Blockchain-Based Key Management Scheme Using Rational Secret Sharing

Traditional blockchain key management schemes store private keys in the same location,which can easily lead to security issues such as a single point of failure.Therefore,decentralized threshold key management schemes have become a research focus for blockchain private key protection.The security of private keys for blockchain user wallet is highly related to user identity authentication and digital asset security.The threshold blockchain private key management schemes based on verifiable secret sharing have made some progress,but these schemes do not consider participants’self-interested behavior,and require trusted nodes to keep private key fragments,resulting in a narrow application scope and low deployment efficiency,which cannot meet the needs of personal wallet private key escrow and recovery in public blockchains.We design a private key management scheme based on rational secret sharing that considers the self-interest of participants in secret sharing protocols,and constrains the behavior of rational participants through reasonable mechanism design,making it more suitable in distributed scenarios such as the public blockchain.The proposed scheme achieves the escrow and recovery of personal wallet private keys without the participation of trusted nodes,and simulate its implementation on smart contracts.Compared to other existing threshold wallet solutions and keymanagement schemes based on password-protected secret sharing(PPSS),the proposed scheme has a wide range of applications,verifiable private key recovery,low communication overhead,higher computational efficiency when users perform one-time multi-key escrow,no need for trusted nodes,and personal rational constraints and anti-collusion attack capabilities.

Approximate solution of Volterra-Fredholm integral equations using generalized barycentric rational interpolant

It is well-known that interpolation by rational functions results in a more accurate approximation than the polynomials interpolation.However,classical rational interpolation has some deficiencies such as uncontrollable poles and low convergence order.In contrast with the classical rational interpolants,the generalized barycentric rational interpolants which depend linearly on the interpolated values,yield infinite smooth approximation with no poles in real numbers.In this paper,a numerical collocation approach,based on the generalized barycentric rational interpolation and Gaussian quadrature formula,was introduced to approximate the solution of Volterra-Fredholm integral equations.Three types of points in the solution domain are used as interpolation nodes.The obtained numerical results confirm that the barycentric rational interpolants are efficient tools for solving Volterra-Fredholm integral equations.Moreover,integral equations with Runge’s function as an exact solution,no oscillation occurrs in the obtained approximate solutions so that the Runge’s phenomenon is avoided.

Experimental study of core MHD behavior and a novel algorithm for rational surface detection based on profile reflectometry in EAST

Microwave reflectometry is a powerful diagnostic that can measure the density profile and localized turbulence with high spatial and temporal resolution and will be used in ITER,so understanding the influence of plasma perturbations on the reflect signal is important.The characteristics of the reflect signal from profile reflectometry,the time-of-flight(TOF)signal associated with the MHD instabilities,are investigated in EAST.Using a 1D full-wave simulation code by the Finite-DifferenceTime-Domain(FDTD)method,it is well validated that the local density flattening could induce the discontinuity of the simulated TOF signal and an obvious change of reflect amplitude.Experimental TOF signals under different types of MHD instabilities(sawtooth,sawtooth precursors and tearing mode)are studied in detail and show agreement with the simulation.Two new improved algorithms for detecting and localizing the radial positions of the low-order rational surface,the cross-correlation and gradient threshold(CGT)method and the 2D convolutional neural network approach(CNN)are presented for the first time.It is concluded that TOF signal analysis from profile reflectometry can provide a straightforward and localized measurement of the plasma perturbation from the edge to the core simultaneously and may be a complement or correction to the q-profile control,which will be beneficial for the advanced tokamak operation.

Practice of Perioperative Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs Based on Drug Pathway

[Objectives]To establish a new management model for rational use of perioperative antibacterial drugs in surgical departments.[Methods]Based on evidence-based medicine,the department s drug pathway was formulated,and the new mode of rational drug use control was established by using fine pharmaceutical technology intervention,and the intervention effect was evaluated by the intensity of antibacterial drug use,per capita drug costs and the proportion of drugs.[Results]After adopting drug pathway in departments,the intensity of antibacterial drug use,per capita drug costs and the proportion of drugs decreased significantly,and the effect of rational drug use control was remarkable.[Conclusions]The drug pathway provides a new management and control mode for the rational use of perioperative antibacterial drugs in surgical departments of hospitals.Thus,it is worthy of popularization and application.

Exact controllability of rational expectations model with multiplicative noise and input delay

This paper considers the rational expectations model with multiplicative noise and input delay,where the system dynamics rely on the conditional expectations of future states.The main contribution is to obtain a sufficient condition for the exact controllability of the rational expectations model.In particular,we derive a sufficient Gramian matrix condition and a rank condition for the delay-free case.The key is the solvability of the backward stochastic difference equations with input delay which is derived from the forward and backward stochastic system.

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Community Pharmacy Services on Rational Medication Use in Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes

Objective:To explore the effect of community pharmacy services on rational medication use in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:Between November 2022 and December 2023,80 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group(routine medication guidance)and an observation group(community pharmacy services),with 40 subjects each.The medication effect scores,blood pressure,blood sugar levels,and quality of life scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of pharmaceutical knowledge,medication compliance,and safe medication behavior scores showed that the observation group had higher scores as compared to the control group(P<0.05);blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate)and blood sugar(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)index levels were compared,and the observation group’s index levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physical health,mental health,social relationships,and environment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community pharmacy services improved the rational medication effect of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes,and improved their blood pressure,blood sugar control levels,and quality of life.

牛冠状病毒TaqMan荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立及应用

为建立牛冠状病毒TaqMan荧光定量PCR检测方法,根据GenBank收录的牛冠状病毒AKS-01株N基因序列(KU886219)保守区设计特异性引物和探针,构建重组质粒并进行反应条件优化、特异性试验、重复性试验以及敏感性试验,建立一种检测BCoV的TaqMan荧光定量PCR方法。结果显示,建立的牛冠状病毒TaqMan荧光定量PCR检测方法特异性、敏感性和重复性均良好。该方法BCoV重组质粒标准品在5.75×10^(7)~5.75×10^(3)copies/μL时与Ct值呈现良好线性关系,该方法对牛轮状病毒、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒、牛病毒性腹泻病毒、牛副流感病毒3型均无交叉反应,特异性良好;该方法对BCoV重组质粒标准品最低检测限为5.75×10^(1)copies/μL;批内和批间重复性试验结果稳定,变异系数均小于2%。利用所建立的TaqMan荧光定量PCR方法对收集的132份样品进行检测,与常规PCR相比,两者符合率为96.21%,可为BCoV的临床检测和流行病学调查提供技术支持。

鸡毒支原体 Taq Man实时荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立

为快速检测鸡毒支原体,根据鸡毒支原体的保守基因设计特异性引物和Taq Man探针,建立鸡毒支原体Taq Man实时荧光定量PCR方法并分析鸡毒支原体培养过程中颜色单位改变法(color change unit,CCU)和荧光定量PCR检测的相关性。结果显示,标准曲线y=-3.646x+44.208,相关系数R^(2)=0.998,最低检测限度为1 copy/μL;与其他菌株等均无交叉反应;组内和组间变异系数均小于3%,表明该方法具有良好的稳定性和可重复性。用建立的实时荧光定量PCR检测方法对26份临床样品进行检测,该方法较普通PCR方法检出率更高。建立的荧光定量PCR与CCU显示鸡毒支原体在对数生长期时,两者具有一定的对应关系。表明建立了鸡毒支原体Taq Man探针实时荧光定量PCR检测方法,可实现对鸡毒支原体的快速检测,为鸡毒支原体感染的防控提供技术基础。

羊贝氏柯克斯体TaqMan荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立及应用

为建立检测贝氏柯克斯体(Coxiella burnetii)实时荧光定量PCR方法,根据GenBank上收录的C.burnetii RSA439株com1基因序列(CP040059.1)保守区设计特异性引物和探针,并构建重组质粒及优化反应条件,以期建立一种检测贝氏柯克斯体的Taq Man荧光定量PCR方法。结果显示,该方法所建立标准曲线线性关系良好;敏感性试验结果显示,最低检出限为2.45×10^(2) copies/μL,与PCR最低检出限为2.45×10^(4) copies/μL相比较,灵敏度提高了100倍;对羊支原体、羊流产衣原体、羊布鲁氏菌等均无交叉反应,批内和批间重复性试验结果稳定,变异系数均小于3%,说明特异性、重复性好;利用该方法对收集的126份样品进行检测,结果显示样品阳性率为9.52%,常规PCR检测阳性率为7.14%,符合率为90.47%。该方法可为贝氏柯克斯体临床上快速检测及防控提供技术支持。

牛支原体和丝状支原体丝状亚种双重TaqMan荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立与应用

牛传染性胸膜肺炎和牛支原体病均为重要的牛传染病,两者均可致牛出现呼吸系统症状,临床上难以区分。为建立鉴别诊断牛传染性胸膜肺炎和牛支原体病的双重Taq Man荧光定量PCR检测方法,本研究根据这两种病的病原丝状支原体丝状亚种和牛支原体的基因组保守区域(丝状支原体丝状亚种nt826-nt1742,牛支原体nt189-nt618)分别设计引物与探针,通过优化反应体系与反应条件,建立同时检测这两种病原的Taq Man荧光定量PCR检测方法。特异性试验结果显示,该方法仅对丝状支原体丝状亚种模拟样品和牛支原体检测结果为阳性,而巴氏杆菌、牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒、无乳支原体、山羊支原体山羊肺炎亚种、丝状支原体山羊亚种、关节炎支原体Leachii株检测结果均为阴性,特异性较强。分别以1.0×10~7拷贝/μL~1.0×10~1拷贝/μL的p EASY-Mmm和p EASY-Mb质粒标准品为模板,进行敏感性试验,结果显示,该方法对丝状支原体丝状亚种和牛支原体重组质粒标准品的检测限均为1.0×10~1拷贝/μL,敏感性较高。对不同浓度质粒标准品混合物的重复性试验结果显示,组内与组间重复性试验变异系数均小于2.5%,重复性较好。利用该方法对112份临床样品(104份鼻拭子、8份肺组织样品)检测,结果显示,丝状支原体丝状亚种检测结果和已发表PCR方法检测结果一致,均为阴性,而本实验建立的方法检测出4份牛支原体阳性样品,且经测序证实检出样品为真实阳性样品,而已发表的多重PCR方法检测该病原结果均为阴性。本研究建立了能够同时检测丝状支原体丝状亚种和牛支原体的双重Taq Man荧光定量PCR方法,其特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好,可用于各种临床样品的检测,为这两种病原的快速检测和流行病学调查提供了技术手段。

大口黑鲈弹状病毒Taq Man荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立及初步应用

为建立快速、敏感的大口黑鲈弹状病毒(MSRV)流行株Taq Man荧光定量PCR (qPCR)方法,本研究采用NCBI分析MSRV流行株N基因的保守序列,设计特异性引物和Taq Man探针,以构建的并经PCR和测序鉴定正确的重组质粒标准品p MD18-MSRV-N为模板,通过优化各反应条件初步建立MSRV的Taq Man q PCR检测方法。结果显示,建立的Taq Man q PCR方法标准曲线的R2为0.9906,质粒标准品在6.79×10^(8)拷贝/μL~6.79×10^(2)拷贝/μL范围内与Ct值均存在较好的线性关系。采用该方法检测MSRV及相关病毒,评估该方法的特异性,结果显示,该方法可以特异性检测MSRV,而草鱼出血病病毒、神经坏死病毒、鲤春病毒血症病毒、大口黑鲈双RNA病毒、鳜蛙虹彩病毒、传染性脾肾坏死病毒、石斑鱼虹彩病毒、大口黑鲈蛙虹彩病毒等8种常见鱼类病毒检测结果均为阴性;采用建立的方法检测不同浓度的质粒标准品(6.79×10^(8)拷贝/μL~6.79×10^(1)拷贝/μL),评估该方法的敏感性,结果显示,该方法的检测限为6.79×10^(2)拷贝/μL,比文献中的常规PCR方法敏感1 000倍;以不同批次或同一批次提取的不同浓度的质粒标准品作为模板,分别利用该方法检测,评估该方法的重复性,结果显示,该方法批内和批间重复性试验的变异系数均小于2%。采用该方法和文献中的常规PCR同时检测71份临床发病的大口黑鲈、鳜鱼、鲮鱼组织样品,结果显示阳性率为16.9%(12/71),阴性率为83.1%(59/71),且阳性样品均是从发病大口黑鲈的组织样品中检测到,而发病的鳜鱼、鲮鱼组织样品中均未检测到该病毒;常规PCR方法的阳性率为9.9%(7/71),阴性率为90.1%(64/71),二者的总符合率为93.0%。本研究建立的MSRV Taq Man q PCR方法特异性强、敏感性高、重复性和准确性均较好,可用于大口黑鲈临床样品的检测,为MSRV的快速检测提供了可行的技术手段。

Recently Brutman and Passow considered Newman-type rational interpolation to ｜x｜ induced by arbitrary set of symmetric nodes in [-1,1] and gave the general estimation of the approximation error.By their methods one could establish the exact order of approximation for some special nodes. In the present paper we consider the special case where the interpolation nodes are the zeros of the Chebyshev polynomial of the second kind and prove that in this case the exact order of approximation is O（1/n｜nn）

Rational Design of Grain Size to Improve Rice Yield and Quality

Grain size, determined by grain length, grain width and grain thickness, is associated with grain yield and quality. Many genes controlling grain size were cloned and their related regulatory mechanisms were clearly clarified. However, whether these genes can be directly introduced into japonica rice for grain size improvement is unknown.

猪肺炎支原体和猪鼻支原体TaqMan双重荧光PCR检测方法的建立及应用

为建立一种可快捷鉴别检测猪肺炎支原体(Mhp)和猪鼻支原体(Mhr)的方法,针对Mhp的183基因和Mhr的p37基因保守片段,分别设计合成引物及TaqMan探针,优化反应条件,建立一种可同时检测Mhp和Mhr的TaqMan双重荧光PCR方法,并评价其特异性、敏感性和重复性。结果表明,该方法特异性强,检测其他常见猪呼吸系统病原不发生交叉反应;对标准品pMD18-T-Mhp-183、pMD18-T-Mhr-P37的最低检测限分别达45.2 copies/μL和29.7 copies/μL,比普通PCR检测灵敏度提高10^(3)~10^(4)倍;该方法检测结果的批内与批间变异系数均小于2%。用该方法检测145份广西自治区内临床样品,从中检出82份Mhp和9份Mhr阳性样品。该方法可用于临床样品快速检测及实验室Mhp和Mhr的鉴定,可为Mhp和Mhr在猪群中的早期监测提供技术支持。

Rational solutions of Painlevé-Ⅱequation as Gram determinant

Under the Flaschka-Newell Lax pair,the Darboux transformation for the Painlevé-Ⅱequation is constructed by the limiting technique.With the aid of the Darboux transformation,the rational solutions are represented by the Gram determinant,and then we give the large y asymptotics of the determinant and the rational solutions.Finally,the solution of the corresponding Riemann-Hilbert problem is obtained from the Darboux matrices.

Present situation of rational drug use in plateau area

Plateau is characterized by low oxygen,low pressure,strong radiation,cold and dryness,among which low oxygen is the main factor that affects the normal life activities of human body.Altitude hypoxia leads to significant changes in the metabolic characteristics of drugs in vivo,which in turn affects the efficacy and adverse actions of drugs.This paper summarizes the present situation of rational drug use in plateau area and pinpoints the existing problems.Meanwhile,we posit the strategies and measures for realizing rational and precise pharmacotherapy of plateau residents.First,we need to acquire a panoramic view of differential and relative pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics in between plateau area and plain area by carrying out comparative studies on drug metabolisms and on comprehensive drug efficacies and mechanisms.Second,we must apply the findings from basic research to clinical practice and formulate guidelines and recommendations of drug use for plateau habitants.Finally,we should eventually achieve precise and individualized drug use for plateau habitants based on their characteristic etiology and pathogenesis.

Estimating Sums of Convergent Series via Rational Polynomials

Sums of convergent series for any desired number of terms, which may be infinite, are estimated very accurately by establishing definite rational polynomials. For infinite number of terms the sum infinite is obtained by taking the asymptotic limit of the rational polynomial. A rational function with second-degree polynomials both in the numerator and denominator is found to produce excellent results. Sums of series with different characteristics such as alternating signs are considered for testing the performance of the proposed approach.

circMAN1A2调节miR-212-3p/DDIT4轴对胃癌细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移的影响

目的探究circMAN1A2靶向miR-212-3p/DNA损伤诱导转录子4(NDA damage-inducible transcript 4,DDIT4)轴对胃癌细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移的影响。方法qRT-PCR法检测胃癌组织和细胞中circMAN1A2、miR-212-3p表达水平。荧光素酶检测circMAN1A2与miR-212-3p、DDIT4和miR-212-3p的靶向关系。在胃癌细胞SGC-7901、HGC-27中转染si-NC、si-circMAN1A2、si-circMAN1A2+anti-NC、si-circMAN1A2+anti-miR-212-3p、miR-NC、miR-212-3p mimics,将未转染的SGC-7901、HGC-27细胞设为对照。平板克隆实验检测细胞增殖;细胞划痕及Transwell实验分别检测细胞迁移、侵袭能力。Western blotting检测增殖、迁移及侵袭相关蛋白表达。结果在胃癌组织及细胞中,circMAN1A2高表达,miR-212-3p低表达;下调circMAN1A2可以靶向上调miR-212-3p表达,且下调DDIT4表达,进而抑制胃癌细胞增殖、侵袭和迁移能力。抑制miR-212-3p表达可部分逆转抑制circMAN1A2表达对胃癌细胞恶性增殖的抑制作用。结论在胃癌细胞中抑制circMAN1A2表达可抑制胃癌细胞增殖、迁移与侵袭,其与调节miR-212-3p/DDIT4信号轴有关。
