Research Progress and Prospects of Total Factor Productivity in the Construction Industry

The high-quality development of the construction industry fundamentally stems from the significant improvement of total factor productivity.Therefore,it is of crucial significance for promoting the development of the construction industry to a higher level by scientifically and accurately measuring the total factor productivity of the construction industry and deeply analyzing the influencing factors behind it.Based on a comprehensive consideration of research methods and influencing factors,this paper systematically reviews the existing relevant literature on total factor productivity in the construction industry,aiming to reveal the current research development trend in this field and point out potential problems.This effort aims to provide a solid theoretical foundation and valuable reference for further in-depth research,and jointly promote the continuous progress and development of total factor productivity research in the construction industry.

Research Characteristics of Thermal Comfort of Urban Block Landscape Based on Knowledge Graph Analysis

The landscape environment of urban blocks plays a significant role in improving the comfort of urban thermal environment and promoting green and high-quality development.The 342 papers related to the research on the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort in China,collected by CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)from 2002 to 2022,are used as the research object.Through bibliometric statistical analysis,LLR algorithm,and cluster analysis,the current research status of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort in China is analyzed and processed,and its external characteristics are identified.Using the information visualization software CiteSpace,the research topics in the field of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort are presented in the form of knowledge graphs.Through co-occurrence analysis of keywords and trend of word frequency changes,the development trends of research hotspots and cutting-edge fields of the impact of urban block landscape environment on thermal comfort are determined,hoping to provide reference for future research in this field.

Research on Landscape Construction of the Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area ——A Case Study of Yanuoda Rainforest Scenic Area in Sanya City, Hainan Province

With its unique attractiveness, abundant natural and tourism resources, tropical rainforest plays a significant role in improving global climatic conditions and protecting the diversity of species, thus how to protect and properly utilize resources in the development of tropical rainforest is the top issue to be discussed. With the study case of Yanuoda Rainforest Scenic Area in Sanya, the landscape design principles and creation techniques of tropical scenic areas are to be discussed in this paper.

Research on Teaching Reform of Landscape Engineering Course based on the Concept of CDIO

With the advancement of new engineering construction,it is urgent to explore the teaching reform of professional courses in the cultivation of landscape architecture professionals in combination with industry needs.In order to solve the problems existing in the current Landscape Engineering course,such as traditional teaching methods,insufficient student interest,lack of practical links,and the disconnection between teaching content and industry demand.This study discusses the teaching reform of the Landscape Engineering course based on the CDIO(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate)concept,aiming at solving the problems mentioned.Through the integration of CDIO mode,the core competencies that students should have are defined,including environmental landscape design and planning,innovative thinking,project management,and so on.The research emphasizes project-driven learning,interdisciplinary knowledge integration,and practical skill training,and puts forward strategies such as teacher training and professional development support to ensure the implementation of the reform.The purpose of the reform was to improve students’professional ability and employment competitiveness,promote the improvement of education quality and the sustainable development of the industry,and exert a positive impact on landscape engineering education and industry progress.

From Traditional Agriculture to Landscape Agriculture——About the Aesthetics in the Construction of New Socialist Countryside

Characteristics of traditional agriculture were analyzed from the perspective of history and culture,by comparing modern agriculture and traditional culture,it was proposed that modern agriculture focuses more on landscape,the main contents and era features of landscape agriculture were elaborated as well as the significance of constructing new socialist countryside,and relevant suggestions were proposed for building new land-scape countryside.

Construction of Monastery Garden Landscapes in Northern Shaanxi Province of China

In view of the present construction of monastery garden landscapes in northern Shaanxi,landscape features were pointed out as:harsh natural environment of monastery garden,dual functions of religion and tourism,large spatial capacity of architectural complex,long history and profound cultures,and also working as botanic gardens.Problems in these monastery gardens were proposed as:poor overall landscaping design,insufficient plants of religious cultures,lacking in artistic plant furnishings showing ornamental effects and seasonal aspects of plants,plant furnishings failed to show cultural characteristics of northern Shaanxi,poor diversity and improper ratio of plant furnishings,attaching insufficient importance to vertical greening,similar plant communities.On the basis of investigating characteristics and problems of monastery garden landscapes in northern Shaanxi,layouts and plant furnishings of incense roads,religious sectors and living sectors in those gardens were analyzed,suitable plant species were given as references,so as to explore new landscape modes of "human-nature oneness" and provide useful experience for the landscape construction of monastery gardens in Shaanxi.

Approaches of Landscape Design for the Construction of Low-carbon Ecological City

The prominent role and remarkable achievements of landscape design in the construction of low-carbon ecological city were analyzed in the context of global environmental issues. This study stressed that landscape architecture, as a comprehensive discipline handling human-land relationship, would play a significant role in the construction of low-carbon ecological city, and finally proposed a variety of approaches of landscape design for constructing low-carbon ecological city.

The Study on Landscape Factors,Pattern and Design in New Countryside Construction in Mountainous Areas of China

With the vigorous development of China urbanization and increase of people's environmental consciousness,landscape design had received more and more attentions in urban construction and planning.However,the planning for mountainous new countryside construction and landscape design had not been emphasized.Hence,how to make use of natural and cultural landscape factors in mountainous areas to conduct landscape design in new countryside construction was an issue needed to be highlighted.According to the field study of natural villages and residences of Longnan City in Gansu Province,the paper had discussed the composition of mountainous settlements and residences,the composition of mountainous rural landscape factors and landscape planning principles,hoping to provide reference for rural landscape design and new countryside construction.

Strategies and Paths for Constructing Rural Landscape Ecological Security Pattern in the Context of Rural Revitalization

It is one of the fundamental research contents of rural revitalization by constructing a ecological security pattern of rural landscape,providing important basis for scientifically formulating rural spatial planning and sustainable rural development.The research on ecological security patterns of landscape at home and abroad is mainly focused on urban areas.In the context of rural revitalization,the research on strategies and paths for constructing the ecological security pattern of rural landscapes aims to provide important references for the overall planning and design of rural areas and the optimization of rural resource allocation.Using 3S(GPS,RS,GIS)technology methods,this paper systematically analyzes and elaborates on the construction strategies and paths of rural water ecological security pattern,rural biological protection security pattern,rural geological disaster security pattern,and local cultural landscape security pattern.Through the comprehensive superposition of the patterns,a comprehensive ecological security pattern of rural landscape is finally constructed.In the process of constructing and improving the ecological security pattern of rural landscape,emphasis is placed on top-level design,long-term planning,multi-party participation,mechanism improvement,technological innovation,and the strategy of“integrating knowledge with action”.

Landscape planning and ecology construction of wetland comprehensive protected area system in the Sanjiang Plain

Wetland is one of the richest biodiversity areas in the earth. The main purpose of establishing wetland protected area is to protect biodiversity, and the protection of ecosystem diversity and landscape diversity is the key to protect biodiversity. In order to protect regional ecosystem and landscape, it is a good way to establish wetland comprehensive protected area which connected wetland nature reserves by habitat corridors. The Sanjiang Plain as a study area, its landscape evaluation index system on wetland protected area was studied, and some problems on landscape planning and ecology construction were further approached in this paper.It showed that establishing wetland comprehensive protected area is very important to protect regional wetlands, to maintain ecological balance, and to improve the sustainable development of agriculture and industry in this region.

On the Construction of Plant Landscape Form in Urban Landscape Architecture

Design of plant landscape form is a critical part of plant landscaping, and it is an important direction of modern researches on urban plant landscaping to promote the development of plant landscape via the interaction between landscape form design and other means. By elaborating five major influence factors of landscape plants, namely "flexibility", "art", "subject", "mode", and "artistic conception", this paper explored the application of construction thinking in the construction of urban plant landscape form, in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of urban plant landscape form.

Rural Ecological Landscape Construction from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Based on the strategies for mral revitalization proposed in the 19th National Congtess report and 2018 No.l Document of CPC Central Committee, combined with the current situation of rural environmental pollution in China, tiiis paper first elaborated die connotation of rural ecological landscapes, and analyzed the structure, fimctions, and values of rural landscape ecology. The principle of building rural landscape ecology under the strategy of rural revitalization was studied. Finally, the methods and approaches of rural landscape ecological construction under the strategy of rural revitalization were studied.

Study on Jinan urban construction planning based on the protection of karst landscape

Study on urban construction planning based on karst landscape protection contributes to sustainable development of urban construction in karst area. Jinan is a city famous for karst spring water. Karst landscape plays a decisive role in urban construction. Through hydrogeological analysis, the distribution characteristics of karst mountain, cave, gully and flat dam in Jinan are analyzed. It is revealed that various karst landforms are involved in the spring circulation process to varying degrees. Some karst landforms have been destroyed in the process of urban construction and the karst landscape has been overexploited resulting in the direct or indirect weakening of spring water recharge and infiltration capacity and the decrease of spring water flow. Through the study of the principle of organic combination of karst landscape and urban construction planning, on the basis of protecting the ecological environment of the south, paying attention to the overall protection of the karst geomorphology system and the principle of accessibility of the karst landscape, the development countermeasures guided by urban planning are put forward based on karst landforms protection. On the basis of fully considering the special karst landform conditions in Jinan, the countermeasures are that the ecological control red line of urban construction planning should be set up based on karst mountains and valleys in southern of Jinan City. It is suggested that the bare carbonate rock continuous mountain foot line in the direct recharge area should be taken as the south control red line of urban development and included in the overall planning. The urban landscape is mainly displayed in the main axis based on karst mountains and springs, constructing East-West Axis-characteristic Landscape Belt along the Wufeng Mountain-Langmao Mountain-Hero Mountain-Qianfo Mountain-Long cave-Panlong cave-Jinping Mountain line and North-South Axis Landscape Belt along the Baotu SpringQianfo Mountain line, Baiquan-Panlong cave line, Baimai spring-Dajian Mountain line. Based on the karst river valleys and the river system, the urban spatial pattern is constructed, forming ecological corridor, restoring infiltration function of river. The form of urban construction should be shaped based on karst landform and the river system. The main form is semi-star like radiation type and the combination of central intensive type and zonal type. Based on the whole protection of karst geomorphology system and the scientific molding of karst landscape, the ecological landscape city with the symbiosis of spring and urban can be built.

Based on the interpretation of the connotation of ecological civilization and rural landscape, and takes Zizhulin village in Yanshan County as study object, tiiis paper discusses tiie landscape pattern of Zizhulin Village relying on the national 4A level scenic spot, and demonstrates the feasibility of its construction of natural ecological landscape and local cultural kndscapej so as to provide reference for the construction of the ＂beautiful village＂ landscape with good ecological environment in other parts of China.

Discussion on the Construction of Rehabilitation Landscape under the Aging Mode of College Community:A Case Study of North China University of Technology

The natural environment plays a good role in guiding people’s psychology.The topic of rehabilitation landscape has increasingly become a hot topic studied by many scholars.In the environment that home-based elderly care has gradually become the main way of elderly care in the future,the natural environment of the community has become particularly important.At present,the construction of rehabilitation landscape in the community has not attracted widespread attention.In this paper,starting from rehabilitation landscape perspective,and deeply investigating landscape environment of outdoor activity space in college community,evaluation of the elderly group on its current situation and future needs are understood,and the aging creation orientation of rehabilitation landscape in college community in the future is explored.It could provide theoretical reference for effectively improving the living standard of the elderly,and actual significance and practical basis for proposing design strategy of rehabilitation landscape in China.
