[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of the lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine in treating PHNand its influence on inflammatory factors.[Methods]96 patients with PHN were r...[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of the lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine in treating PHNand its influence on inflammatory factors.[Methods]96 patients with PHN were randomly divided into three groups:lotus nee-dle cupping therapy group,TCM surrounding acupuncture group and gabapentin group.Venous blood and acupoint blood were collected at 0,21 and 42 d of treatment,and the expression levels of 5-HT,SP and CGRPinflammatory mediators were detected before and after treatment.The changes of VAS scores before,during and after treatment and the clinical efficacy were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the lotus needle cupping group was 87.50%,which was better than that of the TCM acupuncture group(81.25%)and the gabapentin group(62.50%);after treatment,the VAS scores and the expression of inflammatory mediators in the three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine is effective in treating PHN,and its mechanism is to reduce the release of inflammatory media-tors,reduce hyperalgesia,relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.展开更多
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Danshen decoction on unstable angina(UA)with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Method:Eighty patients with UA were r...Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Danshen decoction on unstable angina(UA)with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Method:Eighty patients with UA were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Danshen decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the angina attacks,dosage of nitroglycerin,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score,blood lipid,coagulation index and clinical total efficacy were observed and recorded.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the attack times and duration of angina in the two groups were both decreased compared with those before treatment.And the treatment group was more significantly reduced than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the consumption of nitroglycerin of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was better than 67.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was better than 65%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences was significant(p<0.05).The improvement of low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)and prothrombin time(PT)in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).During the study,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Danshen decoction can effectively relieve the attack of angina and the consumption of nitroglycerin,improve clinical symptoms,regulate blood lipid and blood flow state,and improve the quality of life of patients with UA,with good clinical efficacy and safety.展开更多

[Methods]One hundred an...[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of Danlou Tablet( DLT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. [Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]DLT can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.展开更多

Methods: Sixty patients with diagnosis of CHD-UAP confirmed and differentiated to be Qi-deficiency and blood stasis by TCM were randomly divided into two groups and treated, on the basis of Western drug-therapy, with Tongxinluo capsule (通心络胶囊, TXL) and Huoxue Tongmai capsule (活血通脉胶囊, HXTM) respectively by way of oral taking three times a day, 3 capsules every time, with 1 month as one therapeutic course. The number of CEC in patients' blood circulation was counted before and after treatment. Besides, the number of CEC in 30 healthy persons was also counted for control. Results: The number of CEC in CHD-UAP patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy persons (P<0.01). After the patients were treated with CH, either TXL or HXTM, it significantly decreased (P<0.01)with insignificant difference between the two treated groups. Conclusion: CEC in CHD-UAP patients is severely damaged and endothelial function in disorder, Chinese herbs have protective effect on patients' CEC.展开更多

Objective:Reveal the material basis and mechanism of angiogenesis effect of Danshen-chuanxiong herb-partners.Methods:The effective components of Danshen and chuanxiong were searched in the TCM System Pharmacology Data...Objective:Reveal the material basis and mechanism of angiogenesis effect of Danshen-chuanxiong herb-partners.Methods:The effective components of Danshen and chuanxiong were searched in the TCM System Pharmacology Database(TCMSP),and the drug targets were searched in the Swiss Target Prediction database;in the Disease-Gene Database(DisGeNET))Search for angiogenesis-promoting and inhibiting angiogenesis targets;use the protein interaction database(STRING)database and Cytoscape software to analyze the network core targets;use the DAVID database to enrich the drug-disease target intersection for GO and KEGG;RT-qPCR experiments verified the effect of luteolin on MMP9 gene expression;in vitro tube formation experiments analyzed the effect of luteolin on endothelial cell neovascularization.Results:After analysis,it is concluded that Danshen has 10 active ingredients and 50 angiogenesis targets;Chuanxiong has 2 active ingredients and 4 angiogenesis targets.The intersection of drug-taking targets yielded 9 targets,including AR,PARP1,MMP9,MMP2,MMP12,AKR1B10,ABCC1,CDK6,and STAT3.After analyzing the active ingredient-target network graph of Danshen/Chuanxiong,it was concluded that luteolin is the key chemical ingredient.After protein interaction(PPI)analysis,the results showed that MMP9 is the core target.The KEGG pathway is mainly enriched in 5 signaling pathways,the most important pathway is cancer-related pathways.There are 22 main biological processes of GO,which mainly involve collagen catabolism,protein extracellular matrix,metal endopeptidase activity,etc.The preliminary analysis of tubule formation experiment shows that luteolin inhibits angiogenesis and down-regulates the expression of MMP9 gene.Conclusion:Luteolin,the key chemical component of the Danshen-Ligusticum chuanxiong drug pair,inhibits angiogenesis by regulating the MMP9 target,and develops the reverse regulation of angiogenesis for the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of the known treatment of ischemic diseases.Provide a new perspective and theoretical basis for the use of Danshen and Chuanxiong medicine in clinical cancer patients.Reveal the material basis and mechanism of angiogenesis effect of Danshen-chuanxiong herb-partners.展开更多

Background:Four classical Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions,namely Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction(GLXBBX),Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(ZSXBGZ)and Danlou prescription(DL),have ...Background:Four classical Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions,namely Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction(GLXBBX),Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(ZSXBGZ)and Danlou prescription(DL),have been frequently used for treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(PBSS)-related cardiovascular diseases.However,its therapeutic mechanism has not been clearly elucidated.This study aimed to explore PBSS and its molecular mechanism,clarify and compare the mechanisms of four prescriptions in treating PBSS-related diseases.Method:In this study,we collected four prescriptions’compounds,predicted therapeutic targets,and enriched pathways which were based on network pharmacology.Then,we analysed the commen and different mechanisms by combing the network of components,targets and pathways.Finally,molecular docking was engaged to assess the binding potential of key compounds and hub targets.Results:We showed that four prescriptions’intersection genes(VEGFA,SRC,EGFR,etc.)were commonly enriched in PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.In addition,platelet activation and cAMP signaling pathway were singly enriched from the GLXBBX through unique compounds 12,13-epoxy-9-hydroxynonadeca-7,10-dienoic acid and Cyclo(L-tyrosyl-L-phenylalanyl).These bioactive compounds may exert GLXBBX’s unique pharmacological pathways via involving in mediating PPARA,PTGER3,etc.Sphingolipid signaling pathway was singly enriched from the ZSXBGZ through unique compounds tetramethoxyluteolin,ergosterol peroxide,etc.These bioactive compounds could mediate ADORA1,ADORA3 and TNFRSF1A to regulate ZSXBGZ’s unique pharmacological pathways.AMPK signaling pathway was singly enriched from the DL through unique compounds kaempferol,evofolinb,ethyl acid and aureusidin.These bioactive compounds were involved in mediating the main targets of AMPK signaling pathway,such as TNF,TNFRSF1A,etc.Conclusions:Our research demonstrated that GLXB-prescriptions involved in almost all pathological stages of PBSS-related cardiovascular diseases by modulating high-frequency shared pathways and targets mainly through key compounds(quercetin,mandenol,sitosteryl acetate and luteolin,etc.),for example,participate in the process of atherosclerosis,lipid metabolism,inflammation,immune response,thrombosis,inhibit inflammatory factors and platelet aggregation,regulate immune function,vascular function,oxidative stress.In addition to common pharmacological efficacies,there could also be specificities among GLXB prescriptions due to different compounds.For example,GLXBBX tends to regulate the function of vascular and endothelial barrier,prevent thrombosis.ZSXBGZ tends to regulate lipid metabolism and protect the heart from lipid accumulation.DL tends to maintain energy homeostasis and improve inflammation.展开更多
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanxiong Hualiu Mixture in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type of ovarian cyst and the effects on physical and chemical indicators.Methods: A total ...Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanxiong Hualiu Mixture in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type of ovarian cyst and the effects on physical and chemical indicators.Methods: A total of 80 patients with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type of ovarian cyst were randomly divided into two groups, research group (n=40) took Chuanxiong Hualiu Mixture, control group (n=40) took Guizhi Fuling Capsule, 3 months was a course of treatment, and the curative effect was compared between two groups.Results:(1) The overall response rate of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture group after 3 months of treatment was 82.5%, that of Guizhi Fuling Capsule group was 62.5%, the overall response rate of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant;(2) before and after treatment, sex hormone and hemorheology index E2 of both groups decreased significantly, whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased significantly, the results were statistically significant, but there was no difference between two groups;(3) rank sum test of TCM symptom efficacy between two groups before and after treatment showed that the overall response rate of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture group was 95%, the overall response rate of Guizhi Fuling Capsule group was 85%, the overall response rate of research group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture has good curative effect for the treatment of ovarian cyst, it can effectively improve the patients' blood stasis and phlegm stagnation constitution, and its mechanism of action is associated with lowering estrogen levels and improving hemorrheology.展开更多

Method:73 inpatients with acute cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases and a treatment group of 39 cases.The content of FIB and DD in plasma was detected before treatment and on the 7th and 14th days after treatment.Result:FIB content in plasma after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the control group(P<0.01)and more remarkable in the treatment group(P<0.001).There was an obvious difference in DD content before and after treatment in both groups.DD content on the 7th and 14th days after treatment in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion:Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis can reduce the FIB content in plasma of patients with cerebral thrombosis,raise the DD content in plasma, cause the peak of DD content appear earlier and obviously improve hypercoagulability of blood in patients with cerebral thrombosis.展开更多

Identification of differentially expressed proteins by MALDI-TOF MS/MS, the authors further analysis the phosphorylation, subcellular localization, interaction, direct regulation, and transmembrane of the differences proteins by the way of bioinformatics analysis. Sixty SPF level SD rats elected in diabetic rats model group (abbreviated as DM group) were be randomly divided into 5 groups based on random number sheet, namely model control group, positive drug control group (Du-ke-xi group) and Mai-tong-fang high, medium and low dose group respectively. In addition, set of normal control group. 10 rats in each group. Results: By Coomassie brilliant blue staining, identified 51 differential protein spots dug from 2-D gel by mass spectrometry, successfully identified 13 non-redundant proteins. Most of the identified proteins were secreted protein and belong to different protein families. There were about 12 proteins have the transmembrane region from the authors’ result, ten of them were plasma membrane proteins. Conclusion: It’s suggesting that 13 differential proteins is most likely the protein response to GEPRB in vivo, these proteins may play key role for the treatment of GEPRB to Diabetes deafness. Diagnosis from 2 experts will be considered as the "gold standard". The study design consists of 2 phases: pilot test is used to evaluate the reliability and validity, and diagnostic test is used to assess the diagnostic accuracy of the scale, including sensitivity, specificity, likelihood ratio and area under the receiver operator characteristic(ROC) curve. Discussion: This study will evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CM diagnosis scale of PBSS in CHD. METHODS: The plasma metabolite profiles of 31 patients with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in hyperlipidemia and As, 6 patients with syn- dromes without phlegm and blood stasis, and 10 healthy subjects were analyzed by gas chromatog- raphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Partial least squares-discriminant analyses (PLS-DA) were used to carry out the pattern-recognition analyses of the data. The plasma metabolic biomarkers of patients were obtained by variable importance plot value (VlP value) and Student's t-test. The structures ofbiomarkers were defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) database. RESULTS: PLS-DA score plots of plasma metabo- Iomes did not show overlap between the phlegm-blood stasis syndrome group and syn- dromes without phlegm and blood stasis group, whereas significant differences in the concentra- tions in the plasma of 5 metabolites were found (P〈 0.05). They were identified as urine, isoleucine, gluc- uronic acid, palmitic acid and glycerol by searching in NIST database. The concentrations of four metab- olites in the plasma of patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were higher than those with syndromes without phlegm and blood stasis, whereas the glycerol concentration was lower. CONCLUSION: Compared with patients with syn- dromes without phlegm and blood stasis, five me- tabolites showed abnormal levels in patients with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis. These metabolites could be diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers.展开更多
Studying the essence of a syndrome has been a key challenge in the field of Chinese medicine.Until now,due to limitations of the methods available,the progress towards understanding such complicated systems has been s...Studying the essence of a syndrome has been a key challenge in the field of Chinese medicine.Until now,due to limitations of the methods available,the progress towards understanding such complicated systems has been slow.Metabonomics encompasses the dynamics,composition and analysis of metabolites,enabling the observation of changes in the metabolic network of the human body associated with disease.Being from the point of view of the whole organism,metabonomics provides an opportunity to study the essence of a syndrome to an unprecedented level.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome associated with coronary heart disease(CHD),which bring difficulties in clinical treatment due to difficulties associated with differentiation of symptoms and signs.The fundamental differences of material between the two also need to be interpreted.The authors consider that we can use the method of combining a disease(in this case CHD)with associated syndromes(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)to select patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of CHD,and utilize metabonomics to explore the essence of the syndrome by difference analysis of metabolite spectra.Meanwhile,we can study the syndrome in CM,observe the change regularity of metabolism spectra after the treatment of corresponding and non-corresponding prescription and syndrome,in order to validate the material fundament in the progress of syndrome formation and their differences.This will not only have great significance in enhancing the ability to identify syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in CHD and to establish the clinical curative criteria,but will also offer a new approach of studying the essence for a syndrome using metabonomics.展开更多

The study of tumor metastasis has important meaning for prolonging patients' survival and elevating their quality of life, but no really ideal prevention and treatment method has been found so far. Recent researches showed that tumor metastasis is correlated with platelet aggregation and blood hyperviscosity manner. Therefore, the early application of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological therapies, in combination with Chinese medicine therapy for activating blood circulation and removing stasis (ABCRS) may be, after all, an effective approach. ABCRS therapy is an important therapy of Chinese medicine, which, composed of several methods like smoothening blood flow in vessels, promoting blood circulation and dispersing stagnant blood, could influence tumor metastasis to different extents, and could coordinate with some other Chinese medicine therapeutic methods like supplementing qi, promoting qi, clearing heat, removing toxic substances, warming meridian, dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, nourishing yin, dissolving sputum, relieving stagnancy, emptying viscerals, etc. The effect and acting mechanism of ABCRS on tumor metastasis is summarized in this paper and its bi-directional regulatory effects discussed as well.展开更多
This article presented an overview of the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine(CM)preparations for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for patients with portal vein thrombosis(PVT)after splenectom...This article presented an overview of the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine(CM)preparations for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for patients with portal vein thrombosis(PVT)after splenectomy.Based on published clinical researches of CM preparations for PVT after splenectomy in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension(CPH),this paper evaluated the incidence of PVT,and explored potential active components and mechanisms of CM preparations.Safflower Yellow Injection,Danshen Injection,Danhong Injection,and Compound Danshen Dropping Pill achieved good curative effect alone or combined with anticoagulant therapy.In addition,Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet and Anluo Huaxian Pill can also significantly improve the hemodynamic disorders of portal vein system in patients with cirrhosis.Considering the role of CM preparations in ameliorating the incidence of PVT after splenectomy in patients with CPH,we suggested that future research should provide more attention to CM alone or CM combined with anticoagulant for cirrhosis with PVT.展开更多

文摘[Objectives]To observe the clinical effect of the lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine in treating PHNand its influence on inflammatory factors.[Methods]96 patients with PHN were randomly divided into three groups:lotus nee-dle cupping therapy group,TCM surrounding acupuncture group and gabapentin group.Venous blood and acupoint blood were collected at 0,21 and 42 d of treatment,and the expression levels of 5-HT,SP and CGRPinflammatory mediators were detected before and after treatment.The changes of VAS scores before,during and after treatment and the clinical efficacy were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the lotus needle cupping group was 87.50%,which was better than that of the TCM acupuncture group(81.25%)and the gabapentin group(62.50%);after treatment,the VAS scores and the expression of inflammatory mediators in the three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]The lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis in Zhuang medicine is effective in treating PHN,and its mechanism is to reduce the release of inflammatory media-tors,reduce hyperalgesia,relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.

文摘Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Danshen decoction on unstable angina(UA)with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Method:Eighty patients with UA were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction and Danshen decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the angina attacks,dosage of nitroglycerin,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score,blood lipid,coagulation index and clinical total efficacy were observed and recorded.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the attack times and duration of angina in the two groups were both decreased compared with those before treatment.And the treatment group was more significantly reduced than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the consumption of nitroglycerin of the treatment group was 90.0%,which was better than 67.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was better than 65%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences was significant(p<0.05).The improvement of low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)and prothrombin time(PT)in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.05).During the study,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with Danshen decoction can effectively relieve the attack of angina and the consumption of nitroglycerin,improve clinical symptoms,regulate blood lipid and blood flow state,and improve the quality of life of patients with UA,with good clinical efficacy and safety.

文摘[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of Danlou Tablet( DLT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. [Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]DLT can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.

文摘Objective: To observe the effect and clinical significance of circulating endothelial cells (CEC) in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with unstable angina pectoris (CHD-UAP), and to explore the protective effect of Chinese herbs for activating blood circulation, removing stasis and supplementing Qi (CH) on CHD-UAP patient's CEC. Methods: Sixty patients with diagnosis of CHD-UAP confirmed and differentiated to be Qi-deficiency and blood stasis by TCM were randomly divided into two groups and treated, on the basis of Western drug-therapy, with Tongxinluo capsule (通心络胶囊, TXL) and Huoxue Tongmai capsule (活血通脉胶囊, HXTM) respectively by way of oral taking three times a day, 3 capsules every time, with 1 month as one therapeutic course. The number of CEC in patients' blood circulation was counted before and after treatment. Besides, the number of CEC in 30 healthy persons was also counted for control. Results: The number of CEC in CHD-UAP patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy persons (P<0.01). After the patients were treated with CH, either TXL or HXTM, it significantly decreased (P<0.01)with insignificant difference between the two treated groups. Conclusion: CEC in CHD-UAP patients is severely damaged and endothelial function in disorder, Chinese herbs have protective effect on patients' CEC.

文摘Objective:Reveal the material basis and mechanism of angiogenesis effect of Danshen-chuanxiong herb-partners.Methods:The effective components of Danshen and chuanxiong were searched in the TCM System Pharmacology Database(TCMSP),and the drug targets were searched in the Swiss Target Prediction database;in the Disease-Gene Database(DisGeNET))Search for angiogenesis-promoting and inhibiting angiogenesis targets;use the protein interaction database(STRING)database and Cytoscape software to analyze the network core targets;use the DAVID database to enrich the drug-disease target intersection for GO and KEGG;RT-qPCR experiments verified the effect of luteolin on MMP9 gene expression;in vitro tube formation experiments analyzed the effect of luteolin on endothelial cell neovascularization.Results:After analysis,it is concluded that Danshen has 10 active ingredients and 50 angiogenesis targets;Chuanxiong has 2 active ingredients and 4 angiogenesis targets.The intersection of drug-taking targets yielded 9 targets,including AR,PARP1,MMP9,MMP2,MMP12,AKR1B10,ABCC1,CDK6,and STAT3.After analyzing the active ingredient-target network graph of Danshen/Chuanxiong,it was concluded that luteolin is the key chemical ingredient.After protein interaction(PPI)analysis,the results showed that MMP9 is the core target.The KEGG pathway is mainly enriched in 5 signaling pathways,the most important pathway is cancer-related pathways.There are 22 main biological processes of GO,which mainly involve collagen catabolism,protein extracellular matrix,metal endopeptidase activity,etc.The preliminary analysis of tubule formation experiment shows that luteolin inhibits angiogenesis and down-regulates the expression of MMP9 gene.Conclusion:Luteolin,the key chemical component of the Danshen-Ligusticum chuanxiong drug pair,inhibits angiogenesis by regulating the MMP9 target,and develops the reverse regulation of angiogenesis for the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of the known treatment of ischemic diseases.Provide a new perspective and theoretical basis for the use of Danshen and Chuanxiong medicine in clinical cancer patients.Reveal the material basis and mechanism of angiogenesis effect of Danshen-chuanxiong herb-partners.

文摘Hepatic fibrosis is a reversible pathological phenomenon in the early and middle stages,but but no satisfactory intervention drugs have been available so far.Recent studies have suggested that microcirculation disturbance of liver is one of the important pathogenesis of chronic liver disease,the improvement of microcirculation is beneficial to the recovery of liver function and the delay of liver fibrosis.Hepatic stellate cells are the core cells of hepatic fibrosis,and also the most critical cells that affect the microcirculation of the liver.While TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and TLR4/MyD88/MAPKs which are based on the action of hepatic stellate cells are two pathways that have very important influence on the inflammatory response of liver,the proliferation and apoptosis of hepatic stellate cells,and the secretion of fibrogenic cytokines.It was found that Plumbapin,the active ingredient of Guangxi specialty ethnic medicine,has the definite effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and anti-hepatic fibrosis,but its mechanism is not clear.In this study,the research progress of the above problems was reviewed,and further research ideas were derived as follows:the pharmacological effect of Plumbapin on anti-hepatic fibrosis,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis was based on the influence of TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB and MAPKs signal pathway.

文摘Background:Four classical Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions,namely Gualou Xiebai Baijiu decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction(GLXBBX),Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction(ZSXBGZ)and Danlou prescription(DL),have been frequently used for treatment of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(PBSS)-related cardiovascular diseases.However,its therapeutic mechanism has not been clearly elucidated.This study aimed to explore PBSS and its molecular mechanism,clarify and compare the mechanisms of four prescriptions in treating PBSS-related diseases.Method:In this study,we collected four prescriptions’compounds,predicted therapeutic targets,and enriched pathways which were based on network pharmacology.Then,we analysed the commen and different mechanisms by combing the network of components,targets and pathways.Finally,molecular docking was engaged to assess the binding potential of key compounds and hub targets.Results:We showed that four prescriptions’intersection genes(VEGFA,SRC,EGFR,etc.)were commonly enriched in PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.In addition,platelet activation and cAMP signaling pathway were singly enriched from the GLXBBX through unique compounds 12,13-epoxy-9-hydroxynonadeca-7,10-dienoic acid and Cyclo(L-tyrosyl-L-phenylalanyl).These bioactive compounds may exert GLXBBX’s unique pharmacological pathways via involving in mediating PPARA,PTGER3,etc.Sphingolipid signaling pathway was singly enriched from the ZSXBGZ through unique compounds tetramethoxyluteolin,ergosterol peroxide,etc.These bioactive compounds could mediate ADORA1,ADORA3 and TNFRSF1A to regulate ZSXBGZ’s unique pharmacological pathways.AMPK signaling pathway was singly enriched from the DL through unique compounds kaempferol,evofolinb,ethyl acid and aureusidin.These bioactive compounds were involved in mediating the main targets of AMPK signaling pathway,such as TNF,TNFRSF1A,etc.Conclusions:Our research demonstrated that GLXB-prescriptions involved in almost all pathological stages of PBSS-related cardiovascular diseases by modulating high-frequency shared pathways and targets mainly through key compounds(quercetin,mandenol,sitosteryl acetate and luteolin,etc.),for example,participate in the process of atherosclerosis,lipid metabolism,inflammation,immune response,thrombosis,inhibit inflammatory factors and platelet aggregation,regulate immune function,vascular function,oxidative stress.In addition to common pharmacological efficacies,there could also be specificities among GLXB prescriptions due to different compounds.For example,GLXBBX tends to regulate the function of vascular and endothelial barrier,prevent thrombosis.ZSXBGZ tends to regulate lipid metabolism and protect the heart from lipid accumulation.DL tends to maintain energy homeostasis and improve inflammation.
文摘Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chuanxiong Hualiu Mixture in the treatment of blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type of ovarian cyst and the effects on physical and chemical indicators.Methods: A total of 80 patients with blood stasis and phlegm stagnation type of ovarian cyst were randomly divided into two groups, research group (n=40) took Chuanxiong Hualiu Mixture, control group (n=40) took Guizhi Fuling Capsule, 3 months was a course of treatment, and the curative effect was compared between two groups.Results:(1) The overall response rate of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture group after 3 months of treatment was 82.5%, that of Guizhi Fuling Capsule group was 62.5%, the overall response rate of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant;(2) before and after treatment, sex hormone and hemorheology index E2 of both groups decreased significantly, whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity and plasma viscosity decreased significantly, the results were statistically significant, but there was no difference between two groups;(3) rank sum test of TCM symptom efficacy between two groups before and after treatment showed that the overall response rate of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture group was 95%, the overall response rate of Guizhi Fuling Capsule group was 85%, the overall response rate of research group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture has good curative effect for the treatment of ovarian cyst, it can effectively improve the patients' blood stasis and phlegm stagnation constitution, and its mechanism of action is associated with lowering estrogen levels and improving hemorrheology.
文摘to study the influence of Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis on fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(DD)in plasma of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Method:73 inpatients with acute cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases and a treatment group of 39 cases.The content of FIB and DD in plasma was detected before treatment and on the 7th and 14th days after treatment.Result:FIB content in plasma after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the control group(P<0.01)and more remarkable in the treatment group(P<0.001).There was an obvious difference in DD content before and after treatment in both groups.DD content on the 7th and 14th days after treatment in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). Conclusion:Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis can reduce the FIB content in plasma of patients with cerebral thrombosis,raise the DD content in plasma, cause the peak of DD content appear earlier and obviously improve hypercoagulability of blood in patients with cerebral thrombosis.

Methods: By use of proteomics technology, the serum protein serum proteome of the control group, model control group, Duxil and each observation group were observed for 2-DE gel pattern matching, and the difference in the relative content of 2 times was chosen for the differentially expressed proteins. Identification of differentially expressed proteins by MALDI-TOF MS/MS, the authors further analysis the phosphorylation, subcellular localization, interaction, direct regulation, and transmembrane of the differences proteins by the way of bioinformatics analysis. Sixty SPF level SD rats elected in diabetic rats model group (abbreviated as DM group) were be randomly divided into 5 groups based on random number sheet, namely model control group, positive drug control group (Du-ke-xi group) and Mai-tong-fang high, medium and low dose group respectively. In addition, set of normal control group. 10 rats in each group. Results: By Coomassie brilliant blue staining, identified 51 differential protein spots dug from 2-D gel by mass spectrometry, successfully identified 13 non-redundant proteins. Most of the identified proteins were secreted protein and belong to different protein families. There were about 12 proteins have the transmembrane region from the authors’ result, ten of them were plasma membrane proteins. Conclusion: It’s suggesting that 13 differential proteins is most likely the protein response to GEPRB in vivo, these proteins may play key role for the treatment of GEPRB to Diabetes deafness. The two highly differentially expressed proteins Apolipoprotein E (apoE) and C3 may be a potential drug target of GEPRB.

Syndromes of Chinese medicine(CM) are lack of quantitative and easyimplementation diagnosis standards. To quantify and standardize the diagnosis of PBSS, scales are usually applied. Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CM diagnosis scale of PBSS in CHD. Methods: Six hundred patients with stable angina pectoris of CHD, 300 in case group and 300 in control group, will be recruited from 5 hospitals across China. Diagnosis from 2 experts will be considered as the "gold standard". The study design consists of 2 phases: pilot test is used to evaluate the reliability and validity, and diagnostic test is used to assess the diagnostic accuracy of the scale, including sensitivity, specificity, likelihood ratio and area under the receiver operator characteristic(ROC) curve. Discussion: This study will evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CM diagnosis scale of PBSS in CHD. 文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the plasma metabolite pro- files in patients with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis (As), and to search for the metabolic biomarkers of the syndrome. METHODS: The plasma metabolite profiles of 31 patients with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in hyperlipidemia and As, 6 patients with syn- dromes without phlegm and blood stasis, and 10 healthy subjects were analyzed by gas chromatog- raphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Partial least squares-discriminant analyses (PLS-DA) were used to carry out the pattern-recognition analyses of the data. The plasma metabolic biomarkers of patients were obtained by variable importance plot value (VlP value) and Student's t-test. The structures ofbiomarkers were defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) database. RESULTS: PLS-DA score plots of plasma metabo- Iomes did not show overlap between the phlegm-blood stasis syndrome group and syn- dromes without phlegm and blood stasis group, whereas significant differences in the concentra- tions in the plasma of 5 metabolites were found (P〈 0.05). They were identified as urine, isoleucine, gluc- uronic acid, palmitic acid and glycerol by searching in NIST database. The concentrations of four metab- olites in the plasma of patients with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis were higher than those with syndromes without phlegm and blood stasis, whereas the glycerol concentration was lower. CONCLUSION: Compared with patients with syn- dromes without phlegm and blood stasis, five me- tabolites showed abnormal levels in patients with the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis. These metabolites could be diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers.

文摘Studying the essence of a syndrome has been a key challenge in the field of Chinese medicine.Until now,due to limitations of the methods available,the progress towards understanding such complicated systems has been slow.Metabonomics encompasses the dynamics,composition and analysis of metabolites,enabling the observation of changes in the metabolic network of the human body associated with disease.Being from the point of view of the whole organism,metabonomics provides an opportunity to study the essence of a syndrome to an unprecedented level.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the main syndrome associated with coronary heart disease(CHD),which bring difficulties in clinical treatment due to difficulties associated with differentiation of symptoms and signs.The fundamental differences of material between the two also need to be interpreted.The authors consider that we can use the method of combining a disease(in this case CHD)with associated syndromes(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)to select patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of CHD,and utilize metabonomics to explore the essence of the syndrome by difference analysis of metabolite spectra.Meanwhile,we can study the syndrome in CM,observe the change regularity of metabolism spectra after the treatment of corresponding and non-corresponding prescription and syndrome,in order to validate the material fundament in the progress of syndrome formation and their differences.This will not only have great significance in enhancing the ability to identify syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in CHD and to establish the clinical curative criteria,but will also offer a new approach of studying the essence for a syndrome using metabonomics.

文摘Metastasis is one of the specificities of late stage tumor and also a lethal factor often encountered. The study of tumor metastasis has important meaning for prolonging patients' survival and elevating their quality of life, but no really ideal prevention and treatment method has been found so far. Recent researches showed that tumor metastasis is correlated with platelet aggregation and blood hyperviscosity manner. Therefore, the early application of surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological therapies, in combination with Chinese medicine therapy for activating blood circulation and removing stasis (ABCRS) may be, after all, an effective approach. ABCRS therapy is an important therapy of Chinese medicine, which, composed of several methods like smoothening blood flow in vessels, promoting blood circulation and dispersing stagnant blood, could influence tumor metastasis to different extents, and could coordinate with some other Chinese medicine therapeutic methods like supplementing qi, promoting qi, clearing heat, removing toxic substances, warming meridian, dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, nourishing yin, dissolving sputum, relieving stagnancy, emptying viscerals, etc. The effect and acting mechanism of ABCRS on tumor metastasis is summarized in this paper and its bi-directional regulatory effects discussed as well.

文摘This article presented an overview of the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine(CM)preparations for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis for patients with portal vein thrombosis(PVT)after splenectomy.Based on published clinical researches of CM preparations for PVT after splenectomy in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension(CPH),this paper evaluated the incidence of PVT,and explored potential active components and mechanisms of CM preparations.Safflower Yellow Injection,Danshen Injection,Danhong Injection,and Compound Danshen Dropping Pill achieved good curative effect alone or combined with anticoagulant therapy.In addition,Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet and Anluo Huaxian Pill can also significantly improve the hemodynamic disorders of portal vein system in patients with cirrhosis.Considering the role of CM preparations in ameliorating the incidence of PVT after splenectomy in patients with CPH,we suggested that future research should provide more attention to CM alone or CM combined with anticoagulant for cirrhosis with PVT.
