Based on the present situation of talent training in marine cultural industry,the collaborative innovation mechanism of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users was used to construct the mode of talent training in marine cultural industry. It is needed to give full play to the active roles of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users in the training of marine cultural talents,develop training mode of innovative scientific and technological talents,speed up the construction of collaborative innovation ability of marine cultural talents,and improve the efficiency of talent training.

Secondly, the current situation of talent training in China＇s marine cultural industry and the existing problems were analyzed. Finally, how to integrate the collaborative innovation of governments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and us-ers into the talent training system of marine cultural industry was explored to help talent training to break through the bottleneck and promote the vig-orous development of marine cultural industry.

Research on Project-Driven Alliance between Colleges and Enterprise Teaching Mode and the Applications on Contemporary Vocational Education

In this paper, we conduct research on the project-driven alliance between the college and enterprise teaching mode and the applications on the contemporary vocational education. To achieve the aim of higher education popularization in our country, to vigorously develop vocational education is the important way. Higher vocational education for national and local economic development is the purpose of training the production, construction, management and service first line need to cultivate high quality personnel. Higher vocational education is the social demand as the primary guidance of employment education, cultivate the students should be a technology applied talents with skills. Our research proposes the novel guideline to deal with the mentioned issues which is applicable.

Industrial colleges are the connection point between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to carry out in-depth collaborative education.At present,there are three forms of industrial colleges:surface cooperative industrial college focusing on order cooperation,middle-level industrial college relying on industry development,and deep cooperative industrial college with integrated development.There are several common problems among the three forms of industrial colleges,such as vague positioning,unclear division of responsibilities and rights between both parties,and "free riding"at all levels.In order to establish symbiotic industrial colleges,there is a need to change the concept first,then establish and improve the system,and finally,establish a cross-border teacher pool.

职业院校产教融合质量评价体系构建探究——以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院为例

产教融合是职业教育的重要支撑,是学校提高人才培养质量的重要举措,构建科学合理的评价体系是推动产教融合可持续发展的有力措施。依托项目研究,结合产教融合质量评价体系构建的基础,坚持多赢性、动态性、有效性的构建原则,理清评价体系的构建思路与策略,构建产教融合与区域经济发展“适应度”、产教融合对区域经济发展的“贡献度”、产教融合校企双赢的“效果性”等3个一级指标、6个二级指标和42个观测点,并确定考核评级指标的权重系数,以期为职业院校产教融合质量评价体系构建提供参考。

1+X证书制度下机械类课程改革研究

为促进职业教育的发展和职业技能人才的培养,国务院和教育部都提出了将职业教育与岗位结合,并通过比赛和职业证书制度加强应用型人才的培养机制。高职院校启动了1+X证书制度的相关教育教学改革,将师资队伍培养、专业培养方案改革等人才培养工作与技能资格认证有机结合,以提高学生的职业技能和学校的人才培养质量。然而,在1+X证书制度的实际贯彻和落实中,还存在着诸多问题,因此本文提出了一些建设性的解决方案,为1+X证书制度下人才培养提供了坚实的理论和实践基础。

人力资本扩张如何影响企业生产效率——基于工资扭曲异质性视角的实证研究

在经济发展方式转变以及世界经济形势发生深刻变革的现实背景下,重新审视人力资本扩张对企业生产效率的影响,对于促进中国经济高质量发展具有重要现实意义。基于中国劳动力市场普遍存在劳动力工资负向扭曲事实,借助高校扩招这一外生政策冲击构造准自然实验,以中国工业企业作为研究样本,系统考察工资扭曲异质性情形下人力资本扩张对企业生产效率的影响。研究结果表明,随着工资负向扭曲程度的增加,高校扩招引致的人力资本对企业生产效率的影响逐渐变小。针对工资扭曲程度较大企业的机制研究表明,人力资本扩张加剧了企业的劳动密集度和生产率偏度,抑制了企业的创新动力。研究结论为中国在高质量发展阶段深入实施人才强国战略提供了新的视角和经验证据。

产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作创新教材建设

教材是衡量学校教育与培养目标一致性的最基础、最直接的文本,教材的改革是教学改革的窗口。2020年1月教育部印发的《职业院校教材管理办法》强调要“专业课程教材要充分反映产业发展最新进展,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,及时吸收比较成熟的新技术、新工艺、新规范等”,建设一批符合时代要求的、高质量的高职护理专业教材是高职教材发展的趋势。基于产教融合、校企合作是我国高职教育的最大特色与成功之处,本课题分析了高职护理专业现用教材存在问题,包括职业特色不够凸显、缺少临床护理工作一线人员参与、教材内容更新慢、教材编写方式及内容均不利于学生通过护士执业资格考试、落后于数字化信息时代发展的要求及思政元素和职业素养融入不足等,指出产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作开发教材的必要性,提出校企合作创新教材建设路径,即组织编写人员到本地医院调研,组建由临床护理专家和校内专业课骨干教师组成的高水平教材编写梯队,制定器官系统化教材编写模式,由临床护理专家、校内专任教师和学生三方进行教材评审,编写过程中坚持做到校内教师与临床护理专家三个充分的合作、做到临床护理专家两种方式三个层面的参与、做到两个切实一个融入、做到突出三个结合、做到一整合一完善。

校企协同技术技能积累能力的提升是新时代职业教育的重要使命,也是职业教育高质量发展的必然结果,要通过深化产教融合、校企合作,加强职业院校基本能力建设,有效推进职业教育技术技能积累能力提升。本研究运用SPSS26.0对数据进行统计分析,从校企协同技术技能积累的动力机制、激励机制、效益评价机制以及反馈提高机制四个维度对电子商务教学质量中教学背景、教学投入、教学过程、教学成果的影响进行分析,以期全面提高职业院校电子商务专业教学质量,提升技术技能人才培养质量,实现校企协同技术技能积累向电子商务专业教学高质量转化的目标。
