With the rapid advancement of social economies,intelligent transportation systems are gaining increasing atten-tion.Central to these systems is the detection of abnormal vehicle behavior,which remains a critical challenge due to the complexity of urban roadways and the variability of external conditions.Current research on detecting abnormal traffic behaviors is still nascent,with significant room for improvement in recognition accuracy.To address this,this research has developed a new model for recognizing abnormal traffic behaviors.This model employs the R3D network as its core architecture,incorporating a dense block to facilitate feature reuse.This approach not only enhances performance with fewer parameters and reduced computational demands but also allows for the acquisition of new features while simplifying the overall network structure.Additionally,this research integrates a self-attentive method that dynamically adjusts to the prevailing traffic conditions,optimizing the relevance of features for the task at hand.For temporal analysis,a Bi-LSTM layer is utilized to extract and learn from time-based data nuances.This research conducted a series of comparative experiments using the UCF-Crime dataset,achieving a notable accuracy of 89.30%on our test set.Our results demonstrate that our model not only operates with fewer parameters but also achieves superior recognition accuracy compared to previous models. 展开更多

In order to enhance the accuracy of Air Traffic Control(ATC)cybersecurity attack detection,in this paper,a new clustering detection method is designed for air traffic control network security attacks.The feature set for ATC cybersecurity attacks is constructed by setting the feature states,adding recursive features,and determining the feature criticality.The expected information gain and entropy of the feature data are computed to determine the information gain of the feature data and reduce the interference of similar feature data.An autoencoder is introduced into the AI(artificial intelligence)algorithm to encode and decode the characteristics of ATC network security attack behavior to reduce the dimensionality of the ATC network security attack behavior data.Based on the above processing,an unsupervised learning algorithm for clustering detection of ATC network security attacks is designed.First,determine the distance between the clustering clusters of ATC network security attack behavior characteristics,calculate the clustering threshold,and construct the initial clustering center.Then,the new average value of all feature objects in each cluster is recalculated as the new cluster center.Second,it traverses all objects in a cluster of ATC network security attack behavior feature data.Finally,the cluster detection of ATC network security attack behavior is completed by the computation of objective functions.The experiment took three groups of experimental attack behavior data sets as the test object,and took the detection rate,false detection rate and recall rate as the test indicators,and selected three similar methods for comparative test.The experimental results show that the detection rate of this method is about 98%,the false positive rate is below 1%,and the recall rate is above 97%.Research shows that this method can improve the detection performance of security attacks in air traffic control network. 展开更多

The structural behavior of the Xiaowan ultrahigh arch dam is primarily influenced by external loads and time-varying characteristics of dam concrete and foundation rock mass during long-term operation. According to overload testing with a geological model and the measured time series of installed perpendicular lines, the space and time evolution characteristics of the arch dam structure were analyzed, and its mechanical performance was evaluated. Subsequently, the deformation centroid of the deflective curve was suggested to indicate the magnitude and unique distribution rules for a typical dam section using the measured deformation values at multi-monitoring points. The ellipse equations of the critical ellipsoid for the centroid were derived from the historical measured time series. Hydrostatic and seasonal components were extracted from the measured deformation values with a traditional statistical model, and residuals were adopted as a grey component. A time-varying grey model was developed to accurately predict the evolution of the deformation behavior of the ultrahigh arch dam during future operation. In the developed model, constant coefficients were modified so as to be time-dependent functions, and the prediction accuracy was significantly improved through introduction of a forgetting factor. Finally, the critical threshold was estimated, and predicted ellipsoids were derived for the Xiaowan arch dam. The findings of this study can provide technical support for safety evaluation of the actual operation of ultrahigh arch dams and help to provide early warning of abnormal changes. 展开更多

Accurate prediction of stress-strain behavior of metals as a function of arbitrary temperature and strain rate paths has remained a challenge. The Mechanical Threshold Stress constitutive model is one formalism that has emerged following several decades of research. Vast experience has accumulated with the application of the Mechanical Threshold Stress model over a wide variety of pure metals and alloys. Out of this has arisen common trends across metal systems. The magnitude of activation energies presents one example of this, where these variables consistently increase in magnitude as the obstacle to dislocation motion transitions from short range to long range. Trends in strain hardening are also observed. In Face-Centered Cubic metals the magnitude of strain hardening scales with the stacking fault energy;trends in Body-Centered Cubic metals are less clear. Model parameters derived for over twenty metals and alloys are tabulated. Common trends should guide future application of the MTS model and further model development. 展开更多

研究目的:从土地细碎化的现实情景出发,基于2021年江西省“百村千户”调查数据,分析土地细碎化对农户绿色生产行为的影响机理,并探讨生计策略的中介效应及要素禀赋的调节效应。研究方法:OLS,门槛效应模型,中介效应模型,调节效应模型。... 研究目的:从土地细碎化的现实情景出发,基于2021年江西省“百村千户”调查数据,分析土地细碎化对农户绿色生产行为的影响机理,并探讨生计策略的中介效应及要素禀赋的调节效应。研究方法:OLS,门槛效应模型,中介效应模型,调节效应模型。研究结果:(1)土地细碎化总体上抑制农户绿色生产行为采纳,但不同细碎化程度对农户绿色生产行为的影响效果存在差异,表现为土地细碎化程度的门槛效应,并与农户绿色生产行为基本呈倒U型关系。随着土地细碎化程度的提高,农户绿色生产行为先上升后下降。(2)土地细碎化通过影响农户的生计策略作用于其绿色生产行为选择。(3)要素禀赋正向调节土地细碎化对农户绿色生产行为的影响。(4)土地细碎化对农户不同绿色生产行为的影响存在代际差异性。研究结论:土地细碎化并非简单地抑制农户绿色生产行为,在有序推进土地细碎化治理工作的同时,应整合资源,优化配置,降低农户绿色生产行为采纳的禀赋约束,助力农业可持续发展的实现。 展开更多

【目的】探究农户同群行为对生猪价格波动问题的非线性影响。【方法】分析了外部冲击下生猪价格波动中农户出栏决策同群行为对生猪价格波动非线性影响的形成机制,并基于2010年2月—2022年2月的生猪相关月度数据,以生猪存出栏比变异度作... 【目的】探究农户同群行为对生猪价格波动问题的非线性影响。【方法】分析了外部冲击下生猪价格波动中农户出栏决策同群行为对生猪价格波动非线性影响的形成机制,并基于2010年2月—2022年2月的生猪相关月度数据,以生猪存出栏比变异度作为测度农户生猪存出栏同群行为影响程度的替代变量,采用阈值回归模型检验生猪养殖农户同群行为对生猪价格波动的阈值效应。【结果】滞后一期的生猪存出栏比对生猪价格影响的阈值效应存在2个区制,均存在正向显著影响,说明农户同群程度越高,生猪价格波动越明显。而在高区制中阈值变量系数更高,说明农户囤栏惜售同群行为对生猪价格波动的影响更显著。【结论】消解农户同群行为是平抑生猪价格大起大落非线性波动的有效途径,并据此提出将生猪存出栏比作为警兆指标和建立标准重出栏制度等政策建议。 展开更多

研究目的:从供地结构、价格和方式三维视角明晰土地供应行为对新质生产力发展的影响,为土地资源优化配置赋能新质生产力发展提供经验证据。研究方法:固定效应模型和门槛效应模型。研究结果:(1)全国层面上,供地结构的工业用地偏向和供地... 研究目的:从供地结构、价格和方式三维视角明晰土地供应行为对新质生产力发展的影响,为土地资源优化配置赋能新质生产力发展提供经验证据。研究方法:固定效应模型和门槛效应模型。研究结果:(1)全国层面上,供地结构的工业用地偏向和供地方式的市场化对新质生产力发展具有正向影响,供地价格的扭曲对新质生产力发展具有负向影响,上述影响均存在时间滞后特征。(2)区域层面上,东部地区供地方式的影响不显著,供地结构的影响与全国层面相反,即工业用地供应偏向对新质生产力发展具有抑制作用。中西部地区土地供应行为三个维度的影响均与全国层面一致,但相对于东部地区而言影响效应更大,时间滞后性更强。(3)门槛效应上,土地供应行为对于新质生产力发展的影响呈现非线性特征,且在供地结构维度尤为凸显。随着经济发展水平跨过第二门槛值,工业用地供应偏向所发挥的影响由正转负。研究结论:应通过深化土地要素市场化配置改革,因地制宜优化土地供应结构,减轻土地价格扭曲以及推进制度联动改革来发挥土地要素支持新质生产力发展的积极作用。 展开更多

考虑多模态数据的重载货车危险驾驶行为识别方法

综合考虑货车操纵数据、驾驶员眼动数据和心电数据,本文提出一种多模态的重载货车危险驾驶指标构建和行为识别方法。首先,设计自然驾驶实验,利用车辆惯导、眼动仪及心理数据记录仪这3种设备采集车辆运行、眼动及心电等多模态驾驶数据,... 综合考虑货车操纵数据、驾驶员眼动数据和心电数据,本文提出一种多模态的重载货车危险驾驶指标构建和行为识别方法。首先,设计自然驾驶实验,利用车辆惯导、眼动仪及心理数据记录仪这3种设备采集车辆运行、眼动及心电等多模态驾驶数据,通过多设备时间同步及数据清洗,构建多模态驾驶数据集。其次,将重载货车危险驾驶行为分为危险驾驶操纵行为和疲劳驾驶行为两类,通过提取数据特征,构建9种危险驾驶行为指标,表征超速、速度不稳、急变速、急换道及疲劳驾驶这5种危险驾驶行为。针对危险驾驶操纵行为,组合文献调研、指标计算及四分位差法确定危险行为特征参数阈值;针对疲劳驾驶行为,通过因子分析和K均值聚类法划分疲劳驾驶类型。最后,构建重载货车危险驾驶行为数据集,采用随机森林分类模型识别危险驾驶行为,并与BP神经网络、K近邻及支持向量机等分类模型对比。结果表明,随机森林模型对于5种危险驾驶行为的分类准确率均在90%以上,整体优于其他分类算法,能够较高精度地识别驾驶中出现的危险驾驶行为。本文的多模态重载货车危险驾驶指标构建和分类方法能够用于危险驾驶行为识别,为驾驶员多模态危险驾驶行为预警提供思路和理论依据。 展开更多

在智能电网时代,大部分用电异常行为都会伴随用电负荷的变化,研究用户用电行为对于电力系统的运行和管理都至关重要。为此,提出一种直接利用负荷数据进行计算,通过计算特征用电负荷曲线与日用电负荷曲线之间的相关度来判断用户是否存在... 在智能电网时代,大部分用电异常行为都会伴随用电负荷的变化,研究用户用电行为对于电力系统的运行和管理都至关重要。为此,提出一种直接利用负荷数据进行计算,通过计算特征用电负荷曲线与日用电负荷曲线之间的相关度来判断用户是否存在异常用电行为的方法。在相关度计算过程中,将欧氏距离与皮尔逊相关系数相结合,以更准确地判断用户的用电负荷是否发生重大变化。此外,为提高判断的准确性和灵活性,采用自适应阈值策略对500组数据进行实验研究。相关度计算的结果表明,其中122组被判断为负荷变化过大,99组数据存在负荷异常事件,该方法的判断准确率达到了81.1%。 展开更多

A one-dimensional equivalent linear method (EQL) is widely used in estimating seismic ground response. For this method, the shear modulus and damping ratio of inelastic soil are supposed to be frequency independent. However, historical earthquake records and laboratory test results indicate that nonlinear soil behavior is frequency- dependent. Several frequency-dependent equivalent linear methods (FDEQL) related to the Fourier amplitude of shear strain time history have been developed to take into account the frequency-dependent soil behavior. Furthermore, the shear strain threshold plays an important role in soil behavior. For shear strains below the elastic shear strain threshold, soil behaves essentially as a linear elastic mate- rial. To consider the effect of elastic-shear-strain-threshold- and frequency-dependent soil behavior on wave propaga- tion, the shear-strain-threshold- and frequency-dependent equivalent linear method (TFDEQL) is proposed. A series of analyses is implemented for EQL, FDEQL, and TFDEQL methods. Results show that elastic-shear-strain-threshold- and frequency-dependent soil behavior plays a great influence on the computed site response, especially for the high- frequency band. Also, the effect of elastic-strain-threshold- and frequency-dependent soil behavior on the site response is analyzed from relatively weak to strong input motion, and results show that the effect is more pronounced as input motion goes from weak to strong. 展开更多

The stinging response thresholds of individual European and Africanized worker honeybees (Apis mellifera L.) were analyzed. Workers of each genotype performing defense (guard and soldier bees) and non-defense (nest and forager bees) associated tasks were collected and exposed to an electric stimulus of 0.5 mA, and the time they took to sting a leather substrate was recorded. Africanized bees had significant lower thresholds of response than European bees. Guards and soldiers were faster to sting than nest and forager bees for the Africanized genotype, whereas for the European genotype, guards stung significantly faster than bees of the other three task groups. This is the first study that shows that individual bees specialized in two defensive tasks also have a lower response threshold for stinging. Our results fit a model of division of labor based on differences in response thresholds to stimuli among workers of different genotypes and task groups. 展开更多

为有效检测夹杂在强噪声中的微弱有用信号,构造一个具有丰富动力学行为的三维耗散混沌系统,利用相图、Lyapunov指数谱和分岔图数值仿真方法,分析该混沌系统的复杂动力学行为,并利用该系统良好的噪声免疫性和极端敏感性,将其应用于未知... 为有效检测夹杂在强噪声中的微弱有用信号,构造一个具有丰富动力学行为的三维耗散混沌系统,利用相图、Lyapunov指数谱和分岔图数值仿真方法,分析该混沌系统的复杂动力学行为,并利用该系统良好的噪声免疫性和极端敏感性,将其应用于未知频率的微弱信号检测.通过对平衡点的稳定性分析,确定了混沌吸引子拓扑形状变化的临界阈值.该系统在双涡卷混沌状态和单涡卷混沌状态之间的开关阈值附近运行,微弱信号的幅值会影响混沌吸引子的拓扑形状.在Multisim中构建系统的仿真电路,并搭建实际的物理电路,模拟电路的实验结果与数值分析结果一致.研究结果可为弱信号检测的实际工程提供新思路. 展开更多

水流作用下裂隙内沉积颗粒起动临界流速研究

为了优化阻塞裂隙的水力冲刷工艺参数,采用物理试验和理论分析相结合的方法,建立了水流作用下颗粒起动有效作用流速数学模型,研究了水流作用下裂隙内不同形状颗粒的起动方式和颗粒起动临界流速随颗粒粒径、流体密度和裂隙高度的变化特... 为了优化阻塞裂隙的水力冲刷工艺参数,采用物理试验和理论分析相结合的方法,建立了水流作用下颗粒起动有效作用流速数学模型,研究了水流作用下裂隙内不同形状颗粒的起动方式和颗粒起动临界流速随颗粒粒径、流体密度和裂隙高度的变化特性。结果表明:近圆颗粒和椭球颗粒主要以滚动方式起动,扁平颗粒以滑动方式起动;颗粒起动临界流速随颗粒粒径的增大呈现对数增大的变化规律,随流体密度的增大呈减小的变化规律;进一步地,由于颗粒起动有效作用流速与裂隙高度的增大呈负相关的变化规律,因此颗粒起动临界流速随裂隙高度的增大而增大。为提升阻塞裂隙的水力冲刷效果,应采用的方法是增加流体介质的密度,促使裂隙内更多的沉积颗粒发生起动。此外,当水力冲刷工艺运用至裂隙发育的地带时,应该适当提高水力冲刷工艺的注水量,提高堵塞裂隙的水力冲刷工艺效果。 展开更多
