高校实验室PAR事故致因模型构建及应用

高校实验室是集聚和培养优秀专业人才、开展高水平科学研究的重要基地,但目前仍面临较多安全管理难题。现以“中科院某研究所高压反应釜爆炸事故”为例,采用PAR事故致因模型开展高校实验室安全管理研究,以安全感知—安全分析—安全应答(... 高校实验室是集聚和培养优秀专业人才、开展高水平科学研究的重要基地,但目前仍面临较多安全管理难题。现以“中科院某研究所高压反应釜爆炸事故”为例,采用PAR事故致因模型开展高校实验室安全管理研究,以安全感知—安全分析—安全应答(PAR)为节点,对实验室建设与管理处、中心实验室、实验室操作主体3个层面进行分析。研究表明,PAR模型能充分发挥安全信息的交流作用,从宏观、中观、微观3个层面进行事故致因分析,为完善实验室事故分析体系等提供有效支撑。本研究对高校实验室安全管理的安全信息分析和风险防控提供参考,对实验室安全管理有一定理论指导意义。 展开更多

【目的】旨在探究PARP-1信号及其介导的PAR化修饰水平在染料木素促进卵泡发育和抑制卵泡闭锁进程中的相关性,丰富染料木素等类雌激素物质作用于雌性哺乳动物卵巢卵泡发生的作用机制,以期为种畜高产日粮配方的研制提供科学指导。【方法】... 【目的】旨在探究PARP-1信号及其介导的PAR化修饰水平在染料木素促进卵泡发育和抑制卵泡闭锁进程中的相关性,丰富染料木素等类雌激素物质作用于雌性哺乳动物卵巢卵泡发生的作用机制,以期为种畜高产日粮配方的研制提供科学指导。【方法】以21 d雌性昆明小鼠为试验动物,采用腹腔注射25,50,100 mg/kg不同剂量染料木素,每日定点注射1次,连续7 d,采集卵巢组织和血清,采用免疫组织化学法检测PARP-1蛋白在卵巢组织内的表达特征,并运用Western blot对卵巢组织内PARP-1蛋白及pADPr进行定量。结合凋亡指示蛋白Cleaved-caspase3、雌二醇(E2)水平、类固醇合成酶CYP19A1和HSD17B1,综合分析PARP-1信号及其介导的PAR化修饰信号是如何参与染料木素抑制卵泡闭锁、促进卵泡发育进程。【结果】免疫组织化学染色显示,PARP-1阳染主要发生在原始卵泡、初级卵泡、次级卵泡、有腔卵泡中的健康颗粒细胞核和卵母细胞,卵泡膜细胞次之,但在Cleaved-caspase3阳染的凋亡细胞中PARP-1不表达。Western blot结果显示,50 mg/kg染料木素处理组PARP-1解离片段(89 ku)的表达量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),但PARP-1全段(116 ku)表达量在各剂量组无显著差异(P>0.05)。其次,50 mg/kg染料木素处理组的pADPr的表达量在15 ku以下、25 ku以及35~45 ku这3个区域内均显著低于对照组、25 mg/kg和100 mg/kg剂量组(P<0.05),100 mg/kg剂量组的pADPr仅在25 ku区域处表达量较对照组和25 mg/kg剂量组显著降低(P<0.05)。然而,较对照组,Cleaved-caspase3的表达量在25 mg/kg和50 mg/kg染料木素处理组呈现剂量依赖性下降,且在50 mg/kg剂量组差异显著(P<0.05);E2水平较对照组亦呈现剂量依赖性上升且差异显著(P<0.05),但雌激素合成酶CYP19A1和HSD17B1的表达无显著变化(P>0.05)。【结论】PARP-1广泛存在于哺乳动物卵巢内健康的颗粒细胞、卵泡细胞和膜细胞中,可能通过催化pADPr的合成,介导卵巢内的能量代谢、细胞凋亡以及类固醇激素合成等胞内活动,参与染料木素等类雌激素物质干扰卵巢卵泡发生进程。 展开更多

Non-rigid registration of point clouds is still far from stable,especially for the largely deformed one.Sparse initial correspondences are often adopted to facilitate the process.However,there are few studies on how to build them automatically.Therefore,in this paper,we propose a robust method to compute such priors automatically,where a global and local combined strategy is adopted.These priors in different degrees of deformation are obtained by the locally geometrical-consistent point matches from the globally structural-consistent region correspondences.To further utilize the matches,this paper also proposes a novel registration method based on the Coherent Point Drift framework.This method takes both the spatial proximity and local structural consistency of the priors as supervision of the registration process and thus obtains a robust alignment for clouds with significantly different deformations.Qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method. 展开更多

Multi-modal histological image registration tasks pose significant challenges due to tissue staining operations causing partial loss and folding of tissue.Convolutional neural network(CNN)and generative adversarial network(GAN)are pivotal inmedical image registration.However,existing methods often struggle with severe interference and deformation,as seen in histological images of conditions like Cushing’s disease.We argue that the failure of current approaches lies in underutilizing the feature extraction capability of the discriminator inGAN.In this study,we propose a novel multi-modal registration approach GAN-DIRNet based on GAN for deformable histological image registration.To begin with,the discriminators of two GANs are embedded as a new dual parallel feature extraction module into the unsupervised registration networks,characterized by implicitly extracting feature descriptors of specific modalities.Additionally,modal feature description layers and registration layers collaborate in unsupervised optimization,facilitating faster convergence and more precise results.Lastly,experiments and evaluations were conducted on the registration of the Mixed National Institute of Standards and Technology database(MNIST),eight publicly available datasets of histological sections and the Clustering-Registration-Classification-Segmentation(CRCS)dataset on the Cushing’s disease.Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed GAN-DIRNet method surpasses existing approaches like DIRNet in terms of both registration accuracy and time efficiency,while also exhibiting robustness across different image types. 展开更多

Many deep learning-based registration methods rely on a single-stream encoder-decoder network for computing deformation fields between 3D volumes.However,these methods often lack constraint information and overlook semantic consistency,limiting their performance.To address these issues,we present a novel approach for medical image registration called theDual-VoxelMorph,featuring a dual-channel cross-constraint network.This innovative network utilizes both intensity and segmentation images,which share identical semantic information and feature representations.Two encoder-decoder structures calculate deformation fields for intensity and segmentation images,as generated by the dual-channel cross-constraint network.This design facilitates bidirectional communication between grayscale and segmentation information,enabling the model to better learn the corresponding grayscale and segmentation details of the same anatomical structures.To ensure semantic and directional consistency,we introduce constraints and apply the cosine similarity function to enhance semantic consistency.Evaluation on four public datasets demonstrates superior performance compared to the baselinemethod,achieving Dice scores of 79.9%,64.5%,69.9%,and 63.5%for OASIS-1,OASIS-3,LPBA40,and ADNI,respectively. 展开更多

A harmonisation approach to traditional Chinese medicine registration in Asian countries

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry is critical to not only for public health but also for economic growth.According to the European Union(EU)directives,under the EU framework for(traditional)herbal medicinal products,herbal medicines with long history of use can be registered in EU.However,there is a condition in this directive in which only those that have at least 10e15 years in the EU market are accepted for registration and/or marketing authorization.In author opinion,the condition of 10-15 years of use in EU countries set within the EU regulatory framework is with consideration of the genetic differences which can result in variation in adverse drug responses among different world populations.With this concept in mind,it is reasonable to project the principal of the EU directive to the Asian countries where TCM is originated.Countries like China,Singapore,Japan and South Korea that have well established drug registration framework are in best position in executing the best practice and facilitate harmonization of registration for TCM within the region.Furthermore,the registration process itself allows more safety and efficacy data to be collected systemically before and after product registration/marketing authorization.These are valuable information for future drug development.The therapeutic value of TCM is limitless,it has been left out in the EU regulatory framework,and the opportunity for it to be expanded and carried forward in modern medicines is shadowed by the limited number of TCM that are qualified to be registered under the EU regulatory framework.An early establishment of a harmonized risk-based registration process for TCM in Asian countries is important.This will strengthen the database to substantiate the history of safe use and further preserving and expanding the therapeutic values of TCM within and beyond the Asian region. 展开更多

●AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of early lens extraction during pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)for proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)compared to those of PPV with subsequent cataract surgery.●METHODS:T... ●AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of early lens extraction during pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)for proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)compared to those of PPV with subsequent cataract surgery.●METHODS:This multicenter randomized controlled trial was conducted in three Chinese hospitals on patients with PDR,aged>45y,with mild cataracts.The participants were randomly assigned to the combined(PPV combined with simultaneously cataract surgery,i.e.,phacovitrectomy)or subsequent(PPV with subsequent cataract surgery 6mo later)group and followed up for 12mo.The primary outcome was the change in best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA)from baseline to 6mo,and the secondary outcomes included complication rates and medical expenses.●RESULTS:In total,129 patients with PDR were recruited and equally randomized(66 and 63 in the combined and subsequent groups respectively).The change in BCVA in the combined group[mean,36.90 letters;95%confidence interval(CI),30.35–43.45]was significantly better(adjusted difference,16.43;95%CI,8.77–24.08;P<0.001)than in the subsequent group(mean,22.40 letters;95%CI,15.55–29.24)6mo after the PPV,with no significant difference between the two groups at 12mo.The overall surgical risk of two sequential surgeries was significantly higher than that of the combined surgery for neovascular glaucoma(17.65%vs 3.77%,P=0.005).No significant differences were found in the photocoagulation spots,surgical time,and economic expenses between two groups.In the subsequent group,the duration of work incapacity(22.54±9.11d)was significantly longer(P<0.001)than that of the combined group(12.44±6.48d).●CONCLUSION:PDR patients aged over 45y with mild cataract can also benefit from early lens extraction during PPV with gratifying effectiveness,safety and convenience,compared to sequential surgeries. 展开更多

Optimization of the Use of Spherical Targets for Point Cloud Registration Using Monte Carlo Simulation

Registrations based on the manual placement of spherical targets are still being employed by many professionals in the industry.However,the placement of those targets usually relies solely on personal experience without scientific evidence supported by numerical analysis.This paper presents a comprehensive investigation,based on Monte Carlo simulation,into determining the optimal number and positions for efficient target placement in typical scenes consisting of a pair of facades.It demonstrates new check-up statistical rules and geometrical constraints that can effectively extract and analyze massive simulations of unregistered point clouds and their corresponding registrations.More than 6×10^(7) sets of the registrations were simulated,whereas more than IOO registrations with real data were used to verify the results of simulation.The results indicated that using five spherical targets is the best choice for the registration of a large typical registration site consisting of two vertical facades and a ground,when there is only a box set of spherical targets available.As a result,the users can avoid placing extra targets to achieve insignificant improvements in registration accuracy.The results also suggest that the higher registration accuracy can be obtained when the ratio between the facade-to-target distance and target-to-scanner distance is approximately 3:2.Therefore,the targets should be placed closer to the scanner rather than in the middle between the facades and the scanner,contradicting to the traditional thought. Besides,the results reveal that the accuracy can be increased by setting the largest projected triangular area of the targets to be large. 展开更多

Objective To analyze the research status and hot spots in the field of drug registration in China,and to provide some suggestions for the follow-up research.Methods CiteSpace was used to conduct literature quantitative analysis on 684 related articles from 2012 to 2022,and the knowledge map was drawn.Based on this,the main characteristics and development trends of the related studies were summarized.Results and Conclusion The number of articles published was closely related to the regulatory policy of drug registration reform.The authors of these articles did not have good continuity.Besides,research hot spots were closely related to the actual work,which was mainly around the improvement of the review and approval policy,encouraging innovative drug research and development,improving the level of new drug development and other directions.The follow-up studies should further strengthen the continuity of research and inter-agency collaboration.In addition,biomedical registration may become a new research focus in the future. 展开更多

The Impact of Simulation Education on Self-Efficacy in Pre-Registration Nursing Students

This literature review primarily aims to explore and synthesise the previous studies in simulation education research conducted over the past five years related to the effects of simulation training on the self-efficacy of undergraduate pre-registration nursing students. The second aim of this study is to explore additional outcome variables that were examined in the previous studies. Five electronic databases were searched systematically. These databases were MEDLINE, CINAHL Plus, Scopus, Embase and PsycINFO. The PICO model was employed to identify the search terms, with a thesaurus being used to provide synonyms. Reference lists of relevant articles were examined and hand searches of journals were also undertaken. The quality of each study was assessed using the Simulation Research Rubric (SRR). A total of 11 studies were included. All studies explored the impact of simulation education on undergraduate pre-registration nursing. Six studies explored nursing students’ competence and performance and two papers examined their critical thinking. Problem solving, learning motivation, communication skills and knowledge acquisition were examined once. The majority of studies indicated that simulation training has a positive impact on pre-registration nursing students’ self-efficacy and other outcome variables. Furthermore, the study results indicate that simulation training is more dependable than traditional training, and students were extremely satisfied with the simulation training. However, most of the studies included in this review had several gaps, including study design, sample size and dissimilarities between the scales used. Further research with large samples, reliable and valid instruments, and outcomes measures (such as critical thinking and transferability of skills) is required to provide better insight into the effectiveness of simulation in undergraduate nursing education. . 展开更多

[目的]验证腹部推拿防治腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)模型大鼠内脏高敏感的效果,阐明其作用途径与机制。[方法]40只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、腹部推拿组、西药组,每组10只。采用母婴分离结合慢性应激法制备IBS-D大鼠模型。应用腹壁撤退评分评价干预效果。采用甲苯胺蓝染色观察结肠组织肥大细胞(MC)聚集数量及状态。利用免疫组化及蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)法分别检测胰蛋白酶(Tryptase)颗粒分布、结肠组织中蛋白酶激活受体2(PAR2)和蛋白激酶Cε(PKCε)蛋白表达。[结果]与模型组比较,腹部推拿组和西药组腹壁撤退反射评分(AWR)明显降低(P<0.05)。镜下显示,模型组MC形态不规则,计数及密度显著高于空白组;腹部推拿组、西药组与模型组相比,MC计数降低、密度减少(P<0.01)。免疫组化检测发现与模型组相比,腹部推拿组、西药组MC Tryptase颗粒分布明显降低(P<0.01);Western blot检测发现与模型组相比,腹部推拿组和西药组的PAR2、PKCε表达量均显著降低(P<0.01)。[结论]腹部推拿作用于腹部,可能通过活化肠道MC,调控其脱颗粒,降低Tryptase释放,并借助Tryptase-PAR2-PKCε通路,进而改善IBS-D模型大鼠肠道高敏感性作用机制。 展开更多

Estimating an accurate six-degree-of-freedom(6-Do F)pose from correspondences with outliers remains a critical issue to 3D rigid registration.Random sample consensus(RANSAC)and its variants are popular solutions to this problem.Although there have been a number of RANSAC-fashion estimators,two issues remain unsolved.First,it is unclear which estimator is more appropriate to a particular application.Second,the impacts of different sampling strategies,hypothesis generation methods,hypothesis evaluation metrics,and stop criteria on the overall estimators remain ambiguous.This work fills these gaps by first considering six existing RANSAC-fashion methods and then proposing eight variants for a comprehensive evaluation.The objective is to thoroughly compare estimators in the RANSAC family,and evaluate the effects of each key stage on the eventual 6-Do F pose estimation performance.Experiments have been carried out on four standard datasets with different application scenarios,data modalities,and nuisances.They provide us with input correspondence sets with a variety of inlier ratios,spatial distributions,and scales.Based on the experimental results,we summarize remarkable outcomes and valuable findings,so as to give practical instructions to real-world applications,and highlight current bottlenecks and potential solutions in this research realm. 展开更多

Mutual information (MI), a popular similarity metric, is a reliable criterion for medical image registration. In this paper, we present an improved method for multimodal image registration based on maximization of a new form of normalized MI incorporating particle swarm optimization, PSO, as a searching strategy. 目的 研究红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(su-PAR)对重度创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者预后的评估价值。方法 120例TBI患者根据格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)分为重度组64例、轻中度组56例,另... 目的 研究红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(su-PAR)对重度创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者预后的评估价值。方法 120例TBI患者根据格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)分为重度组64例、轻中度组56例,另选50例健康者为对照组。比较各组血清RDW、PDW及su-PAR水平,ROC曲线分析其在预测重度TBI患者预后中的价值。结果 重度组相较于轻中度组和对照组,RDW和PDW水平均升高,三组su-PAR依次下降(P<0.05)。随访3个月,重度组预后不良33例,预后不良组RDW、PDW及su-PAR均高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。重度组RDW、PDW、su-PAR与入院时GCS评分呈负相关(P<0.05),su-PAR与RDW和PDW呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析发现,三指标联合预测重度TBI患者预后不良的价值最高。结论 重度TBI患者RDW、PDW及su-PAR均异常升高,可作为评估TBI病情及预后的潜在指标。 展开更多

目的:探讨PAR指数联合头影测量在成年轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形疗效评价中的价值。方法:选择65例成年轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]者,依据治疗方法分为正畸掩饰性治疗组(C组)与正畸-正颌联合治疗组(S组),分别比较各组内治疗前后PAR指数及... 目的:探讨PAR指数联合头影测量在成年轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形疗效评价中的价值。方法:选择65例成年轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]者,依据治疗方法分为正畸掩饰性治疗组(C组)与正畸-正颌联合治疗组(S组),分别比较各组内治疗前后PAR指数及头影测量值差异,再比较2组间治疗前后PAR指数及头影测量差值差异,综合各项指标进行疗效评价。采用SPSS 25.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:PAR指数中,C组及S组治疗后牙排列、咬合、覆盖、覆[牙合]、中线、总分值及权重总分值均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.001),S组左右颊侧咬合及总后牙咬合治疗前后差值显著大于C组(P<0.001)。头影测量指标中,C组治疗前后SNA、NA-PA、L1-NB、U1-L1、U1-SN、L1-MP差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),S组治疗前后SNA、SNB、ANB、NP-FH、NA-PA、L1-NB、U1-L1、U1-SN、L1-MP差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。S组SNB、ANB、NP-FH治疗前后差值显著大于C组(P<0.001)。结论:2种治疗方法对成年轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形均有疗效。在后牙咬合关系、下颌骨相对于颅部位置关系、上下颌骨对颅部的相互位置关系及下颌突缩程度方面,正畸-正颌联合治疗效果优于掩饰性治疗。PAR指数联合头影测量可以有效判断成年轻中度骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形疗效,是一种较好的评价方法。 展开更多

The mean Hausdorff distance, though highly applicable in image registration, does not work well on partial matching images. An improvement upon traditional Hausdorff-distance-based image registration method is proposed, which consists of the following two aspects. One is to estimate transformation parameters between two images from the distributions of geometric property differences instead of establishing explicit feature correspondences. This procedure is treated as the pre-registration. The other aspect is that mean Hausdorff distance computation is replaced with the analysis of the second difference of generalized Hausdorff distance so as to eliminate the redundant points. Experimental results show that our registration method outperforms the method based on mean Hausdorff distance. The registration errors are noticeably reduced in the partial matching images. 展开更多

目的探讨疏肝和胃方对胃食管反流病(GERD)大鼠食管组织中蛋白酶激活受体2(PAR-2)、炎性因子和紧密连接蛋白(Claudin)表达的影响。方法采用完全随机法将SD大鼠随机分为4组(正常组、模型组、中药组及西药组),并行下食管括约肌切开术加十... 目的探讨疏肝和胃方对胃食管反流病(GERD)大鼠食管组织中蛋白酶激活受体2(PAR-2)、炎性因子和紧密连接蛋白(Claudin)表达的影响。方法采用完全随机法将SD大鼠随机分为4组(正常组、模型组、中药组及西药组),并行下食管括约肌切开术加十二指肠半结扎术建立GERD模型。中药组予疏肝和胃方灌胃;西药组予雷贝拉唑灌胃;正常组及模型组予等量的生理盐水灌胃。予HE染色观察食管组织病理改变,予免疫组织化学和Western Blot检测食管组织中PAR-2、Claudin1及Claudin4蛋白表达,ELISA检测食管组织中血小板活化因子(PAF)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)表达。结果正常组大鼠黏膜及肌层无病理改变;模型组大鼠食管下段见鳞状上皮增生,黏膜下见中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞,固有层见乳头节,食管肌层也可见不同程度炎性细胞浸润;与模型组相比,中药组大鼠食管黏膜结构轻度改变,未见明显局部糜烂及鳞状上皮增生,仅见少量炎性细胞浸润;西药组可见炎性细胞浸润且部分可见鳞状上皮增生及糜烂。与正常组相比,PAR-2、IL-8和IL-1β显著增加(P<0.05),PAF呈增加趋势(P>0.05),Claudian1和Claudin4显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,中药组PAR-2、IL-8和IL-1β显著降低(P<0.05),PAF呈降低趋势(P>0.05),Claudian1和Claudin4表达显著增加(P<0.05),西药组PAR-2、IL-8和IL-1β显著降低(P<0.05),PAF呈下降趋势(P>0.05),Claudian1和Claudin4呈增加趋势(P>0.05);西药组PAR-2、IL-8、IL-1β、PAF表达高于中药组,Claudian1和Claudin4表达显著低于中药组。结论GERD通过PAR-2激活、食管黏膜炎症传导的关联途径,影响紧密连接蛋白表达,导致食管黏膜损伤。疏肝和胃方通过调控PAR-2传导途径和作用靶点,可一定程度上减轻GERD模型大鼠食管黏膜损伤,为临床治疗GERD提供了可靠的实验依据。 展开更多

Compared with the pair-wise registration of point clouds,multi-view point cloud registration is much less studied.In this dissertation,a disordered multi-view point cloud registration method based on the soft trimmed deep network is proposed.In this method,firstly,the expression ability of feature extraction module is improved and the registration accuracy is increased by enhancing feature extraction network with the point pair feature.Secondly,neighborhood and angle similarities are used to measure the consistency of candidate points to surrounding neighborhoods.By combining distance consistency and high dimensional feature consistency,our network introduces the confidence estimation module of registration,so the point cloud trimmed problem can be converted to candidate for the degree of confidence estimation problem,achieving the pair-wise registration of partially overlapping point clouds.Thirdly,the results from pair-wise registration are fed into the model fusion to achieve the rough registration of multi-view point clouds.Finally,the hierarchical clustering is used to iteratively optimize the clustering center model by gradually increasing the number of clustering categories and performing clustering and registration alternately.This method achieves rough point cloud registration quickly in the early stage,improves the accuracy of multi-view point cloud registration in the later stage,and makes full use of global information to achieve robust and accurate multi-view registration without initial value. 展开更多

AIM:To observe ocular surface changes after phacovitrectomy in patients with mild to moderate meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)-type dry eye and track clinical treatment response using a Keratograph 5M and a Lipi View interferometer.METHODS:Forty cases were randomized into control group A and treatment group B;the latter received meibomian gland treatment 3d before phacovitrectomy and sodium hyaluronate before and after surgery.The average non-invasive tear film break-up time(NITBUTav),first noninvasive tear film break-up time(NITBUTf),non-invasive measured tear meniscus height(NTMH),meibomian gland loss(MGL),lipid layer thickness(LLT)and partial blink rate(PBR)were measured preoperatively and 1wk,1 and 3mo postoperatively.RESULTS:The NITBUTav values of group A at 1wk(4.38±0.47),1mo(6.76±0.70),and 3mo(7.25±0.68)were significantly lower than those of group B(7.45±0.78,10.46±0.97,and 11.31±0.89;P=0.002,0.004,and 0.001,respectively).The NTMH values of group B at 1wk(0.20±0.01)and 1mo(0.22±0.01)were markedly higher than those of group A(0.15±0.01 and 0.15±0.01;P=0.008 and P<0.001,respectively);however,there was no difference at 3mo.The LLT of group B at 3mo[91.5(76.25-100.00)]significantly exceeded that of group A[65.00(54.50-91.25),P=0.017].No obvious intergroup difference was found in MGL or PBR(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Mild to moderate MGD dry eye worsens in the short term after phacovitrectomy.Preoperative cleaning,hot compresses,and meibomian gland massage as well as preoperative and postoperative sodium hyaluronate promote the rapid recovery of tear film stability. 展开更多
