In the first stage of the re- search...In the present research, artificial artificial networks hare be applied to establish the constitutive rela- tionship model of Ti - 5Al - 2Sn - 2Zr - 4Mo - 4Cr (wt - % ) alloy. In the first stage of the re- search, an isothermal compressive experiment using Thermecmastor - Z hot simulator is studied to ac- quire the flow stress at different deformation temperature,equivalent strain and equivalent strain rate. Then,a feed - forward neural network is trained by using the experimental data.After the training process is finished, the neural networks become a knowledge-based constitutive relationship system. Comparison of the predicted and experimental results results shows that the neural network model has good le- arning precision and good generalization.The neural neural network methods are found to show much better agreement than existing methods with the experiment data, and have the advantage of being able to deal with noisy for or data with strong non - linear reationships. At last, this model can be aused to simulate the flow behavior of Ti - 5Al - 2Sn - 2Zr - 4Mo - 4Ca alloy.展开更多
With sustaining change of production mode,layout planning is no longer a thing built once for all.Cellular layout(CL) is becoming a hotspot in the research field of manufacturing system layout.Traditional researches o...With sustaining change of production mode,layout planning is no longer a thing built once for all.Cellular layout(CL) is becoming a hotspot in the research field of manufacturing system layout.Traditional researches on layout planning are mainly concentrating on aspects of layout arithmetic,style and evaluation,etc.Relatively seldom efforts are paid to CL and its specific problems as cell formation(CF),equipment sharing and CL analysis.Through problem analyzing of layout in cellular manufacturing system(CMS),research approach of cell formation,interactive layout and layout analysis threaded with process interconnection relationship(PIR) is proposed.Typical key technologies in CL like CF technology based on similarity analysis of part processes,interactive visual layout technology,layout evaluation technology founded on PIR analysis and algorithm of cell equipment sharing are put forward.Against the background of one enterprise which encounters problems of low utility of key equipments and disperse material logistic,an example of four-cell layout is given.The CL adjustment and analysis results show that equipment with high level of sharing degree should be disposed around the boundary of its main cell,and be near to other sharing cells as possible; process route should be centralized by all means,so equipment adjustment is to be implemented along direction that route intersection can be decreased; giving consideration to the existence of discrete cell,logistic route and its density should be centralized to cells formed.The proposed research can help improve equipment utility and material logistic efficiency of CL,and can be popularized to other application availably.展开更多

This article describes the results of research on process management in insurance companies operating in Poland that was conducted by the Faculty of Management at the Warsaw University of Technology and presents the concept of the identification of processes carried out in insurance companies encompassing management, basic and auxiliary processes, as well as the objectives of the processes and the relationships between the basic processes and other processes carried out in insurance companies.展开更多
A biaxial stretching equipment was designed and constructed to enable fundamental studies of the relationship between film processing conditions and structures of oriented film products. With programmable drive motors...A biaxial stretching equipment was designed and constructed to enable fundamental studies of the relationship between film processing conditions and structures of oriented film products. With programmable drive motors and scissorlike mechanism, all stretching modes, including uniaxial stretching with constant and free width, simultaneous and sequential biaxial stretching, can be applied to a square-shaped sheet. Parameters related to film stretching manufacturing, such as temperature, draw ratio and stretching speed can be set independently to meet the requirement of different polymers. The force information during stretching is recorded by two miniature tension sensors in two directions independently, which can monitor the mechanical stimulus and stress response. Using this equipment, experiments are conducted to investigate the influence of stretching parameters on the structure of polypropylene films, which provides an effective method to tailor the processing conditions to obtain the films with desired properties.展开更多
