Renovated Planning and Design of Shangbao Caijia Village in Bajing Township of Jiangxi Province

Through elaborating the macro policy of constructing new socialist countryside,this study took the renovated planning and design of Shangbao Caijia Village in Bajing Township,Gaoan City,Jiangxi Province for example,and investigated the approaches for the renovated planning and design of villages.The author put forward that the conceptions and approaches of renovated village planning in the construction of new countryside should be innovated,so as to explore a new countryside construction model which should not only adapt to the economic development level but also satisfy demands of villagers.The core of such a modified-style renovated planning in Caijing Village lied in outstanding the local characteristics and designing according to actual circumstances.

Research on Technical Solutions to Renovate the Reinforced Concrete Constructions in Vietnam

During the use of constructions, they will be degraded. Due to the negative impact on structures such as increase in vertical load, horizontal windy load needs to evaluate the current state of the constructions before renovating, especially the current state of the main structural system whether necessary to carry out repair and reinforcement or not. In addition, the inspection of the current status constructions before renovating is also the legal basis for the granting of construction permits to renovate and repair degraded works. Reinforced concrete buildings in the coastal areas in Vietnam, in particular, are working in the marine environment leading to damage the reinforced concrete construction. It should be significantly noted. Although there have been legal documents related to the inspection of constructions issued in Vietnam, the detailed contents and procedures of institution for each type of construction have not been mentioned yet. Therefore, the topic research paper of “research on technical solutions to renovate constructions with reinforced concrete structures in Vietnam” is to improve the quality and efficiency of construction. This investigation in Vietnam is very essential. This study uses the method of surveying the current state of the construction works in use, using the experimental sampling method to analyze and evaluate the damage of the work, then propose typical solutions to repair construction. The purpose of this study is to provide a process to check the damage of the works, and to propose solutions to repair them. This work is very important and has practical significance, helping managers to maintain works better.

The key to the healthy development of the market for green renovation of existing settlements lies in effectively playing the role of market resource allocation,and scientific evaluation of the current market operation efficiency is a prerequisite for the optimization and adjustment of market operation.Based on the perspective of market operation effectiveness,we start from the connotation and significance of the evaluation of the operation efficiency of the market of green renovation of existing settlements,construct the evaluation index system of the operation efficiency of the market of green renovation of existing settlements,use the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(Fuzzy),establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and finally,based on the operation process reengineering,financing model innovation,service platform expansion and market environment improvement,it structures the operation improvement path of the green renovation market of existing settlements and promotes the orderly operation of the green renovation market of existing settlements.

Research on the Renovation of Traditional Villages Based on Postmodernism

Traditional village as a part of cultural heritage shows unique historical,cultural and architectural characteristics.With the accelerating urbanization,ecological environment of traditional villages has been threatened,local cultures have degraded,even all traditional villages have shown similar images,thus effective protection and update is urgently needed.Based on the background and characteristics of postmodernist design,this study explored problems in the renovation of traditional villages,analyzed the renovation cases of some traditional villages and then concluded the scientific renovation strategies,so as to provide references for the future renovation design of traditional villages.

Optimization Strategies of Beijing Elderly Care Service Stations Based on Questionnaire Survey Method: A Case Study of Zhanlan Road Street of Xicheng District

4 elderly care service stations in Zhanlan Road Street,Xicheng District,Beijing are selected,and questionnaires are designed and distributed to the surrounding elderly population to understand their needs and satisfaction with the station environment.By observing elderly care service stations on site,the characteristics,obstacles,and shortcomings of the environment are recorded,and relevant data are collected and analyzed,such as the characteristics of the elderly population being interviewed,the planning and design data of the station environment,and the distribution of service facilities.The overall characteristics of the spatial environment of elderly care stations are summarized,and renovation measures and optimization suggestions are provided for the current shortcomings,thereby providing some basis for the spatial design of community elderly care service stations in the future.

Operation optimization strategy of existing residential building energy-saving renovation market:From the perspective of subject behavior

The energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings is a crucial measure to achieve the strategic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in China and build ecologically livable cities.This article focuses on the perspective of subject behavior,starting from analyzing the current situation and difficulties of the operation of the energy-saving renovation market for existing residential buildings in China,drawing on the practical experience of the operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market abroad.Based on principles such as systematicity,humanization,feasibility,and sustainability,the article constructs an operation optimization system of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market from the perspective of subject behavior.In order to provide a reference for the healthy and orderly operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market,this paper proposes implementation strategies for optimizing the operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market.Suggestions are proposed from four aspects:optimizing the market environment,innovating the financing model,building the information sharing platform,and utilizing the synergies of the main subjects.

On Nonce Variant of English Idioms

English idiom variant refers to the form of idiom created by means of altering some original components,structures,or meanings of the former idioms.The nonce variant of English idioms can be analyzed from the following three aspects:reasons for formation of nonce variant,types into which it could be divided,and rhetorical functions it is capable of producing.Through the analysis of these three aspects,it is almost likely for language-users to realize the importance and modes of idiom’s renovation,get a better understanding of English idioms,and thus utilize English idioms more skillfully.

Research on the Renovation of Rural Buildings Suitable for Aging Populations Based on Cross-Analysis

Based on the intersection of“Implementing the National Strategy to Actively Cope with Population Aging”and“Guiding Opinions on Future Rural Construction”in Zhejiang Province,this study constructed the evaluation index system of rural age-appropriate building space.This is done by analyzing the current situation locally and internationally,summarizing the existing problems,and optimizing countermeasures.The cross-analysis method is adopted by fully listening to the opinions of the elderly and introducing a professional team to transform the physical,psychological,and rural natural environment of the elderly.The renovation strategies of building layout,indoor and outdoor space,and supporting facilities for the elderly are put forward.Looking to the future,including the application of intelligent technology,the development of a community pension model,and multi-party cooperation,it aims to create a comfortable,safe,and convenient living environment for rural elderly people,improve the quality of life,promote rural revitalization and actively respond to the challenges of population aging.

Bridging History and Modernity:Multidimensional Analysis and Reflection on the Renewal of Xianyukou District,Beijing,China

With Xianyukou District in Beijing as the study object,scenario theory,urban restoration theory and organic renewal theory were used to carry out an in-depth analysis on the renovation and renewal projects within the district.Investigations were made to the typical cases such as Xianyukou Food Street,Sanlihe River System and its surrounding environment,and Caochang Hutong,revealing the successful experiences and existing problems in the renovation of historic areas.The results show that the key factors for the successful renewal of historic districts are multiple theoretical guidance,balanced protection and development,systematic thinking,community participation,and subsequent management.Based on the analysis results,strategies such as functional diversification,cultural revitalization,and community empowerment have been proposed,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of historic districts.

Research on the Index System of Old Neighborhood Renovation Based on Green Building Evaluation Standard

With the advancement of the transformation,the contradiction between the residents’demand for a better living environment and the convenience of living in the settlements comes to the fore.Effective identification,organic integration,timely adoption,and correct decision-making for the transformation of old neighborhoods are pressing issues in the transformation of old neighborhoods.Therefore,this paper takes the green building evaluation standards of various countries as the research basis and support for the construction of the transformation strategy of old neighborhoods.Through the collection and comparative analysis of the indicators of green building evaluation standards,the index system of transformation is formed,and it also provides a certain foundation for the subsequent related research.

Inheritance and Development of Cultures of Traditional Vernacular Dwellings in the Townscape Renovation Project of Guangxi,China

By analyzing background and present situation of townscape renovation project in Guangxi, endeavors for inheriting and developing cultures of traditional vernacular dwellings in the implementation of this project are discussed, and characteristics of traditional vernacular dwellings in the study area are summarized. Local vernacular dwellings can be classified in the following 3 ways on the basis of their own regional features:First, classifying by the origin and development history:stilt building, courtyard and non-courtyard building, western-style building; Second, by building materials:bamboo-wood building, stone building, adobe building, earth-stone building, brick-wood building, building of mixed materials; Third, by architectural form:stilt building, courtyard building, non-courtyard building. Stilt wooden building in northern Guangxi is a representative of traditional vernacular dwellings in the study area. By giving mature consideration to inheritance and development of cultures of traditional vernacular dwellings, this study proposes that proper renovation plans should be made according to actual conditions of the planning site; form renovation of vernacular dwellings should be taken as the new trend of renovation; traditional cultures should be further explored, demonstrated and protected. These suggestions are of great instructive significance for improving the cultural taste of townscapes.

Landscape Renovation of Abandoned National Defense Plant—With Zibai Eco-farm as the Study Case

With Zibai Eco-farm as an example, this study focuses on the integrated landscape renovation of abandoned national defense plants which were built during 1970s and 1980s in the mountainous area of Liangdang County, Gansu Province, by combining architecture with landscape, environment and folk customs, aims at creating the comprehensive project with regional characteristics and integration of tourism, sightseeing, cultural product development and so on. The design includes the transformation of workshop to civil use, the utilization of terrains, landforms and water resources, the constitution of environment landscapes, as well as the courtyard construction and cultural product planning. The authors hope that this study would help the reformation and utilization of similar state properties.

Study on Renovation of the Landscapes of Historical Blocks

On the description of the landscapes of historical blocks in China,this paper proposes the approaches to renovating the historical blocks,including their repairing and reconstruction. It aims at presenting suggestions for the protection and development of historical blocks through analyzing the methods and procedures for repairing and rebuilding the infrastructures and green landscapes in the blocks.

Study on Characteristic Town Images Based on Regional Natural Envienment

Problems in the development and renovation of towns were pointed out as: imbalance between man-made and natural environment, destructed natural and humanistic landscapes. Significance of protecting and developing natural environment in the present town planning was discussed. Overall planning of Queshan County of Henan Province (China) and planning of new district in Paris (France) were taken for examples to analyze natural environment protection and development pattern of towns in terms of the overall town planning and overall form control. Meanwhile, the destruction of public welfare eco-forest caused by too many water conservancy projects in Zixi County of Jiangxi Province (China) was analyzed to propose a natural environment protection and development pattern from the perspective of ecological engineering construction. Finally, it was stressed that natural environment should be respected in the planning, human-nature harmony integrated into the planning concepts, conflicts between town construction, protection and renovation of natural environment resources coordinated, and instructive measures adopted to settle problems in town planning.

Research on the Landscape Utilization and Renovation of Industrial Wasteland in Panzhihua Steel-casting Factory

Renovation design of wasteland on the original Quarter A of Panzhihua Nongnongping Steelcasting Factory was taken for example in this study, natural conditions and biological landscapes in the study area were investigated. Principles and theories of the renovation design were introduced, it was proposed that protection and landscape renovation of industrial heritage had to be insisted to make regular and unique overall spatial layouts. On this basis, design approaches for the wasteland landscape renovation of the steel-casting factory were proposed as "maintaining original images, realizing the functional substitution; optimizing spatial structure; updating seriously-damaged industrial facilities with insignificant functionality; improving and recovering landscape soil; recovering and reconstructing vegetation".

Environmental Renovation and Improvement Strategies for the Great Relics——A Case Study of Landscape Planning for the Front Hall Relics of the Weiyang Palace in China

Through introducing concepts of great relics and its protective planning theories, construction of relics park is a characteristic protection mode for cultural heritage in China, and also a useful exploration in the combination of theories and practices of great relics protection. Moreover, it is also the best means of protecting great relics ever found. Taking landscape planning of the front hall relics of the Weiyang Palace, relics of the front hall was believed to have great scientific value, so its environmental renovation and improvement should be based on scientific landscape planning, the whole relics should be protected and displayed scientifically and completely, landscape elements introduced as the effective texture by applying ecological patterns according to actual conditions, new techniques favorable for the protection and scientific research of relics adopted to provide a new strategy for the construction of great ruins park in China.

Evaluation of Urban Village Renovation System in Xi’an City of China Based on Brittleness Analysis

Renovation system of urban villages in Xi'an City was evaluated. Influence factors of urban village renovation were analyzed on the basis of brittleness theory, and an evaluation index system established through multi-level inconsistency decomposing. By incorporating the catastrophe theory with fuzzy mathematical theory, the mathematic model was created, and catastrophe membership function was obtained as well as evaluation results. Policies for the renovation of urban villages and new direction of the renovation were interpreted. The application case proved that catastrophe progression method was objective and effective and it could provide new concepts for the evaluation and adjustment of urban village renovation. Moreover, application of brittleness theory in the research on urban village renovation is of great instruction and reference value for the present urban construction.
