It is found that the subdivision errors are mainly due to the rotary-type inductosyn itself. For the characteristic of cyclical change, the subdivision errors in other measuring cycles can be compensated by the subdivision error model in one measuring cycle. Using the measured error data as training samples, combining GA and BP algorithm, an ANN model of subdivision error is designed. Simulation results indicate that GA reduces the uncertainty in the training process of the ANN model, and enhances the generalization of the model. Compared with the error model based on the least-mean-squared method, the designed ANN model of subdivision errors can achieve higher compensating precision.展开更多

Firstly, a new edgewise subdivision algorithm is proposed to implement the simplex edgewise subdivision which divides the overall fuzzy chaotic systems into a lot of sub-systems by a kind of algebraic description. These sub-systems have the same volume and shape characteristics. Secondly, a novel kind of control scheme which switches by the transfer of different operating sub-systems is proposed to achieve convergent stabilization conditions for the underlying controlled fuzzy chaotic systems. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed methods.展开更多

First, the two boundaries corresponding to the lower and upper surfaces are triangulated based on the zipper working mechanism to generate the initial stitching surface patch, of which the edges are distributed uniformly between the boundaries. Secondly, the initial stitching surface patch is subdivided and deformed to reconstruct an optimized surface patch according to the bio-characteristics of the teeth. The optimized surface patch is minimally distinguishable from the surrounding mesh in smoothness and density, and it can stitch the upper and lower cavity surfaces naturally. The experimental results show that the dental restorations obtained by the proposed method can satisfy both the shape aesthetic and the fitting accuracy, and meet the requirements of clinical oral medicine.展开更多
