Information from eleven profiles of eolian earthy red silty clay and loess of the middle of the Late Miocene to Holocene age have been studied and correlated. A complete summary profile with projected isotopic ages an... Information from eleven profiles of eolian earthy red silty clay and loess of the middle of the Late Miocene to Holocene age have been studied and correlated. A complete summary profile with projected isotopic ages and fossil-bearing beds has been assembled. The profile is subdivided into 12 stratigraphic units proceeding from the lower (older) to the upper (younger) one. The character of mammalian assemblages contained in each unit was analyzed and the corresponding pa- leo-climatic environments were deduced. The environmental character of each period and the change from the middle of the Late Miocene at about 8.0 Ma B.P. up to the Holocene progressed from the hot semiarid and semi-moist, warmer-moist, warm-moister of the Late Miocene. To slightly less warm moist, cool-dry, slight-warmer-moister of the Pliocene; later the cool to cold dry periods alternated frequently with the mild semiarid and semi-moist periods of the Quaternary. Vegetation progressed from the grasslands with sparse woods, wooded shrub-grasslands and subtropical forest-grasslands of the Late Miocene age to sparse grasslands and dry grasslands of the Pliocene; and to sparse grasslands, dry grasslands and tundras of the Quaternary. The climate changes in the Neogene were of low-amplitute in a generally warm-humid background. Those of the Quaternary were of higher am- plitude with a longer phase. Cool or cold dry and slightly warm semiarid and semi-moist climates al- ternated on a generally cool-dry background. The tendency since the start of the Quaternary was the change to more northern and western shift in the Loess Plateau, with progressively cooler and dryer conditions. The dramatic uplift of the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Plateau and the forming and expansion of the Arctic ice sheet might be the main reasons of the more pronounced changes in the Quaternary. 展开更多

Recently, the Tertiary red clay sequence underlying Pleistocene loess has attracted much attention. The remarkable progress is the recognition that the Tertiary red clay sequence is also wind-blown in origin, thus providing a good opportunity to reconstruct long-term monsoon changes. In contrast to the loess deposits, the magnetic susceptibility and the pedogenic characteristics are almost independent of each other in the red clay, thus challenging the validity of the readily measurable magnetic susceptibility in describing the monsoon history recorded by the red clay. With the objective to address the long-term East Asia summer monsoon evolution, the free to total Fe2O3 ratios were calculated in a continuous eolian red clay-loess sequence at Lingtai, the Chinese Loess Plateau, which has a thickness of 305 m and a basal age of 7.0 Ma. Comparisons of red ratings (RR) with Fed, Fed/Fet, clay content, and magnetic susceptibility (X) of two loess-paleosol sequences at Luochuan and Lingtai on China's Loess Plateau were conducted to study the possible relationship between RR and pedogenic degrees of the two loess-paleosol sequences, and to discuss whether the RR could become new paleo-climatic indicators. Results showed that the RR of the two loess-paleosol sequences had positive, highly significant (P < 0.01)correlations with: 1) citrate-bicarbonate-dithionite (CBD) extracted iron (Fed), 2) ratios of CBD extracted iron to total iron (Fed/Fet), 3) clay (< 2 μm), and 4) magnetic susceptibility (X). This suggested that the RR of these loess-paleosol sequences could indicate degrees of loess weathering and pedogenesis and were potential paleo-climatic proxies. The strong correlations of RR to Fed and X also implied that during pedogenic processes, pedogenic hematite in loess and paleosols were closely related to the amount of total secondary iron oxides and pedogenic ferrimagnetic minerals (predominantly maghemite). 展开更多

Transcriptome sequencing of essential marine brown and red algal species in China and its significance in algal biology and phylogeny

Most phaeophytes (brown algae) and rhodophytes (red algae) dwell exclusively in marine habitats and play important roles in marine ecology and biodiversity. Many of these brown and red algae are also important res... Most phaeophytes (brown algae) and rhodophytes (red algae) dwell exclusively in marine habitats and play important roles in marine ecology and biodiversity. Many of these brown and red algae are also important resources for industries such as food, medicine and materials due to their unique metabolisms and me-tabolites. However, many fundamental questions surrounding their origins, early diversification, taxonomy, and special metabolisms remain unsolved because of poor molecular bases in brown and red algal study. As part of the 1 000 Plant Project, the marine macroalgal transcriptomes of 19 Phaeophyceae species and 21 Rhodophyta species from China's coast were sequenced, covering a total of 2 phyla, 3 classes, 11 orders, and 19 families. An average of 2 Gb per sample and a total 87.3 Gb of RNA-seq raw data were generated. Approxi-mately 15 000 to 25 000 unigenes for each brown algal sample and 5 000 to 10 000 unigenes for each red algal sample were annotated and analyzed. The annotation results showed obvious differences in gene expres-sion and genome characteristics between red algae and brown algae;these differences could even be seen between multicellular and unicellular red algae. The results elucidate some fundamental questions about the phylogenetic taxonomy within phaeophytes and rhodophytes, and also reveal many novel metabolic pathways. These pathways include algal CO2 fixation and particular carbohydrate metabolisms, and related gene/gene family characteristics and evolution in brown and red algae. These findings build on known algal genetic information and significantly improve our understanding of algal biology, biodiversity, evolution, and potential utilization of these marine algae. 展开更多

基于SMRT测序技术的塔里木马鹿冬季肠道菌群多样性分析

为探究塔里木河流域塔里木马鹿(Cervus elaphus yarkandensis)冬季肠道菌群群落结构、多样性与功能,采用PacBio平台的单分子实时测序技术(single molecule realtime sequencing,SMRT)对塔里木河上游湿地自然保护区采集并筛选的25份塔里... 为探究塔里木河流域塔里木马鹿(Cervus elaphus yarkandensis)冬季肠道菌群群落结构、多样性与功能,采用PacBio平台的单分子实时测序技术(single molecule realtime sequencing,SMRT)对塔里木河上游湿地自然保护区采集并筛选的25份塔里木马鹿粪便样本的16S rRNA基因全长进行测序,共获得298578个clean reads,clean reads聚类获得28026个OTU,包括25门684属。Alpha多样性分析结果显示,塔里木马鹿冬季肠道菌群Shannon指数为(7.764±0.044),Simpson指数为(0.015±0.001),Chao1指数为(12242.668±695.106),ACE指数为(9366.423±407.612)。塔里木马鹿优势菌门为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes,60.51%)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes,26.02%)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria,3.61%)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia,1.57%)和浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes,1.46%)。相对丰富度在前10的菌属为Papillibacter(5.48%)、拟杆菌属(Bacteroides,5.12%)、Muribaculum(4.69%)、Phocaeicola(4.49%)、Lawsonibacter(4.31%)、瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus,4.09%)、Intestinimonas(3.06%)、普氏菌属(Prevotella,2.87%)、克里斯滕森菌属(Christensenella,2.71%)和弯曲杆菌属(Campylobacter,2.54%)。PICRUSt 16S功能预测结果表明,塔里木马鹿肠道菌群基因功能主要富集于新陈代谢(48.58%)、遗传信息处理(19.04%)和环境信息处理(12.08%);其中新陈代谢主要以碳水化合物代谢(9.47%)、氨基酸代谢(9.93%)为主,并且环境信息处理的膜转运(9.96%)基因相对丰富度最高。研究揭示了野生塔里木马鹿冬季肠道菌群特征和功能,为塔里木马鹿野生种群的保护提供基础数据。 展开更多

为探究不同改良剂对红壤恢复林地土壤细菌群落结构的影响差异,提高红壤恢复林地的土壤质量和水土保持效能,本研究以亚热带红壤区马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)恢复林地为研究对象,设置原状林地(CK)和施加有机改良剂(OF)、生物炭(BF)... 为探究不同改良剂对红壤恢复林地土壤细菌群落结构的影响差异,提高红壤恢复林地的土壤质量和水土保持效能,本研究以亚热带红壤区马尾松(Pinus massoniana Lamb.)恢复林地为研究对象,设置原状林地(CK)和施加有机改良剂(OF)、生物炭(BF)、复合改良剂(CF)3种处理,研究其土壤化学性质、土壤细菌群落相对丰度与多样性,探讨红壤区侵蚀退化恢复林地土壤肥力与细菌群落结构微生物群落结构对不同土壤改良剂的响应,分析土壤化学性质与细菌群落结构间的相关性。结果表明:(1)不同改良剂使土壤pH值与有机碳含量分别显著(P<0.05)提高了4.20%~6.72%与40.20%~102.37%,有机改良剂使土壤全磷含量提高了56.98%(P<0.05),生物炭使土壤全氮含量提高了73.09%(P<0.05),复合改良剂使土壤全磷与全氮含量分别提高了64.57%与72.09%(P<0.05);(2)施加不同改良剂土壤细菌群落优势菌门均为变形菌门、放线菌门与酸杆菌门,优势菌纲均为酸杆菌纲、α-变形菌纲与放线菌纲;(3)所有土壤改良剂均降低了细菌群落多样性,而施加生物炭提高了土壤细菌群落丰富度;(4)土壤全磷含量对细菌群落组成产生显著影响,有机碳含量与细菌群落多样性呈负相关;(5)施加复合改良剂提高了土壤细菌群落新陈代谢通路相对丰度。本研究结果可为提升红壤区恢复林地土壤肥力,合理调节细菌群落结构提供理论支撑与数据支撑。 展开更多

Anthocyanins, a class of flavonoid compounds that provide pigmentation to plant organs, are beneficial components of the human diet and there is an interest in understanding the regulation of their formation in crop plants. The apple cultivar ‘May’ represents an excellent model for the study of anthocyanin metabolism due to the spatial color pattern of its flesh, which transitions sequentially from red to white to red again,from the outside to the inside of the apple fruit. To screen the transcription factors involved in the anthocyanin pathway, transcriptomes from differently colored sections of ‘May’ fruits were analyzed by RNA sequencing. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) database was used to analyse the gene expression data. The results suggested differentially expressed genes(DEGs) that are related to phytohormones are involved in regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis. K-means clustering analysis revealed 167 common DEGs between different sections of fruit with the same expression pattern as candidates for regulating anthocyanin synthesis. Further analysis showed that nine of the 167 DEGs were annotated as transcription factors and quantitative real time PCR(qRT-PCR) confirmed that their expression was obviously higher in red regions of the fruit, consistent with their roles as hub genes that regulate anthocyanin synthesis. This study provides valuable results for future studies of anthocyanin synthesis in apple fruit. 展开更多

Red tides are a major public hazard in the global oceans.The coast of the East China Sea is the sea area where red tide disasters are the most frequent and serious in China.In order to accurately grasp the occurrence of red tides in the coastal waters of the East China Sea,and to understand the microbial communities in the waters during the occurrence of red tides in the East China Sea,a special survey of red tides in the coastal waters of Zhejiang,China was carried out in June 2018.The results showed that nutrient concentrations of N and P were generally high in this area,DIN concentrations in most areas exceeded the permitted limit of Chinese seawater quality grade I.There were significant differences in dissolved oxygen,pH,COD,chlorophyll and phytoplankton abundance of red tides.During the investigation,red tides were found in the waters near the Yushan Islands.The content of chlorophyll a was 42.12mg/m3,the cell abundance of phytoplankton was 8.16×108/L,and the abundance of Prorocentrum edulis accounted for 98.5%.The Illumina MiSeq sequencing platform was used for 16s high-throughput sequencing of water microorganisms,and a total of 16 bacteria were identified.Proteobacteria is the first dominant phylum,followed by Cyanobacteria and Bacteroides.Some differences in bacterial community compositions between HAB and the nearby seawater were observed.The predominant bacteria in the red tide occurrence area were Proteobacteria,comprising 46.1%of the relative abundance;while the predominant bacteria in the nearby sea area,comprising 42.0%of the relative abundance. 展开更多

The widely distributed red clay sediment underlying the Chinese Loess Plateau truly records the Neogene environmental evolution, and its genesis and development are intrinsically related to the uplift processes of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of East Asia monsoon system. In this paper, a detailed magnetostratigraphy of a loess-red clay section (107°13′E, 35°02′N) from the central Loess Plateau is reported. The loess-red clay sequence is composed of 175 m Quaternary loess-paleosol sequence and 128 m Neogene red clay sediments. Based on the correlation with the standard geomagnetic polarity time scale, the paleomagnetic results indicate that the age of Chaona red clay sequence extends to 8.1Ma, which is the older red clay deposition in the central Chinese Loess Plateau. The commencement of red clay at ~8.1 Ma may imply that the Ordos planation surface was broken by the movement of the Haiyuan-Liupanshan Faults, which was related to the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau induced by the collision of India Plate and Eurasian Plate. And the western part adjacent to the Tibetan Plateau was uplifted to form the embryo of the Liupan Shan (Mts.) and the eastern part was down-faulted to receive red clay deposition. We link this faulting to an initial uplift of the Tibetan Plateau. The undulating nature of the broken Ordos planation surface may explain the chronological differences and depth discrepancies among various cross-sections of red clay. 展开更多

The Hefei Basin is the largest basin in the North China landmass with complete and well-preserved Mesozoic and Cenozoic strata. In the basin there developed a suite of extremely thick "red beds" in the Mesozoic. Owing to complex evolution processes and a lack of paleontological traces, there have been controversies regarding the division and correlation of this suite of red beds. Based on results obtained in recent years in drilling, seismic and surface geological investigations and in consideration of relationships between seismic sequences and regional tectonic events, as well as evidence in paleontology, petrology and isotopic dating, this paper preliminarily puts forward the following ideas about the sequence stratigraphic framework of the continental "red beds" in the Hefei Basin. (1) The Zhougongshan Formation and the Yuantongshan Formation have similar lithologic, geophysical and paleontological characteristics, so we incorporate them into a single formation, called the Yuantongshan Formation, and the original Zhougongshan and Yuantongshan Formations are regarded as the upper and the lower parts of the newly defined Yuantongshan Formation. Its age is the Middle Jurassic; (2) the Zhuxiang Formation belongs to the Upper Jurassic Series and (3) the age of the Xiangdaopu Formation is the Lower Cretaceous. Furthermore, signatures of depositional evolution are analyzed in the paper based on features of seismic reflection, outcrops and drilling data. The Early and Middle Jurassic is characterized by a foreland basin, which is influenced mainly by uplift and longitudinal compression of the Dabieshan Mountains; the Lower Jurassic System has a relatively small depositional area; the Middle Jurassic strata are distributed extensively over the whole basin, marking the summit of basin development; a flexure basin is characteristic of the Late Jurassic, manifesting a joint effect of the Dabieshan and Zhangbaling Mountains with the former being more significant. In the Early Cretaceous, the Xiangdaopu Formation was distributed in the Daqiao depression, evidently affected by extension of the Tanlu fault; in the Late Cretaceous, the Hefei Basin was subjected to dismembering and the Zhangqiao Formation was distributed in the east-west direction along the downthrown side of the fault. 展开更多

A red eye color mutation is commonly found in the brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (St&#229l) (Hemiptera: Delphacidae), a serious insect pest of rice in tropical and temperate Asia. The genetic inheritance and physiological effect of the eye color mutation in the BPH have been studied, but the location of a red gene controlling the red eye mutant phenotype on a chromosome has not been elucidated. In this study, simple sequence repeats (SSRs), together with bulked segregant analysis (BSA), was performed to identify and map the location of the red gene. A total of 387 SSR markers distributed throughout the BPH autosome were used to survey two bulked DNA samples. Samples were generated from 29 brown-eyed and 29 red-eyed individuals derived from an F2 generation of a cross between brown-eyed wild type and red-eyed mutant colonies. The SSR marker BM20 was shown to be associated with the red eye mutant phenotype. Ninety-five offspring of the F2 generation were then used to map the gene. The present study constitutes the discovery of the location of the red gene, which may lead to the acquisition of the genetic determinant of the compound eye color mutation in BPH. 展开更多

[目的]了解塔里木马鹿体表蜱及其圈舍环境游离蜱种类及分子遗传特征。[方法]收集新疆尉犁县某规模化养殖场塔里木马鹿体表寄生和圈舍游离蜱共69只,使用体视显微镜对其进行形态学观察和种类初步鉴定;基于蜱线粒体SSU rRNA基因位点和COX I基因位点对其DNA进行PCR扩增,通过序列比对数据鉴定其种类,利用生物信息学方法解析其分子遗传特征。[结果]经形态学观察,鉴定69只蜱均属璃眼蜱属,雌蜱和雄蜱分别有37只和32只。基于SSU rRNA基因位点,对成功获得的63只蜱序列进行比对,鉴定出18只为残缘璃眼蜱,均为同一序列型,命名为SCtype1(n=18);45只为亚洲璃眼蜱,具有4种序列型,分别命名为SYtype1(n=3)、SYtype2(n=40)、SYtype3(n=1)和SYtype4(n=1)。基于COX I基因位点,对成功获得的64只蜱序列进行对比,鉴定出24只为残缘璃眼蜱,具有2种序列型,分别命名为CCtype1(n=22)和CCtype2(n=2);40只为亚洲璃眼蜱,具有5种序列型,分别命名为CYtype1(n=25)、CYtype2(n=7)、CYtype3(n=4)、CYtype4(n=3)和CYtype5(n=1)。种系进化分析显示,在SSU rRNA基因位点,亚洲璃眼蜱序列单独形成一个亚群分支,与其他璃眼蜱属蜱的序列形成一个大的亚群分支;在COX I基因位点,亚洲璃眼蜱序列和残缘璃眼蜱序列单独形成一个亚群分支,与其他属蜱的序列形成不同的亚群分支。[结论]新疆尉犁县塔里木马鹿体表蜱与游离蜱种类为亚洲璃眼蜱和残缘璃眼蜱。研究结果为鹿科动物寄生蜱的种类分布调查和遗传进化特征分析提供了基础数据。 展开更多

为探究红壤侵蚀区不同生态恢复林分微生物群落特征,采用高通量测序技术比较阔叶纯林(木荷)、针叶纯林(马尾松)和针阔混交林(木荷林与马尾松林)土壤微生物群落结构和多样性。结果表明:各林分土壤共得到细菌943个分类操作单元(OTU),真菌96... 为探究红壤侵蚀区不同生态恢复林分微生物群落特征,采用高通量测序技术比较阔叶纯林(木荷)、针叶纯林(马尾松)和针阔混交林(木荷林与马尾松林)土壤微生物群落结构和多样性。结果表明:各林分土壤共得到细菌943个分类操作单元(OTU),真菌962个OTU,分类学地位明确的细菌有19门46纲99目138科198属207种,真菌有9门22纲59目109科177属167种。其中,优势细菌门为变形菌门、酸杆菌门和放线菌门,优势真菌门为担子菌门、子囊菌门和被孢菌门。林分类型对土壤真菌丰富度(Chao1指数)和多样性(Shannon指数)影响显著(P<0.05),对土壤细菌丰富度(Chao1指数)和多样性(Shannon和Simpson指数)几乎无影响,针阔混交林土壤真菌丰富度和多样性显著高于纯林土壤(P<0.05)。在门水平上,针阔混交林与阔叶纯林土壤细菌门相对丰度变化差异较小,而与针叶纯林差异较大(P<0.05),针阔混交林和阔叶纯林土壤中放线菌门相对丰度比针叶纯林低9.96%和29.43%。土壤真菌门相对丰度在各林分类型间差异较大,被孢菌门相对丰度在针叶纯林土壤中最高,毛霉门和壶菌门相对丰度在针阔混交林土壤中最高,子囊菌门相对丰度在阔叶纯林土壤中最高。相关分析表明,土壤全氮含量、p H值和速效钾含量是影响土壤细菌群落特征最主要的环境因子。 展开更多

屎肠球菌作为人及动物肠道中的机会致病菌,可在一定条件下引起宿主心内膜炎、败血症等。目前随着动物源致病屎肠球菌相关报道越来越多,其耐药性和致病性研究也日益增多,但野生动物源的相关研究仍较少。本试验为探究北京大兴野生动物园... 屎肠球菌作为人及动物肠道中的机会致病菌,可在一定条件下引起宿主心内膜炎、败血症等。目前随着动物源致病屎肠球菌相关报道越来越多,其耐药性和致病性研究也日益增多,但野生动物源的相关研究仍较少。本试验为探究北京大兴野生动物园一只赤腹松鼠突然死亡的原因,对死亡赤腹松鼠进行大体剖检、病理组织切片观察、病原菌分离及其耐药性和致病性分析。结果显示,在肺和肾组织切片中观察到类圆或椭圆形呈短链状的蓝色菌丛;从肺、肝、脾以及腹腔积液中均分离出屎肠球菌;药物敏感性试验显示分离菌株均对磺胺异恶唑及泰妙菌素高度耐药;全基因组测序数据分析显示屎肠球菌均属于ST-324型,且都携带毒力基因efaAfm和耐药基因tetM、msrC,核心基因组单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)分析差异较小;小鼠致病性试验发现,分离菌株具有一定的致病性。本研究综合以上结果判断赤腹松鼠死亡原因为屎肠球菌感染导致的败血症。 展开更多

该研究基于Illumina Mi Seq高通量测序技术探讨小红尖椒对红酸汤微生物群落结构的影响,并对pH、总酸、氨基酸态氮、菌落总数和乳酸菌数进行比较分析。结果表明,与未添加小红尖椒的红酸汤(F组)相比,加小红尖椒的红酸汤(FL组)有较快的产... 该研究基于Illumina Mi Seq高通量测序技术探讨小红尖椒对红酸汤微生物群落结构的影响,并对pH、总酸、氨基酸态氮、菌落总数和乳酸菌数进行比较分析。结果表明,与未添加小红尖椒的红酸汤(F组)相比,加小红尖椒的红酸汤(FL组)有较快的产酸效率和更高的氨基酸态氮含量。通过传统培养法可知,FL组菌落总数和乳酸菌数量均高于F组,FL组的乳酸菌显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。高通量测序结果表明,F组的优势菌属为乳酸杆菌属(Lactobacillus),而FL组的优势菌属为乳酸杆菌属、明串珠菌属(Leuconostoc)、魏斯氏菌属(Weissella)。Spearman相关性分析表明,F组的生物标志物与总酸呈负相关,而FL组中大部分生物标志物与总酸呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。综上可知,添加小红尖椒的红酸汤具有更好的发酵优势,为红酸汤的产业化生产和工艺优化提供理论基础。 展开更多

黄泥坪金矿床位于扬子地块西北缘,是龙门山造山带北段新发现的一个重要的中型金矿床,研究程度较低,蚀变矿化分布特征和矿床成因仍不清楚,需要新的勘查方法和思路开展下一步找矿工作。基于详细的矿床地质和短波红外光谱(SWIR)研究,发现... 黄泥坪金矿床位于扬子地块西北缘,是龙门山造山带北段新发现的一个重要的中型金矿床,研究程度较低,蚀变矿化分布特征和矿床成因仍不清楚,需要新的勘查方法和思路开展下一步找矿工作。基于详细的矿床地质和短波红外光谱(SWIR)研究,发现黄泥坪金矿床的围岩蚀变主要有黄铁矿化、毒砂化、白云母化、硅化和碳酸盐化,白云母通常呈细小鳞片状分布于毒砂和黄铁矿的周围,金主要以不可见金的形式存在于毒砂和黄铁矿中。汉树沟、山关石、柳树坪和石罐子4个矿段应属同一成矿系统,其中汉树沟和山关石矿段的蚀变矿化期次可分为早期变质成矿期和晚期热液脉成矿期,变质成矿期包括石英多金属硫化物阶段和浸染状毒砂-黄铁矿阶段,热液脉成矿期包括石英-方解石粗脉阶段和毒砂-黄铁矿-方解石细脉阶段。变质成矿期发生了第一次金矿化,热液脉成矿期发生了第二次金矿化。SWIR勘查应用研究发现,矿体上盘千枚岩和下盘变质砂岩中发育较多Al–OH吸收峰位值较大的变质成因多硅白云母,而矿化部位则主要发育Al–OH吸收峰位值较小的热液白云母,Pos2200≤2202.5nm可作为热液白云母族矿物与变质成岩白云母族矿物或者二者混合相(指变质成岩白云母族矿物占主导,含有部分热液白云母族矿物)的大致界线。同时Pos2200≤2202.5 nm,且IC值为1.0~1.5可作为黄泥坪矿床新的勘查指标。本研究可以为认识龙门山北段浅变质沉积岩容矿的金矿床成矿规律和找矿勘查提供新的科学依据。 展开更多
