A preliminary study on criteria weights for a library's digital resource selection:From the viewpoints of both users and librarians

Through investigating both users' and librarians' perceptions of the relative importance of the major criteria governing the selection of digital resources, we attempted to develop a criterion weight framework for a library's selection of digital resources, which can meet both the users' requirements and the library's goal of developing digital collections. The respective weight of each specific criterion is decided through the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) Method. The findings of this study indicate that, when assigning weights to the selection criteria, it is important to consult the opinions of a wide crosssection of people, especially the views of different users. As a result, the digital resource selection system characterized by the criteria weights can reflect more comprehensively the users' requirements, and meanwhile it enables librarians' more rational selection of digital resources.

Establishing an academic digital library& information system in China: The case of CADLIS

China Academic Digital Library & Information System(CADLIS) was established as a public service system in 1996. Its mission is to improve the resource sharing for China's higher education. The framework of CADLIS is constructed to allow easy interconnection and interoperability. This paper presents an introduction to the portal,academic resources, bibliographic system, service network, digital library technical platform,standards and criteria of CADLIS as well.

General review of National Digital Library development in the National Library of China

As an important part of National Digital Library(NDL),the National Digital Library Project(NDLP),which was launched in 2005,has attracted wide attention of the society in general.This paper introduces the general situation of the project from the following aspects,namely,the characteristics,objectives and contents.It also expounds on the basic ideas and the overall structure of the project and gives an introduction to the design of its basic platform,its application platform,its business management system and its standardization control system.In this paper,the digital resources construction and service delivery of the National Library of China(NLC)are introduced to cover both its present operation as well as those in conjunction with the opening of its new library building during its second-phase of library development.Finally,the most important and difficult point in the construction of the National Digital Library Project is analyzed from the following four perspectives:1)The long-term preservation of digital resources;2)the construction of knowledge organization system;3)the organic integration of the digital library and the traditional library;and 4)the risk of project management and system integration.

Metropolitan digital library services evaluation: Measures and approaches

This paper reviews the evaluation model and measurements according to metropolitan digital library activities. Through literature review and historical research, the authors argue that the evaluation of the digital library(DL) is still in a research stage and not yet of value to the real achievement of the DL in operation. Because of the variety of the understandings of the digital library and the complexity of the technical factors, we can put forward a set of reference models, measurements and approaches to combine with the various researches on the evaluation theory and practice in the digital library area. The authors primarily discuss and conclude with a digital library evaluation model and measurement index system according to the requirements of the world metropolitan libraries.

A framework for basic administrative metadata in digital libraries

Administrative metadata means the expansion of the metadata research to the administrative level of resource development. Based on the basic administrative sections in the information resource lifecycle(IRL), the framework for basic administrative metadata(FBAM) is helpful in constructing open interoperable platforms for acquisition, processing and services of information resources in digital libraries. It facilitates the seamless communication, the cooperative construction and management, and the sharing of digital resources.The formulation of FBAM follows the principles of modularity and openness that promote interoperability in resource management. It also adopts the structured methodology of information system design, with which the FBAM data model is developed in conformity with <indecs> and PREMIS. The capabilities of FBAM are driven by a metadata repository with administrative information that is contained in FBAM records.

Design and Application of Homework Digitization Resources Based on Knowledge Management

An investigative report on current long-term digital preservation situation among major Chinese libraries

The paper reports a survey on the attitudes,arrangements,and operational model of more than 40 major Chinese libraries(CL)on long-term digital preservation.It reveals that digital preservation becomes an urgent concern for these libraries in our survey.Most of these libraries take a pro-active approach to the issue and most of them are in favor of participation in a certain collaborative preservation system,though a few still remain in a wait-and-see posture.

在高校教育数字化转型背景下,如何用好虚拟仿真实验教学课程资源是各高校亟待解决的问题。该文分析了虚拟仿真实验教学课程资源在共享过程中所面临的问题,在遵循“系统联通、高效协同、资源整合、技术支撑、分步建设、不断拓展”原则基础上,研究和设计了基于数字技术的虚拟仿真实验教学共享平台架构及功能模块。该平台包含丰富的实验教学课程资源库,实现了与人事、教务管理系统对接,引入了大数据分析技术,既满足了学生个性化学习需要,也帮助教师不断提高教学质量。

数字基础设施对区域创新资源配置效率的影响研究——基于资源错配的视角

在当前数字经济快速发展的背景下,考察数字基础设施对区域创新资源配置效率的改善作用具有重要意义。基于资源错配的理论框架,文章构建了一个包含资本、劳动要素错配项的区域创新资源配置效率计算模型,采用中介效应模型实证检验了数字基础设施对区域创新资源配置效率的影响并论证其作用机制。研究发现,数字基础设施建设通过改善区域资本、劳动要素的资源错配显著提升了区域创新资源配置效率,其对区域资本要素错配的改善作用尤为显著。区域异质性分析结果表明,数字基础设施对区域创新资源配置效率的提升作用存在着明显的地区差异。文章针对数字经济发展水平不同的区域分别提出了对应的政策建议,以更好发挥数字基础设施建设对创新资源配置效率的提升作用。

发展新质生产力视域下高校图书馆数字资源引入评价研究——基于Kano模型的用户需求分析视角

文章采用文献调查和专家咨询方法,基于用户需求视角,构建包括5项一级指标和28项二级指标的高校图书馆数字资源引入评价指标体系;以Kano模型理论为指导设计调查问卷,并面向高校图书馆工科用户发放;将调查结果进行传统Kano模型归类、混合归类及Better-Worse指数归类分析,得出数字资源引入评价指标优先序;结合指标需求属性归类结果和优先序为高校图书馆数字资源引入评价工作提出建议,即聚焦用户的多元需求,把握评价指标需求属性的周期变化,关注混合类指标的综合管理策略,构建数字资源引入的完整评价体系。

职业院校汉语言专业数字化转型的实践策略

随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化转型已成为各行各业不可逆转的趋势,教育领域也不例外。教育数字化转型的核心价值在于能够显著提升教育效率与质量,实现教育资源的优化配置。职业院校汉语言专业数字化转型,不仅是提升专业课程教学质量、创新教学模式的关键,也是适应新时代人才培养要求的必由之路。当前,职业院校汉语言专业数字化转型中,存在着教师体系不完善、课程设置存在滞后性、缺乏数字化教学模式以及资源共享机制不健全等问题。基于此,文章从转型需求分析、转型目标设定、转型路径规划3个维度构建了汉语言专业数字化转型的框架,并提出了加强教师培训以提升其数字化素养,优化课程体系以融入数字化元素,构建数字化教学模式以激发学生创造力等具体应用策略。

高校图书馆数字资源违规使用对策设计及其仿真校验

[目的/意义]高校图书馆数字资源违规使用治理政策涉及多方利益主体博弈,单一维度的分析视角无法从系统层面有效调和并解决这一矛盾冲突。[方法/过程]本文采用演化博弈理论框架,构建数据供应商、高校图书馆和用户的三方演化博弈模型,探究各主体的行为模式及其均衡稳定策略。通过构建层次结构模型对参数赋值,以提升仿真分析结果的可靠性和真实性。随后通过MATLAB仿真实验,剖析了各类因素对于演化博弈的影响机制与作用路径,厘清利益对象间的动态交互关系和关联结构。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,该博弈模型呈现出两种不同的演化稳定策略状态,并基于数据资源违规使用的现状,分别从三方博弈主体提出针对性的意见。
