Challenges and Teaching Reform Strategies in Vocational College Engineering Training Courses

With the rapid development of vocational education,engineering training has become a crucial course for cultivating highly skilled technical professionals,highlighting its importance.However,vocational college engineering training courses still face numerous challenges during the actual teaching process,which affect the effectiveness of course teaching and the enhancement of students’engineering competence.This article thoroughly analyzes the main problems existing in current engineering training course teaching,focusing on four aspects:students’cognitive differences,inadequate course development,poor course adaptability,and limited teaching resources.Based on this analysis and previous research findings,targeted strategies are proposed,including enhancing students’course cognition,clarifying course positioning,improving course adaptability,and optimizing the allocation of teaching resources.Furthermore,this article preliminarily verifies the effectiveness of some reform strategies through a small-scale teaching experiment.This study aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for enhancing the teaching quality of vocational college engineering training courses.

The Management System Innovation, Organizational Reform and Organizational Culture of Colleges and Universities' Adult Trainings

The idea of lifelong education has aroused great concern of domestic researchers for adult non-academic training. Colleges and universities, as the main venue for adult training, provide the basic guarantee for the training of talents in our country. This also makes the social service function of colleges and universities become increasingly prominent under the current social background. However, in the aspects of the management system and organizational reform, the college adult training shall be differentiated from normal talent cultivation and construct an organizational structure with features such as networking and diversification. Only that would lay a good foundation for the development of colleges' adult training industry. Based on this, this study analyzes the management system innovation, organizational change and organizational culture and characteristics of adult training in colleges and hopes to improve the management of adult training in colleges and universities.

Reform and Practice on International Software Talent Training Mode

In view of the increasingly rapid development of global economic integration and combined with the existing modes of training international software engineering talents in China,this paper deeply analyzes and obtains the existing problems in the current teaching process,and proposes various teaching reform measures under the guidance of CDIO higher engineering education thought.Through many years of teaching practice experience,we can find that our reform has achieved remarkable results.

Exploration on the Reform of English Teaching in Universities and Colleges under the Application-oriented Talent Training Mode

With the rapid development of the economy,China’s economic form has also undergone significant changes.In this case,the requirements for talents are getting higher and higher.In the process of cultivating talents,schools must constantly change their educational concepts and cultivate more application-oriented talents for the society.In this context,the reform of university and college English is of great necessity.Based on the importance of application-oriented talent training,this paper analyzes the current situation of English teaching in universities and colleges under the application-oriented talent training mode,and puts forward some specific measures for the reform of English teaching in universities and colleges.

Training System of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents based on University-Enterprise Collaboration

With the continuous development of China's education,the diversification of personnel training has gradually become an important part of China's social development and construction.As a new teaching mode in higher education,the university-enterprise collaborative training mode is an important guarantee for training high-quality,compound and practical professionals.Based on this,first of all,the current situation and problems of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on university-enterprise collaboration and its causes were expounded;then a new innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system based on university-enterprise collaboration was constructed from four aspects of education,practice,training and guidance;finally,the guarantee mechanism of the system was proposed from the aspects of culture,system and law,so as to promote the development of education in China.

The Exploration and Practice of MTI Translation Teaching From the Perspective of Ecological Translatology

In the past 20 years,significant changes have occurred in translation theories and translation studies,in which both Western and Chinese translation theories have played an irreplaceable role.Advancing with The Times,the academic development also puts forward new requirements for translation classroom teaching in Master of Translation and Interpreting(MTI)colleges and universities.It requires it to introduce new academic trends and promote teaching reform actively to meet the purpose of training composite applied translation talents.Ecological translatology,a new subject,has aroused the interest of many Chinese scholars and has become a relatively active local translation theory in China.This study studies translation activities from the perspective of ecological translation studies,combines ecological translation theory with translation teaching,and discusses the classroom reform and innovative development of MTI colleges.

Teaching Team Construction and Teaching Reform of the School of Communication Under the Background of New Liberal Arts - Taking Sichuan University of Media and Communications as an Example

Under the background of new liberal arts,in order to run a major well as well as highlight its characteristics and advantages,private colleges and universities cannot do without the construction of professional teaching teams and teaching reforms.Taking Sichuan University of Media and Communication as an example,a series of explorations and practices has been carried out from the aspects of professional team construction,personnel training objectives,professional curriculum system,professional teaching mode,and professional teaching quality,in which good results have been achieved.On this basis,a training base for journalism and communication talents serving the whole Sichuan Province and even the western region is constructed,so that the results of the project have a certain demonstration and promotion value for the construction and development of similar majors in new institutions of higher learning in Sichuan Province.

Food Microbiology and Safety 实验课的教改探索

该文作者所在大学与新西兰梅西大学合作开展了食品科学与工程专业国际化培养本科教育项目,全英文课程Food Microbiology and Safety是该项目的核心课程之一。该实验课以应用性为前提,以课程思政为引领,强调食品微生物学与食品安全学的融合,中外师资合作开展了系列教学探索与实践。课程设计以食品产品和食品生产为情境,以微生物安全为话题,模拟真实生产场景,丰富内涵和拓展外延;自主设计实验激发主观能动性、自主规划进程锻炼统筹能力、线上资源平台支撑自主学习与评价、随机分组培养团队合作能力。实践表明,课程有效实现了食品微生物学与食品安全学的有机融合,目标驱动型实验教学过程更利于激发学生的主动性,大量综合性和设计性实验提高了课程的两性一度。与同期对照班级相比,该项目所培养学生具有更强的专业素养和实践能力,为食品专业其他实验课程的教学改革提供了参考。

Application status and development of big data in medical education in China

With the development of information technology, big data has been widely used in medical education in China. Through the analysis of the definition, characteristics and development process of big data, summarized the transformation of domestic big data medical education mode compared with the traditional medical education mode in the teaching mode reform, research method innovation, teaching courses optimization, teaching key extension and the teaching quality monitoring. Based on this, this paper expounds the impact and challenge of big data on medical education, and makes an outlook on its development prospect, indicating that the future development of big data will be open, popular and trending. At the same time, some suggestions on further optimization direction of China's big data medical education are put forward.

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence

In recent years,big data and artificial intelligence technologies have developed rapidly.For colleges and universities,artificial intelligence technology can not only be a research topic,but also a tool for higher education reform,providing substantial technical support for the cultivation of innovative talents in universities.Based on artificial intelligence technology,this paper applies artificial intelligence technology to the research of innovative talent training methods on the basis of traditional talent training,and proposes a specific training model framework,and builds a corresponding evaluation system.

The effect of military training on anxiety symptoms in Chinese recruits

Objective To investigate the prevalence of anxiety symptoms in army recruits and the effect of military training on anxiety.Methods A cluster sampling of 1431 new army recruits was conducted.The anxiety level of recruits was determined by Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) and Adult EPQ questionnaires prior to,one month after,and two months after entering basic military training.Self compiled biographic variables of the recruits were collected before the training.Results The highest BAI score(32.71±7.87) was observed 2 days before training,followed by 1 month after training(31.49±7.75) and 2 months after training(29.87±6.95).BAI score before training correlated with neuroticism and extraversion of recruits,the psychological trauma,suicide feeling and frequency of exercise before recruiting.A significant decrease in the percentage of severe symptom of wobbliness in legs,instability to relax,racing heart,dizziness,fear of the worst happening and trembling hands was observed after 1 month and/or 2 months of military training.Conclusion A higher BAI score and percentage of severe anxiety symptoms were observed before the training which correlated with psychological characteristics of recruits as well as the psychological experience before entering training.A combination of early psychological interference and physical exercise could reduce the anxiety.

管理学科人才培养模式改革和创新是新文科建设的重要内容,也是国家战略和社会发展的必然要求。文章从新文科背景下管理学科拔尖创新人才培养新内涵出发,探讨了人才培养的逻辑与路径。进而,结合笔者教学改革实践工作,提出了一套“一二三”式培养理念,即以国家和社会需求以及学科和产业发展趋势为导向,充分利用教育资源与国际高水平学术交流两个平台,以德育知识、专业知识和素质拓展三个模块协同培养,并从课程创新、科研创新、实践创新角度构建了“六位一体”人才培养模式。
