Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Traffic Space in the Reconstruction of Old Community under the Background of Urban Renewal:A Case Study of Dashiyuan North District of Nanchang

Under the background of more than half of China’s urbanization process,the transformation and renewal of old community has become a hot spot in China’s urbanization process.Meanwhile,the traffic space of urban residential area plays a very important role in the daily life and social communication of residential residents.The current situation and traffic problems existing in old residential areas have always been the hot spot of industry and society,and the residential residents are also very concerned.Dashiyuan North District of Donghu District of Nanchang City is taken as the research object.Through field investigation,under the situation of analyzing its current traffic problems,it formulates countermeasures and carries out targeted transformation,to provide reference for renovation of old community in terms of traffic space.

Application of the Concept of“Endowing the Old with the New”in Urban Renewal

The renewal of ancient cities is an important part of the urban renewal work in China.However,there are few studies on the general historical ancient cities at the county level in China,and there is no guidance on the renewal path.Through the practice of the renewal design project of Suining County,Xuzhou City,it makes an exploratory study on the renewal concept and mode.It first interprets the connotation and implementation path of the renewal concept of“endowing the old with the new”.Based on the texture analysis of the ancient city of Suining,it finally determines the design theme that tracing the historical context of the ancient city.Using the renewal techniques such as“extraction-transformationactivation”,through the renewal strategies such as“building new space,shaping new landscape,inheriting new culture and pregnant with new environment”,it realizes the regeneration of urban historical context and meets the needs of residents'modern life,so as to provide reference and guidance for the renovation of general historical ancient cities at the county level in China.

The Community Renewal of Shantytown Transformation in Old Industrial Cities:Evidence from Tiexi Worker Village in Shenyang,China

There are many problems,such as poverty,unemployment,poor infrastructure and how to improve the ecological environment,in the shantytowns of old industrial cities.Shantytowns are the most centralized areas with different contradictions,referred to as the‘problem areas’of urban sustainable development.The shantytown transformation of old industrial cities is a typical process of unit community disintegration,which is reflected not only in the reconstruction of physical space but also in the community renewal of social spatial integration and culture reconstruction.Based on qualitative research,questionnaires and in-depth interviews,taking Tiexi Worker Village in Shenyang as a research case,this paper attempts to analyse the characteristics and driving forces of the community renewal of shantytown transformation in old industrial cities.We found that the physical space of Tiexi Worker Village has changed considerably,which is embodied in its land use structure,living environment and community service facilities,reflecting the development of community function from simple industrial function to comprehensive functions.The residents in this community have experienced a transformation from a period of homogeneity to one of heterogeneity.The social network of the community has been destroyed.Social stratification,social differentiation and higher fluidity have occurred.Community renewal is mainly affected by macro factors such as policy regulation,economic driving,condition constraints,and micro factors such as residents’choice of living space and willingness to renew their communities.The transformation policy of the old industrial zone and the development policy of the new urban area are the fundamental and deep-seated reasons for the renewal of Tiexi Worker Village,which determine the direction of the renewal and development of the community.The paid use of land and the development of the real estate industry are the direct stimulating factors for the renewal of Tiexi Worker Village,which become the direct reasons for the spatial transformation.The changes in the population in urban and rural areas and the promotion of traffic are the driving factors for the renewal of the community,while the choice of residents and their willingness regarding community renewal are the endogenous forces for promoting community renewal.Finally,the author attempts to put forward a model of the interlaced mechanism of the forming of community renewal at the macroscopic and microcosmic levels,which are the urban renewal and reconstruction and social space differentiation of community residents,respectively.

Design Strategies and Practice Paths for Improving Urban Quality in the Stock Era

In the middle and later stages of urbanization development,the growth of the real estate industry will stagnate,and urban renewal will become the mainstream.With the advancement of urban renewal,there are still problems in improving the quality of cities in the stock era and their design strategies.This paper analyzed the Linping Old City organic renewal project and the Xishui River ecological governance project in the stock era of urban quality improvement by sorting out the current development status,historical background,planning types,and design strategies of quality improvement in the stock era from the perspective of urban renewal,combining with project overview,main problems,design methods,and design content.Urban renewal is the leading direction for promoting urban development and construction on a global scale,and countries formulate different plans and practices based on their local characteristics.Urban renewal strategies should be diversified,and focus on livable environments,urban characteristics,etc.,while considering human factors,green innovation,etc.,in order to achieve smart community management and enhance the economic and social benefits brought by urban attractiveness.For successful cases such as the Linping Old City and Xishui River ecological governance project,corresponding urban quality improvement strategies and implementation plans should be formulated according to local conditions,with emphasis on social participation and people’s livelihood improvement.This study can help urban planning pay more attention to rational utilization and upgrading of existing urban resources,adapt to the current urban development situation,and promote sustainable urban development.

The Application of Old City Planning Based on the Concept of Smart Cities: A Case Study of Wanli District, Nanchang

The impact of a smart city as one of the new urban forms on the city is still in the exploratory stage. Therefore, it is necessary to fully analyze the impact of a smart city in the urban planning field, and actively explore the planning ideas and methods that are compatible with the planning and renovation of the old city. On the basis of applying the concept of smart cities, Wanli District of Nanchang City has paid attention to the optimization of urban spatial structure, focused on the development of tourism industry, built an intelligent transportation system with priority to public transport, and improved infrastructure construction, in order to provide guidance for the wisdom update of the old city.

A Comparative Study on the Street Space Form in the Old City of Beijing: A Case Study of Shijia Hutong, the White Stupa Temple Area, and Dashilanr

Urban renewal is one of the important contents of urban development in China. With the gradual progress of urbanization, the renewal of the old city has become the focus of urbanization. This paper analyzed the street space form in the old city, and explored the characteristics of the street space form with a view to exploring streets whose space forms are suitable for the current social development. Based on the field investigation of Shijia Hutong, the White Stupa Temple area, and Dashilanr, the similarities and differences of streets in these areas with different space forms in the old city of Beijing were compared and analyzed, and social and cultural factors expressed in urban space form and the impact of human activities on the street space form were explored in terms of the scale, function, building type, and connection with the outside world. It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for future renovation of the Old City.

浅析北京旧城区内胡同空间的模糊性

模糊空间是旧城区内空间系统的重要组成部分,具有高度的包容性,然而长期以来设计者在对旧城区公共空间的更新活动中忽略了其存在的意义。本文以北京旧城区内胡同公共空间为视角,分析胡同模糊空间的空间形态、存在状态、功能性、场地特点等,同时,以追溯北京旧城的历史文化记忆和改善人居环境为目标,对过渡性模糊空间、整合性模糊空间和不确定性模糊空间进行了改造实践,总结出在胡同内不同类型模糊空间的改造手段应与其空间特性紧密结合,以期为旧城胡同空间的改造提供新思路。

城市微更新视域下老旧小区改造满意度调查及提升策略探究——以福州市鼓楼区为例

老旧小区改造是重大民生工程和发展工程,已成为推进城市更新和开发建设转型的重要方式。近年来,福州市鼓楼区持续推进老城区有机更新、城市空间重新梳理整合。为此,以福州市鼓楼区为例,对其展开老旧小区改造满意度调查,着力探究老旧小区改造问题、原因及其对策,为此,提升居民满意度,为后续的老旧小区改造与治理提供理论指导与实践参考。

全龄友好社区理念下老旧小区更新改造研究

老旧小区的更新改造是一项民生工程。文章结合全龄友好社区理念,对我国老旧小区的更新改造展开讨论。通过剖析我国老旧小区改造的现状,分析全龄友好社区理念下老旧小区更新改造的意义;提出“以人为本”的老旧小区更新改造原则,研究提出“建筑的微修复、环境提质改造及管理模式完善”等更新改造策略。

基于文化资本评价的苏州市姑苏区旧城社区更新策略研究

姑苏区作为苏州中心城区,旧城社区不仅面临存量背景下内涵式、精细化更新需求,更承载了城市文脉与历史记忆。文章将文化资本理论引入旧城社区更新领域,通过聚焦社区文化资本的识别、分类、评价与利用,对旧城社区更新类型、特征问题及优化策略展开研究。构建旧城社区渐进式更新体系,提出更新思路,尝试建构基于基础、生活、精神、制度、产品五大维度的社区文化资本评价体系,并分类提出具有针对性的更新优化策略。

基于AHP-TOPSIS法的LID设施面积比例优选研究

为研究单项低影响开发(LID)设施的综合效益最优面积比例,因地制宜设计最优LID设施组合方案,在综合考虑经济、环境和社会因素基础上,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重、优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)评价综合效益,构建低影响开发综合效益评价体系,并将该低影响开发综合评价体系应用于淮南市某老旧小区。结果表明,绿色屋顶占屋顶面积55%、透水铺装占不渗透面积60%或下沉式绿地占绿地面积60%,是单项低影响开发设施的最优面积比例;在不同降雨重现期下,根据单项低影响开发设施的综合效益最优面积比例所设计的组合方案对研究区径流量、洪峰流量、径流系数和SS、COD、TN、TP污染物量削减效果明显;在不同情景下,对比未布设低影响开发设施情况,所设计的组合方案对研究区的径流总量控制率提高了45.59%~47.17%。

旧城改造与全民健身发展分析--以商丘市为例

为贯彻落实《体育强国建设纲要》,充分发挥体育在高质量建设现代化河南、高水平实现现代化河南中的重要作用,河南省致力于构建更高水平的全民健身公共服务体系,以推进体育强省建设.在建设体育商丘的过程中,需要考量旧城改造与全民健身发展之间的内在联系.通过问卷调查和访谈,在了解商丘市全民健身的现状和旧城改造对全民健身发展造成的影响的基础上,分析了制约商丘市全民健身发展的瓶颈问题并提出相关建议.

古城区内老旧小区更新改造模式及政策导向探究——以苏州古城区为例

近年来,古城区内的老旧小区的更新改造问题是城市更新的研究重点,文章通过对近几年苏州古城区内老旧小区的改造行动和现状的全面调研,将其分为三类,分别为完善类、残损类和残破类。并通过对苏州古城区的文化定位、人群定位进一步确定了老旧小区更新改造的功能和方向定位,从而对三类老旧小区提出了针对性的更新改造建议和古城人群调整策略。最后,根据以苏州古城区为例的策略研究,对城市更新中古城区内老旧小区的更新改造提出了多个层面的政策建议。

青岛历史城区保护提升与老旧小区更新的统筹策略研究

通过本次研究,针对历史城区中“老城与住区”在功能和规划上的矛盾,从住宅和城区两个方面分别讨论了各自的规划需求,并进而从二者统筹兼顾的视角提取了彼此交叠的三项策略:“空间统筹”“功能统筹”“年龄统筹”。并认为应妥善处理好历史城区保护与老旧小区更新的平衡、城市公建配套要对外与社区内聚要封闭的平衡、老旧小区公共服务设施不同年龄段人群使用的平衡等关系。

基于共生活力的三线老工业历史文化街区更新研究——以绵阳市跃进路为例

历史文化遗产型的传统老工业街区更新思路比较局限,以过度保护或商业化的更新为主,忽略了经济活力、社会活力、空间活力三者之间的平衡,最终导致更新后活力不足。三线老工业历史文化街区具有其特殊性,其活力问题亟需重视。基于此,文章引入“共生活力”思想,借助房价、大众点评POI、百度热力图、人口普查数据、网络点评文本、路网等多源数据构建三线老工业历史文化街区更新后的活力评价体系。以绵阳市跃进路为实证研究,分析活力状态及特征,挖掘活力差异性的动因,并从完善参与主体管理体系,建立多元投资机制;强化共生活力正向要素,灵活调节活力影响机制两个层面提出活力提升策略,以期为类似的三线老工业历史文化街区更新提供一定思路和借鉴。

昆明市城市更新改造存在的困难问题和对策建议

老旧小区改造加固技术研究

老旧小区改造已成为城市更新发展的重要组成部分,但部分老旧小区结构性能差且存在一定的结构安全问题,需通过加固改造保证老旧小区的结构安全性。通过对上海某老旧小区改造加固的实践经验分析,探讨老旧小区改造加固技术,以期提高结构的抗震能力,保证结构的安全稳定。

视觉基础模型支持的老城区更新规划方法与实践

对于具有复杂建成环境的老城区,采用人工智能技术可以提高更新规划的科学性,然而现有的目标识别方法高度依赖人工标注数据集,面临更新实践不足、分析精度受限和训练成本过高的局限。将视觉基础模型引入城市更新领域,探讨视觉基础模型支持的老城区更新规划方法:通过等间隔采样构建图像块数据集,使用视觉基础模型提取高维视觉特征;启动余弦距离、流形学习、高斯混合模型等机器学习技术,实现图像块数据集的智能分组;对图像块进行空间转译,精准识别重点区域;结合多维要素综合评判,优化智能识别结果,指导后续更新规划实践。同时,以陕西省榆林市清涧县老城区为例,探索该技术方法在城市更新规划实践中的应用,以期为老城区的城市更新提供新的思路。

旧城改造中轻钢结构屋面施工关键技术研究

为更好改造既有建筑屋面,降低旧城改造建设成本,提出采用结构稳定、抗震性好、耐久性强、质量轻、侧向刚性小、隔声性强、防火、防潮、节能、生态环保等诸多优点的轻钢结构屋面。通过优化钢结构、木结构、轻质混凝土屋面,对材料控制、施工工艺、质量控制要点等关键施工技术进行创新提炼,分析了轻钢坡屋面的独特性,并总结了轻钢坡屋面施工经验教训。

绍兴书圣故里南入口整体改造提升项目地下室拆建技术探讨

2019年绍兴颁布了《绍兴古城保护利用条例》并正式实施。围绕绍兴古城“一城三故里”总体布局,整体推进绍兴古城有机更新,并取得了“文化传承、城市更新、民生改善”一举三得的古城保护利用成果。但在保护、利用、建设的过程中,会碰到老旧建筑或地下室的保留或部分拆除,如何在狭小的施工环境、复杂的周边环境、原始图纸缺失等诸多不利条件下,采用“绣花”功夫做好“织补”,让绍兴千年古城逐渐焕发新姿、展现新貌,是我们在项目建设过程中需要思考和探究的问题。
