[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the rel...[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the related literature on benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and use Citespace software to visually analyze the number of papers,authors,institutions and keywords.[Results]A total of 204 related papers were obtained,and the annual number of published papers showed a gradual increasing trend.The authors of published papers were represented by Zhang Fenglan,Liu Zhunzhun and Zhang Ting,and the Nursing College of Anhui Medical University published the most papers.The research focus was on social support,coping method and other influencing factors,and qualitative research was the main research type.The key population was breast cancer,stroke patients and their caregivers,and the development trend focused on reliability and validity test and correlation analysis.[Conclusions]The field of benefit finding in China is in the initial exploration stage,and there is little cooperation and exchange between authors and institutions.In the future,academic exchanges and multidisciplinary assistance should be strengthened to promote the rapid development of this field.展开更多

Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspo...Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspots,and trends in this field,and provide reference for further research in ITP.Methods The articles on ITP treated by TCM were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and PubMed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to July 31,2022.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,Carrot2,and Note-Express were used for data analysis of the articles in terms of their quantities,types,and journals,and for visualization of research hotspots,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results 1493 Chinese articles and 40 English articles were included.The articles in Chinese mainly focus on clinical trial research and clinical experience summary,while the English articles mainly focus on clinical trial research and animal research.The Chinese articles were published in 317 Chinese journals,while English articles were published in 29 English journals.Research hotspots include the clinical syndrome differentiation of ITP,the therapeutic effect of TCM compounds on ITP,and the mechanism of ITP treatment.Keyword analysis shows that there are many research achievements in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,clinical research,famous doctors’experience,TCM treatment,cellular immunity,and humoral immunity.The authors with the most articles in Chinese and English are Professor CHEN Xinyi and Professor MA Rou,respectively,and the research institutions with the most articles are Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Chinese herbs often used to treat ITP clinically include Xianhecao(Agrimoniae Herba),Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba),Zhongjiefeng(Sarcandrae Herba),etc.,and the prescription usually used to treat ITP include Guipi Decoction(归脾汤),Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),Erzhi Pill(二至丸),and Xiaochaihu De-coction(小柴胡汤).The main development trends toward retrospective study,TCM treatment mechanism,and data mining.展开更多
BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the...BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the survival rates.AIM To assist physicians in identifying changes in the output of publications and research hotspots related to risk factors for GC,constructing a list of key risk factors,and providing a reference for early identification of patients at high risk for GC.METHODS Research articles on risk factors for GC were searched in the Web of Science core collection,and relevant information was extracted after screening.The literature was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019,CiteSpace V,and VOSviewer 1.6.18.RESULTS A total of 2514 papers from 72 countries and 2507 research institutions were retrieved.China(n=1061),National Cancer Center(n=138),and Shoichiro Tsugane(n=36)were the most productive country,institution,or author,respectively.The research hotspots in the study of risk factors for GC are summarized in four areas,namely:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,single nucleotide polymorphism,bio-diagnostic markers,and GC risk prediction models.CONCLUSION In this study,we found that H.pylori infection is the most significant risk factor for GC;single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most dominant genetic factor for GC;bio-diagnostic markers are the most promising diagnostic modality for GC.GC risk prediction models are the latest current research hotspot.We conclude that the most important risk factors for the development of GC are H.pylori infection,SNP,smoking,diet,and alcohol.展开更多

Desertification research plays a key role in the survival and development of all mankind.The Normalized Comprehensive Hotspots Index(NCH)is a comprehensive index that reveals the spatial distribution of research hotsp...Desertification research plays a key role in the survival and development of all mankind.The Normalized Comprehensive Hotspots Index(NCH)is a comprehensive index that reveals the spatial distribution of research hotspots in a given research field based on the number of relevant scientific papers.This study uses Web Crawler technology to retrieve the full text of all Chinese journal articles spanning the 1980s-2018 in the Chinese Academic Journal full-text database(CAJ)from CNKI.Based on the 253,055 articles on desertification that were retrieved,we have constructed a research hotspot extraction model for desertification in China by means of the NCH Index.This model can reveal the spatial distribution and dynamic changes of research hotspots for desertification in China.This analysis shows the following:1)The spatial distribution of research hotspots on desertification in China can be effectively described by the NCH Index,although its application in other fields still needs to be verified and optimized.2)According to the NCH Index,the research hotspots for desertification are mainly distributed in the Agro-Pastoral Ecotone and grassland in Inner Mongolia,the desertification areas of Qaidam Basin in the Western Alpine Zone and the Oasis-Desert Ecotone in Xinjiang(including the extension of the central Tarim Basin to the foothills of the Kunlun Mountains,the sporadic areas around the Tianshan Mountains and the former hilly belt of the southern foothills of the Altai Mountains).Among these three,the Agro-Pastoral Ecotone in the middle and eastern part of Inner Mongolia includes the most prominent hotspots in the study of desertification.3)Since the 1980s,the research hotspots for desertification in China have shown a general downward trend,with a significant decline in 219 counties(10.37%of the study area).This trend is dominated by the projects carried out since 2002.The governance of desertification in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia-Greater Khingan Range still needs to be strengthened.The distribution of desertification climate types reflects the distribution of desertification in a given region to some extent.The Normalized Comprehensive Hotspots Index provides a new approach for researchers in different fields to analyze research progress.展开更多

Background:Research on high myopia has gradually formed a complex network of knowledge,but a panorama of evolutionary trends is lacking.By conducting a scientometric analysis,we can gain a deeper understanding of the ...Background:Research on high myopia has gradually formed a complex network of knowledge,but a panorama of evolutionary trends is lacking.By conducting a scientometric analysis,we can gain a deeper understanding of the development and evolution of this field.Methods:The global literature on high myopia published from 2002 to 2021 was extracted from the Science Citation Index Expanded in the Web of Science Core Collection.Microsoft Excel,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace were used to analyse and visualize the bibliometric data.Publication-related information,including countries,journals,authors,citations,subject categories,and its’time trends,was analysed.Results:A total of 4,226 included publications showed an annually increasing trend during the past 20 years.The high myopia research hotspots were refractive error correction,epidemiology,ocular biometry,drug and laser treatment of myopic fundus lesions,and surgical treatment of myopic fundus lesions.Cocitation analysis showed that high myopia genetics and myopic fundus lesion research were the research frontiers.A total of 116 disciplines were involved in high myopia research.Ophthalmology(n=3,338)was the most dominant subject category.Engineering(betweenness centrality=0.65)was the discipline with the most obvious bridge role.Science&technology—other topics(burst years:2015–2021;strength=14.88)had the greatest strength as of 2021,which was the hottest subject category.Conclusions:High myopia genetics and myopic fundus lesion research showed a potential for breakthroughs.Medical-engineering cross-innovation is a cutting-edge technology trend.展开更多
The application of biofertilizers is becoming an inevitable trend to substitute chemical fertilizers for sustainable agriculture.To better understand the development of biofertilizers from 1980 to 2022,we used bibliom...The application of biofertilizers is becoming an inevitable trend to substitute chemical fertilizers for sustainable agriculture.To better understand the development of biofertilizers from 1980 to 2022,we used bibliometric mining to analyze 12,880 journal articles related to biofertilizer.The network cooccurrence analysis suggested that the biofertilizers research can be separated into three stages.The first stage(1980-2005)focused on nitrogen fixation.The second stage(2006-2015)concentrated on the mechanisms for increasing plant yield.The third stage(2016-2022)was the application of biofertilizers to improve the soil environment.The keyword analysis revealed the mechanisms of biofertilizers to improve plant-growth:biofertilizers can impact the nutritional status of plants,regulate plant hormones,and improve soil environments and the microbiome.The bacteria use as biofertilizers,included Pseudomonas,Azospirillum,and Bacillus,were also identified through bibliometric mining.These findings provide critical discernment to aid further study of biofertilizers for sustainable agriculture.展开更多
BACKGROUND:The high morbidity,high mortality and low survival rate of cardiac arrest(CA)cause a heavy global burden.We aimed to analyze the changes in scientific output related to CA over the past two decades.METHODS:...BACKGROUND:The high morbidity,high mortality and low survival rate of cardiac arrest(CA)cause a heavy global burden.We aimed to analyze the changes in scientific output related to CA over the past two decades.METHODS:We analyzed the scientific output related to CA from 2000 to 2020 via the Web of Science.The data were analyzed using CiteSpace software.RESULTS:In total,28,312 articles relating to CA were identified in the Web of Science.The volume of scientific research output in the field of global CA research was mainly distributed in the Americas,Europe and Asia,covering a wide range.Of the 28,312 articles,the research content of the highly cited literature mainly focused on CA,mild hypothermia treatment,and prognosis of CA patients.CONCLUSION:Various scientific methods were applied to reveal scientific productivity,collaboration,and research hotspots in the CA research field.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),survival and target temperature management are research hotspots.Future research on CA will continue to focus on its treatment and prognosis to improve the survival rate of CA patients.展开更多
BACKGROUND Insulin resistance is a risk factor for metabolic syndromes and is associated with a wide variety of metabolic illnesses,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease.AIM To investigate and m...BACKGROUND Insulin resistance is a risk factor for metabolic syndromes and is associated with a wide variety of metabolic illnesses,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease.AIM To investigate and map global insulin resistance studies.METHODS A bibliometric methodology was applied to the literature retrieved from the Scopus database and Reference Citation Analysis(https://www.referencecitationanalysis.com)by using a validated search strategy.The study period was limited from 2002 to 2021.Bibliometric indicators and mapping were presented.RESULTS A total of 26808 articles on the topic of insulin resistance were included in the Scopus database.The articles included research articles(n=21918;81.76%),review articles(n=2641;9.85%),and letters(n=653;2.44%).During the study period,136 countries contributed to the research on insulin resistance.The highest number of articles was from the United States(n=7360;27.45%),followed by China(n=3713;13.85%),Japan(n=1730,6.45%),Italy(n=1545;5.54%),and the United Kingdom(n=1484;5.54%).The retrieved articles identified two main research themes:“inflammatory mechanisms in the regulation of insulin resistance”and“mechanisms linking obesity to insulin resistance”.CONCLUSION Our data show that insulin resistance has steadily gained interest from researchers,as evidenced by the number of citations and yearly publications.Publications have grown significantly in the last decade,while low-income countries with greater burdens continue to produce fewer publications in this field.This approach might assist researchers in choosing new research areas and recognizing research hotspots and frontiers.In the future,perhaps high-quality clinical evidence will be acquired.展开更多

Background:The main points of focus of bibliometric analysis of acupuncture treatment of diseases include pain(headache,low back pain),insomnia,and knee osteoarthritis,for example.In this paper,we analyze the frontier...Background:The main points of focus of bibliometric analysis of acupuncture treatment of diseases include pain(headache,low back pain),insomnia,and knee osteoarthritis,for example.In this paper,we analyze the frontiers,hotspots,and research trends of acupuncture over the past 30 years and compare them for each of three 10-year periods.Methods:All the studies on acupuncture research in three different periods(1990–1999,2000–2009,2010–2019)were collected from the Web of Science database.The evolution of the research,hotspots,and trends in acupuncture were explored intuitively by analyzing the frequency,betweenness centrality,and subject word clustering of the three periods.Results:(1)1990–1999,the main content relating to research was the mechanism of research of acupuncture treatment of pain.Naloxone was the high-frequency subject word,and centrality included,for example,the spinal cord,enkephalin,smoking cessation,and detoxification.The results of keyword cluster analysis showed that the main research content included capsaicin-induced neurogenic edema,chemical dependency treatment,afferent fiber,and sufferers from xerostomia.(2)2000–2009,during this stage,the frequency of keywords appeared in new research content such as randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and low back pain,but pain still dominated the main research content.From the perspective of intermediary centrality,along with the rise in randomized controlled trials,there were many important meta-analyses,as well as the management of acupuncture treatment.The main elements of the keyword cluster analysis included,for example,systematic review,randomized controlled pilot study,add-on therapy,brief overview,and ovarian morphology.(3)2010–2019,during this period,compared with the previous two stages,there was increased frequency of keywords,a growth in clinical randomized controlled trials,and distribution of centrality was evident in the emergence of acupuncture in care,osteoarthritis treatment,and breast cancer research.The keyword clustering covered,for example,neural specificity,inflammatory reaction,chronic pain,sleep pattern,and consort statement.Conclusion:This article summarizes the trend of development of acupuncture from 1990 to 2019 and compares the main research categories and hotspots in each of three different 10-year periods within this span,thereby helping elucidate the research direction within the field.展开更多

文摘[Objectives]Based on the related literature of benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper analyzes the research status,hot spots and trends in this field.[Methods]To search for the related literature on benefit finding in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and use Citespace software to visually analyze the number of papers,authors,institutions and keywords.[Results]A total of 204 related papers were obtained,and the annual number of published papers showed a gradual increasing trend.The authors of published papers were represented by Zhang Fenglan,Liu Zhunzhun and Zhang Ting,and the Nursing College of Anhui Medical University published the most papers.The research focus was on social support,coping method and other influencing factors,and qualitative research was the main research type.The key population was breast cancer,stroke patients and their caregivers,and the development trend focused on reliability and validity test and correlation analysis.[Conclusions]The field of benefit finding in China is in the initial exploration stage,and there is little cooperation and exchange between authors and institutions.In the future,academic exchanges and multidisciplinary assistance should be strengthened to promote the rapid development of this field.
文摘From the perspective of bibliometric analysis, based on the data of 286 related literature retrieved and screened in the CNKI database, coOC software is used for data processing, and the relevant knowledge graphs such as the amount of publication, authors, and keywords in the field of third-line heritage research are plotted. The results show that the attention to third-line heritage research in China is increasing day by day, and the overall volume of publications shows a rapid growth trend;The authors’ clusters are scattered and do not form a broad and close network of cooperation;The research hotspots focus on the protection and reuse of third-line heritage, and the quantitative research methods are insufficient. In the future, the breadth and depth of third-line heritage research need to be expanded.

文摘Background:This paper uses information visualization software to sort out the relevant research of Neuman systems model at home and abroad in the past 20 years,and discusses the research hotspots and development trend in the field of Neuman systems model,so as to provide scientific and reliable reference for the future work and research.Methods:By using CiteSpace V software,this paper analyzes the literatures about the Neuman systems model collected in the core web of science database and CNKI database from 2001 to 2020,and analyzes the time distribution,research power distribution,research hotspots,research frontier and development trend of the Neuman systems model at home and abroad in the past 20 years.Results:The development trend of research in this field in foreign countries is relatively stable.The core strength of research is mainly in the United States,and the research hotspots are health,quality of life,caregivers,spirituality,etc;the research in this field in China is gradually on the rise,and there is no obvious research force,and the research hotspots are mainly quality of life,complications,anxiety,stressors,perioperative period,hypertension,etc.Conclusions:It has been proved that the model has a certain guiding effect on the development of nursing discipline in China.In China,there is still room for development in the research of this model.It is suggested that Chinese scholars can learn from foreign leading research forces to carry out in-depth research and expand its application scope.

文摘Objective Through bibliometrics and visual analysis of the related studies on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP),this study aims to sort out the overall research progress,hotspots,and trends in this field,and provide reference for further research in ITP.Methods The articles on ITP treated by TCM were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and PubMed.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the databases to July 31,2022.VOSviewer,CiteSpace,Carrot2,and Note-Express were used for data analysis of the articles in terms of their quantities,types,and journals,and for visualization of research hotspots,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results 1493 Chinese articles and 40 English articles were included.The articles in Chinese mainly focus on clinical trial research and clinical experience summary,while the English articles mainly focus on clinical trial research and animal research.The Chinese articles were published in 317 Chinese journals,while English articles were published in 29 English journals.Research hotspots include the clinical syndrome differentiation of ITP,the therapeutic effect of TCM compounds on ITP,and the mechanism of ITP treatment.Keyword analysis shows that there are many research achievements in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,clinical research,famous doctors’experience,TCM treatment,cellular immunity,and humoral immunity.The authors with the most articles in Chinese and English are Professor CHEN Xinyi and Professor MA Rou,respectively,and the research institutions with the most articles are Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Chinese herbs often used to treat ITP clinically include Xianhecao(Agrimoniae Herba),Nvzhenzi(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus),Mohanlian(Ecliptae Herba),Zhongjiefeng(Sarcandrae Herba),etc.,and the prescription usually used to treat ITP include Guipi Decoction(归脾汤),Xijiao Dihuang Decoction(犀角地黄汤),Bazhen Decoction(八珍汤),Erzhi Pill(二至丸),and Xiaochaihu De-coction(小柴胡汤).The main development trends toward retrospective study,TCM treatment mechanism,and data mining.

文摘BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the survival rates.AIM To assist physicians in identifying changes in the output of publications and research hotspots related to risk factors for GC,constructing a list of key risk factors,and providing a reference for early identification of patients at high risk for GC.METHODS Research articles on risk factors for GC were searched in the Web of Science core collection,and relevant information was extracted after screening.The literature was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019,CiteSpace V,and VOSviewer 1.6.18.RESULTS A total of 2514 papers from 72 countries and 2507 research institutions were retrieved.China(n=1061),National Cancer Center(n=138),and Shoichiro Tsugane(n=36)were the most productive country,institution,or author,respectively.The research hotspots in the study of risk factors for GC are summarized in four areas,namely:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,single nucleotide polymorphism,bio-diagnostic markers,and GC risk prediction models.CONCLUSION In this study,we found that H.pylori infection is the most significant risk factor for GC;single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most dominant genetic factor for GC;bio-diagnostic markers are the most promising diagnostic modality for GC.GC risk prediction models are the latest current research hotspot.We conclude that the most important risk factors for the development of GC are H.pylori infection,SNP,smoking,diet,and alcohol.

文摘The landscape environment of urban blocks plays a significant role in improving the comfort of urban thermal environment and promoting green and high-quality development.The 342 papers related to the research on the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort in China,collected by CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)from 2002 to 2022,are used as the research object.Through bibliometric statistical analysis,LLR algorithm,and cluster analysis,the current research status of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort in China is analyzed and processed,and its external characteristics are identified.Using the information visualization software CiteSpace,the research topics in the field of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort are presented in the form of knowledge graphs.Through co-occurrence analysis of keywords and trend of word frequency changes,the development trends of research hotspots and cutting-edge fields of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort are determined,hoping to provide reference for future research in this field.

文摘Coconut oil contains a rich amount of medium-chain fatty acids,including lauric acid,decanoic acid,and octanoic acid,as well as the corresponding medium-chain triglycerides.It possesses functional attributes such as facile digestion and absorption,as well as antibacterial and antioxidant properties.The study utilized the Citespace and VOSviewer visual analysis software to examine the quantity of published papers,authors,publishing institutions,research hotspots and frontiers of 3442 effective literatures on the theme of"coconut oil"in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection database.The research on coconut oil can be condensed into four primary sections:(1)investigation and utilization of physiochemical characteristics of coconut oil,(2)analysis of nutritional composition and study of the effectiveness of coconut oil,(3)identification of adulteration in coconut oil,(4)evaluation of the impact of coconut oil as a dietary supplement on animal metabolism.Additionally,research focal points have evolved in three distinct phases.Prior to 2008,numerous studies were conducted to investigate the precise fatty acid makeup of coconut oil and its potential for lowering cholesterol levels.From 2009 to 2016,significant emphasis was placed on examining the impact of coconut oil on methane production in ruminants.Between 2018 to 2023,the main focus will be on investigating how nanoparticles can alter the properties of coconut oil.In the future,the anticipated research areas of interest are expected to focus on the rapid detection method of coconut oil,the efficacy of coconut oil and the advancement of coconut resources.The objective of this review is to provide researchers with relevant information about coconut oil,aiming to foster the continued growth of the coconut oil industry.
文摘With the progress of the times and the leap of science and technology,the application of brick materials and the research on the brick skin in modern architectural design have shown a dual-track development trend of returning to tradition and innovation.Based on the core collection database resources of Web of Science and the CiteSpace visual analysis tool,this paper constructed and analyzed the spatio-temporal map of keyword co-occurrence network,cluster structure,mutation phenomenon,time course and regional distribution map of building brick skin research.The study revealed that in recent years,the research on brick materials has spanned the study of single material properties and extensively involved in the broad world of construction,especially in the integration of green energy-saving technology,the innovation of fine construction technology of brick skin,and the frontier exploration of digital technology in brick masonry,which has shown particularly significant research vitality and development potential.

文摘Desertification research plays a key role in the survival and development of all mankind.The Normalized Comprehensive Hotspots Index(NCH)is a comprehensive index that reveals the spatial distribution of research hotspots in a given research field based on the number of relevant scientific papers.This study uses Web Crawler technology to retrieve the full text of all Chinese journal articles spanning the 1980s-2018 in the Chinese Academic Journal full-text database(CAJ)from CNKI.Based on the 253,055 articles on desertification that were retrieved,we have constructed a research hotspot extraction model for desertification in China by means of the NCH Index.This model can reveal the spatial distribution and dynamic changes of research hotspots for desertification in China.This analysis shows the following:1)The spatial distribution of research hotspots on desertification in China can be effectively described by the NCH Index,although its application in other fields still needs to be verified and optimized.2)According to the NCH Index,the research hotspots for desertification are mainly distributed in the Agro-Pastoral Ecotone and grassland in Inner Mongolia,the desertification areas of Qaidam Basin in the Western Alpine Zone and the Oasis-Desert Ecotone in Xinjiang(including the extension of the central Tarim Basin to the foothills of the Kunlun Mountains,the sporadic areas around the Tianshan Mountains and the former hilly belt of the southern foothills of the Altai Mountains).Among these three,the Agro-Pastoral Ecotone in the middle and eastern part of Inner Mongolia includes the most prominent hotspots in the study of desertification.3)Since the 1980s,the research hotspots for desertification in China have shown a general downward trend,with a significant decline in 219 counties(10.37%of the study area).This trend is dominated by the projects carried out since 2002.The governance of desertification in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia-Greater Khingan Range still needs to be strengthened.The distribution of desertification climate types reflects the distribution of desertification in a given region to some extent.The Normalized Comprehensive Hotspots Index provides a new approach for researchers in different fields to analyze research progress.

文摘Greenway is an organic part of urban ecological network system,and its construction is closely related to urban ecological civilization.Urban greenway not only provides elastic space for high-density cities,but also promotes the construction of low-carbon and resilient cities,thus constantly creating ideal living environment.Through visualization analysis of 1,315 literatures on China's urban greenway included in CNKI from 1986 to the first half of 2022,the paper analyzed the published papers,research strength,research hotspots and frontier trend of China's urban greenway research based on CiteSpace,in order to provide a reference for future research of urban greenway in China.

文摘Background:Research on high myopia has gradually formed a complex network of knowledge,but a panorama of evolutionary trends is lacking.By conducting a scientometric analysis,we can gain a deeper understanding of the development and evolution of this field.Methods:The global literature on high myopia published from 2002 to 2021 was extracted from the Science Citation Index Expanded in the Web of Science Core Collection.Microsoft Excel,VOSviewer,and CiteSpace were used to analyse and visualize the bibliometric data.Publication-related information,including countries,journals,authors,citations,subject categories,and its’time trends,was analysed.Results:A total of 4,226 included publications showed an annually increasing trend during the past 20 years.The high myopia research hotspots were refractive error correction,epidemiology,ocular biometry,drug and laser treatment of myopic fundus lesions,and surgical treatment of myopic fundus lesions.Cocitation analysis showed that high myopia genetics and myopic fundus lesion research were the research frontiers.A total of 116 disciplines were involved in high myopia research.Ophthalmology(n=3,338)was the most dominant subject category.Engineering(betweenness centrality=0.65)was the discipline with the most obvious bridge role.Science&technology—other topics(burst years:2015–2021;strength=14.88)had the greatest strength as of 2021,which was the hottest subject category.Conclusions:High myopia genetics and myopic fundus lesion research showed a potential for breakthroughs.Medical-engineering cross-innovation is a cutting-edge technology trend.

文摘The application of biofertilizers is becoming an inevitable trend to substitute chemical fertilizers for sustainable agriculture.To better understand the development of biofertilizers from 1980 to 2022,we used bibliometric mining to analyze 12,880 journal articles related to biofertilizer.The network cooccurrence analysis suggested that the biofertilizers research can be separated into three stages.The first stage(1980-2005)focused on nitrogen fixation.The second stage(2006-2015)concentrated on the mechanisms for increasing plant yield.The third stage(2016-2022)was the application of biofertilizers to improve the soil environment.The keyword analysis revealed the mechanisms of biofertilizers to improve plant-growth:biofertilizers can impact the nutritional status of plants,regulate plant hormones,and improve soil environments and the microbiome.The bacteria use as biofertilizers,included Pseudomonas,Azospirillum,and Bacillus,were also identified through bibliometric mining.These findings provide critical discernment to aid further study of biofertilizers for sustainable agriculture.

文摘BACKGROUND:The high morbidity,high mortality and low survival rate of cardiac arrest(CA)cause a heavy global burden.We aimed to analyze the changes in scientific output related to CA over the past two decades.METHODS:We analyzed the scientific output related to CA from 2000 to 2020 via the Web of Science.The data were analyzed using CiteSpace software.RESULTS:In total,28,312 articles relating to CA were identified in the Web of Science.The volume of scientific research output in the field of global CA research was mainly distributed in the Americas,Europe and Asia,covering a wide range.Of the 28,312 articles,the research content of the highly cited literature mainly focused on CA,mild hypothermia treatment,and prognosis of CA patients.CONCLUSION:Various scientific methods were applied to reveal scientific productivity,collaboration,and research hotspots in the CA research field.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO),survival and target temperature management are research hotspots.Future research on CA will continue to focus on its treatment and prognosis to improve the survival rate of CA patients.
文摘BACKGROUND Insulin resistance is a risk factor for metabolic syndromes and is associated with a wide variety of metabolic illnesses,including obesity,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease.AIM To investigate and map global insulin resistance studies.METHODS A bibliometric methodology was applied to the literature retrieved from the Scopus database and Reference Citation Analysis(https://www.referencecitationanalysis.com)by using a validated search strategy.The study period was limited from 2002 to 2021.Bibliometric indicators and mapping were presented.RESULTS A total of 26808 articles on the topic of insulin resistance were included in the Scopus database.The articles included research articles(n=21918;81.76%),review articles(n=2641;9.85%),and letters(n=653;2.44%).During the study period,136 countries contributed to the research on insulin resistance.The highest number of articles was from the United States(n=7360;27.45%),followed by China(n=3713;13.85%),Japan(n=1730,6.45%),Italy(n=1545;5.54%),and the United Kingdom(n=1484;5.54%).The retrieved articles identified two main research themes:“inflammatory mechanisms in the regulation of insulin resistance”and“mechanisms linking obesity to insulin resistance”.CONCLUSION Our data show that insulin resistance has steadily gained interest from researchers,as evidenced by the number of citations and yearly publications.Publications have grown significantly in the last decade,while low-income countries with greater burdens continue to produce fewer publications in this field.This approach might assist researchers in choosing new research areas and recognizing research hotspots and frontiers.In the future,perhaps high-quality clinical evidence will be acquired.
文摘Based on the WoS and CNKI databases,this paper provides statistical analysis of Chinese and international polar research from 2013-2018 in terms of the number of publications,citations,institutions,disciplinary distribution,collaborations,source journals,and highly cited papers by bibliometric methods.Combining the differences of the traditional disciplinary advantages and natural geographical locations of China and the West,the current research hotspots in the polar field are summarized.(1)"Polar ice cap instability and sea level change","sensitivity and vulnerability of polar ecosystems","Arctic sea-ice-air interactions and climate effects"are the focus of research in the world.(2)Political environment research such as"National Strategy and Cooperation under the'Silk Road on Ice'Initiative"has become a unique polar strategic topic in China.At the same time,insights and suggestions are put forward from three aspects,such as increasing policy support,building cooperation system and optimizing strategic layout.

文摘Background:The main points of focus of bibliometric analysis of acupuncture treatment of diseases include pain(headache,low back pain),insomnia,and knee osteoarthritis,for example.In this paper,we analyze the frontiers,hotspots,and research trends of acupuncture over the past 30 years and compare them for each of three 10-year periods.Methods:All the studies on acupuncture research in three different periods(1990–1999,2000–2009,2010–2019)were collected from the Web of Science database.The evolution of the research,hotspots,and trends in acupuncture were explored intuitively by analyzing the frequency,betweenness centrality,and subject word clustering of the three periods.Results:(1)1990–1999,the main content relating to research was the mechanism of research of acupuncture treatment of pain.Naloxone was the high-frequency subject word,and centrality included,for example,the spinal cord,enkephalin,smoking cessation,and detoxification.The results of keyword cluster analysis showed that the main research content included capsaicin-induced neurogenic edema,chemical dependency treatment,afferent fiber,and sufferers from xerostomia.(2)2000–2009,during this stage,the frequency of keywords appeared in new research content such as randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and low back pain,but pain still dominated the main research content.From the perspective of intermediary centrality,along with the rise in randomized controlled trials,there were many important meta-analyses,as well as the management of acupuncture treatment.The main elements of the keyword cluster analysis included,for example,systematic review,randomized controlled pilot study,add-on therapy,brief overview,and ovarian morphology.(3)2010–2019,during this period,compared with the previous two stages,there was increased frequency of keywords,a growth in clinical randomized controlled trials,and distribution of centrality was evident in the emergence of acupuncture in care,osteoarthritis treatment,and breast cancer research.The keyword clustering covered,for example,neural specificity,inflammatory reaction,chronic pain,sleep pattern,and consort statement.Conclusion:This article summarizes the trend of development of acupuncture from 1990 to 2019 and compares the main research categories and hotspots in each of three different 10-year periods within this span,thereby helping elucidate the research direction within the field.

Through 4,728 papers on slow moving system in China from 2000 to 2020 included in CNKI, analysis and summary of literature publishing trend, research strength,research focus and development trend are conducted based on CiteSpace software. It is expected to provide reference for future research in this field.
文摘With the continuous development of science and technology, the academic communication of many scholars slowly shifts to the web, and people’s academic communication in social media gradually increases. Traditional metrics have a certain one-sidedness in the evaluation of disciplinary literature and cannot evaluate the impact of literature on the web;while Altmetrics can count how literature is followed and utilized on the web, which is a complement to the traditional measurement methods. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the impact of academic literature based on Altmetrics, and combining it with traditional citation indicators can strengthen the credibility and objectivity of academic evaluation and promote better dissemination and communication of academic results. Against this research background, this paper combed through the most influential articles in the field of library and information science in recent years, analysed the literature on library intelligence in the WOS database, identified current research hotspots in the field of library and information science, and predicted potential research hotspots in the future. This study may provide a reference for the research and development of the discipline.
文摘Based on CNKI database,the paper takes journal literatures with the theme of “sports tourism” as the research objects to draw knowledge map through bibliometrics method and CiteSpace software.Moreover,the paper draws knowledge map and analyses for 1,208 periodical literatures with the theme of “sports tourism” in CNKI from 2002 to 2022.The results show that the sports tourism research from 2002 to 2022 can be divided into three stages:The first is the accelerated development stage,which focuses on the industrialization development of sports tourism;The second is the rapid prosperity stage,which focuses on how to promote economic development,and constantly deepen and enrich the connotation of sports tourism industry;The third is the rising stage of fluctuation,which begins to explore new development opportunities of sports tourism from multiple perspectives.Based on keywords co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis,the research hotspots and changes of sports tourism in China are obtained.Five key research hotspots and three main directions are extracted to provide reference for the development of sports tourism research hotspots in the future.

文摘Recreational space is a place for residents’ leisure and entertainment,and it is an important part of urban public space.Based on the literature visualization analysis software CiteSpace,with domestic literatures on recreational space included in CNKI as the research object,the hot spots and frontier of China’s research on recreational space are analyzed from six aspects:number of published papers,research authors,research institutions,keyword frequency,keyword co-occurrence and keyword burst.
