In this study,the effects of reaction parameters on the deep-reduction and carbonization process of WO_(2)-Co to WC-Co were studied.The results indicate that the oxygen loss rate of WO_(2) is positively correlated with temperature and methane partial pressure.The partial pressure of methane has no significant effect on the formation rate of WC.The carbon content and particle size of the product increase with the increase of CH_(4) partial pressure.By synergistically regulating the reaction temperature to 950℃,the CH_(4) partial pressure to 1.25%,and the reaction time to 60 min,ultrafine WC-Co powder without h phase can be obtained.The particle size of the composite powder is 128 nm,with total carbon content of 6.16%,free carbon content of 0.4%,and residual oxygen content of 0.05%,respectively.The growth rate relationship of tungsten carbide is as follows:δ(t)=1.21×10^(-13)exp(-12809.72/T)√t. 展开更多

The powdered activated carbon which had adsorbed phenylglycine solution from pharmaceutics factory can be regenerated by mean of irradiation of high-energy electron beams in oxygen, nitrogen and water vapor respectively. The effects of radiation dose and beam current on regeneration of activated carbon in different atmosphere were studied. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the iodine number of activated carbon were used to monitor the change of carbon adsorption. The results show that the powder activated carbon polluted with phenlglycine could be regenerated effectively by irradiation of high energy electron beams in nitrogen stream. The generation did not need high temperature, and the weight loss of carbon and energy consumption were minimum. 展开更多

多固废协同制备再生可控性低强度材料及其性能研究

可控性低强度材料(CLSM)是一种替代传统级配砂石回填的新型回填材料,具有良好的工作性和力学性能。为了提高CLSM中固废利用率,减少水泥用量,降低工程成本和施工难度,利用再生微粉、矿渣粉等固废材料配合盾构渣土制备CLSM,并通过SEM分析... 可控性低强度材料(CLSM)是一种替代传统级配砂石回填的新型回填材料,具有良好的工作性和力学性能。为了提高CLSM中固废利用率,减少水泥用量,降低工程成本和施工难度,利用再生微粉、矿渣粉等固废材料配合盾构渣土制备CLSM,并通过SEM分析不同配比CLSM水化产物的微观形貌。结果显示,多固废协同制备的CLSM流动度可控制在135~215 mm,抗压强度可控制在3.40~5.93 MPa。再生微粉最佳掺量为20%,矿渣粉最佳掺量为30%,抗压强度最高可达5.93 MPa。再生微粉与矿渣粉复掺可以相互促进,将更多的水泥产物CH转化为C-S-H凝胶物质填补孔隙结构,提高材料结构强度。 展开更多

为了提高PC斜拉桥混凝土构件的力学性能,共设计了18组替代率及水灰比不尽相同再生砖粉浆体的混凝土试件,研究了水灰比和再生砖粉浆体替代率对混凝土试件破坏特征、应力-应变曲线和单轴抗压强度的影响。结果表明,再生砖粉主要由SiO_(2)、... 为了提高PC斜拉桥混凝土构件的力学性能,共设计了18组替代率及水灰比不尽相同再生砖粉浆体的混凝土试件,研究了水灰比和再生砖粉浆体替代率对混凝土试件破坏特征、应力-应变曲线和单轴抗压强度的影响。结果表明,再生砖粉主要由SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)和CaO组成,经过过筛后呈不规则形状。低水灰比条件下,再生砖粉混凝土试件呈现脆性破坏特征,在较高的水灰比条件下,再生砖粉混凝土试件呈韧性断裂特征。在相同水灰比条件下,再生砖粉浆体替代率的升高会增加28 d单轴抗压强度。再生砖粉浆体的添加,可以在混凝土制备过程中与水泥等发生水化反应而形成C-S-H等用于填充混凝土的间隙,且再生砖粉浆体替代率的增加,密实度提高的同时可以抵抗更大的外加应力。 展开更多

【目的】探究减水剂对再生微粉-矿渣-水泥基砂浆(regenerated micro-powder-slag-cement-based mortar,RSCM)流变性能的影响,通过添加减水剂有效利用再生微粉和矿渣粉等固废材料,为解决固废基砂浆在工作性能方面的不足提供方案。【方法... 【目的】探究减水剂对再生微粉-矿渣-水泥基砂浆(regenerated micro-powder-slag-cement-based mortar,RSCM)流变性能的影响,通过添加减水剂有效利用再生微粉和矿渣粉等固废材料,为解决固废基砂浆在工作性能方面的不足提供方案。【方法】使用3种不同减水剂(萘系、三聚氰胺系和聚羧酸系),研究在不同掺量下RSCM流变性能的变化规律,计算RSCM的触变环面积、屈服应力、塑性黏度和水膜层厚度,建立水膜层厚度对于浆体屈服应力的预测模型。【结果】随着减水剂掺量的增加,RSCM的触变环面积、屈服应力和塑性黏度减小,而水膜层厚度增加;三聚氰胺系减水剂对流变性能的改善效果最明显,在三聚氰胺系减水剂质量分数为0.6%时,RSCM的触变环面积为2660 Pa/s,屈服应力达到74.7 Pa、塑性黏度达到2.79 Pa·s,水膜层厚度为0.67μm;若减水剂用量持续增加,RSCM将变得很稀,不能应用于实际工程;RSCM的水膜层厚度与屈服应力呈函数关系。【结论】3种减水剂中,选择三聚氰胺系减水剂是比较合适的;RSCM的水膜层厚度与屈服应力的关系模型具有较高的精度和适用性。 展开更多

为实现水厂废生物活性炭资源化利用,本文将废生物活性炭研磨成粉末炭,探讨热再生温度对粉末炭理化性质的影响,观测再生粉末炭对水中典型有机污染物的去除效能。结果表明:粉末炭的热解经历了水分子脱附(35~105℃)、易挥发有机物脱附(105~... 为实现水厂废生物活性炭资源化利用,本文将废生物活性炭研磨成粉末炭,探讨热再生温度对粉末炭理化性质的影响,观测再生粉末炭对水中典型有机污染物的去除效能。结果表明:粉末炭的热解经历了水分子脱附(35~105℃)、易挥发有机物脱附(105~400℃)和沸点较高有机物热解(400~735℃)3个过程;热再生能够显著恢复粉末炭的孔隙结构,碘值、亚甲基蓝值的恢复率分别达到83.1%、75.9%,并且恢复率随着再生温度升高逐渐升高;热再生会导致粉末炭的酸性官能团含量减少,碱性官能团含量增加,而表面氧元素含量随着再生温度升高先增加后降低;热再生降低了粉末炭水溶性有机物浸出;通过热再生能够显著提升粉末炭对原水中典型有机污染物的控制效果,有机污染物去除率提高了7.7%~35.9%。 展开更多

We studied the effects of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder on Bax and Bcl-2 expression and neuronal apoptosis in pentylenetetrazole-kindled epileptic rats. Sixty adult rats were randomly divided into a control group, an epileptic group (kindled) and three medication groups (150,300 450 mg/kg given to kindled rats). Bax and Bcl-2 immunohistochemistry and TUNEL labeling showed that the number of Bax- and TUNEL-positive cells in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex decreased significantly in the high-dose medication group, while the number of Bcl-2 immunoreactive cells increased. The Morris water maze test showed that high-dose treatment significantly shortened escape latency and increased spatial probe trial performance. Our findings indicate that a high dose of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder upregulates the expression of antiapoptotic Bcl-2 protein in the hippocampus and cerebral cortex, inhibits proapoptotic Bax expression, and decreases seizure-induced neuronal apoptosis. Further, Ganoderma lucidum appears to protect against epilepsy-related learning and memory impairments. 展开更多

In this study, rat models of Parkinson's disease induced by substantia nigra injection of 6-hydroxy-dopamine were intragastrically administered Zhichan powder daily for 50 days. Reverse transcription PCR results showed that tyrosine hydroxylase mRNA expression in the rat substantia nigra was significantly increased, while monoamine oxidase B mRNA expression was significantly decreased in the Zhichan powder group, compared with the model group. In addition, the levels of striatal dopamine and homovanillic acid, the ratio of dopamine to homovanillic acid, and the activity of blood superoxide dismutase were all higher in the Zhichan powder group than in the model group but the content of malondialdehyde in blood was lower. Our experimental findings indicate that Zhichan powder has an antioxidant effect, it can regulate the expression of monoamine oxidase B and tyrosine hydroxylase in the substantia nigra of Parkinson's disease rats, and it can facilitate the secretion of striatal dopamine and its metabolite homovanillic acid. 展开更多

Previous studies have shown that Zhichan powder elevated immunity and suppressed oxidation in mice. Rat models of Parkinson's disease were induced by stereotaxically injecting 6-hydroxydopamine into the substantia nigra. The rat models were intragastrically treated with Zhichan powder, which is composed of milkvetch root, ginseng, bunge swallowwort root, himalayan teasel root. Magnolia officinalis, Ligustrum lucidum Ait. and szechwan Iovage rhizome. Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-PCR results demonstrated that mRNA and protein expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor 1, Fas, caspase-8, cvtochrome C, Bax, casDase-3, and p53 significantly increased, but Bcl-2 expression significantly decreased in the substantia nigra of rats with Parkinson's disease. Following Zhichan powder administration, mRNA and protein expression of tumor necrosis factor receptor 1, Fas, caspase-8, cytochrome C, Bax, caspase-3, and p53 diminished, but Bcl-2 expression increased in the rat substantia nigra. These results indicate that Zhichan powder regulates signal transduction protein expression, inhibits apoptosis, and exerts therapeutic effects on Parkinson's disease. 展开更多

Nanocrystalline WC-Co composite powder and coated tungsten diamond by using vacuum vapor deposition were consolidated by the spark plasma sintering (SPS) process to prepare diamond-enhanced WC-Co cemented carbide composite materials. The interface microstructures between coated tungsten diamond and WC-Co cemented carbide matrix were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDXS). The results showed that there is a transitional layer between the diamond and the matrix, in which the carbon content is 62.97wt.%, and the content of cobalt in the transitional zone is 6.19wt.%; the content of cobalt in the WC-Co cemented carbide matrix is 6.07wt.%, in which the carbon content is 15.95wt.%, and the content of cobalt on the surface of diamond is 7.30wt.%, in which the carbon content is 80.38wt.%. The transitional zone prevents the carbon atom of the diamond from spreading to the matrix, in which the carbon content does coincide with the theoretical value of the raw nanocomposite powders, and the carbon content forms a graded distribution among the matrix, transitional zone, and the surface of diamond; after the 1280℃ SPS consolidated process the diamond still maintains a very good crystal shape, the coated tungsten on the surface of the diamond improves thermal stability of the diamond and increases the bonding strength of the interface between the diamond and the matrix. 展开更多

采用粉末活性炭活性污泥法(PACT)-湿式氧化再生(WAR)工艺处理某石化企业含油、含盐污水,处理规模均为500 m^(3)/h。针对装置运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析和优化,工程运行监测结果表明:该工艺脱氮除碳能力强且耐负荷冲击;含油污水处... 采用粉末活性炭活性污泥法(PACT)-湿式氧化再生(WAR)工艺处理某石化企业含油、含盐污水,处理规模均为500 m^(3)/h。针对装置运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析和优化,工程运行监测结果表明:该工艺脱氮除碳能力强且耐负荷冲击;含油污水处理后出水COD为36.8 mg/L,降低率为87.8%,氨氮平均质量浓度为0.3 mg/L,平均去除率为97.2%;含盐污水处理后出水COD为48.4 mg/L,降低率为89.9%,氨氮平均质量浓度为0.4 mg/L,平均去除率为98.0%,达到了装置出水水质指标要求;污水处理直接运行成本为3.07元m^(3),且实现了装置废气达标排放、生化剩余污泥近零排放,具有较好的示范作用。 展开更多
