针对语义分割算法在钢材缺陷检测的实际应用与研究较少,以及传统语义分割方法对缺陷分割精度较低的情况,提出基于HRNet(High-Resolution Net)的钢材表面缺陷深度高分辨率特征检测方法。该方法采用多级网络并联架构保持高分辨率特征,通... 针对语义分割算法在钢材缺陷检测的实际应用与研究较少,以及传统语义分割方法对缺陷分割精度较低的情况,提出基于HRNet(High-Resolution Net)的钢材表面缺陷深度高分辨率特征检测方法。该方法采用多级网络并联架构保持高分辨率特征,通过并行多分辨率卷积和重复多分辨率融合机制提取强位置敏感度的高分辨率特征,结合HRNet对增强数据集进行冻结训练与迁移学习,最终实现钢材表面缺陷图像的高精度分割。试验表明,该方法对钢材缺陷具有较好的分割效果,其平均交并比(MIOU)指标和平均像素精度(MPA)指标分别达到94.92%和97.64%。 展开更多

In the fusion of image,how to measure the local character and clarity is called activity measurement. According to the problem,the traditional measurement is decided only by the high-frequency detail coefficients, which will make the energy expression insufficient to reflect the local clarity. Therefore,in this paper,a novel construction method for activity measurement is proposed. Firstly,it uses the wavelet decomposition for the fusion resource image, and then utilizes the high and low frequency wavelet coefficients synthetically. Meantime,it takes the normalized variance as the weight of high-frequency energy. Secondly,it calculates the measurement by the weighted energy,which can be used to measure the local character. Finally,the fusion coefficients can be got. In order to illustrate the superiority of this new method,three kinds of assessing indicators are provided. The experiment results show that,comparing with the traditional methods,this new method weakens the fuzzy and promotes the indicator value. For the last two decades,physicians and clinical experts have used a single imaging modality to identify the normal and abnormal structure of the human body.However,most of the time,medical experts are unable to accurately analyze and examine the information from a single imaging modality due to the limited information.To overcome this problem,a multimodal approach is adopted to increase the qualitative and quantitative medical information which helps the doctors to easily diagnose diseases in their early stages.In the proposed method,a Multi-resolution Rigid Registration(MRR)technique is used for multimodal image registration while Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)along with Principal Component Averaging(PCAv)is utilized for image fusion.The proposed MRR method provides more accurate results as compared with Single Rigid Registration(SRR),while the proposed DWT-PCAv fusion process adds-on more constructive information with less computational time.The proposed method is tested on CT and MRI brain imaging modalities of the HARVARD dataset.The fusion results of the proposed method are compared with the existing fusion techniques.The quality assessment metrics such as Mutual Information(MI),Normalize Crosscorrelation(NCC)and Feature Mutual Information(FMI)are computed for statistical comparison of the proposed method.The proposed methodology provides more accurate results,better image quality and valuable information for medical diagnoses. 展开更多

IHS (Intensity, Hue and Saturation) transform is one of the most commonly used tusion algonthm. But the matching error causes spectral distortion and degradation in processing of image fusion with IHS method. A study on IHS fusion indicates that the color distortion can't be avoided. Meanwhile, the statistical property of wavelet coefficient with wavelet decomposition reflects those significant features, such as edges, lines and regions. So, a united optimal fusion method, which uses the statistical property and IHS transform on pixel and feature levels, is proposed. That is, the high frequency of intensity component Ⅰ is fused on feature level with multi-resolution wavelet in IHS space. And the low frequency of intensity component Ⅰ is fused on pixel level with optimal weight coefficients. Spectral information and spatial resolution are two performance indexes of optimal weight coefficients. Experiment results with QuickBird data of Shanghai show that it is a practical and effective method. 展开更多

针对现有控制器中预见补偿器和重复控制器相对独立作用的最优跟踪问题,提出从信息融合的角度构造线性离散系统的最优预见重复控制器的设计方法。首先,在离散系统中引入L阶差分算子,将预见重复控制设计问题转化为调节稳定性问题;然后,使... 针对现有控制器中预见补偿器和重复控制器相对独立作用的最优跟踪问题,提出从信息融合的角度构造线性离散系统的最优预见重复控制器的设计方法。首先,在离散系统中引入L阶差分算子,将预见重复控制设计问题转化为调节稳定性问题;然后,使用协状态和信息量的概念获得控制软约束信息来描述最优融合的过程,得到控制增量信息和增广误差系统协状态的最优估计滤波;最后,将有关预见重复控制器控制律所有信息融合,得到由状态反馈、重复控制和预见补偿构成的最优预见重复控制器。数字仿真结果表明,与独立的最优预见重复控制器相比,基于信息融合的最优预见重复控制器在更少的周期内达到稳定,且在有限的步数下,更能有效利用系统的未来有效信息,从而大幅提高跟踪精度。 展开更多

Traditional Sobel algorithm is deeply influenced by Gaussian noise,therefore,before boundary extraction,mean filter should be done. But the filtering process is always over-smooth images'details of certain directions,so that images'edges will not be extracted correctly. Aiming at this problem,this paper puts forward a detection algorithm based on edge-preserving characteristics,by matching edge mould of different directions to definite edge preserving directions. Instead of the mean filter process,this algorithm improves the performance of traditional algorithms,and provides the simulation results. The experiment results prove that this algorithm preserves more images'edge information when canceling noise. 展开更多

The recent achievement of fusion ignition with laser-driven technologies at the National Ignition Facility sets a historic accomplishment in fusion energy research.This accomplishment paves the way for using laser inertial fusion as a viable approach for future energy production.Europe has a unique opportunity to empower research in this field internationally,and the scientific community is eager to engage in this journey.We propose establishing a European programme on inertial-fusion energy with the mission to demonstrate laser-driven ignition in the direct-drive scheme and to develop pathway technologies for the commercial fusion reactor.The proposed roadmap is based on four complementary axes:(ⅰ)the physics of laser-plasma interaction and burning plasmas;(ⅱ)high-energy high repetition rate laser technology;(ⅲ)fusion reactor technology and materials;and(ⅳ)reinforcement of the laser fusion community by international education and training programmes.We foresee collaboration with universities,research centres and industry and establishing joint activities with the private sector involved in laser fusion.This project aims to stimulate a broad range of high-profile industrial developments in laser,plasma and radiation technologies along with the expected high-level socio-economic impact. 展开更多
