for a job in those communities. Content creation for public consumption is expensive to produce, thus requires experienced people who must perform specific tasks on time and on budget, achieving entertainment goals and bringing in a profitable return. Understanding this information about production models is vital to the student or anyone preparing to be a part of the entertainment community.展开更多
