The introduction of the Chinese Regulations for the Manufacture and Control of Live Poliovirus Vaccine is a prerequisite and safeguard for the large-scale production and use of domestically produced live poliovirus vaccines, serving as an indispensable component of vaccine safety. This article, based on archival documents, letters, collections of essays, and oral interviews, examines the historical experience of the development of Chinese Regulations for the Manufacture and Control of Live Poliovirus Vaccine. It contends that the emphasis on localization and the active engagement in international cooperation are critical factors in the swift introduction of Chinese Regulations for the Manufacture and Control of Live Poliovirus Vaccine. 展开更多

Discharge plasmas in air can be accompanied by ultraviolet(UV) radiation and electron impact,which can produce large numbers of reactive species such as hydroxyl radical(OH·),oxygen radical(O·),ozone(O3),and nitrogen oxides(NOx),etc.The composition and dosage of reactive species usually play an important role in the case of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) treatment with the discharge plasmas.In this paper,we propose a volume discharge setup used to purify formaldehyde in air,which is configured by a plate-to-plate dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) channel and excited by an AC high voltage source.The results show that the relative spectral-intensity from DBD cell without formaldehyde is stronger than the case with formaldehyde.The energy efficiency ratios(EERs) of both oxides yield and formaldehyde removal can be regulated by the gas flow velocity in DBD channel,and the most desirable processing effect is the gas flow velocity within the range from2.50 to 3.33 m s^-1.Moreover,the EERs of both the generated dosages of oxides(O3 and NO2) and the amount of removed formaldehyde can also be regulated by both of the applied voltage and power density loaded on the DBD cell.Additionally,the EERs of both oxides generation and formaldehyde removal present as a function of normal distribution with increasing the applied power density,and the peak of the function is appeared in the range from 273.5 to 400.0 W l-1.This work clearly demonstrates the regulation characteristic of both the formaldehyde removal and oxides yield by using volume DBD,and it is helpful in the applications of VOCs removal by using discharge plasma. 展开更多

The resumption of production after the“suspension”caused by the COVID-19 has emerged as an urgent problem for many enterprises and the government.The resumption of production is actually a dynamic evolution problem from 0 to 1(100%).This paper constructs a general game model and a dynamic replication system for the resumption of production and government support,and gives theorems for the construction of the model.It analyzes the evolution mechanism and scenario conditions for the convergence of enterprise strategies to the“resumption of production”strategy,takes the resumption of production of hog farmers as an example to carry out a study on the regulation of countermeasures to resume hog production,and explores systemic countermeasures and suggestions for the rapid convergence of farmers’strategies to the“resumption of work and production”strategy.The study found that the production resuming behavior system dynamics evolution game regulation model provides a systematic model and method for the study of resumption countermeasures,a general regulation model for the resumption ratio from 0 to 1(100%),and a systematic idea,method and model for exploring the“precise strategy”system to promote the rapid resumption of production. 展开更多

Regulation and Control of Electromagnetic Field in Radio-Frequency Circuits and Systems

Since the first demonstrations of radio-frequency(RF)circuits,the physics of the electromagnetic(EM)field and its regulation and control with codesigned circuits,have become essential competencies of RF circuit designers.Leveraging advanced regulation or control methods,numerous high-performance circuits have been developed at RF and millimeter-wave(mm-wave)frequencies.Three main methods of electromagnetic regulation have been widely utilized,namely,the separation of electric and magnetic coupling paths,the manipulation of electromagnetic energy through the coupling of multiple tanks or multiple resonators,and the regulation of electromagnetic fields in air cavities or meta-substrates.The separated coupling paths of electric and magnetic fields provide guidance for designing a high-performance filter topology with a quasielliptical response through additional zeros.The manipulation of the EM field through electrical and magnetic intercouplings of multitanks or multiresonators,such as are used in oscillators,power amplifiers(PAs),etc.,results in remarkable power efficiency,size reduction,and wide bandwidth.The regulation of electromagnetism through an air cavity,patterned substrate,or metasubstrate reduces dielectric losses and size,especially when using a substrate integrated suspended line(SISL)platform.Many excellent circuits have been reported based on SISL with low loss,high integration,and self-packaging.Here,we present state-of-the-art cases that demonstrate the benefits of EM field regulation and control. 展开更多
